Marlena Wesh: I had a fantastic experience! Andrea at the front desk was more than accommodating. My condo is under construction in Brickell and I desperately needed a quiet place to conduct an interview and I called around and was able to find Quest Workspaces. Andrea was able to get me in with 1 hour prior to my interview. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. I will definitely be making this place my second work home!

Michelle Stagnaro: Lily is the best employee ever. Since I have been working At quest building anytime I need something lily always helps out with a great smile on her face. Lily is the only employee with a great attitude and always has a smile. This place would not be the same with out lily. Lily os always willing to help and resolve everyone issues no matter what. Lily goes out her way to please everyone else. I can not say the same about the other employees here as there attitudes are not always so great but with Lily we have more than enough.

Shelby Torres: Quest has been one of the best workspaces I have had the pleasure of working with. Quest offers workspaces that may be available for teams or for individual office spaces that will reach all types accommodations. The staff is extremely helpful and absolutely lovely; they take time to get to know their tenants and that is very much appreciated. Staff also has fun activities throughout the week and events for holidays. It is an absolutely wonderful workspace ran by an excellent staff- please do not hesitate to check it out if you are looking for a workspace!

Karla Baez: Went over for a quick tour to scope out some options for a future office space and even thought I don’t usually leave reviews, this place definitely deserved one. I’ve been looking at many different buildings as options for my office, but the service given here does not compare to any other place. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was all attention and care from the friendly staff. I want to give a special shout out to Salí and Maria who went above and beyond during my small tour - I was even given some delicious coffee during my time there. Definitely recommend giving it a visit if you too are looking for a future office.

Jackie Quirk: I have been a tenant at Quest workspaces for about 3 months now and can't say enough good things about this place! The ladies at the front desk are always accommodating and are extremely responsive to any questions or tasks thrown their way. For a solo worker, it is nice to get that "office" environment, as I can interact with other tenants in the common spaces. We even have social events like Potluck Thanksgiving and Happy Hours! It is also centrally located in Brickell so I can easily access tons of places for coffee, lunch, etc. as needed. The office prices are also very competitive for the area and you can find a space that works for your/your business' needs. Love working at Quest!

Sara Madsen: Sali and Valeria made me feel at home right away! I needed a small private space for calls and videoconferences for three months. They had a space ready for me to move in the next day! The office was perfect for my needs and everyone on my Zoom calls was jealous of my super cute space. There are plenty of comfortable and cozy shared work spaces too if you want a change of scenery. Not to mention the coffee machine is fire. I wish I could have stayed longer and hope to return next summer!

Christopher Racine: Premier offers a professional, friendly, and attentive staff along with two fully equipped board rooms, a clean and fully stocked break room, comfortable waiting area, clean offices with amazing views. Located in the iconic Miami Tower, just off the 95 freeway allows for easy access to and from our office. The sky lobby is a great place to relax and take in the incredible views. With a gym and two cafe's you just can't go wrong.

People in general space was very respectful except for one guest making so much nice and being rude by the phone for many hours and anyone say nothing to him 😡😡😡

Jason Laurent: We are impressed with Premier Business Centers and their professional staff. We were able to move our business into 6 private offices in less than 24hrs without any hiccups. The General Manager and the administrative staff are very helpful and supportive to our business needs. The offices are clean and have amazing views. Did I mention this location is in one of the most prestigious buildings in Downtown Miami? If you are interested in your own private office with a professional work environment I would highly recommend this location.

Jeff Magny: Premier Business Centers is the best executive shared space experience that I have had since moving to Miami. It starts with the staff, service and professionalism. General Manager Jessica Rosado, is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is very commercial and accommodating. Client Service Coordinator Natasha Gutierrez, is no different, extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. I work out of the 100 SE 2nd St., Suite #2000 location. The offices and conference rooms are beautiful, tenants are courteous, rates are reasonable and refreshments (including coffee) are provided daily. Easy access to I-95, restaurants, the building includes a gym and additional amenities. I have looked at quite a few executive shared offices spaces over the years. Premier Business Centers platform and provided services in my view are unmatched.

Julio Iraola: Never forget that you only have one opportunity to make a first impression - with investors, with customers, with PR, and with marketing. Premier Business Centers at the Miami Tower have always left a fantastic first impression on our customers and vendors who have had the opportunity to walk through their doors. T H: Warning!! Terrible company, do not rent an office here! go to Regus or any other offices around here to receive a better more reasonable terms. They charge you $200 at the end of the agreement to hold your mail hostage. plus they charge you an outrages $200 "cleaning fee" to vacuum the office. in addition, they do not allow USPS mail forwarding! so if you get in, forget about leaving, you are locked hostage. They provide you "free" rent in the first year, and the 2nd year they sticking it to you hard! not to say they "make" you pay for services, internet, phone, parking and coffee outrages prices even if you dont need it.

Sheryl Weir-Thompson: Plan to pay for parking, and arrive early enough to find parking. I was there for a marriage settlement agreement. They barely wanted to validate my parking. I still had to pay alot. I guess it was because it was not my attorney.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH REGUS. They will renew your contract without telling you. Prepare for a ton of small charges that quickly add up.

Desy Gato: The building is huge and the offices are gorgeous but the parking sucks. The employees in the 8th floor that are supposed to check people in on the 9th floor never give my clients the correct suite number, or give them a suite number at all. They’re very hard to deal with & asking them for a favor is like telling them to give up their eyeball or something. (All the women are disrespectful, the male worker is always friendly & great with me)

Franco Sano: Be careful doing business with REGUS AIRPORT's Branch, after two signed contracts they cancelled them and told me they could not honor the agreement because didn't get the proper approval. I've been leased from them in their Coral Gables Location for 3 years, and here you can notice how valuable you are as client. I will not recommend REGUS any more as used to do it, but instead I won't hesitate to tell people how flipping they are at the time of closing a deal, and their lack of seriousnes as a company.

R L: 5-Star Experience. I used to use Q office Spaces and am so glad I switched to Starthub Miami. For starters, Q lacked technology. Seriously, at Q I had to keep my fingers crossed that my mail would not get lost. Starthub is a delight. I get timely emails when my mail arrives and free scanning services to let me know what I got without leaving my home. On top of that the staff is top-notch, friendly, and competent; the price point is beyond competitive. I highly recommend Starhub Miami. I am really glad I dropped Q and made the switch; you will be too!

Cy Kondrick: Whether you just need a desk or a private office, this is the best place in Downtown Miami to get it. I needed to get out of the apartment for two months and they were able to accommodate me for a short term rental (but also offer long term rentals as well. Most of the people working there are in long term agreements). The price was more than fair. The office staff is wonderful. Getting signed up and in the door was very easy and the office admins are really helpful and keep everything well-stocked, and organized. I highly recommend this office space. Other notable things: StartHub office: The coffee machine is amazing. Free little snacks and drinks all the time. Fresh pastries brought in occasionally. Lots of windows and glass walls make for lots of natural light. The chairs are comfortable and desks are nice and allow for cable management. Cleaning crew to collect trash and vacuum comes through at the end of every day. The office is always locked after business hours. They have a nice big conference room in the office that's available to reserve. Building: Front door to the building locks after business hours and there's a great 24/7 security team. Not a very tall building so the wait for elevators is never long and they were never broken. Location: In a nice part of downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Starbucks and Jimmy Johns right across the street. Metro mover stations and bus stops are close. Decently close to to the Brightline. Parking is close by also.

anirgu: Great place to get some work done. The start up hub is super clean and the atmosphere is second to none. I prefer this spot to any of the weworks in Miami. They have great flex desk options as well 24/7 access for members.

S B: I recently had my 50th birthday party at Ampersand and I highly recommend it as a party venue. All my guests commented on what an incredible space it was and everyone had a great time. Emely who is their Event Manager is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. Ella was the Studio Manager on the night of the event and she was so attentive and went out of her way to make everything perfect! I wish I could throw my party all over again! I definitely recommend Ampersand as a party venue.

Emely went above and beyond to assure my group had a seamless event and was extremely communicative during the entire process. Valeria A: We used Ampersand for an executive photoshoot, and I couldn't be more impressed with the space! The studio we used had ample space, a well-lit room for HMU and another green room where our executive could change. Our photographer and hair/makeup artist had everything they needed from a facility to get the job done. The executive was also pleased with the space. The staff was very friendly, they also have a nice kitchen area for snacks and drinks to purchase and there's a lovely cafe just steps away, across the street. We didn't use the communal area but the furniture and decor inside is beautiful.

Florence Quinn: Can't say enough about Ampersand, Emely Virta and owner Matthew Giles! They are easy to work with and supportive. The space is relaxed yet interesting and professional! Miles Davis, the dog, is a plus! Love it there!

Latoya Hopwood: If you’re even remotely considering this event space, Emely V. is definitely the person to consult. She genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. Erenia the Partnerships and Programming manager responds quickly. You can always send Erenia an email or leave her a voicemail and she will get back to you post haste.

Eric Berger: Great co work spot. Plenty of room to spread out and find your own spot. Phone booths for quick calls are perfect and that keeps the noise to a minimum. Some days there’s a small cute dog that walks around. Doesn’t bother people or bark at all. Overall I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Miami.

Fernando Gomez: Ampersand is just an overall great studio/working space to work from. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The overall atmosphere helps inspire creativity. I highly recommend it if you're sick of working from home and need a change of scenery. Its perfect for freelancers/small business owners .

They left my keys inside the vehicle and got locket out which i understand happens although is has never happen to me. They make it seem like its my fault. Then when ibring my second key the car doesn't turn on. We end up finding out they broke my shifter which was perfectly functioning when i left the car. Something happened and they tried to force it; which ended up in breaking it inside. Also, they charged me and then told me the issue, how covenient. THEY BROKE MY CAR..

Karin Lawson: I've been a co-working tenant with a private office for the past 3 years and have loved the Büro MiMo, as have my clients. It's inviting, clean with great decor and has an upbeat atmosphere. The staff work hard to create a space that is both a fun community and also a place to take care of your business. The common area floors are finished concrete and the offices have green carpet. The ceilings have the industrial look with exposed pipes. Here's an image or two of what we've been able to do with our office. Despite our particular office being windowless, (except for the large window with blinds that faces into the hall) it's bright and I surprisingly haven't missed having a window, as much as I thought I would. I have strongly recommended Büro to friends who have businesses of their own. It's a locally owned chain.

Brian Lutz (Backhand City): This is my favorite Buro. The lounge area feels like you home living room and the Art Deco design and Bingo theme in the flex space is a big winner. Also there was no "FRONT" DESK personnel for me to speak with I was so confused I thought I was an a abdoned office. A guy came after and told me she was busy and that she would speak to me promptly I ended up just taking a card and called, like I stated before & was treated very poorly, SHE was just RUDE. I Will not be renting space there for my business or recommending to ANYONE!

Law Office of Mark A. Hamburger: Been using SmartSpace for about a year now. I can only say good things: the two receptionists on the 19th floor are wonderful. Samanta, the manager, is also very nice and accommodating. As far as the office space, it's gorgeous. The conferences rooms have wonderful views of the water as well as the downtown skyline. Highly recommended.

Not only they failed to pay it back, they ignore my communications and everyone I ask for when I call is purportedly out to lunch at odd times (pretty unprofessional). In looking up Smartspace, it appears to be registered with the FL Sec of State, as a "COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.” However, my credit card was charged by BRICKELL EXECUTIIVE OFFICES, which is an inactive corporation, as of 2014! As of beginning 2017, their front desk carpet and throughout the floor is filthy with heavy, huge stains. Makes it very embarrassing to have business meetings there.

EAP PLLC: I have leased from Smart Space for more than 5 years. I used to love Smart Space for my office space and for the service. Until 2018, I loved Smart Space.

Clean, spacious, 24/7 availability, drinks, snack bar, roof top cabana type setting for outside fresh air. Office areas are well organized and comfy for a small area to focus and work.

Nolan Hoppenjans: So far beyond obnoxious when the patio gets used for parties that blast obnoxious music at unreasonably loud volumes well past midnight right across the street from my apartment. How this place hasn’t been slapped mercilessly with noise ordinance violations is beyond me.

Emma Flock: I called to ask about their covid safety precautions, hoping and praying I'd be able to work with other people for the first time in a very long time. Are they requiring masks? No. Are they at least requiring masks indoors? Nope. Okay, so are they then requiring anyone in their offices to show proof of vaccination? No. My goodness, are they at least requiring people to state that they're vaccinated, or requiring their own employees to be vaccinated? No, again, and they seemed annoyed that I would care about making a high risk activity (length of time, indoors/ventilation, likely not fully distanced) a little safer during a global pandemic. Incredibly disappointed in this company for not valuing the health of their own employees or the people working in their facilities.

Tony Bechara: Substandard service! They took my money for a service I did not use and never refunded me. Me and my other 2 colleagues each booked a hot desk for the day and then when we walked in, there was no space to sit and work - all hot desks were taken. One of my colleagues then booked a meeting room for 3 people and we all asked for a refund of the hot desk day pass fee because we did not use it. My refund request was rejected by a “customer service” individual called Raphy. This is a very bad example for customer service. They charged us double for a meeting room of 3 and each one of us also paid the day pass hot desk fee. We are a team of frequent travelers, we will never use WeWork platforms again - neither me nor my colleagues.

Google User: Hidden in the most obscure place imaginable, this WeWork location is essentially a puzzle that you have to solve in order to access it. I was 15 minutes late to a very important meeting, all because the entrance to this place is not visible from the outside. There are no labels on elevators that lead to the WeWork floors. No signage within Brickell City Center pointing you towards its direction. You are left to navigate through the mall, up an escalator, into a hallway, down an inconveniently placed corridor that FINALLY leads to the WeWork offices.

Austin Dunhour: We Work Brickell City Centre is as elegant as it is spacious. The building itself is well designed and easy to navigate. The moment you walk in, you can practically feel the creativity buzzing around the room. In addition, the terrace on the fifth floor provides the opportunity to enjoy the warm sun and cool ocean breeze.

Jérémy Pellestor: I do not recommend this place if you are indeed interested in working. First, their common areas, where the shared desks are located and that will be the only spot open to you if you have their “All access” membership, are extremely loud. You will have constant loud music, people yelling on conference calls while others are just having noisy conversations like they would in a cafe. This is simply not a good environment if you want to focus and actually achieve something meaningful. If you are interested in the illusion of working while spending your day on social media and getting caffeinated for free then sure, that’s your place. The desks themselves are pretty small and rough. Some do not even have outlets nearby to plug your laptop. I had better chairs sitting in the waiting room at the DMV. Their common kitchen has free coffee. It’s okay and still seems to be a main selling point in 2021. It also has a fridge where members can leave food: it is supposed to be emptied every week. Given the smell when I open the door though, it looks like they forget to do that quite frequently. I understand that creating a very low quality experience for their entry price point (again, the “all access” membership) is probably a strategy from WeWork to push people to upgrade to one of their private offices. I don’t think the whole thing is worth the money they ask though. But I guess you get what you pay for. Conclusion: save some money and go to a Starbucks, you will have the same experience. Or look at other options for a higher quality work environment.

Tatyana Lee: The worst rude receptionist. Three No No things the receptionist said: “I am busy, I can’t book a tour for you, “you can’t be walking around here, and did you want this location”. I just wanted to take a seat, she loudly said: “I can’t have you walking around here”. It’s shocking and the least friendliest person. She needs to go through Customer Service Training. I stopped by today, May 24th, still scheduled a tour. The moment I walked in her nasty attitude shows. Not good for we work who lost $2b in profits. During these difficult times, we must be respectful and considerate and at every encounter.

Brian Lutz (Backhand City): Backhand City and Twins of Miami love Buro Coconut Grove. It's a great place to manage our tennis lesson business here in Miami. The team at Buro go above and beyond servicing their clients with networking events and great work space options.. The best part is it two blocks from the courts where we give our adult tennis lesson programs. Highly recommend Buro Miami and there conveniently located co working spaces throughout Miami.

Marci Rodriguez: Büro Coconut Grove is a fantastic work environment! I get so much done in the privacy of my office, and though I work remotely for my Houston-headquartered company and mostly work by my lonesome, I love the fact that I can take a break from work now and then to chat with the people around me. I've made friends here. It's a great community.

The managers do a great job of helping us with small every day business admin issues that a small company like ours doesn't have time to worry about. You feel part of community and the opportunities to network are very apparent.

Daniel Levine: After a long time researching and touring each co-working space in Miami, it is with a great deal of confidence that I declare Buro Miami's best co-working space. Buro has locations all over Miami, so wherever I am, I have a place to take a meeting, work on my laptop, or get a cup of coffee. Customer service is great and the work spaces are beautiful and professional. But perhaps the most important benefit of Buro has been access to their professional network. They regularly put on networking events which create a great office culture and helps me generate business. I have been referred multiple clients and have in turn referred tons of business. I am a consultant who has to contract out a lot of work such as marketing, PR, accounting, and website design, so it has been a pleasure for me and my clients to have all of those professional services in one place.

Richard Ginsburg: Buro Coconut Grove is great. In fact, I have worked in Buro's in Midtown, SOBE, and now the Grove and love them all. The staff is super friendly, the bathrooms are meticulously clean and the vibe from other members is great.

Fabio Ribeiro: Büro is the best work community of Miami. Really nice members, hosts are super friendly and helpful. All they need to be perfect is a beer keg in the lounge.
