David Smith: This rating reflects the one experience I had on 4/4/2022 at approximately 5:15 pm. I love Bass Pro Shops overall, but a very rude salesman, Rubin in the Hunting department was disrespectful to me and my wife. I and my wife went to buy some new firearms to add to our collections. Mr. Rubin approached and asked for my credentials. I gave him my Conceal weapons Permit and a valid up-to-date FL driver's license. Because I have multiple addresses, I explained to him to put it in the address that I'm currently staying in. He said no, he would need proof. Then I said okay, I opened my phone to show him a picture of another Valid license I keep for reasons like this that had the address. He said I would need to get the physical copy. I was confused because I had three forms of Government-issued IDs. I had my US passport, FL driver's license, and concealed weapons permit. He still gave me a hard time. I didn't want to escalate the situation due to him becoming very aggressive. So, I said okay. Now, this is where gets out of hand. My wife had her FL Drivers license with the address we both reside at and her concealed carry permit. We both agreed that we are buying the same type of firearm, a Sig Saur P365XL. He told her he's not going to sell it to her because he knows she's going to give it to me. I explained to him that she was buying her own and that what he was doing was unethical and prejudice. He basically said my wife was a liar and a criminal in front of the whole store. His questioning the integrity of my wife upset me so much. Even so, I was the bigger person. His actions were discriminatory and unprofessional. I'm American-born and love all who represent our flag no matter who you are or where you are from. This guy was far from that. He embarrassed me and my wife in front of my friends and customers. This is not how you treat decent people who come to your business to spend money. I want to look the other way because I love this place, but I may have to take legal action. This has affected me in such a negative way.

Three Brothers Clean Team: One of the smaller bass pros I've been to. The firearm selection is very small, as well as the ammunition stock. Alot of clothes on sale or clearance. Very clean and well kept.

Jorge Pardo: Very disappointed with service. Asked 3 people where I could find a small flashlights and a belt for everyday wear. Got pointed everywhere but. One person decided to take a call mid conversation. I hope he and his girl kiss and make up. WOW!!!! Wasn't until I decided to walk the entire place (row by row) until I found the 2 items. philippe gabulon: Superb shop, very large with good selection of boats on display. You will find what you always find in large Bass Pro Shops but with a broader selection of gears, of fly gears, of boats. It is a very nicely decorated shop that has the magic of a marine world and the tradition feel of an old fly shop. The selection of boat on display is very large with bass boats, river boats, skiffs and day boats. A very nice place to spend a bit of time.

Frankie V-Tech: Always feels like I'm ready for outdoor sports when I go there! Cool view of all their boat selections on the way to the entrance. I mostly come here for their excellent selections of fishing gear and tackle. So much to choose that I literally stay almost the whole day just trying out stuff and finding gear that most local tackle stores don't have. Great costumer service...but my only complaint is with online orders...it takes too long after you pay online...it takes me 20min to get there and the order was not ready for like another 30min. Kinda strange for a reel to take that long to the pick up counter.

Kerline Levine: I went into this location with my sister visiting from Seattle Washington..who happens to be in cancer treatment (she has no hair) she really wanted a Miami Dolphin shirt ..we were racial profiled as soon as we walked in the store . We both had at least 3 grand on us to spend .. Security purposely walked between us as we were looking at the shirts . He never said a word no hello or excuse me or not even a hello. Not soon after maybe 5 mints he proceeded to walk straight through between me and my sister again I literally had to take a step back for him to fit . Plenty of room for him to just go around us it’s just about 8 pm and plenty of white customers in all over the store .. not once but twice he did this every time never saying a word .6/10/22 we will never shop at Ducks nor tell any one we one to shop there RASIUM IS REAL!!!!

abdelilah el hassani: I was completely satisfied with my visit to DICK'S sporting goods. I went there to buy a school backpack for my son, I left the shop with many purchases. The store is wide and features many shopping options for each sports activity. The prices were very interesting ( great deals) and the staff helpful and kind.

Chris Dorman: Karen at this location helped me out tremendously! I drove about 140 miles from Fort Myers over to this location to buy a weight set, but they sold out while I was on my way there. Karen was able to locate another brand in her store and I was able to purchase a weight set after all! Totally saved me a wasted trip! Thank again for your help!!

vera bettin: I just don’t get it, you have a beautiful store with employees at every department but only ONE CASHIER! Been waiting in line for 15 minutes two people walked off the line and this is typical this is not the first time every time I come in here this is a situation. I don’t understand how businesses turn the lights on and spend all this money for operation and then fail on the sales side mine boggling!

So I tell them they were marketed for $69.99 they confirmed it was a mistake on their part but would not honor the price!! instead only gave me only 15% off. Lame!!! So be careful they do not care about false advertisements!!!

I’m extremely satisfied with the results! Israel Rodriguez, Cecilia Chavez and Patricio Alaya were working as a great team and went beyond stars (I’m serious..) to make it all happen. Considering it’s hard to get parts these days they quickly figured it all out for me. I just simply love the way how they are always there for me with the right solution. Anthony A. Armas: No Boundaries is the most legit cycling, endurance sport, and triathlon store that I have seen in coral gables. They are in the heart of the city and have quite a large footprint of store and inventory to offer. The product range has suited all my needs for specific cycling essential items and even specialty race specific items. I am very happy I’ve become acquainted with this store and will certainly be going back for all my needs. Certainly an enjoyable shopping experience. Patricio the service mechanic is truthfully a wealth of knowledge and fantastic with customer service. He taught me about the anatomy of the bike while doing a repair right on the spot. He also recommended me specifics for my chainring and group set to fit my needs of riding, down to the detail of road / trail landscape. In a world full of hectic shops, no boundaries in the gables is a breath of fresh air.

George Alexander: Best bait shop in Miami. Been treated like family since the day I walked in when they first opened. The owners of this place are great people and always willing to go the extra mile to do what’s best for their customers. Store is always extra clean and organized no matter what the time of day is. They’ve got the best stock of rods, reels, and baits in south Florida for sure. Check them out if you’re ever in the area.

Preston Paynter: Went in to get some pointers and help with a setup for fly fishing. Everyone was extremely friendly and Danny helped me get just what I wanted. After stopping at a few different stores in the Miami area before this one, I can confidently say this is the best suited for a fly fisher and won’t disappoint.

Seba: Beautiful place with so many lures, cheap live bait, and a ton of tackle. Staff went out of there way to show me what to buy for certain fish and answered all my questions. 10 out of 10 would shop here again. The shop is always clean and I had no idea that this awesome shop was even here.

Phil Stanley: Wow wow wow! You will not find customer service like this anywhere. ANYWHERE! Jesus hooked me up with my dream boat - a custom LT 25 with some specs I hadn't seen on any Gheenoe yet! I was talking with my friend Heiko about wanting an LT and he mentioned Jesus, the owner of JD's and gave me his number. I sent a text the next day and was on the phone with Jesus. He led me through all of the option and gave me advice based on his experiences with his LT. It was nearing Christmas and even with the looming holiday, Jesus modified one of his orders and I had the boat delivered to the Keys by early February. This boat is a dream. An absolute dream. Jesus was patient with me and allowed me to come hang out at the shop and go over his stock several times and was always prompt and honest with his responses and recommendations. An A+ business man. When my boat was delivered, Continental sent a trailer with a light that died. That night, his tech Juan came down and fixed it for me so I was able to put the boat in the water the next day. I am humbled and beyond proud to sport the JD Outdoor Sticker on my boat. I owe so much to Juan that night. A complete professional, while I was being a neurotic mess to get on the water. Fixed it up and I was good to go. I sincerely thank Juan and Jesus for what they have done for me in such a short amount of time, they have revolutionized how I fish and did everything they could to get me on the water, I am truly grateful. Not to mention, the tackle selection is bar none. For someone who fishes the Everglades and the Keys regularly, their tackle selection is bar none the best and if it's something specific you are looking for - they will find it. Yo-Zuris, and an impressive selection, DOAs, EP Tarantual for fly fishing, the store is a dream. Thank you guys, thank you guys so much! I will forever be a loyal customer and do all I can to spread the good word of this store! -Phil

Jorge Pelaez: Yesterday was my first time here. What a special surprise! I had no idea this little gem of a shop existed. There's only one big box fishing retailer in town their fishing department stinks and nobody is around to help. Not at JD. I was promptly greeted and escorted around the store well equipped for a day on the water. They had everything I needed and a few things I didn't realize I needed

Juan Hurtado: There had been no fishing store near by in a long time and now they came out with the fishing store, the owner is always helpful and since they have fisherman hours they are always open for the next time you go fishing. Great variety and very friendly staff every time you walk in always asking what is needed.

roger i: This past weekend we had a poor experience again with the pricing on their store sign not being the price at the register. Last year, they had to honor their price as they had 3 different signs in the shoe section for a lower price than what came up at the register. This past weekend, the store manager I believe her name is Sandra, refused to honor the 10 dollar lower price on their shirt. The signage was clearly over the shirts and pants, not designation of the price being only for the pants. She even proceeded to change the sign as i was trying to take the picture. I am a long time customer and big spender of Columbia items. Very poor experience.

Gustavo Suarez: The sings over the clothing is not clear. Looked for a winter jacket with a hoodie which on the rack, while looking for my size, I found in the middle. When I got to the register they said it was $100 more because it was an online item returned by a Customer and the price is not the one on the label, but the one attached to the piece. If the item is mis-placed with others, why would they mot accept accountability for their mistake and honor the price? Completely false advertising…

Abigail Morales: Great selection of kids, youth and adult bibs, jackets, ski and snowboard pants, waterproof, water resistant gear, boots, ski masks, goggles, gloves etc. They have everything you'll need. That being said, given they are a niche store in Miami expect exuberant prices. I reccomend comparing online prices with those in store. You may find the brand names do not justify some of the prices. However there are also a number of sales, and moderately priced items too, as well as organized clearance areas in the kids, women's and men's sections- including bins with off season hats.

King Family: We live in south Florida and have no gear for our ski vacation in Vermont. We probably could have bought our gear there but I like to be prepared and I don't like to pay top dollar for things our kids will use once and grow out of. In the middle of a global pandemic, it's a risk to take the entire family to a brick and mortar store to try on clothes. The Peter Glenn website was very easy to navigate, we found what we needed and at great prices. Thank you for your great customer service.

Natchohodlr: The staff here is excellent. Helped my wife find ski pants she needed. Unfortunately due to covid the stock and selection is very low. We ordered online but will return again for any winter travel needs. I was told the ft Lauderdale store has more inventory.

Charles P: We've never missed when we've gone here for cold weather gear when we're traveling somewhere. They have varying levels of quality at different prices so the selection is good. The staff is knowledgeable and volunteers to help you; you don't have to go hunting for them.

Joseph Hunter: Everything you need for fishing, hunting and another outdoor sports. Immense store, a lot of products, a lot of variety. Have something l never saw in other store, a giant sea fish tank aquarium size, very nicely set with big fish on it, and some benches around it where you can seat and relax for a while. Is a very nice store where you can relax when you go shopping there. Great parking lot, convenient location. Easy to see from any way you coming there if is first time you visit.

He told me I had to go to shoe section, to which I told him I was already there for 15 min. Maafin Paafin: A very neatly organized place. I felt very comfortable while walking in the isles. Not much populated as the store is located at the outskirt of the Sweetwater city. There are ample parkings. The only reason of not giving the five star rating is the customer service. The check out person kept looking at her mobile without paying attention.

Jennifer Livermore: I have visited this store many times and Juan has always been a pleasure helping me out buying my sons shoes. They needed basketball shoes and Juan helped us. I recently needed flag football cleats and there weren't many available and he took the time to go online and patiently helped us see all the models and select the ones that we wanted. I had bought some stuff and I ask if I could exchange and because it was a few months past they didn’t let me change anything. The clothes just didn’t fit and was bought online and it was clothes over 500 dollars. I don’t understand why people can’t have some empathy and understand. I was away at college and couldn’t come back to make the change. Honestly very disappointed because I am a frequent client but I guess not anymore at this particular location.

Orlando Gonzalez: Store is well stocked with everything you need for snow, only drawback is the prices. Went in looked for basic gloves that can handle snow minimum 50$ which is crazy. Checked out some thermal undershirts and they’re 90$ for a regular long sleeve shirt. Expect to spend big money for stuff you can easily find on amazon. Best idea is to go try stuff on and just order it online it’s way cheaper.

Our stores have a wide variety of prices on the items you mentioned with gloves starting at $34.99 and thermal tops starting at $37. Customers can also order off our web site in store on an even wider variety of merchandise. If you find an items at a lower price somewhere else show it to a sales associate in the store and most times we can match the price. Our stores are priced the same as our web site which is competitive with other web sites and stores when you compare the same items or do a Google price search.

the.g.37: This place holds a monopoly on its market, and it's not afraid to show it. The selection is rather limited,the prices are high (higher than many ski resorts) and the staff is less than enthusiastic. I bought 3 things from the display (i.e. opened and tried on) and asked for a discount and all they said was "no. If you don't want it we can just sell it to someone else for full price." Literally every other store I've been too offers some discount on display items. I will not be going back. I can only recommend this place if you don't have time to wait for shipping and you're going to a remote mountain without a ski shop near by; and that is only because this is the only place around. For all other cases, buy online or buy at the mountain. You'll save money and have better selection.

tc zig: I am going to write this review as to exactly what I experienced. I give the 3 stars only because the store was nice, neat and appeared to have a lot of apparel for colder climates - otherwise I would have given it 1. My experience was really not a good one. I arrived here about 10:30 am (having read that the store opens at 10am), and the sign on the door clearly said it opened at 10am. The door was locked and I waited a couple minutes before knocking on it. The woman came to the door and she seemed annoyed. She told me they didn't open until 11am, but she did open the door. I said, well, your sign right here says 10 - and I pointed to it. I was looking at the sign, and it clearly had 10am. I'm no rocket scientist, but I know the difference between a 10 and an 11. She argued with me a bit, and kept saying 11 and told me the sign said 11 (I'll reiterate, I was LOOKING at a 10am). Then she stepped outside the door and clearly saw a 10 as the opening time. She mumbled that the sign was changed. Oh, ok (a simple "sorry 'bout that" would have been a better response). That set the tone for my visit to the store. I roamed around a bit. I was looking for a pair of Merrell shoes, The shoes were limited and I only saw 1 or 2 Merrells (don't bother coming here if you're looking for Merrell). I roamed around some more, when the woman called out to a kid working there to help me. He was SUPER nice and went to find the Merrells in my size. He came out and said there were no Merrells, except that one I picked up from the shelf and it wasn't in my size. Bummer. I then asked about a Vionic, and he brought me my size, but it was not what I wanted. I left this store and won't ever go in it again. I was the only person in the store, yet was pretty-much ignored until the kid helped me (and I did appreciate his help). I was thinking to myself, how could this store possibly stay in business? That all being said, the store did seem well-stocked and was clean and was a big space; the appearance was very nice. The only thing I was looking for was shoes, and the shoes they have seem limited - or maybe just more for thick snow. I was looking for a lightweight hiking shoe and was surprised they didn't stock more Merrells. I won't be back here because there would be no need for me to ever go again. If you do go, be aware that it is upstairs. You go in a glass door, take an elevator up, and they are on the 2nd floor. If you don't know that, you may wonder where it is - it's very close to the Pet Supermarket. Parking is plentiful in the front of the store; it's in a nice strip mall between Best Buy, Pet Supermarket, I-Hop, and some other stores.

Nadeem: I live in Dubai and wanted to buy some wakeboarding equipment. I wasn't able to find any bindings for my size so I had to look elsewhere. I found MiamiNautique and found that they sell top of line brands for wakeboarding, but I saw that the shipping was too high. However, when I gave them a call Thomas answered and we then chatted about which board to get and if the shipping was right, he clarified a lot of stuff and helped me pick a decent board and it was surprisingly shipped from USA to Dubai in 4-5 days which was awesome. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy watersports equipment anywhere in the world, just ask for Thomas he is the man! Might buy a pair of water skis in the future from here obviously :D

Adam G: Much better than Amazon! They have industry knowledge and unlike amazon you can talk with a rep about your order. If you order during business hours and live in the Miami UPS zone (a majority of Florida and some of southern Georgia) you will get items shipped via UPS ground the next day. Their same day handling is reliable and fast. I ordered an item yesterday at 4pm and it was at my doorstep at 10am today.

The bottles are the best cycling bottles, fits my Bontrager RL bottle cage perfectly. On the other hand, the t-shirt wasn’t impressive at all. My t-shirt had a big Rapha patch on the chest and it causes skin irritation every time I wear it.

kimberly osgood: This is my first venture into a proper running store I was greeted promptly and assisted. I told the gentleman who helped me what I was looking for and the fact that I have low arches which adds to the difficulty when I run. He knew just what I needed. Hechecked my gait and to my surprise, even noticed my left foot turned inward more than my right. I did not mention that it him initially. They really do pay attention to their customer. Also I will admit that I was a little intimidated to go because I am a plus sized person and therefore I don't fit the typical Runner look. Do Not let that stop you. I detected no cool jock vibe here. Inclusive is the word Overall I had a positive first experience.

Isabella Carrion: They really know their stuff and will help you find what you need, meaning what your body needs. If you go in looking for shoes, they'll provide an assessment and find the right one for you. Their selection of shoes is great also! They host a run club on Mondays and Thursdays as well and it's nice so it feels more personal. Definitely would recommend both the store and the run club.

James Roberts: This might be a great shop full of wonderful people, just as described in so many reviews here. But it appears I am destined never to know. Twice now I have made the not inconsiderable drive and shown up during hours when the shop was supposed to be open, only to find an OPEN sign, but also a locked door, and some hand-scrawled note promising that someone would be back in 10 minutes. They weren’t. Trying to call in advance to see if anyone was actually going to be in the shop – thus sparing another wasted drive – was also unavailing. Calls to the shop reach only the voicemail, and the voicemail box is full, one cannot even leave a message. (The result being this review, which you can only hope the owners will read.) It is a shame that a city this size, with only one actual dedicated fly shop, has a shop so difficult to patronize. I really like to patronize local businesses, rather than the easier – often less expensive – practice of shopping online. But, sadly, this shop has made that impossible to do.

Christine Bryant: This is the Mecca of gear geekery. Wide and varied selection, unbelievable prices, and a crunchy ethos that makes you never want to deal with a corporate operation like EMS ever again. Salespeople are plentiful and well-informed, and it's easy (too easy?) to get sucked into the Sports Basement experience.

Gregory Beach: I'm new to fly fishing. I inherited an old rod and reel that I wanted to play around with. The guys there didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and spooled the old reel. They also gave me some pointers on how to use the equipment. A first rate experience

Michael Meyer: I had an awful experience with another outfitter and had to cancel my plans one day before a trip to Cuba. I called Luis 18 hours before my flight, and he got everything set up for me with a fantastic guide service. Great experience that resulted in a great trip!

Matt O: Great little fly shop. Helpfull store keep giving plenty of advise for a beginner. Will be coming back.

Alan Tweedie: Great selection of flies and gear. Staff was very helpful and got me the gear and advice I needed. Location was a little hard to find.

T Lykes: Great collection of gear, bugs, rods & reels for the avid fly fisherman (& did I mention great gear!). Any questions about fly fishing, the Fly Shop is a great resource managed by experienced anglers.

Robert Roemer: Luis won't try to sell you something you don't need. But things are very limited here. The shop specializes in travel and outfitting you for destinations.

Jose Rodriguez: Great tackle shop. Wide selection for novice through expert levels. Staff is helpful and qualified.
