Alan Huddleston: I Requested a quote 09/24/2021 on car require repairs and sent pictures requesting a ball park estimate body work none was given. Because of the 5 star rating and free towing which was not true. I had my car towed there and I received an estimate in which I thought was extremely high over $11, 500. The Body Shop person Armando sent me the estimate and stated that he would get back to me later that day to locate part to give me an estimated time work would be completed . He never called back and after a week 10/04/21 I received a call from the receptionist asking if I wanted to continue with repair and make a deposit for half the repair cost. The next day I opted from repair at MTJ Paint & Body and was charged $2000.60 for storage fees which I believed to be unfair but if I did not pay it they would not have released my car. I told them I was a veteran and requested a discount. I explained Armando never tried to contact me, after the estimate which is $4,000 more than the Body Shop I will be using for repairs. Jordan Robinson: Someone hit my new car and dented and scratched the entire front driver side. I contacted this body shop in Miami after seeing all the amazing reviews online. I called on a Sunday and Armando immediately got back to me and scheduled me to come in on Monday morning the next day. Armando told me my car would be ready on Wednesday and it was ready right on schedule. They fixed everything as if nothing ever happened. This place lives up to all the awesome reviews. Carlos: Needed my fender painted. Charlie’s paint and body did a PHENOMENAL job and did so in a quick and timely manner. Junior was a very professional and honest gentlemen. He gave me his recommendations on what I should do with a price that was better than the competition. He also touched up all the scratches on my car and got rid of a really ugly door ding on my car just to help me out. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. I’ve also shown the paint job to my friends and family and we all agree it looks great!

Brandon Fernandez: If you’re thinking of going to a body shop, this is the place. There are a few body shops in the area. I had what I thought was a scratch the size of my thumb near the driver door, and after visiting several body shops that tried to con me into spending $400+ to fix it and remove parts of my car to paint it, I came across this place and spoke to Juan. After looking at it for a second, he said the scratch was superficial, and came back a second later, wiped it right off and told me I was good to go. This is the type of honest, incredible service that people deserve. If I ever have any issues in the future, I will only go here and I recommend everyone else does too. I left it overnight and the next day they called and said that they could not do the work. They refuse to do the work after they inspected it and have given me a price. I wont recommend to anyone. Stephanie Veloso: I’m leaving this review because I have been blown away by the incredible, above and beyond service I received from the team here! Let’s be honest guys - it is basically impossible in Miami to find any sort of body or repair shop that isn’t filthy, trying to rip you off (especially when they see a woman walk through the door) untimely with promised repair time, sketchy, or just flat out does horrible work. After a recent fender bender, my car needed work and I was DREADING the whole process. I did a lot of googling and couldn’t come up with any place that I thought I’d tolerate, much less like - so I called my insurance company. Thankfully they recommended Charlie’s. I went over with my mom after we had lunch, bracing myself for the usual scam - and was immediately shocked when I arrived. This place was absolutely impeccable - from the waiting area to the actual workshop portion, the entire place was organized, spotless and beautifully painted. We were cheerfully greeted by a lovely young girl and a gentlemen with glasses (I think he may be one of the owners) at the front desk. They immediately offered us to relax in the waiting area where they had a big TV, fresh coffee, water, donuts and even phone chargers all available. Again, the space was beautiful, neat and organized. They quickly got to work on my car, worked with my insurance rep, and promised the car would be ready in 3 days. Fast forward only 2 days - and I got a call that my car was ready early! Not only that, but they offered to buff out a little extra scratch from a previous/unrelated incident. Again, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was warmly greeted by 3 gentlemen and a woman at the counter - all smiles and laughs. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience - and one that made me finally believe that the unicorn of repair shops really does exist - at Charlie’s! I hope to not have any more car accidents - but if I ever do or need any sort of work for my car - I already know exactly where I’m going, no doubts or hesitations about it! 5 stars!!!

Ryan Deaver: I have recently had my car fixed at Alexis Paint & Body Shop. I had been to multiple shops for quotes in the area on what it would take to fix a large coin sized hole in my bumper. Yimy at Alexis gave me the best price, he is very nice, and also very professional. The work that was done for my car was fixing the hole in the front bumper, painting/blending 4 panels and they also purchased/replaced the fog light covers that were missing. Nadja Galvao: I am extremely happy I choose this body shop for my repairs. From the beginning when I initially researched this shop to the moment I walked in Yimmy was so kind, and welcoming. From the beginning he was always very transparent and honest with me with the repairs, pricing, timeline and preparing me for any potential problems that could occur. Unfortunately I had a horrible insurance company that underestimated my estimate and took extremely long to process my case (send the check). Once The repairs were started there were additional supplements that were needed and did take more time and energy to reach out to the insurance but the whole way Yimmy was very patient, diligent and determined too keep working and kept me informed during the whole process. When the patriarch passed away his son took over and changed the name to GS Art. I really hope I don't need their services again soon, but if I do, this is the place I will go. Nice people, good work and fast. Lucky I found them.

J. Paul Nadeau: I recently took my girlfriends car in for some body work and dealt with Paul Aaron, one of the managers. He was professional, informative, kept me updated and delivered on everything he promised. The results: the work was immaculate and the price was excellent. I highly recommend this spot. The vehicle looked brand new. That front bumper was crushed. Not anymore! Can’t recommend this place enough.

martin morales: This was my first time needing to find a body shop and I was terrified of even starting to look for a place. The first place I landed was Allstate and after talking to Paul, I felt at ease about the process and repair. They were always upfront and communicative about the repair and any work that needed to be added or removed from the initial estimate. When I saw the repair job they did, I was ecstatic. It looked better than new. They even washed and fixed up little scratches that were not part of the accident damage. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop.

Stephen Pelliccia: I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I had a perforation through the side and a massive dent in the side of my white Mercedes. The dealership’s quote was around $5k. At Allstate it was fixed beautifully at a quarter of the dealership price with a guaranty for as long as I own the car. It’s hard to find trustworthy garages in Miami and after my experience I don’t think I will have to look for another garage ever again!

Tena West: Great experience at Faraco today. This shop is partnered with GEICO insurance for vehicle damage inspections. We had an appt at 8:30am, we were seen and out by 8:45am. Jorge was excellent, personable and patient. He took the necessary photos and information and all of it was relayed back to the insurance company promptly. Very impressed with Faraco. Despite not being able to do our repairs, I was pleased to see they are providing excellent customer service regardless.

MiamiVice 1993: What a mistake to go there!!! Never take your car there!!! Went there to fix a mayor sunroof water leak, they keep the car 3 full days and when i go there the 4th day they did almost nothing, the guy who supposedly did the job didn’t know what he was doing. Just took apart a corner of interior roof, and put everything back again and what a dirty, grease fingerprints all over interior roof, mediocre job they did. And they where trying to convince me the problem was fixed. Sunroof has 4 drains they check only 1!!! The manager realized of the mediocre job they did that charged me nothing for the only drain they checked.

I have the fake estimate they wrote and I also have the estimate of what each item should have cost. He get off the market parts and charge you as though he have dealer parts. The paint job sucks.
