Pierre Hanna: Been to the store to check on some prices and I couldn’t get an approximate price unless I resounded my ID. I’m already T-Mobile costumer and I gave up my phone number and was willing to give all the necessary details to access my account, only to get a price range for a new phone. Customer representative was rude, unprofessional and want curious enough to sell. Will never get back to that store especially that there are not the only option in the area. After t hi s experience, I’m seriously considering to switch to other providers since their are many tempting offers.

Rene Maci: I went to this store to buy a phone, but I left without it because the manager wanted to force me to buy a warranty protection plan, without it I couldn’t take the phone, I walked away because I knew that wasn’t right, before going to the store I try to buy online at T-Mobile, and they give you the option to skip that plan, I call another store and the sold me the phone with forcing me to buy that warranty, at that store they told me that that warranty is up to the customer if he wanted or not, which it always has been in my 5 years with t-mobile.

Last August 27 I changed my Iphone 12 (full payed) for an iphone 12 pro supposedly with a promotion, I checked my balance last Thursday and I could see that there’ s no promotion, there's no discount for my iphone 12, I lost an iphone 12 or $500, but the worst is that there’s no answer, the manager told me on Thursday, “just come next Saturday and everything will be under control I’ll be here until 7pm” I went to the store today, the manager wasn’t there and there’s no answer.

A L: Fast, friendly service and fair prices but the quality of the phone screen replacement unfortunately is subpar. Got my iPhone screen replaced here with them. But then I decided to buy a brand name screen protector directly from the Apple store instead of through them since the last off-brand screen protector that I let a local cell phone store apply is the reason my phone screen needed to be replaced in the first place. Anyway I get to Apple and they apply the screen protector and apply a little bit of pressure to press the screen protector into place along the edges and the screen got a large black “hole” on the display and little white spots as well where the pressure was applied. Lucky for me Apple has exceptional customer service and will be replacing my entire phone screen for free since they assume responsibility for the damage that occurred during the application of the screen protector. But, I know this would not have occurred had I simply went to Apple to get their brand’s screen replacement even if I had to pay more. Quality over quantity. I paid for a cheap off-brand screen protector and my entire phone screen broke less than a day later. Then I go to Cell phone hop to get the screen replaced and less than an hour later, the led display is damaged. Lesson learned, stick to the high quality brands folks, you certainly get what you pay for.

Chrystina Johnson: My cell phone was not powering on. I went to this location for assistance. After waiting over 30 minutes, someone finally waited on me. To make a long store short, the manager suggest I purchase a new phone. I only had my phone for less than 6 months. When I said, Why would I spend another $700 on a phone?" He replied," I can not fix your phone because we only sell phones." Needless to say I left the store without a working phone. I have been with Tmobile for over 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever received.

John BassLife Gamez: So many times I've had to rush into this store with all kinds of issues ragarding my personal or work phone. Issues created by my own doing. I have to say that Matthew and his team at this location have been the utmost professionals. Matthew immediately jumps into action no matter if he's taken care of 75 customers and I'm 76. He brings the same positive and admiral attitude to every customer he encounters. I know, cause I have been there and seen it with my own eyes. The team in general is excellent. There was a line when I came in, but it moved very quickly and I was fortunate to have Carlitos assist me. He explained some different options for me with my phone lease ending soon, and was VERY honest about what I should do, which products to buy and which to pass on. I appreciate that I was not being upsold into the most expensive options when they were not right for me. Even down the unnecessarily expensive accessories. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered my million questions without rushing me. Highly recommend asking for him if you need any services at this location!

I V (sever305): Emily and Rose provided my family with excellent customer service. The team was helpful and courteous. I definitely will be going back to this store for service and adding additional lines to my account.

Eddie C: This location mis-diagnosed my issue. The lady that claimed she has 15 years experience as a tech, did not even know how to turn on my phone! Then claimed that my phone had water damage. The phone will tell you when there's water damage when plugged in. But she could not even turn it on! Once I left the store, I was able to easily turn on my phone. I took my phone to another T Mobile store, and a better...5 year experience technician diagnosed my phone correctly as having a software issue. My phone was then replaced on the spot! This place needs to train their technicians better in both diagnostics and customer service.

MS: I was treated miserable , bossy around and denied solution when I ask to review my account since they charge me double with same phones after it was reinstall into my account. First when I got the service a year ago, the girl and manger at the time where fine and nice ,they explain everything and work it out fine. Then my husband try to got a new service account and the transfer of the phone number almost 3 weeks , went there 6 times and frustrated call my previous provider , kindly they help me given me the way to do it as it was a ground line and bring the numbers to show them how to do it , they did not know how. They never give me credit for the 3 weeks not in use and I did not ask to avoid more problems, Since my bill went to double with same service, my plan was changed to double . I saw that day another person complaining about charges that he was not aware. The main problem with this manager (there is three managers) , is that she does not explain , how the charges will be or give any invoice and costumer ask for specific plan and the bill comes with different plan than the one expected....she, the manager acted like the owner of the place instead of help the costumer gives a defensive attitude, they did not honor the ads T-Mobil has . I Called Costumer Service and everything was fixed immediately.

Walked into the store with my destroyed I-Phone XR and the assistant Manager Kat immediately attended and began the process of recovering my lost photos and contacts. As more customers arrived she handed my case over to Jean who diligently worked while attending other people and went as far as helping me via my laptop to recover my lost information in all a 5hr process but got my photos recovered.

Nay Nay: I came in and spoke with Michael yesterday in getting the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Not only is he patient, he made sure that I fully understand what’s going on while he’s activating my new phone. Michael was so detailed, patient, kind, empathetic, understanding, and great at explaining. Only thing was the activation which took long and wasn’t his fault but he was done with me and waiting for the last step. He is swift. GREGORIO AUDEVERT: I came in today to fix my phone. With all my years of experience with T-mobile, I never experience the 100% great customer service, and special attention that I received by MERCY. She was very polite, and explained all terms and conditions of every Ipurchased.

Chris Darsow - Art Force: Came into the store to inquire about switching to Apple. I am a long time Samsung user and was nervous about making the switch. Davion was the representative assisting us. I have never met someone so tech savvy in my life. The guy not only uses both Samsung and Apple devices but is highly educated and devoted to both ecosystems. He informed me of all the pros and cons and assured me that if things didn't work out, I had 14 days to switch back. He also let me know about the restocking fee and let me use his personal iPhone in order for me to really get a feel of what I was getting myself into. Davion, your service was spectacular and I highly recommend anyone going to this store to seek out his expertise.

Chloe Style: We were extremely disappointed with the customer service we got today May 11th, 2022 at 6.20pm at T- mobile Coral Way &SW 25th. We were not told all the existing offers and plans and we ask our credit before giving us the information, which is extremely rude. we basically had to beg for getting the information. This review has no connection whatsoever with T-Mobile as a company and its great products and service. This brand has changed the industry forever. This review is 100% about this store and more specifically its staff, not all of them. Second time here, and I experienced extremely bad customer service. First time, they added a bunch of services such as insurance that I never agreed on. T-Mobile central helped me to remove them. Second time, they didn’t want to honor a current promotion as they wanted me to add one more line when it was not necessary per the offer’s terms and conditions. T-Mobile central helped me with the order over the phone. This store really needs strong customer service training for its staff or revamping because customer satisfaction is bottom low. They don’t have good manners to talk to a customer and they don’t care about the customer experience but only about how many lines they can activate. Store is clean and modern. The issue here is the staff of the store which doesn’t represent the great customer service T-Mobile offers. Avoid having a bad time and go to another T-Mobile location where they really value your experience as a customer.

KayLeeGator11: They told me my phone would take 2 hrs. 6 hrs later I had to call them again to find out its ready after I had checked in after 4hrs and it wasn't ready. Then I get the phone and they didn't match the color of the my phone orginal trim and didn't ask my if it was ok. my phone was all black they put a silver trim on my phone. Then my phone was not getting calls or connecting to my carrier network. After 45 minutes they realized they forgot to put the attena part back in my phone. I left out of the country the following day. Needed to access my sim card only to find the trim they replaced isn't properly fitted so the sim slot wouldn't easily pop out with I thin metal piece like before. I had to find a phone store in Greece just to purchase the real sim key. Horrible experience. The screen was fixed tho.

Stan R: These people are legit *SCAMMERS* on Mary Brickell. I went there two days ago to buy a 25$ charger for my Samsung S21. I bought a Samsung usb wall charger and a cord (with the name Samsung on it). An hour after charging my phone I realized that the usb wall charger experience a malfunction while charging: the plastic component apparently overheated, 2 bump appears on the top corner of the said Samsung charger. Then I realize that after this, I was unable to charge my phone anymore with any other chargers as my S21 charging port got damaged. When I returned to the shop, the same employee and the owner of the shop refused to fix my phone claiming that my phone was the issue. I had to call the police for help. Police told me the only thing I can do is to sue them. They really need to be shut down for selling counterfeit products.

Thais Araujo: Amazing service and fair price! My IPhone 11 shut down and I directly went to Apple Store, they ran their system check which is useless and got the conclusion my phone was unrecoverable and I’d have to pay 600$ for a new one. I went to this store which is close to Apple at brickell told what happened to my phone and he instantly told me the actual problem, related to my storage being full. Long story short he fixed my phone in 20 minutes for 40$ without even having to open it.

Naye San Juan: I happen to be in the shopping plaza of 305 Wireless and asked how much it would be to repair the cracked back of my iPhone. Not only was it cheaper than the other places I had been to, but the customer service and repair were both great. My phone was ready in about 45 minutes and the gentleman was very professional. I ended up being back my sister in law’s phone and the same gentleman remembered me, fixed the front at a great price, and added a screen protector. They are definitely in a convenient spot and not highway robbery like other places.

I said some handsome was supposed to be charging my phone. He said that’s not sufficient information since only handsome guys work here👶🤩. My IPhone was completely charged in that short span of time so Adan sold me a new charger, set! He showed me some great features of the 4 camera Samsung that he had.
