Emma Lincoln: I cannot speak more highly of ERA Fit and specifically Pauline. The gym is always spotless and the variety of machines is impressive. This is one of the few gyms that actually has proper racks which allows for more options when lifting. All of the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and focus on proper technique to avoid injuries. As a former D1 athlete, I’ve had my fair share of incompetent trainers and coaches who have made me hate working out. Pauline is the complete opposite. She is so fun, professional, and easy to work with. She’s also always on time which is rare in Miami. From day one, we aligned on my goals and she curated a workout and meal plan for me, which led me to losing 10 pounds and 3% body fat in 4 weeks of training 5x/week. She has an amazing ability to strike the perfect balance of being supportive but firm. She is able to motivate me to push myself without making me feel stressed as if I’m training for the Olympics. I recently underwent knee surgery (unrelated to my training) and Pauline has come up with very creative options for me to still be able to workout and stay in shape while accommodating my temporary limitations. Pauline has been such a blessing and I cannot describe how happy I am to have her as my trainer. I highly recommend training with Pauline (but not too much so she still has space for me in her schedule)!

Eduardo Morales: This is a very professional personal training business. My trainer, Frank, goes above and beyond to make sure I am on target to meet my goal. He switches my routine depending on how my body reacts to the workouts and diet. We do measurements every 2 weeks so it's easy to keep track of my progress and he keeps me accountable. I have seen an incredible progress in just a weeks-months and I highly recommend my trainer Frank. The trainers are very friendly and the price is very fair for what you get. I went from 17% to 13.9% body fat in a few weeks. Highly recommended! I have never looked this good.

Roman Dalichow: Chances are that you are where I was a few months ago: Either new to Miami and/or looking for a new gym to up your nutrition, health, and fitness levels. ERA Fit already has a ton of 5***** star reviews because the gym is excellent: clean, never over-crowded gym, top-notch equipment, friendly and expert trainers (who will call you by name), dog greeters each day in the lobby, tailored nutrition and supplement programs, and an app to track your progress. Put in the work, you'll start seeing results at ERA Fit. The facility is of high quality and what's really made me an addict is my trainer, Justin Tapper. We have been working together for 4+ months now, and I'm impressed with the knowledge he has acquired via both education and real-life experience in his years in the industry: muscle composition, yep.... strength and conditioning questions, yep.... macros and nutrition, yep .... the list goes on. It was not an easy decision to sign up for ERA Fit because going to a gym where everyone has years of effective strength and conditioning training (and looks the part) can be intimidating for someone that doesn't (me). Justin has dedicated time to learn about my goals, educate me, and then push me to make progress in each session. If you sign up for ERA Fit, you'll get matched with a great trainer (no doubt, everyone i have met checks all the boxes 3X over).... and if Justin is available, snag some time on his calendar for a session and watch the gains come in. You will thank me later :)

Kevin Perez: Era Fit is by far Miami’s premium health and fitness center. The gym and staff are top of the line, highly professional and fully committed to the betterment of the customers. (Below are more details). Staff: Highly qualified and friendly staff that adjust their programs to each clients needs. I had the pleasure to work with Pauline and she was immensely helpful in adjusting my workout routine and eating habits. Facility: As mentioned above, Era has top of the line equipment (multiple stations). Eric has made a substantial investment into the facility and clients have access to new equipment. The gym also counts with a recovery center. I would highly recommend asking about this extra feature. Program: Each client gets to work with their trainer and has a customized plan. Plan are calibrated to account for eating habits and body improvements. Other: The gym also has an app that integrates your on-going results, program, schedule and meal plans. Note that expecting results in 24-48 hours is highly unrealistic. Era will support you on your long term health goals, but do not expect to be turned around in 1 workout session.

Camille Taylor: I started going to ERA Fit summer of 2021. I was teamed up with Elke. She is absolutely amazing. I was a beginner and she understood what that meant. She is patient and personable. I had to abruptly stop my sessions in person due to me moving. She checked in on me weekly. Once I settled down I reached out to her and she was more then willing to pick up where we left off. Although we aren’t in person nothing feels different. I love her. All of the trainers there KNOW their stuff. It’s not picking up dumb bells it’s them teaching and showing you how working out helps the body. The passion is seen n felt. Eric the owner is also awesome. He isn’t that owner who you don’t see on the floor. He trains and walks around and motivate the clients and their trainers. It’s definitely a vibe.

Kayra Yasa: I went to ERA Fit for 3 months before moving to a new city and I do not know where to begin! Prior to ERA, I had never particulary enjoyed going to the gym and I had never worked with a trainer one-on-one. My personal trainer, Pauline, always prepared the best program for me & my needs. The classes were just the right level of difficulty. Beyond workout sessions, Pauline helped me with my diet and lifestyle choices, which is a lot more than the norm! I would lose a few percent of body fat and gain a few pounds of muscle in a mere few weeks. The progress was incredible. And beyond the workouts & lifestyle recommendations, Pauline was incredible to learn from! :) We discussed at length women’s health (a subject she personally loves) which fed into my program, specifically tailored to me. I could not recommend ERA Fit, and especially Pauline, more!

Kim Rutherford: I 100% recommend Era Fit! It's a very professionally run personal training center where everyone makes you feel welcome and encouraged. Pauline has been an amazing trainer! Being over a certain age, I wasn't sure if I could ever get back into my previous shape but Pauline is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and set up a workout routine that fit my needs. Amazingly I have nearly reached my goal! Tracking and check-ins are a big part of the program and it's so vital for staying on course. The private Era Fit app is a great tool for tracking workouts and nutrition and helped keep me motivated. If you want to be guaranteed a transformation then Era Fit is the best choice.

Leslie Arocha: I came to ERA Fit to train with Anthony M, he has been since day one before ERA Fit, the best trainer. He knows what you need and pushes you when you're tired. I have been training with Anthony from his first times as a trainer in LA, he then moved to ERA Fit where we are working with new equipment then we use to, more for what I need. We are definitely training 100x more than we use to. It is very spacious with 2 bathrooms with showers and a sauna. They are also dog friendly!

Mireya Iglesias-Ayala: LIFE CHANGING! That is how I would describe Era Fit and the amazing team of trainers. The professionalism since day one was unmatched- there is very exhaustive and holistic onboarding process rooted in data and fitness knowledge. The vibes of Era Fit all around are motivating in every single aspect (you get to see puppies everyday too). As someone who never really worked out and who was shy about working out in front of others, I was energized by the environment. I worked out 4 times a week and for 9.5 weeks I lost 4% body fat, gained life long habits, and gained confidence. I owe this to the incredible expert Pauline - my trainer who quite literally changed my life. She is beyond knowledgeable and her ability to read you as an individual helped her push me to reach new limits. I also valued all of her insights around women health. Eric the founder is always overseeing the trainers and individual progresses, he is consistently involved and passionate about innovating the business. This is the best gym, team, and family!

S D: Great place to recovery after sports trauma or injury, they have doctors who can evaluate problem and define few best ways for you. Doctor Jeff Baker used ultra-siund to see whats going on inside my frozen shoulder, offered blood cells therapy shots. Feel good and on my way for fast recovery! In 3-4 days will start gym workout)

W. Robert Millar (dieselEdge): If you want a guaranteed amazing workout in a private setting than Core Fitness is for you. I couldn’t be happier with this gym. The trainers are the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had 6–8 different ones). For nearly the same price as a personal trainer at your gym you can go to Core Fitness and have the entire place to yourself. The location is perfect and there’s covered parking in the back. Walk in and it’s time to get to work! There’s even nice private showers if you want to get a session in before work. I’ve been going there consistently for 4 months now and the results have been great. I’m down 13 pounds now and I’m only going 1-2 times a week. I also confess my diet wasn’t the best until recently hah Connected to the gym is a full rehab facility. I used to struggle with lower back pains and they fixed me right up! Call and get in contact with Andy he’s really helpful. 💪

The vibe of the gym is great - it's super clean and the equipment is state-of-the-art. Mr. Z: The best place to work out in Miami! I go to Andy, but all of the trainers are incredible. I had the best trainers at Equinox for a long time and it took me a while to make up my mind to try Core Fitness, but once I did, I left Equinox immediately. This place simply has better trainers than anywhere in the city for a little less money than most other places I went. And since I live in Midtown, it's super convenient for me to get to, and I really appreciate the privacy in there. If you're looking for a new trainer, I'd contact these guys...

Jonathon Diego: As long as I can remember, I've always been athletic. However, somewhere between 24 and 27 year old, life took over and that "I'm just naturally athletic and fit" decided to take a break without advising me. I found Core Fitness Miami by luck and decided to contact Andy for a free workout. To put it in plainly, I was so out of shape that I literally blacked out during my first workout (just asking him about THAT guy), which was a VERY basic "let me see where you're at" workout. Not only was I physically out of shape, I was a nutritional wreck as well! In comes Andy....Andy tailored his workouts specifically to ME, working every month to bring me along at a pace which both pushed me, yet provided steady calculated strengthening. This is not a typical "body builder gym". Today, I've been with Andy now about 4 years, am in the best shape of my life, and frankly have never again thought about looking for another trainer. I have seen the progress and growth of his business over time, which is a testament to the quality of his work. The new facility is TOP NOTCH with all brand spanking new top of the line equipment, which is ALWAYS squeaky clean. If you want the best results, personalized one on one instruction, without the typical circus gym atmosphere, don't look any further than Core Fitness Miami. Professionalism, nutrition coaching, and one-on-one true personal training and custom tailored workouts!

Peene Wally: Best place in Miami to train hands down!! If you do not train here you are missing out. They are not like any other gym, this is the real deal they care about their clients, motivate you and design workouts the fit your individual goals and needs. I have been training for a few months with great!! results and plan to continue training with them. Kenny and Andy are great!!

Katherine Moya: Great work out environment at this fitness studio. Small groups where everyone gets a personalized work out plan according to their needs and goals. The trainers are amazing. Very knowledgeable and great at motivating you to constantly push for more and do your best.

Darlene Cole: We are so fortunate to have Underline Fit, an excellent fitness studio in Brickell. In late March 2022, I began my exercise program at Underline Fit with a most knowledgeable, experienced, and caring trainer, Dean West. Since starting the semi-private classes twice a week (only six people per class), I have lost four pounds (without dieting) while building muscles. Dean is fantastic at pinpointing what the person needs and balancing it with their physical challenges. Soon, I will be increasing my exercise workouts per week and looking forward to a healthier, more muscular body. Dean keeps the atmosphere caring, challenging, and pace constantly moving.

Lindsay Shapiro: Lyen was my personal trainer for many years. I first started when I wanted to get into shape for my wedding. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and succeeded above and beyond. I continued after my wedding and through my pregnancy. She was well trained, knowledgeable, and knew when to push me and when to hold back. Without her training I would not have been able to bounce back so quickly after giving birth. At one point I also had a foot injury and she was able to tailor the workouts around the injury to make sure we were to not aggravate it more. I would definitely recommend Lyen to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Greg G. - Miami: No other trainer has ever had this kind of attention to detail and personalized training. I have worked with other personal trainers in the past, and have received athletic training as a part of baseball and rowing teams. Lyen is by far the most detail-oriented, professional trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She truly takes time to assess where you're at, and which muscle groups need what kind of help, and she customizes your exercises accordingly. I already felt stronger, more flexible, and had greater stamina after just a few weeks. As if all that wasn't enough, she extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

I was hesitant on going because I thought that since I was already in shape I did not need a personal trainer. However, I'm glad that I went! Lyen and Rich are highly trained and know exactly what they are doing. They really know how to target the weak spots, and will adapt the workout according to your body. If you are not seeing results they'll immediately change the routine. Even though I was already active before I came in, I still saw tremendous results with these trainers! The facility is always clean and the owners are very well organized. Everyone in here is extremely nice and welcoming. Normally at gyms everyone is intimidating, but here they are welcoming and open from day one. I would highly recommend this place and the trainers.

Alex Jay: I've been a client of Peak Physique & Performance for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. All the trainers have extensive knowledge of physical training, and are highly motivating. I have see a real difference in my body. My strength has increased markedly and best of all, I actually have a butt! Some people enjoy working out. I'm not one of those people. But Lyen and her crew of trainers are amazing and have helped me transform my body. The facility is well managed, clean, and they provide water and towels. The sessions are economical (especially compared to how much one can spend on private personal trainers) and they will always work with your schedule. I would highly recommend PPP to anyone serious about getting into shape.

Nina Mendenhall: I have been training with various personal trainers for years, but got really serious about it 1 1/2 years ago. Recently, I started school in Miami and had to find a trainer here. I found PPP online and it has been a great experience. I train with Rich and he really knows his stuff. The workouts are always varied and extremely intense and challenging, which is what I was looking for. He is by far the best trainer I have worked with. The gym is clean and beautiful, and the people who work there are very friendly and professional. They really understood what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier.

Shifat Mirza: I was looking for a trainer to help me get in shape before I moved to another state for school. I barely ever went to the gym, always felt weak, and literally used to get tired just from climbing a couple of stairs. Lyen was absolutely amazing. She knows so much and is able to figure out exactly what you need and where you need the most work to strengthen your entire body. We did a different workout everyday, so my workouts were never repetitive. She also tailored them to my level exactly to make sure I wouldn’t get injured doing something I wasn’t ready for. So I started off training using just my body weight and then once I got stronger, we started doing weight training. I worked with her for two months and the changes I felt in my body in that short time were more than I ever thought possible. My endurance increased, I had more energy throughout the day, and I just FELT stronger. I wish I had found out about this gym earlier so I could have had more time to train with Lyen, but this was a great foundation for me to begin exercising regularly. I’m definitely going to try to go back to her when I’m in Miami for breaks.

Leticia Laurenti: PPP is by far the best place I've trained at in Miami. Most people consider me to be a "gym buff"; therefore, I know quality when I see it. The trainers at PPP are not only professional, but very knowledgeable at what they do. My experience with Lyen as a trainer has been beyond outstanding! She is always on time and ready to work with a game plan prepared just for you! She's aware of your well being during and after your workout session. She definitely goes above and beyond the scope of her job to make sure you reach your goals! In addition to training me, Lyen choreographed a workout/dance routine for an audition I had 3 weeks ago, which turned out phenomenal!!!! If you are looking to change your body or lifestyle, but need that extra push from someone else, no need to keep looking - Lyen is the person you need to contact! This a clean, comfortable and professional gym with staff who care about their clients!! I HIGHLY recommend PPP 110%!! Best investment thus far!!!

Viviana Restrepo: PPP is great! I'm extremely happy with the results I've gotten after only 3 months of training with Lyen. She is an amazing trainer and she is very focused on form, which I love because it has helped me correct my posture and strengthen my back (I have scoliosis). I'm really happy with all the results I've seen so far, I've lost weight, I'm stronger, I feel fitter and I definitely have a lot more energy. I absolutely recommend PPP. casalrn7: For the last 9 months I've been getting trained at Peak Physique and Performance. In one word my experience has been Amazing! I train predominately with Lyen Wong, owner and trainer of the gym. She has been a constant in pushing and motivating me to reach my goals. She can tell when you are being a little lazy and can actually increase your weights or do a few more reps and will give you that little nudge to keep you going. Like most people, I started training with the intent to get back in shape lose the excess weight I had gained, and be overall toned. Over the last few months I have seen these physical changes, having dropped over 20 pounds and seeing muscles that I had forgotten about and some I didn't even realize I had, but I have to say my even bigger take away is the change in my mental health. I leave a though training session with Lyen and feel proud of myself, seeing how far I have come from day one to now. Although there were some really hard days, I received constant encouragement from Lyen as well her other trainer Brian and several other clients. All in all if your looking for a serious trainer who will push you, encourage you, and help you to reach your goals you'll find it at Peak Physique and Performance with Lyen and her staff.

Greg Dzurinda: It has been years since I have been in a gym. I have tried many times to start back up on my own but failed each time. So, I figured it was time to get a personal trainer. Coach Das motivates me to push myself but also knows when my body has had enough. I was down 10 pounds in the first few weeks. He helped be get my diet under control as well. He is very flexible with the schedule. He does travel to my gym since my work schedule is a little crazy and I work from home. I'm excited to keep working with him and to keep seeing results. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Chris Plaza: I’ve been seeing Das for about a month now and I feel and look amazing. He’s super motivating a nice. The gym is also nice and private whoch I love. The workouts are really good and the diet he gave me seems to be working

Carmen Barresi: Love this gym! I had been doing the same routine for 3 years and felt I needed a change. I came across Training Area 51 on Instagram and wrote a message inquiring about pricing and sessions. The coach was extremely helpful and set me up for a free session. The group classes are amazing.. I feel like I work every inch of my body! Coaches are detail-oriented, dedicated, helpful and patient! There's also a nutrition component that assists with making healthier choices. Sasha Bass: Primal Fit Miami is the best! When I was looking to join a new gym a few months ago, I was immediately impressed speaking with Matt. After coming in to see the space and meeting Matt, I knew this was the gym for me. Working primarily with Billy during the small group training classes, my physical and mental fitness has dramatically improved. Mirtha Alonzo: Primal fit Miami is a truly an amazing facility with a warm inviting ambiance to become a better you. I joined after a recommendation from my daughter, who was not a gym person until she came here. Friendly staff and admirable coaches, who are also great examples of strength and fitness. They offer versatile fitness equipment, strengthening and conditioning programs, great hours, shower rooms are available, and cleanliness throughout . The workouts are intense, challenging, but fun. Coach Billy is creative and is always encouraging us to do our best. He takes the time to understand our individual weaknesses and his concern for our safety is key. I travel from Broward, but the staff and the workout programs here are worth it for me. Coach Matt is always there to greet you and start your day off with great nutritional advise, upon your request. He is extremely knowledgeable on nutritional lifestyle changes. A conversation with him is always enlightening. I highly recommend Primal Fit Miami.

He texts me with check-in's, he modifies workouts based on my specific needs, he pushes me to train harder. I'm able to track my progress on their in-body machine(which I've had to pay extra to use at other places... at primal fit its free of charge). I'm really in love with my experience at this gym, and the encouragement I get from both of them. 10/10 recommend!

Erika Wilder: I started going to Primal Fit Miami in 2019 and I absolutely love it. Matt and Billy are amazing coaches and are so knowledgeable about everything fitness related. The exercises are always so unique which keeps the gym interesting so I never get bored of the workouts. To this day, sometimes Billy will give an exercise that I’ve never done before. I also have become way healthier outside the gym because Matt and Billy incorporate nutrition into their program. I have so many tools now, I can intermittent fast when I want to, I know to limit the processed foods that I have, and the best thing is, I feel way better mentally and physically. Another great tool that they offer is their InBody machine. Every month I am able to track my progress without having to worry about how much I weigh. Sometimes my weight will stay the same or go up, but I will see that I have actually gained muscle and lost body fat, which is amazing!! This gym is not like any public gym and I am so lucky to be able to go here and enjoy my time working out!!

Pat: Primal Fit is a great gym with a great vibe and knowledgeable trainers who push you in all the right ways. Group training sessions are a set menu but the trainers always pay close attention to your form and sometimes even change up the exercise to fit what you need to make sure you get maximum benefit. I’ve been training with Billy for the last two years and he is amazing.

Susan Howell: I have been working out at Primal Fit Miami for almost 3 months- and I love it! I am taking small group strength training and conditioning classes. I am not only getting incredible workouts- I am so enjoying myself. I was in good physical shape when I began but my body is getting stronger, leaner, and I have muscle definition I did not have prior to Primal Fit! Matt Pack, the owner, is fabulous as is group is trainer Billy Casimir. Billy has me laughing out loud and the mood of the classes are so upbeat. We workout hard but have fun! The music is great too! I've been part of the gym business for 32 years in all its facets and I can say confidently Matt Pack, the owner is what this industry needs more of, no ego. He is professional, personable, immersed in knowledge, and not one size fits all approach is refreshing and welcomed by every person I have seen walk through Primal Fit doors. Billy Casimir is one of the nicest most incredible trainers I have been around. His ability to regress the exercises on the fly so it fits an individual in a group setting is not an easy thing to do while keeping the rest of the class in a flow, but he does it effortlessly. He is a consummate professional with the know how to match. I am super happy to be a part of this incredible growing gym and energetic atmosphere. For anyone out there thinking of starting on a program with a real plan of action you must give this place a try. It will definitely be worth your time and you'll be glad you did.

Mar Pc: Is Precision Personal Training worth the 5 star rating? YES! YES! YES! I was a skeptic and procrastinated on reaching out to the gym to try them out because I had been less than happy with other trainers in the past. One session is all I needed. After months of working with the most talented, professional, driven, personable, caring and knowledgeable trainer I have ever encounter, Karen, I have never looked better nor felt better. Is it a lot of work? of course but the she will motivate you and support you throughout the workout and beyond. In my humble opinion Karen is the Queen! If you are reading this reviewing just as I read other reviews months ago and think it is too good to be true, just try a session. IT IS THAT GOOD! It is more than a place to train, it is a motivational environment to be one's best self.

ROBERTO CAPO: Positive: ProfessionalismI've been training with Chris since 2019. I have to say that my experience has been truly amazing. Chris is always changing it up which makes it motivating. Damis Gonzalez: Precision is amazing! The trainers are great. They push you to do your best but are always making sure that the exercises are done correctly. Liset Romero: I can't say enough great things about Precision Personal Training. I have taken a number of the Women's Semi-private classes and really enjoy them! The number of participants are kept to a few and the classes are rigorous and challenging. Sonja, our trainer, is excellent at pushing me to do more reps and she goes out of her way to make sure that I am doing the exercises correctly. There is variety in the types of exercises we do in the classes, so we are never bored. The classes can include lunges and sprints outside on one day, to working out with the nautilus machines and floor exercises on another. Additionally, the facility is kept clean and the staff is very friendly and approachable. I am so glad I found this place!

Yesenia Dominguez: Been training at Hiperfit for 2 years, prior to I plateaued but training with Vanessa has been a game changer! I’ve lost weight and gained muscle mass so if you are looking to get in shape and get results do not hesitate to train with the best. Hiperfit has also followed strict guidelines during COVID and prior to, an extremely safe and clean gym!

Mali DS: I will say that i don't workout here, as their schedule is not matching my needs and also, it's very dark inside, and this is something i don't like personally. I did see it though. They are in the more expensive side, considering that a daily pass is $20 and a week pass is $80. The gum isn't very big, but it does have the essentials.

Samuel Contreras: I was in Miami Beach for a short time and I found this nice gym. The trainers are very knowledgeable and really friendly. Big difference when you are worked out by the owner 👍 The facility is very clean and price/value is really outstanding!

My trainer text me everyday to see if im eating right and doing my home work out. If i go out mi trainer help me suggesting me what to eat in order to keep the diet but also enjoy the food. I really happy with my trainer because I feel she is always there for me 24/7. Im also in love with the facility . Hiperfit miami beach is super clean, great machines; all the members are very friendly and when you are training you always feel comfortable and at home. In less than 6months and i have lost 16pounds and 10% body fat. I feel amazing with my body, im getting a lot of complements.

A M: After working out with 10+ personal trainers over the years, I can easily say Vanessa is the best by far i've ever worked with. I first heard of Vanessa after asking Miami locals who the best in the business was. What I heard was she was the go to trainer for a few celebrities in Miami (known as the "butt expert") and that it would be impossible to get in with her since she is booked solid. If you're looking for a branded, expensive gym that charges you $150 to sweat a little and give you eucalyptus towels—don't go here. Vanessa, Jordan as well as the other trainers are there to work hard and take on very few serious clients. If you're lucky enough to get a spot with them— i'd grab it.

Gwen Connell: I'm so happy with my personal trainer, Vanessa! She's the REAL DEAL!! I always leave there feeling my best and stronger. She kicks my butt every time and she does it in a very settle way too, where its sneaks up on me, I love it!! Also, its a MUST to get a post workout stretch with Ivan, he's the best!!

Gary Slowinski: Miami peeps. This place is a hidden gem! Everything you could ask for if your serious about working out. The trainers were intense and super knowledgeable . It kept me wanna to come back for more. Sammy is always a real treat if he is there too😁

Olivia Refile: I can’t recommend Ofri enough! If you need motivation to work out and learn how to use gym equipment like I did, highly recommend. I love that he is very dynamic and will customize the work outs in the spot and push you harder at each workout. I have learned so much from him and how to workout effectively for me personally. 100% best investment to learn fast; taking the guess workout for you to eventually know what your doing on your own. This was my First time with a personal trainer and well worth it! Ofri is also funny and professional at the same time. He is truly a pleasure to work with!

Erly Thornton: I started working with Ofri on my fitness several weeks ago. Ofri took measurements when we started then we trained several times per week. The routines always varied with Ofri adding more advanced exercises as I got stronger. After our first set of 15 sessions were done we took measurements again and I was significantly down in body fat and 6 inches smaller in the stomach. I am middles aged so getting those bars to move at this age is not easy. I am very happy with Ofri. He is always in time rain or shine, he is a good motivator and truly demonstrates he is interested in my success, not just going through the motions.

Max Nowicki: My life was in such an amazing place in so many ways. The love of anamazing woman, a great job, everything was going my way. But with the world changing, and my wedding approaching there was one thing weighing on my mind. Weight loss. I was feeling good. But I wanted to feel and look great. I found my way to that goal through at home personal training with Andrew Stearns. I had let myself go a little bit as the world slowed down and knew I needed help to get back to being the man I once was. I had put on more than a few pounds since the gyms shut down and needed a way to get back to my prime in a more private setting. Andrew Stearns provided me with the type of in home personal training that I could never achieve on my own. The 20 or so pounds I put on seemed to quickly melt away to almost 31 pounds lost! I couldn't believe that I could have these kind of results at my own home. Yet here we are. Thank you Andrew!

María Luisa A.: I hired Andrew because I wanted to get stronger (to improve my performance in other sports) and “look better” (drop a size or two, tonify and reduce fat); and I can say and I am very happy with the results. In the time that I have been working with Andrew (~4 months), I have gotten stronger than I have ever been, I’ve reduced my body fat % considerably and shifted my overall lifestyle towards a healthier one. The three things I like most about working with him (and that I have not necessarily experienced with other trainers) are: 1) Consistency – his wholistic program helps me stay consistent (and persistent!) both in my strength training and nutrition goals. Even when I need to travel, Andrew prepares training routines for me to do when away and sets achievable goals with regards to nutrition, making it possible to stay on track even outside my daily routine. Also, given that we train at my gym, he also shows me movements and routines to do on our “off-days” with the equipment that I have available. 3) His energy! – I have a tough schedule for Andrew (very early in the mornings or late at night) and his energy has been outstanding at every single session, which makes the training fun and something that I look forward to.

David Aquino: I chose Andrew as my trainer in Brickell because he has 25 years of experience, understands the importance of diet and nutrition, and caters his training program specifically to your body and metabolic type. Andrew brings the right intensity and attitude to the gym which has pushed me to hit new strength goals. His guidance on proper technique and form along with vast knowledge of different lifts have produced amazing results for my body. I continue to reach new weight max’s which I thought would take much longer with the exercises I did in the past. I am very happy with the muscle gain I put on in the past two months. In terms of diet, I’ve always had trouble gaining weight and muscle. Andrew crafted a daily diet plan for me to follow that included things like number of meals I should be eating, what type of food, protein and carb percentage, and even taught me to cook some delicious and super easy to make recipes. I’ve even gained 10 pounds of muscle in the last 60 days which I thought wasn’t possible. If you are looking for someone to help reach your fitness goals, Andrew is your guy!

Dave MacLean: I worked with Andrew over the period of 1 year to help rehabilitate a shoulder separation injury I sustained from a fall. The injury got worse as time went on, so I sought out to find a personal trainer who was a rehabilitation specialist, but also could provide some fascial stretch therapy and mobility drills. As a fitness professional myself, I liked that Andrew had a strong background of strength training and a focus on getting me to be able to perform again in the gym. There exist a lot of cookie-cutter type physiotherapy programs which lack the knowledge of real-world application, often neglecting a strength and performance aspect to their overall approach. Andrew is the exact opposite. I wanted to get pain free, then improve mobility, and then become stronger. Andrew helped with all of that. I especially liked that we were able to do our personal training/rehabilitation sessions out of my home gym. The convenience of in-home personal training is a game-changer and definitely separates Andrew's services and offerings from the crowd. Additionally, Andrew helped me make some major nutritional changes through his Metabolic Typing coaching. We found out what foods work best for my metabolic type and we eliminated foods from my diet that were problematic and weren't fit for my individual makeup. As a result, my energy levels and digestion improved significantly, and I lost some body fat. I can't recommend working with Andrew as your personal trainer or nutrition coach enough!

randell geuy: Andrew is the best in-home personal trainer I have had the pleasure of knowing. I had put on stubborn pounds during the pandemic that were not coming off like they used to at age 50, and his nutrition plans and comprehensive approach to training at home and weight loss really works! I dropped 15 pounds without dramatic lifestyle changes, just tweaks to nutrition and workout regimen. He makes in home training enjoyable and convenient for a working professional. He also has loads of good tips on gear and proper technique that despite being experienced in multi-sport, I did not know. Thanks again, well worth it, very competitive rates. High quality all around.

Shawn Tyrrell: Andrew as helped me with all of my fitness goals in the 5 years I been training with him. I went from 260lbs with 35% body fat down to 200lbs with 10% body fat. Joanna: I decided to hire a personal trainer because no matter what I did, I wasn't able to balance work, life, etc. with finding time to exercise. Add to that a major fear I have of re-injuring myself due to a lot of over-use injuries from sports, including having to undergo a spinal fusion surgery as a young adult. I was so worried about injuring myself again, that I avoided almost all types of exercise other than walking. I had no idea how to get back into shape and to my ideal weight. My friends convinced me to hire a personal trainer. I was concerned about training with someone who was judgmental, or just provided a “cookie cutter” training program for clients. Finding Jon has been a lifesaver. Aside from being knowledgeable about training, fitness, nutrition, etc. he places a lot of importance on mind-body balance and gives you the confidence and motivation to keep pushing – and he does it without sugar-coating. Jon adapts every training session based on your progress. He's supportive but is constantly motivating and pushing you to get to the next level. Jon's given me the confidence that with time and hard work I will get back to my “normal” self, ideal weight, and high level of fitness I've always been used to despite my injuries and passage of time. Can't give Jon enough kudos for being such a great trainer.

Regardless if you have 30mins, 15mins, or 10mins on the days you don't meet up, Jon has a workout plan to fit your time restraints. Vianca Peron-Sellan: I've been a member at B-Fit Biscayne since October 2015 and I have to say it's one of the best gyms I have been to! The facility is very clean and well maintained. The workouts are always in small groups which allows you to receive plenty one-on-one attention. The trainers are very motivating, knowledgeable and push you to constantly challenge yourself. Best part about it is that all workouts are different so you never get bored. It's absolutely a welcoming environment and other members keep you motivated as well. My favorite days are Monday: Lower Body Strength. Shout out to Sam and Louis!

Daniel Valladares: I’ve been coming to this gym for the last 3 months. Over the course of 3 months I’ve lost excess body fat, started lifting heavier and overall have felt better about myself. The coaches are great motivators, they correct your form, lower your weight when needed or when they see more potential they tell you to go higher. It’s small group training and no class is ever the same. The members are also friendly and motivate each other as well.

Daniel Silver: I had been weight training for 20+ years prior to going to B-Fit and I was able to learn new exercises and advanced training routines after a few of their sessions. The trainers really know a great deal about exercise physiology and proper nutrition. I especially liked how the weight training classes were composed of 6-8 attendees and 2-3 trainers, so there was a good amount of private instruction going on in the group sessions. There is no reason to not check out B-Fit as they offer a complimentary class to first timers. I would recommend B-Fit to anyone interested in improving their physical fitness no matter their level of training.

Valeria “Valeria” Vallejo: The most knowledgeable coaches you can find, every day you get a different workout, never the same, it gets more and more challenging everytime. It's a small group so they will always be there correcting your form and adjusting the workout based on your needs. More than personal training studio is a family, everyone is so motivating, and we push each other out. I've been with them for more than 3 years and my results are impressive plus I'm stronger than ever. Recommend for all fitness levels !!! And if you are beginner, get ready to become a beast !

Jamie Kravitz: I found B-Fit through ClassPass 2 years ago and fell in love with the program and the environment. They do an amazing job of making you feel welcome and the small-group format really gives you a personalized experience. I became a member within a few months and it is now my second home. The trainers are motivating and super knowledgable about form and technique and can modify any exercise based on your fitness level. You WILL become stronger and more confident with working out after a short time at B-Fit. I am so thankful for B-Fit and the community they have created.

Vaughn Edelson: A friend introduced me to this gym about a year and a half ago, and I've been going 1-3 times/week ever since. The small group training format is motivating. The instructors - all of whom are welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun! - quickly get to know you and what you can do, so they challenge you individually and as a group. The workouts follow the same structure each week (e.g., Monday is heavy legs day), so you know what to expect, but it doesn't get old - I always wake up sore the next few days! I do other workouts (capoeira, triathlon, etc.), but B-Fit is a key part of my fitness routine. They also have great recovery specialists on-site available by appointment.

Laura Recondo: This place is one of the best gyms in Miami! The trainers are all extremely knowledgeable, motivating and great at what they do. The workouts are always different and challenge a variety of muscle groups. I am always sore (in a good way), no matter what class I've taken here. I definitely recommend checking this place out; it will be worth your time to do so!

Vikram Sunkavalli: When I moved to Fort Lauderdale from Miami, I was skeptical of finding a trainer as good as the one I had in Miami. I figured I'd have a trial with J&R Fitness, but after my first session with Jonathan, I knew I probably wouldn't have to look elsewhere. Jonathan exceeded my expectations with his passion, ability to motivate, and his knowledge of strength science. I went from zero to hero with his program. Everything he told me to do was something I could easily adapt into my current lifestyle (I'm not a professional bodybuilder after all). For example, count macros? Not needed for where I was at! Just eat healthy and stick to an approximate calorie count and then adjust as necessary. This advice actually worked, and my body has never been bigger, while staying slim. For the first time this weekend, someone actually commented on my size (as a previously skinny Indian, I NEVER got such comments before -- even with my previous trainer). Definitely recommend a session with these guys!

Keren Nieto: I am not usually the type to leave reviews for companies, but how could I not with the experience I’ve had with j&r fitness. From the beginning I was impressed with how they treated me. I spoke with the owner who was very kind and got me setup with a trainer he thought would help me reach my goals. The process was so simple and not intimidating what so ever. When my trainer Freddy reached out to me, he was so kind and showed a genuine interest in me and my fitness goals. They were very responsive and attentive to my needs. I’ve been with them for years now and I couldn’t be happier. I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve worked with several of their trainers throughout the years and they have all been extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and the owner Juan is always there to answer any questions you may have. Jannette Perez: ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I MADE 2021! The kindest, supportive team I know. They are a great community and honestly wish I had started sooner. There is no better gym than House. I’m thankful for each of the trainers and the environment they’ve created. If you’re ready to be disciplined they will help with the motivation. Thank you house fan for everything you do!

Ben Aliaga: Been going for about two months and truly have enjoyed it. The staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable and keep motivating the clients. You have to book classes ahead of time so the gym isn't super busy and the trainers have time to assist everyone there.

Ahmad Hashem: Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after about 3-4 weeks I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started training with Luis and Joa in House of Transformation earlier this year I actually really got into it. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week and Luis and Joa were so easy to get on with. They tailored the classes to my needs and made it more fun. They are very helpful, extremely accommodating, encouraging and motivating. Just after few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it’s all thanks to Them! Unfortunately I had to leave the PT sessions, as I moved away, but would strongly recommend House of Transformation to anyone that is looking to get in shape. Thanks Luis and Joa!

Tony Nunez: One of the best strength and conditioning programs I've taken part in. The workouts are based on your specific goals. Whether you want to lose fat, get bigger, just get really strong, or all of the above, there is something for everyone at every experience level from a first timer to a pro athlete. It's not a one size fits all workout program where everyone is doing the same exercises in a class. There aren't any classes or any ridiculous intro courses you have to take in order to join, but you will workout under a trainer's supervision. They're motivating and helpful without being "in your face." The hours are flexible, and gym members are friendly and easy going.

Joshua Amador: I’ve been lifting for about 10 years now and it is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect, the maintenance and cleanliness is superb and is a standard for every member (I.e. Anabel Torres Sanchez: Joining Steelhouse Fitness has changed my perspective on how far I can push myself to reach my goals. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They help me every day pushing myself to the max. Every day has the schedule for some different workouts perfectly planned by Lucas Irwin-the owner, a perfect mix of cardio/weights and body resistance for a full body workout that are always high intensity; 25 minutes and you are done! This gym is the only place where real results happen. My schedule is super busy but this gym and their hours are very accommodating. If you have discipline you will see within few sessions in that hard work paying off! 5 stars for a great gym, a great trainer where every day is nothing but lots of motivation to push yourself to perform better. The workouts at Steelhouse will meet your needs because they're personalized for you. The trainers are present to make sure you are utilizing the weights correctly and the exercises are varied and comprehensive. The owners are experienced and down to earth. Martin Johnson: First, I would like to say that i am not a gym rat. I am 60 years old, and i haven't been to a gym since High School. My girlfriend is a fitness person, and she came for a few months and didn't invite me to come until she was sure this would be the best place for me. i had back surgery in my 20's and just kept weight off to protect my back. i was very hesitant about working out. Four months later, here i am pain free and injury free. My range of movement, strength and flexibility have increased exponentially. Lyonel's whole attitude of using full muscle groups instead of singular exercises has me pleasantly surprised. No kidding...this is hard work, but i am amazed how easy it is to stick with it under the guidance of Lyonel and Isaac. I came in skeptical, and now i am amazed. Plus everybody is really nice and its a great community of people. My girlfriend and i always look forward to coming.

Yefe Soriano: You’ll be working out in a gym, but it’s not really a gym Lyonel runs. He honestly sort of ruined normal gym chains for me; I’ll never get from there what I get here. It was the first time I was able to work out for 4 months straight without having to tap out due to body pains in a really long time; he and his squad’s got eagle eyes on your form and they’re not going to hold back on letting you know and making you fix it. Oh and if you’re looking for easy workouts, maybe look elsewhere. They make you move right while also really testing how far you can go. Worth the investment, nice work Lyonel 👍

Laura Larsen: I found LyonStrong through a trusted movement professional’s story on IG. Although living most of my life as a “healthy” person, I was diagnosed with arthritis and osteoporosis in my hips. I am 58 years old. Weight training seemed like the right thing to do, but didn’t really appeal to me AT ALL. Lyonel interviews all his prospective clients first, to see if it’s going to be a good client/ trainer fit. After I met him, I felt more confident to move forward. Lyonel specializes in functional movement and does not isolate your muscles in training. He uses the body as a cohesive whole. That’s how we function! I couldn’t drive in my car longer than 15 minutes without my hips aching like crazy and I was starting to feel fatigued and unmotivated. I have exercised all my life… Fast forward 5 months into training and I feel better than I have in 5 years!!! ALL aches and pain ARE GONE, I have renewed vitality, energy and enthusiasm. I feel strong and INSPIRED. Aging is inevitable but you don’t have to take it lying down!!! Seeing is believing…come on down and see what we do in here. Farhad Nourbakhsh: Rick is a nice guy but a tough trainer! I had a major surgery and needed a trainer that understands my condition and can work with me to bring me back to my form. The gym manager recommended Rick and it was the right choice. He planned a workout routine, as well as nutritional advice, and a set of materials to read without me asking for them. He would even check on me on cardio days to make sure I don't skip and called home to make sure I was fine after a workout day. Thank you Rick for caring. If you are looking for someone to work with you to reach your goals Rick is the man for the job. I highly recommend him.

Allison Jonas: Rick and I have been training together privately for 4+ years. He pivoted to remote training sessions during covid so I could continue my workout routine and not miss a beat. He holds me accountable, tailors the workout routine to my skills and needs. Even when we travel and don’t have access to equipment, Rick continues our sessions, using body weight only.
