C 59: Instructions - park on curb out of way or in street if you got to, it’s not that busy. Check in at first office that says Shipping and Receiving. Roll stock dock is at the last gate at the end with the street sign that says Roll Stock receiving. Not a hard back
Aaron Hallman: Not a bad spot. Back in from the street not bad at all though. I'm here a day early and they unloaded me quick no problem. Really cool people.
Daniel Kulhavy: Nice people delivered roll stock check in at shipping receiving. They will let dock workers-know your here and come out too flag traffic so you can back in dock. Do not block front gate to roll stock.
K Owens: Delivery of roll stock w 53' dry van. Wasn't sure if there was any check in procedure, so the drivers there made it up as we went along. Limited parking on the street. Staff friendly and helpful.
Alex Segovia: Nearly an hour waiting for a guy to come and unload rolls. no one here is helpful, they just kept telling me to wait at door they couldn't event try call someone to help. Hope to never come here again.

Andrea Belmar: This business have been declining for some time now. The bundled boxes come with the bad teared unusable boxes sandwished (hidden) between the good ones, the biodegradable shipping peanuts are half the amount of what they used to be, and the price is higher. And the very poor management doesn't seem care about it. That's how businesses start loosing costumers little by little.

Ferm cargo PBM: if you call not delivering the order great customer service then think again. Placing an order on Monday with a confirmed delivery of Wednesday morning then getting to hear that the order will not be delivered is great. have of the representative don't know what they are saying every time they just keep telling you lies. Today i got to hear that my order was not placed on time. This is the second delivery that hasn't been done in 6 weeks and i keep hearing it is a problem we are fixing. I guess the problem is going to be fixed when you have personal that actually care about the job and not just a paycheck. have of the customer service reps don't speak English correctly They never understand anything. It's amazing that when you need your items you better get it yourself then having them delivery it.

RepRap Warehouse: We have often said that, in business, it is not the smooth orders that mark the best companies. It is the way they handle the issues that inevitably come up. Nicolas and his team knocked it out of the park on our second order which had an unfortunate (and very untimely) glitch. Not only were they responsive but they went way above and beyond (overnight shipping) with great consideration for the impact on my business. They did so even when they probably lost money on my relatively small order. FedEx still dropped the ball but I felt that TotalPack had done everything I asked and everything in their power to make it happen. Once again there I was treated very professional got Service right away. Arrived at my destination only to find out that the boxes would not work for my application. I called right away and expressed my concern finding out I can return boxes hassle free so long as they were in the same condition as I bought them. One day later I return my boxes my moneys were returned as promised. 😀😀😀👍👍👍 Conclusion a very pleasant and professional place to do business with.

Miami Wax: Every time i go its new policies.. New minimum order amount. Now you have to wait an hour before you pick up your order. I understand costs/price go up (frustrating but not your fault) but you should still have a consistent and streamlined process to order boxes. It's not rocket science! It's 2022.. you guys don't have a website I can order from? I have to order over the phone and physically pay in person when I should be able to place an order ONLINE and allow my employee to pick up items. Also sometimes I have to wait forever for warehouse employees for bring order for pick up.. Sometimes I wait 5 mins, sometimes I've waited 20 to 30 mins. Get with the program folks.

Jose Ramirez: This company is my preferred to make my boxes, labels and displays for a lot of advantages, they are very close to my company, the better prices and they count with an excellent team of professionals with many years of experience on this matter. I am happy working with CTP Boxes & Packaging and I highly recommend them.
Loanmysole: The lies and deception start with the first question on their FAQ - Although they say 500 boxes is possible be prepared to be told that is not possible when you finally reach someone. It gets worse as you progress, very slowly I might add, as "estimates" get presented, then retracted, only to be replaced by a higher price tag each time due to errors in the "accounting dept." If you get as far as coming to an agreement, figure out how you will get the paid product to its destination because they don't seem to have a plan to get it to you. Renting a uhaul for yourself is their best suggestion. Lastly, be prepared for an additional cost to appear right after you pay the deposit as well. You know the pastelitos and cafecitos they are enjoying while you wait for over an hour to sign the paperwork can get real expensive. If you like to waste weeks, get baited and switched and rent a uhaul to get the product to yourself go with these guys!
Jordan Him: CTP Boxes & Packaging are the best in Miami in terms of manufacturing boxes. Patricia made a miracle in producing boxes to my company with a very short lead time. We are very happy with her customer service and attention to details. 100% recommended.
Shooki Grasiani: Not very responsive customer service. Contacted the company for a quote for product display over the Internet. Called and spoke with a rep that requested a meeting in their facility. After number of attempts and follow up to get the quote, I gave up and worked with another vendor. If that how they treat your potential customers, I don't want to think how they treat customers once they get their business.
Gabriel Fraga: its Hard to write good reviews but this one is well worth it, these guys are extremely professionals and continue to make sure that the product comes out as desired with every attention to detail.

Ivashkevych Roman: I used to buy a lot of tape for my moving company since one day I discovered that they changed the formula in tape glue and now it leaves sticky residue on a furniture which never happened before. I had to find another supplier with better tape quality. I still buy some products here if I need a few things because my supplier located a bit far from my warehouse and I go there for big purchases only. Nowadays there working lady on a front desk, she is like flying somewhere on another planet. I was trying to order 1 bundle of mirror boxes which is come 25/piece a bundle. She tried to convince me that since it’s 4 boxes in set I have to buy 25*4 = 100 boxes which should be 1 bundle of mirror boxes(which! should be a minimum order). I never had this issue before. It always was okay to buy even 1 bundle or less(1bundle should be 20 or 25 boxes). In the bundle 25 boxes, not 25 sets. Guy brought my order. It’s 2 individual bundles 20 boxes each and additionally he brought 16 more boxes, so total was 56 boxes. I was waiting for my order for 40 minutes. I went back to the front desk, they are sorry for the situation but I can’t stand unprofessional. Thank You Acorn for all the time you been supplying my business. I am really appreciate your business , but I don’t want to spend my time with unprofessional people.

The availability of stock pouches locally from Packaging Center is very convenient, and having a local supplier for custom printed pouches is also great for us. We have worked with several manufacturers of pouches over the past 25 years and I can say without hesitation that our experience working with Packaging Center has been exceptional. They produce high quality products and consistently deliver within the promised lead time. It's also been a pleasure working with Rosy on occasions when we've needed some assistance with preparing our art for printing- she is highly skilled. Kevin has helped us with materials and design decisions for our custom pouches, and with technical details for the operation and servicing of packaging machines. Communication is quick (no waiting), and customer service is the best.
