Laine Heidman: Just had an experience that left me with bad feelings. I called earlier today to ask them to place on hold a game for me that was supposed to come with special magnets on purchase. Person on the phone said no problem, they'll hold the game and magnets. I go in later, a different person rings me up and says the magnets are preorder only even though the email I received said "Purchase this game" not preorder. So I left after purchasing and realize he slapped on a game warranty without deliberately asking me. Yes, it probably was on the pad and I should have looked closer, but he definitely did not ask me if I wanted a game warranty. So basically inconsistent messaging plus sneaking charges. I don't frequent GameStop that much and this whole experience basically reminded me to not bother in the future. 2 stars because the employees were polite and the person on the phone was very nice.

Ulises Ramon: First when I went up to the counter to buy two used games they tried to over charge me on both games by about $20 each over the sticker price. After I correct their mistake and purchased the two games. They failed to actually place the game disk in the plastic game case! Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I arrived at the house 35 minutes later! I couldn’t even reach them on the store phone because they don’t answer it!, I can now see why GameStop is going out of business, they just don’t care about the customer! Very bad service, will call my credit card company and dispute the charge and will never return to this store again!!!

Nataly Negroni: Purchased a controller for my birthday and had to go back twice and to varying gamestops, the last one being this one. End result was a SWEET NEWER MODEL OF THE CONTROLLER! Warranty is good. First time was a year and the second time was 7 days. I feel like it's worth it. Other than that, I like this Gamestop! It's next to Home Depot and a pawn shop! I bought BOTW here and it lasted me like two months. Its also worth noting that for any Gamestop at least in FL, the tax is usually the same as the state tax. So you can Google 6% of what the base price is... Thank me later lol

Jessica V: Had shirts on a rack that said $5. None of them were under $10 and guy at the counter copped an attitude when we said we didn't want some of them. No wonder why GameStop is on its way out. Hadn't been in one in years and don't plan on going back into one.

The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is enriching knowing that someone is always available to aid you if you have any questions! *Update: Doors locked, lights on, store allegedly open, called the store nobody picks up the phone, and there is no one inside. Currently it is 2PM.*

Hans Teme: It has all the games like most other GameStops however the problem was the fact that they limit their profits by not allowing kids to purchase the games they want and it's terrible so make sure that when you go over there I guess you need to bring your parent because it's not going to allow you to purchase certain games which is very stupid. The atmosphere is quite spacious with games all around it has a more less of a suede carpet and a nice fresh game smell to it.

I basically wasted my time and money driving there, because when I got there they wanted to charge me full price...The young man helping me was more courteous but the lady in charge definitely had an attitude problem and needs better training in dealing with customers. Not only is this store bad but Gamestop as a whole corporation is, since basically they don't have to price match their own online store and that is no where to be found written out. Basically I was told each store can charge whatever they want. Don't bother coming here.

This place is a scam and honestly can’t wait till it goes out of business. They hire employees to try to take advantage of kids I would strongly stay away.

V: My kids have fun coming here, from meticulously looking thru their huge selection of games in all formats to browsing their collectibles. The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Keep in mind the store is to the side of the mall by Starbucks.

DEAD SOUL 528: My son and I always enjoy coming to gamestop especially this location, all of their stores have the nicest young people who are in the know about gaming, but we personally like to come to this one. I had a longterm problem with my account that not even Corporate knew how to fix, however Kevin the manager promised me that he would fix it and he did! So thanks Kevin!!!!

Tyler Cates: I had the profound pleasure of visiting this store. Ren and Sean were two of the friendliest, helpful and professional businessman I've ever has the pleasure to meet. They helped replace the broken charging port of my Nintendo Switch (regular size) and advised me on how to prevent it from breaking in the future (only use the approved chargers, guys!). The entire job took about 20 minutes. I couldn't even make it back to the car before they called. It was the most professional a d efficient experience I've ever had and I cannot recommend them enough. They sell all kinds of gaming memorabilia here. I was able to buy a proper replacement switch charger for an incredible price. Overall, they greeted me warmly, made me feel valued and respected and provided an amazing and difficult service in record time.

It was out of my way by over 30 minutes, but boy am I glad I went because these guys not only fixed my switch, they also explained to we what occurred and how to prevent it in the future. Courtney: This awesome little place here is amazing. Sean hooked us up and diagnosed our problem with our ps4 SUPER quick and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. He really saved us big time and for the problem we had the pricing was also very, very fair. While we waited there was also so much cool things to look at as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to sell or get your game counsels fixed.

Leo Balseiro: My PS4 took some lightning last year. The previous repair shop I went to had taken nearly a week just to say they didn’t dabble with that kind of work. Flash forward to today, I came into this shop with a call-ahead and was met with quick, earnest, and honest service. The shop itself is gilded with enough nostalgia to wipe away any issues that followed you to the door. The gentleman working this shop are skilled, thorough, experienced, helpful, and genuine. You will walk out of this store with assurance that your console is serviced to the furthest extent possible - hands down, would recommend again.

Kim Rodriguez: Best customer service and real trustworthy. We had a damaged hdmi port for our PlayStation 5. We called a few other places and no one wanted to help (geek squad/ ubreakifix). They said we needed to go through Sony. Sean was so knowledgeable. He showed us a few other issue he could find that are related to these types of damages. We dropped it off and in less than an hour it was fixed and luckily it was only the port. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Sean for your help!

vincent young: The GameStop worker I didn't get his name he was pretty helpful but as usual GameStop prices are absurd it's ridiculous that I can find things that I need on Amazon much cheaper and the fact that I'm a pro member. I never received notification when PlayStation 5 or Xbox s/x is in stores.

nick taylor: This GameStop provides absolutely no customer service and is just purely transactional. Bought a game from a store nearby last week, tossed the receipt and then got the same game as a gift prior to opening the one I bought. Figured it wouldn’t be an issue because I put the purchase on my GameStop account. Walked in, the cashier located the purchase, but the manager (Warren) refused to put the funds back on my original payment method and would only refund as a gift card. This is the only retailer I’ve come across that wouldn’t just refund their customer to build loyalty. It was clearly at the managers discretion as he kept saying, “I’m not willing to give cash back only store credit.” It was a brand new game in the wrapper, with the purchase from GameStop in the system. What a waste of time. This company is trash, shop online.

Bernard Londono: It’s very convenient for me to come to this location. Emmanuel and the entire staff are helpful, inviting and very knowledgeable. Shopping there is a treat because the entire store is well organized, clean and stocked. What’s more inviting is the ability to talk, relate and have an experience that ones does not get from online shopping.

Villainous E-Dad: I went here for a free code and they told me that I had to buy a product to receive it, when I declined and asked again the store manager gave disgusting attitude towards me, I relented by stating that no purchase was necessary and he still refused. This store also never has useful employees from my various times visiting. They also don’t let anybody in if they’re not trying to buy the PS5.

Stanley Flores: The lady with glasses that works there is not very friendly. I waited in front of counter in front of her for 5 minutes before she decided to help. She was actually pulling out the game I ordered online for pickup not knowing it was my order. So when she finally decide to greet me she said oh I was just working on that order. Then rudely told me to wait a hour next time before I pick up an online order because it typically takes her one hour to fulfill online orders. Keep it mind I saw her reach the cabinet behind her and pull out the game and it took a total of 3 seconds. Don't waste your time here unless you want bad customer service.

I went by to exchange it for a ps5 gift card or store credit 35 days after since the 30 days expired on Christmas Day , nothing can’t be done. The manager at the store was no help , bad costumer service, didn’t even try to help. I would rather buy the games at amazon.

rachel martin: Came here as a favor for my husband to exchange some consoles for a newer one. There was only one employee in the store, a young man. I felt so bad for him since it was a super busy because of the holidays. He was patient with me and though the process was tedious he helped me out! I really enjoyed his service, wish I could remember his name. Not a gamer myself but it was a pleasant experience.

M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Florin Babiciu: Unless only if buy a product from them, they won't help you with any other electric device. What's you're point of having a geek squad if it's useless. That's the worst excuse I have ever heard. I don't trust all the small shop of electronics on the beach that why i was hoping someone with more experience. But that won't happen here. That just gave me a reason to never buy any product from a place like best buy. I wonder how many more years will be until you're company is gonna go Bankrupt.

A business with hours posted yet not open to the public because they're unable to set up a proper team to execute on a daily basis it's very disappointing covid-19 is not even the cause of such lack at this point.

Larissa Villard: If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband came to store get his little sister something and the manager working was literally staring at us the whole time as if we were gonna steal something. Which nobody want to walk into a store and have all eyes on them . Than try to over charge us $25 for gaming controller that was published at $12 . And on top of that the employee that was cashing us out walked out in the middle of the transaction. I wouldn’t recommend this location

Offers me a preorder of Cyberpunk 2077 for PC months ago and allows me to pay off said pre order a week before the game is actually released. Upon release day of said game, I am told by Joseph, the manager at this Gamestop, that the PC versions were to be delivered later today and that I'd be able to pick it up then. Fine. Fair enough. I call a few hours later and speak to another young lady associate who was working there, asking about my possible pre order pick up only to be told that the my PC version was in fact not on the way as they don't see anything for it in their systems. Fed up, I go to said store only to be greeted with the fact that they NEVER had any PC versions in transit and that I had wasted an entire day waiting on something that would have never came. Complete negligence on the managers behalf.

Alzinga Fagan: Game Stop is truly a great store. Though small you feel like your in a large area with their organization of the store and the placements of their products. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for high quality games and other gaming products at reasonably low prices

Sekuroi Doom: Staff is extremely knowledgeable and appreciate games just as much their customers, if not more. A lot of neat demos and good stock of preowned games. Location needs to be changed on the map further down, there was a relocation a few months ago.

Princess Cotton Candy: Would only sell me "We Happy Few" the game in a $90 package deal. Wouldn't sell me the game by itself, when all other Gamestops are selling this game by itself or in a package deal. It seems like they don't want to sell the game as a singlebecause they want to make a quick buck instead of making their customers happy. Finally they agreed to give me the game by itself, then when my boyfriend showed his military I.D. they didn't want to give military official discount (when all gamestops give a discount to goverment and military officials). Manager had an attitude. This place SUCKS. We went to the aventura mall gamestop instead, and had no issues.

Blake Blackstone: Haven't been to a Gamestop in years for many reasons. My 360 controller that I use for some of my PC games finally died so I decided to take the chance and stroll on over to this establishment. I walk in and an employee gives me about 5 seconds before walking over to me to ask if I need any help which makes me really nervous. I don't like employees hovering over my shoulder like a servant while I'm shopping. Eventually I tell the guy that I'm here to buy an XBOX one controller so that I can hook it up to the PC. He states that they don't have really controllers and they only sell third party controllers. I was hesitant and told him that third party controllers suck and about the dead zone because I play hardcore FPS. The guy reassured me that technology has improved since the 360, which I know is probably bull but I decided to take his word for it anyway.... 30 dollars later and an unpleasant experience, I finally get home and try the new controller. Dead zone was there and 0 improvements as a third party controller. Either they are hiring kids that don't know what they are talking about or the company is telling them to lie to make more money. I, for instance, think it's a little bit of both. And I learned my lesson.. again. And will not be revisiting one of these store. I hope to soon see a day where these places are torn down. Should have kept the Moviestops around though. :/

They went as far as to have a verbal argument with one one of the members in our group. Terrible service. After that, they started bad mouthing us.

ModernTV: This place makes me feel uncomfortable and comfortable sometimes and the reason why is because there is some employees that work there that are not helpful and are not so friendly.For example sometimes they don’t help me exchanging some defective game cases when clearly I have the receipt and hasn’t been 30 days. Then there are some employees that are really nice and would help me out whenever i need to exchange some defective game cases with the receipt before 30 days! I really wished that mostly all the employees in this specific location are more helpful and friendly but for now I’m not returning back to that store. Anyways getting a game there is never a problem until today I went and an employee named Anuor didn’t want to look up any MLB games for me on the computer which is strange because I’ve been to a lot of GameStop’s and they all lookup the games I ask for to see if they are out of stock or in stock but this employee didn’t help me on that part and just said sorry that’s the MLB games we have. I had gotten 1 MLB game which was MLB The Show 11 which I approached to the cashier and paid and I said do you have any other MLB games in stock that I could get in the store and said nope sorry can’t help you without even looking up to see any in stock MLB Games. Well I’m done writing this review finally and let me say that this type of employees just make me not want to come back and make me want to go to another Gamestop that treats me 100 times better than this location. I’m only shopping there again if I see helpful and friendly employees that want to help me on exchanging games and telling what items are in stock, not refusing for what I like to shop.So for now this is will be a 3 star review since it’s good and bad sometimes which it shouldn’t be like this at all, it should be always good not bad!

Danny M: This happened twice, I didnt catch it the first time but the second time i got extremely upset, usually all gamestops ask you nicely if you would want the warranty on the game which sometimes i do but sometimes i don't but this gamestop doesn't ask you, they just secretly charge you the warranty and after you paid they would say you have the warranty, I would write a huge complain in the feed back but I lost my receipts. What a huge scam!!

Michael Espinoza: I'm writing this solely on my experiences at this location, I see some other negative reviews but that just has to do with policies that some of these employees are forced to follow and have no choice but to enforce them. I have been coming to this store for a while and the crew are always very friendly, cordial, and are very attentive to anything that I need when going in, if they don't have the item they recommend a list of other placer establishments that are not GameStop related that help me find what I am looking for. The establishment is also always clean and I'm grateful to have this location left in this area since the other one closed a few years ago.

Matthew Colon: Bought several games from the store, but came under financial hardship and had to return them two days later. The store manager Danny was rude and demeaning. He did his best to make me feel bad about the return and he and I got into words. A few hours after returning the games, Danny calls me to say that “my return couldn’t be finalized”. The store kept my money and the games. I had to escalate to the district manager.

Phil Santa-Maria: Very good customer service at this store. They have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. This is my go-to store even though it's not the closest to me. 🚀

Bob Halagon: Amazing employees and great selections. My son loved everything he got. Highly recommended!

Amarilys Milian: Went to see if any DS game consoles were available. The person working said they had one. Let me see it and hold it in my hands. Just to be utterly disappointed. Immediately after ringing me up they said it was not for sale and could not be reserved for purchase later on. I have never been more let down ever before. We asked if anything could be done. They said no. Zipped the DS back up and took it to the back room. Why even offer a product just to disappoint the customer.

I came across this company in 2018 and have enjoyed my experience ever since.Jeff who I believe is the company owner is always a pleasure to talk to. I have spent 30+ minutes chatting about life,politics,games,death. I know when I go in I am welcomed. Jeff never rushes me or anyone in the store. His collection is vast. In terms of prices I have seen cheaper for certain games however the trade in value is so much better. Furthermore if you look at my pictures Multi vest stamps their games so that even if it's pre owned you are obtaining working quality. That is one thing I truly enjoy. I have gotten pre owned game from game stop that can fail mid way into a game NEVER once have I experienced anything similar with Multi Vest. I love this store and I will happily keep returning

Response: Glen you dropped off your consoles during the pandemic when everything was shut down. You were asked to pick up both consoles because the retro part manufactures that catered to dreamcast part manufacturing were shut down. Our conversation was you wanted to leave the consoles in case the parts became available. These specific parts became more scarce with time and their prices became ridiculous. Your two consoles is still stacked amongst our own consoles that are too expensive to repair. You knew from our conversations that You could have come at any time to pick up your consoles. Getting dreamcast parts is like walking into Walmart to buy a PlayStation 5 . There none available and it’s no fault of Walmart. I apologize for the lack of resources available to fix your dreamcast but I warned you that it would be a great challenge to get reliable, fair priced parts. We are very fair and loyal to all our customers. It would have been much nicer to come pick up the broken unfixable consoles then to say that we stole them. We appreciate you , we would never steal anything from our customers

Worthy to say the employee was rude af. 2- Last Thursday was announced that the company would have some PS5 available to pre-order, we called to the store they said they would have just a few but they wouldn’t know how many until next morning so they advised to be there pretty early (as usual) and the store would be open at noon. We passed by to another 2 stores closer to our house y they had a sign saying the qty available so people don’t stay there wasting time, we arrived to this store at 3:45am and there was no sign with qty and also already 6 ppl in line, so my brother was the 7th, i waited for him n the car. When it was finally the opening time of the store the employee comes out of a car that parked just a couple parking spaces behind us, that car was there when we arrived! The guy opens the store and at 12 o’clock comes outside and said we only have 8 to pre-order, The first 2 guys n line went in one of them with his girl friend and they finishes their purchase they jump on the same car the employee was on earlier... it’s like, really? Then the employee comes out again saying he was wrong that they only got assigned 7 to pre-order so there was only 4 left, even the guy in front my brother complained about that. My brother called to other 3 stores and them told him all the stores knew the qty assigned to each one since the previous day, meaning that this unprofessional employee felt free to called his friends and stay with them till next day to assign them the equipments, not even bothering to hide it... 3- we came to the store again today, the manager was there, my brother got a couple stuff and asked him to update his information, obviously the other employee didn’t do it the first time, so i also claimed about the situation last Friday, and the manager ignored me completely, like i was talking to the wall, really? What a shame of people.

Wade Wilson: I've been here a few times and its really hit or miss with the attitudes employee's give you. At times they may be just ok, but most of the time its BAD attitude city. So you end up with this bi-polar type customer service. I feel as if its coming from the store leader. Perhaps employees here are being trained to give 'free' attitude if the store isn't hitting sales quotas or doing too many returns etc., in essence what can you, the customer, do for them, not the other way around. I was planning on buying a console and a few games here for Christmas, but seeing the attitude problem a girl employee at the counter gave another customer (granted it was to someone else, but it left a bad impression on me) made me leave and think Best Buy, or another retailer, is the better choice here, or if you are set on buying at Gamestop because of a sale, another location would be better served your hard earned money. Can't recommend this location.

Cristian Patino: Phones don't work or employees don't care to answer. I've called 11 times, each time it rings and rings but nobody ever answers until the machine tells u to call back cause everyone's too busy. Update; After arriving in person I walk into a store with nobody attending the front and it was empty with no customers so they certainly were not "too busy" to answer phone calls. After standing around someone emerges from the back and asks what do I need, I say I'm looking for a particular item, the employee disappears and comes back to let me know they don't have it. Overall a very inconvenient and unprofessional experience. Looks like a store ran by teenagers not professionals

Vero: A store is only ever as good as the employees that are working there to assist you, regardless of whether it’s a mom and pop or chain of retail stores like GameStop is. I’m happy to say that in my visits to this particular GameStop location I’ve been assisted by several employees who have been nothing but friendly and willing to assist me in anything I may need. They’re very knowledgeable about the products in the store and are willing to help you in any way they can. With several stores in this chain closing recently, I’m glad to see that this one has remained open, as it has some of the most helpful staff working there. If you’re looking to buy games or other related products, definitely stop by this store over any Target or Best Buy.

Standard Flight: Do Not buy Super Nintendo Classic edition because they knew you may not like it and they would not want to take it back! Not returns policy (if you plan to return it the only chance is saying that “you never open it event if you did it”) I believe you have 7 days to do this if not you are out of luck. (Very shady way of do business) shame on you GameStop. Store sales person (Emmanuel) would not help you at all! The manager (Edward) was not present at the store and when we call him He told the the guy at the store over the phone to offer me a trade in price! Useless manager that did not want to talk to me directly.

Korvus Korvus: Cyberpower pcThe pc has def been taken out of box before, has microfiber towel residue in the vents and considerable amount of dust inside when I opened it. The box says it comes with manuals. It does not, for any of the parts. Only a gpu install guide and a set up guide for the pc. ALSO The manufacture replied to a question on this product promising that the pc comes with a screw for the second M.2 SSD port. It does not come with one. Pretty ticked off that i got a used/open box product when I paid for brand new, especially since i drove about 50 miles to pick up and 50 miles home. 3 stars due to open box when i paid for new & the manufacture not caring about its customers wanting upgrades (I shouldnt have to go buy a single screw to expand my storage.) And lying to potential customers about what comes with it

Mira M: I just don't like shopping here at all , the atmosphere is cold and just soul less. The prices overated and the sales , not always easily found . It is maintained decently and the employees are kind and do their best to help nonetheless. Yet they always attempt to up sale every sale and add ten warranties to every protection plan and sign customers up for their credit card. When now a days people often have a whole deck of credit cards and even more debt as is.

Cristian Patino: I called to ask if they have an item, they said yes we do. I arrive and they tell me they don't have the item, I ask them to check and they say maybe in the windows department. I head over there and their staff was nice for double checking but they don't have it either. Yet both departments can say they see it in the system yet they can't find it. I appreciate the help but it was still a waste of my time since the computer system says it's in stock yet nobody could find the product.

Manuel Eduardo Gonzalez: Difficult to get to a specific or single experience. I've been there lot of times, I prefer a thousand times the chance to review certain product before buying it, that's the reason I choose bestbuy over Amazon.. some employees are extremely kind and it's absolutely amazing having someone I can talk to about my concerns, but other times some other employees, man, it's just like they were there trying to fill a spot, they were unkind, at the beginning I thought maybe that person was having a just a bad day, but I realized other employees in other visits had the same attitude.. Now I just think some people love their jobs, others just don't. You'll never know what you will get when asking for help.

Rafic F: I just bought a printer and the people from HP were great then I said I might get a prepaid phone . I went and ask a question to a manager and he answered in the most repugnant way . After that I opened a drawer by mistake not knowing it was for employees and then he just came and said that way for employees and closed it . There was no interest in me buying here and no salesman approach me . I buy everything online from other places and today I said let’s give Best Buy a chance. I wish you guys the best of luck

Mark Satterfield: Not nearly what it was back in the day. The laptop section seemed dated. There didn't seem to be a gradual "less expensive to more expensive", it was organized by brand. Sales tags of course are no longer sufficient. You really do need to see more, so bring your phone to research. If you are looking for a particular laptop and they have it on display, this is a great destination.

tony ozegovich: Very fast service due to low occupancy, staff has been very cordial..good stock on everything I'm looking for too. Love to frequent this location

Rafael Hernandez: Ordered a TV online for store pick up at the Pinecrest location, due to afternoon traffic I ended up showing up 10 minutes prior to closing, they processed my order and loaded the TV in my car in less than 5 minutes, they have a young efficient crew.

Steez: Employees are man-children. Worst Gamestop in Kendall.

ModernTV: I’m glad to have this is as my home store. All of the employees there are friendly and also very helpful whenever I need an exchange of a defective game case whenever I have the receipt. Also they will always help me on telling what games are in stock and what are not. They also make sure I leave with a good condition game disc and game case!👍 5 Stars for now since everyone there is helpful and is easy going to communicate with👍. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marlon Montesano: Staff here is always friendly and helpful. My only concern is that they are fairly close to larger more well stocked GameStop locations, if I didnt live down a few blocks away I probably wouldn't come as often.

Baka Hitsuji: Cool place, games and pop culture goods. Nevertheless, not very fair on trade prices, and employees are pretty much slaves to reservations. Overall I would rather just order online.

Johnny Awesome: Best GameStop in Miami. Unlike the GameStop at Beacon Centre who continually low ball me and try to take my money. The employees here are nice and they are know what they are doing. One time I bought a NEW PS3 after my old one broke so I get home and I test it and it turns out it's used. I go back to the store and they charge me the correct amount of money no problem and no hassle. I am a regular here I go get PSN cards all the time so if you are looking for a really good GameStop in Miami this is the place to go

carlos louis: Great place to shop for games. The employees there are well informed & They always greet you with a smile.

Adonys Chavez: Hands down best service and place to buy games, they are always trying to make me save money, almost bought a game at full price but they told me they have one used and instead of paying a whole 18 dollar difference I payed 16 dollars less which included a 2 year warranty for a 15 dollar cheaper price. Go check them out
