KYRIL MUHAMMAD: Good place to park if going to courthouse downtown Miami. Parking is 5.00 all day but u must go to the main library in the building to get your parking ticket stamped if not it will cost 15.00. U must take parking ticket out of car with you so when u return to your car u use their kiosk machine to pay using cash not more than 20.00 or credit card. PLEASE MAKE SURE U GET YOUR TICKET STAMPED FOR THE 5.00 PRICE ALL DAY.

Dustin Bell: North Elevator out of service, South Elevator is wonky and sometimes not working. Garage is not well kept but it serves its purpose and has good rates.

Silvia Gama: Absolutely garbage, Left our car for a Cruise and on the way back it was covered in bird poop, out on the street and my husband had his sunglasses stolen, an over $500 loss, their phone number does not work it is just an answering system. we paid for a covered parking spot. We were obligated to leave our car's key due to no spot when we got to the parking lot, only way, otherwise we had missed our cruise trip. Believe me, run away from these monsters

Celso Guimaraes: This was the worst experience i have ever had in a parking lot. I and my family were set for a Norwegian Cruise. We got to this parking lot early otherwise we would have missed our Cruise...They are very rude people and they sell more spots than they can accomodate. Bottom line is that we had to park our car and were asked to leave the car's keys, so in order to not miss out our cruise we did it, on the way back the car was with literally no gas, they had to use a gas can so the car would have some, it was left out on the street and very dirty, looked like someone was using the car as a house, all coins and stuff left in the car disappeared.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Carrie Green: Tried the $5 late bird special - enter after 4pm, exit before midnight (maybe 11:54 or 11:56). The restaurant I dined at was extremely late in seating me (45-60 min wait was 90 min). The security guard at the building did not answer the bell/buzzer. $5 was actually $30. My advice would be to allow plenty of time to retrieve your vehicle, as even accessing the garage through the building will take a little time. There are no attendants available. The garage did seem safe to me, late night access is just difficult when you go to retrieve.

However there is no so many spaces available in the lower floors. If you need to spend your day in Brickell visiting or doing paperwork this is one good spot as per its security and location (bus stop and metro entrance just across the street).

Merwyn De Sa: Our first cruise out of Miami on Norwegian in Sept was a great experience and Premier Parking USA made it even more memorable. Everything about this company was hassle free. I called them and booked the slot and paid a very reasonable fee to park our car at the port for 3-days. Directions were great and there was no wait time before we were in the shuttle and off to the port. The return was the same. Upon arrival, I called them and they were there in less than the half hour they said they would be and dropped us back to the parking lot and off we drove went. We were so happy with the experience that I am telling everyone about them. Don't trouble people to drop and pick you up when you go on a cruise when we have this very reliable and efficient company that makes it all so easy and hassle free and at a great price!

Ian B. Leonard: All staff members were very unhelpful, unproductive, failed to communicate with other staff members about current status of shuttles or parking arrangements. I cannot respect any staff member who simply sits in their car and portrays the role of attendant from their driver seat. Our arrival date was Monday, April 1. We arrived at 12:25pm. During peak time, there were only two shuttle vans operating between the lot and the Port of Miami. Trip times varied between 30-40 minutes. My group opted to seek a taxi from the lot to the port, so as to not be late arriving to our terminal for embarkation. This decision was made and a taxi was secured at 1:51pm. This is an additional cost to me that should not have become necessary to ensure timely arrival. I feel that waiting for a shuttle to become available for 90 minutes is deplorable and avoidable. Our ship returned on Saturday, April 6. We cleared customs and queued at the terminal pickup area at 7:55am. The shuttle van was never sighted prior to arriving at our terminal. The shuttle van arrived at 9:05am, filled any remaining seats and transported us to the lot. We were notified that the delay was due to only one shuttle van operating for the morning. It is worth noting that our driver was very helpful and courteous. There is room for much improvement at this location. I will never utilize nor recommend Premier Parking Ventures for anyone in the future. My only hope is that this location either be overhauled entirely or disbanded.

Apple Bean: We have used these guys 3 times. Once in Port Canaveral and twice in Miami. The first time In Port Canaveral was great, no waiting time at all. We stepped off the ship and got right on the shuttle. The second time was in Miami. Getting to the ship was fast and efficient but getting back was a nightmare. Several people gave up and took taxis to the lot. We continued to wait and waited for over an hour. We called and got a voicemail. Shame on me for giving them another chance. We used them again last October and once again getting to the ship was fast but when we got off we had a two and a half hour wait. We saw them dropping off people but they never picked us up. The rest of the people waiting just took taxis to the lot but we called and waited, called and waited. Never any answer, just a voice mail. We finally paid a guy from another parking service to drop us off in front of the lot. NEVER use these guys in Miami!!!

First I get lost since they have not updated the maps on google...which is my fault also for just not putting the address vs company name. My reservation is for 12:30pm and when I get there I am told to wait by the side of the road in my car in the never ending line. Still in line and 2 hours have passed YES 2 hours!!! Now its 2:30pm when finally I am told to drive my car into a lot and wait for further instructions. "okay" 20 plus minutes have gone by and my family is anxious as the ship is schedule to port out at 4pm. and we need to check in at the cruise terminal. FINALLY we are able to get out the car and heads up .. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR KEYS... they only have 2 shuttles transporting to cruise terminals from - carnival, majesty, Norwegian and more.. SO YES I AM PISSED.. We get to the terminal at 3:40pm and lucky to been able to get on the cruise ship. THE RETURN.... I called them to let them know we are ready to be picked up and her response was I will call them to pick you up...OKAY and 45 minutes of waiting in the HOT sun we are approached by a shuttle already full to pick us up BUT they can only fit 2 people. REALLY we are a family of 3. So I called again and explained to her that there were at least 30 people waiting to be picked up by them and to send an empty shuttle not one that can pick up 2 people at a time.. Guess what?? The B!^@$ HUNG UP ON ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! THEY ADVERTISE PRETTY ONLINE..CLOSE TO PORT AND SO ON .. NOT TRUE.. SO BEWARE VACATIONERS. I WILL PARK BY CAR DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PORT EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE.

Cheri Yasgur: My daughter and I purchased a Groupon for parking at Premier. Included in the deal was parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. We parked, caught the shuttle to the Miami airport and was given a sticker and told to call the number on the sticker when we returned and a shuttle would come to pick us up. We returned to the Miami airport at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night. We immediately called the number we were given. No one answered -- the phone went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. We tried calling for 2 hours - same situation. Finally, we had to take a $25 taxi ride to the parking lot and when we got there, the gates were locked! An employee happened to be cruising around the parking lot, came to the gate, and asked what we wanted. We told him that we had tried calling the number we were given for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and no one answered. He told us he had his cell phone on him all night and no one had called. We showed him the phone number on the sticker and he said it wasn't his cell number! He asked who had given us the number. We told him Premier Parking. Finally, after 2 plus hours, and a $25 taxi ride and a lot of aggravation, we were able to retrieve our car. Everyone was rude. There was no one to help us -- not even the corporate offices. Today my daughter called the corporate offices to get a refund. We aren't sure if we will get a refund or not. No one ever apologized to us for our inconvenience. DO NOT USE PREMIER PARKING! This was a nightmare.

H A Patil: This is a fraud company without onsite office & any corporate establishment. They picked us up 70 minutes after we arrived at the pick-up point at the port. The driver forgot to get to our terminal; we had to chase another one who was dropping off other passengers.They lost my keys which took another 90 minutes to get my car! The situation was chaotic & stressful, not worth to save few bucks. No apologies for whatsoever. Ask them following before you decide to park there: 1. Where do they keep your keys? (answer: in a trailer in that parking lot!) 2. Who is the manager? (answer: no one is responsible there) 3. Where is their corporate office (answer: they claim to be from Tampa; but doesn't matter when their service sucks. They appear to be phony) Stay away, not worth to risk your vehicle for few bucks, go straight to the port parking.

Yolanda Graham: They have the absolute worse customer service on planet earth. I made reservations to park by phone in January for a cruise in March. Upon arrival, I learned they had moved locations. No email update nor phone call had been afforded me. After driving an additional 13 min AWAY from the pier to reach the new location, I am turned away because they are full. No refund, no compassion not 1 suggestion as to what I should now do even though I prepaid for my parking with them. I found alternative parking and had to pay them as well. I called premier and they simply said 'oh that happens' we will issue you a refund. I asked for an email confirming the conversation, and was told that wasn't possible. I was told the accounting department would be out sick until Wednesday. It is now Sunday so i ask if the entire accounting office already knew it would be sick for another 3 days. No response given. Since that time, I have called 6 times and been told they would process my refund and send me an email confirmation. I have yet to receive either. I have NEVER encountered such poor customer service on any level in any Country. I suggest you RUN and totally AVOID utilizing their services

Maddie Stevens: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The wait to be dropped off at the port wasn't terrible, but once we arrived home we had to wait for almost TWO HOURS to be picked up by one of their vans. We weren't sure where to stand to be picked up, so we called the company and they told us to stand in the wrong spot. Once van even pulled up next to us, and the driver ignored us and drove off. Once we stood in the correct place it still took over a half hour to be picked up. Seriously, park at the port if you can. Its worth the extra money.Their business is unorganized, and their staff doesn't even give you the correct information. Not to mention when we first came off the boat their phone number didn't even work. Just awful. Don't do it.

Jackie Boyce: Poor, they only run 2 vans, so plan on waiting in the hot sun at the port to get back to your car. People were taking cabs at 5.00 a person just to get to their car instead of waiting. The vans only hold 8 people and the cram you in on top of each other. The call center doesn't open the phone lines until 9:00 am, little use if you are trying to get off the boat early. The only ran two vans, while servicing at least two cruise ships. DONT USE THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Nicole Fronzak: i would give 0 stars if that were an option. i NEVER leave reviews on places, but this experience was so bad i had to. DO NOT park your car here...it took almost 2 hours from the time we got to the parking garage until we were in a shuttle going to the port. We ended up getting an uber from the port back to the garage because we watched the van pass us at the port and they only come every 30 minutes. They completely oversell spots compared to how many they actually have; cars were parked horizontally behind parked cars and this almost caused us to be blocked in to where we couldn't leave until the owner of the car parked behind us arrived. This was an overall very bad experience, NEVER parking here again.

Todd Chiles: Get ready to thread your car through a needle. The parking spots are absolutely ridiculously too small. Obviously more parking spots you have, the more money you make. LOL. Most of the cars are about 1 foot away from each other.

Artxanda James: Regardless of paying by phone, they will send you a tag picture parking violation letter charging you +$100 but giving you a $50 “reduced charge” if you pay within 15 days of receiving such letter. Two things here: I paid by phone and I was in and out in 23 minutes. They still send you a parking violation letter. They talk about a Parking Contract “clearly displayed at the parking facility”, trying to comply with the law’s loop holes .... just be careful guys, lots of entities trying to legally rob you.

Breanna Faye: Lifesaver for scooters / motorcyclists as this is one of the only places in downtown that allows motorcycle/scooter parking. It is NOT secure however. Have seen multiple "break ins" and vandalism to the bikes. There is 24/7 security and cameras, but the gates are open and make it easy for anyone to walk in. One time all the motorcycles/scooters had any accessories stolen (helmets, phone holders, locks etc).

Diya Gohil: Affordable parking but literally some of the worst and inconvenient customer service I have ever encountered. I travel often and the garage has a rule that you can only park for 72 hours with no activity unless you have written permission or your vehicle will be towed. The process is supposed to be that you send their customer service an email and they will then forward to that to their operations department to notify them not to tow your car. Whenever I send an email ( I usually send about a week in advance) they never reply or confirm receipt. It takes about 4 calls and waiting on hold for 30 mins+ to reach someone and then they will tell you the e-mail went to spam / junk etc and that they got it and will reply... Considering moving my car out of this garage just for the inconvenience of when I need to keep it there longer for three days, really hard to get a hold of people there.

Zelalem B. Tamire: A great place to park and affordable.security was patrolling around the clock.the only reason I gave it 4 stars not 5 was because anyone can get on the premises. A homeless guy tried to open my car door while I was sitting inside.he couldn't see me because of a dark tint. When I confronted him he said he was trying to turn off my lights because he didn't want my battery to die.(my xenon running light was on auto)

Adam Silovský: Everything worked as promised. We came for Heat match on sunday, parked for cca 4hours and payed 8 bucks. Paying machine worked, no problem at all!

Sergio F.: Pretty convenient location in front of Miami Dade College. It's one of the cheaper garages downtown. Signage and lighting could be a little better though.

Wasif Khan: Good place for parking. Problem is nowhere do they say that special occasion parking is $20. It should be part of their price chart. All other places mention their special occasion rate and since this garage had none, I assumed it would be going at the usual rate. Received an unpleasant surprise when we got there.

Jessica Hatfield: My husband and I were staying at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami and the parking was $27 per night. We decided to look for a less expensive parking alternative and we found the college station garage. The most you will pay is $16 per day but they have tons of deals and flat fees on the weekends so it was even more affordable than we expected! They also had a lot of security walking around and it was well lit. The location is convenient to the Bayfront Park and all the shopping on the waterfront. We recommend parking here.

Charlie Pettee: Staff didn't help and called me an idiot: Do NOT pay at the pay station before returning to your car like the sign instructs you. If you do, pay with a credit card so you can prove it. The pay station must be out of ink, because when I paid with cash and it spit my "paid ticket" back out, there was no new printing on it. When I went to leave and inserted my ticket to raise the gate, it didn't register that I had already paid. So.. I called for assistance and a security guard showed up. I explained what the problem was and he said that I need to pay to get out. He said that I should have waited to pay until I left. He said he believed me but I still had to pay again. The lady in the intercom said the same thing. On top of this, he actually called me an idiot to a coworker right in front of my face. I then asked him if he just called me an idiot and he said "Yes." WOW... I took his name and will be informing management of this message. I'm upset and disappointed in this operation. Go elsewhere. I will.

Chad Yager: Awesome parking close to airport. They shuttle to and from airport. We waited no more than 5 minutes to get dropped off at airport or picked up from airport. Car was safe and secure while we were gone. Price way cheaper than airport garage parking. Will definitely use again.

juan alcobas: They broke into my car and smashed several other car's windows. Stole my property. Did not even get a refund for parking there. Employees on site seemed not to care that anyone's property got stolen. Owner was rude as hell when I asked for a refund.

David Chavarria: Parked here for a miami heat game, multiple cars including mine were broken into and lots of valuables were lost, don’t recommend as they were only two exits and nobody was guarding or calling the police whenever it happened
