Dmitry Lanin: We hired Miami Van Service to drive my dad, my two brothers, and myself around Miami for a bar crawl, as obviously we couldn't be driving for something like this. They never left the location they dropped us off at, so there were never any points where we were without a ride. The driver they set us up with was accommodating, prompt, responsive, and attentive, and he really knew how to make us laugh, especially when we had a few. Five stars all the way!
Joey Redhead: There are so many positive adjectives I could use to describe these fine folks. If I were to list them all here, I'd be writing this review all day. I used their nightclub limo service last week and it was awesome! So much better than riding around Miami in multiple UBERs. And because the group was mostly girls, taking a trip with Miami Van Service was a lot safer. We'll surely be doing this again soon!
Urbina Grill: When I emailed them, they got back to me with a quote immediately. I also told them my special requirements and preferences, and they told me not to worry about these, as they would handle everything. They didn't lie! I'm so used to companies making promises and then breaking them, but that didn't happen when I used Miami Van Service. Instead, what I got from Miami Van Service was terrific corporate transportation, the kind that top executives get. Well done! Keep up the good work!

I wouldn't be surprised if I become a frequent customer of Miami Van Service's. Renting a limo was surprisingly affordable, and this was definitely the most attractive aspect.

Alex Filatov: I'm not one to recommend companies on Google, but Miami Van Service deserves the praise I'm heaping on them. Another Miami limo company backed out on my family at the last minute, yet Miami Van Service was able to pick up the pieces without things being a problem. And they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for last-minute service. Businesses this good are a dying breed, and that's to bad. But it's also a major reason why we value Miami Van Service in our house.
Rouse Tinnin: Everything about my experience was dynamite! My driver was a class act, the business sedan he picked me up in was new and clean, and we didn't get stuck in traffic. I know this last aspect the driver couldn't control, but it just was like the cherry on top. I need to travel to Miami again in a couple months, and when I do, I'm pretty sure I'll be using Miami Van Service to take care of my transportation.

Victoria Bahar: I have no words to properly thank Miami Limo Coach. Upon calling, I was greeted by Oleg who made sure to send me info about their newest busses. Shortly after confirming, I was contacted by Rob, our driver for the night. He made sure to contact me in advance to get an exact itinerary of what we plan to do and where we would like to go. Since we could not decide where to go, we left it up to him. He made our night, to say the least!!! The bus was beautiful, the environment was exceptional, and the price was super affordable!! I can’t wait to book them again!!!

Mila Bizzotto: Oleg to the rescue! Our original reservation with another company got cancelled last minute and f1 weekend we had 30 guests and no transportation for the weekend. Rocki Adams: I used this company for a few trips while I was in Miami celebrating with my brother for his 40th bday along with 45 others. The drivers are impeccable. Top notch service. But the highlight of the trip for my brother was the party bud with the on board live dj in a dj booth. We didn't have to give the dj a Playlist he was on it. They went over and beyond for my group. Bandago Van Rental: what do users think?
Britta Stilwell: This was such an easy rental experience! Note that you do need to get a taxi/uber from the airport to the Bandago lot, but it's only like 5 minutes away. The booking process was quick and simple. The communication prior to the reservation was great. We ended up getting upgraded to a nicer van than we had reserved at no additional cost. Easy pick up and drop off with no issues. Would definitely recommend!
chris hartzog: Nice van but returned 1.5 hours late due to passengers arriving late and was charged additional day plus insurances. The lot was full of other vans when returned so not like the missed another rental opportunity. Need some late fee or prorate for returning late. I work with a producer and need transportation regularly but when dealing with artist I need a company with more leeway. I would not recommend if you are in the same situation.
Jolie Yugi: Just called I’m guessing the customer service line and the man that answer the phone was very unpleasant to talk to it just makes you not want to rent from a place like this... have better representative to answer the phone.... I want to add to this... after this phone I was able to gather my thoughts because I really needed a sprinter for my daughters birthday trip... I decided to call again..I was able to get a reservation Thursday to Sunday.. The day of pick up, we were told that we have been upgraded to a larger sprinter due to malfunction on the other vehicle which I was fine with.. Vehicle was clean smelled good the guys explained everything to us in detailed to make sure we got it.. The vehicle ran smoothly on the road... I will definitely be back

J Mann: These guys killed it, better prices than others, great looking vans with dark tint, in great shape. Rented three E350 vans (15-passenger) for our annual rep meeting and everyone was impressed. We definitely made the scene when we arrived at the restaurants and venues in these things, and will absolutely use them again in the future. Even with light staff they got us in and out quickly. Thanks again, guys.

Brad Gleich: Do not be fooled by any other reviews. Place is some sort of rental broker with poor customer service. Called to confirm how to pick up the van they sent me a reservation confirmation for and they advised me they had nothing. Apparently somewhere on their website you have to "firm" up the reservation to see if they can find something for you, but this is nowhere on the Reservation confirmation they send you. Plus mentioned they had changed pricing recently so they couldn't honor as confirmed no matter what. A great way to ruin vacation plans by assuming they are running a legit rental business.
Lourdes C Diaz: I rented a van from sunrise van rental to take my family to North Carolina to visit family and my experience with this company could not have been better. When we arrived to pick up the van the process was very easy and efficient. The van performed amazing and had no issues on our trip. With the whole COVID-19 situation happening now in the world, we felt very safe as the van was throughly cleaned and disinfected prior to our arrival. I would definitely rent from them again.
Natara J: This has to be by far the worst rental service I have ever used! Very unprofessional staff! Upon arriving at the location, one of the employees had me standing outside of the gate for more than 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. My family and I were traveling from Miami to Orlando and rented two 15 passenger vans. Neither of the vans had gas, were completely soiled with a foul odor, poor maintenance, and not up to date. We were put in danger because the vans had new transmissions put in a few days before our departure and actually broke down on us. After making it to orlando we called the owner and he had the nerve to ask us to service his vans on our vacation! After lighting fire under his ass for poor customer service he decided to call a friend that was in the area to swap out vans for one that was less damaged. the cheap way isn't always the best way! especially with companies like this! Lesson learned!
Xristian Carvajal: Sunrise was very professional and we have used them on multiple occasions from our two trips to New Orleans as well as our trip to Bradenton Florida. When we arrived, they provided us with a 15 passenger van that included a DVD player and other amenities such as a cooler full of water. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone and I will continue to use this company for years to come. Also their prices are hard to beat!
Felicia Quintana: i don;t know where to start only to tell you that our New Years vacation was ruined and no one seems to care about this. We were given a car that put my family in danger, no rear lights, no windshield wiper, no book tire low in air. My friends the worse it was infested in roaches she you heard correct roaches i have all the pictures to prove it. I called the same guy that we rented too, he had the nerve to tell me that he would take off the extra charges we were suppose to pay, extra charges what are you taking about. I have a contract before and when i picked up car, it said out of stat Tennessee and all fees included, have proof to show. This guy Paul knew were going to the mountains how dare you put my family in danger, knowing the fog, the hard driving and no rear lights, low air in a tire. Did he realize how he ruined our trip.My son is a Marine next xmas he will be in Iraq this was suppose to be a special xmas and these people took advantage and now refuses to give any money back. We deserve it all yet wanted to be fair and only asked for half. Paul had the nerve to say i will give you another week for free for next year. He gives us a week but no holidays and a van that has lots of fees. Paul I am insulted and I have to make sure you do not do this to anyone else and not give us our money back. Since our return we do not get any call or texted returned and we gave this car back in better condition then what it was. I want a credit i want an apology from this company please Sunrise van and car rental

Brenda Schuldt: DO NOT rent from them. We picked up a van last Saturday from the Miami airport and we’re staying in Marathon. Before we arrived at our destination the transmission starting acting up and finally we lost reverse. We did finally arrived. We called them Sunday morning and they said they would call us Monday and swap out the van. They finally arrived Monday evening. The van worked fine for the short stints into town. On our way back to the Miami airport the van died in Key Largo. We called them and they said they were coming, but due to our experience with the 1st van and being without transportation for 2 days, we made the decision to rent 2 vehicles to get us back to the airport in time for our flight. They will NOT refund my money. We spent money on grocery and adult beverage deliveries since we had no vehicle, couldn’t go anywhere for 2+ days, and had to rent vehicles to get to the airport. This doesn’t even take into consideration the stressed they caused us on our vacation. Had anyone had success with filing a complaint to the BBB or Better Business Bureau? I would like any advice to ensure my money is refunded.
Lexy G: Extremely upset due to the AC dying in the middle of our trip. Under the seats of the passenger sides got extremely hot (like being outside in 100° F weather). The cleanliness of the vehicle is horrible and the panels for the AC were mostly broken. I had to sit in a hot car for more than 5 hours to get to my destination. This completely ruined my first trip outside of Florida. Do not rent a vehicle here unless you want to get a heatstroke and probably break down at some point of your trip.
Lady J: Please don't rent from this company. After preparing for what I thought was going to be a Ford Transit van a month in advance. I was give a blue old 15 passenger van. The van was filthy and overtaken by ants. While on the road from Tallahassee to Tampa the check engine light came on. The odometer was not working at pick up however during the trip it malfunctioned and the odometer read ok 300k miles. otion. The car shakes as the van accelerates

Laura Burns: I have been renting vans from a "big brand" car rental company for many years for my business, and this was the first time I tried renting with Planet Van Rentals and I can say I am so glad I found this little gem. I absolutely love the personalized service they had the rental agreement all ready to go before my arrival, and they also let me borrow a cooler for free! The employees were super friendly and helpful. Almost forgot to mention, they also had the best rates.

Carlos Cardona: Do not rent from this company! They’re a joke. Made a reservation almost two months in advance for a road trip and two days before they cancelled my reservation. I have clear proof in a email from them where they’re giving permission to take the van out of the sate and at the last minute they cancelled it for that reason. They have ruined my family trip. I have called them several times and no answer at all. I wish I can give them 0 stars but that’s not an option. I’m very disappointed at the lack of respect for a customer.

Charles Curry: The vehicle was very dirty on the inside and I brought to their attention and at the very least they could’ve refunded me part of what I paid but they did not even acknowledge the dirt and filth in the vehicle even though I sent them photos. My mistake was to pick up the vehicle at night and not inspect it thoroughly enough. Lesson learned.

Frederick: We rented a vehicle for our stay in the Keys. We we collected from the airport very promptly and taken the the hire location not too far away. Vehicle check over was made and paperwork signed with minimal fuss. The car was in good condition, perfect for our requirements and without any problems throughout our use. The vehicle was returned with the agreed 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The vehicle was checked over and we were taken back to the airport, again promptly and without fuss. My deposit was refunded within a few days. All communication was excellent. The service was friendly and always helpful. I would definitely use again and have no hesitation in giving Drive A Rent A Car Miami a full recommendation.

Rasp Berry: They charged 50 USD in advance at the time of reservation without informing me and they charged 0.50 USD per extra mile (only 100 miles per day are free) without informing me - neither at the time of booking nor at the time when picking up the car. Once we returned the car, they claim that the charge for extra miles was on the reservation (it was not), after that they said it was on the pdf-confirmation (it was not), after that they claimed it was explained to us when signing the contract (it was not). Then they threatened that they will keep the 300 USD security deposit if we do not pay for the extra miles. "Great" experience! It is also nowhere on their website that you just have 100 free miles per day. For the rental we got an older car with a lot of dents and scratches on the outside without any explanation whatsoever (it took us a while to figure out how to get the key out of the ignition). I would never ever rent there again and I would not recommend the rental company to anyone else.
Avner Gluckshtad: Excellent service nice car which run good. Panctual pickup at the airport and a very clear contract with no "small issues" to discover later l will go back to them on my next Miami trip.
Lee Shaw: We booked a 8 seater car three months in advance. Everything seemed to be going well we sent the message as requested and we got picked up. Only to be told that the 8 seater had been given to someone else and there was nothing they could do unless we "try and manage with just 7 seats" even though we had 8 people one of which was baby. Or we took two cars, we didn't want to do this because we where going to Orlando the extra fuel parking and tolls would have cost hundreds of dollars extra. I cannot fault the staff there, as they offered to take us to the car hire area of Miami airport and they couldn't be more sorry. It's the management I have the issue with who where aware of the issue and rather than talking to us before they picked us (which would have allowed us to try and make arrangements with a different company straight away) tried to trap us into taking a different car and waisted at least two hours. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
Álvaro Rivero: NOT RECOMMENDED: Bad experience: no third party insurance/not refund of prepaid tolls I rented a vehicle for Spring Break 2022 and basically they offer no third party insurance (only to cover their car), if you were to have an accident and it was your fault you are fully liable for al material damage and health costs (this is US we all know how crazy that can be), at the same time they make you sign a contract where it says they offered it to you when they don't (basically to cover themselves). Nothing happened but it was a huge risk. Beside this they ask you to prepaid tolls and if you do not expend the full amount they do not reimburse it.
Response: Greetings, we do not understand the purpose of your comment. First of all, you have full protection in your contract (including collision, theft and third party insurance). You were totally covered. Secondly, the prepaid tolls in any rental car worldwide are not returned. The purpose of prepaid tolls is you will not pay extra , It is to use unlimited tolls. When the tolls are not prepaid, they are reviewed when returning the vehicle, and they are taken from the deposit. In his case, the deposit was returned 100% because you had already prepaid his tolls. I invite you to review the policies of Rentacar a little more before giving wrong opinions.

vera kaeppler: Buggy offers the most amazing, safe service and transportation for your children. They are safe, reliable, kind and flexible to help out wherever they can. They are a true life saver for busy Moms and Dads, that choose a school or activity that is far away from home. They can adjust to most last minute changes in schedule and try to accommodate you in every way. My life would not work without Buggy - with 2 small kids and a busy schedule. I am forever grateful for anybody working at Buggy- especially Isabel, the owner, who always thinks about everything and is always listening and helping. VAlerie M: Buggy is a great service and helps Miami families a lot. Finally a professional service with great cars to drive the children from home to school or school to activities. My experience with them started as a bit bumpy due to covid, traffic and shortage of staff . But they are very professional, always trying to improve and accommodate . They are really a great company that I highly recommend to save you some time and miles on traffic . Their product is key and highly needed here in Miami . Thank you Buggy !

It’s nice they are flexible when needed. My daughter has been happy riding the buggy since the start of the school year and we will continue doing so next year!

Bella Christianne: We started using the service just this semester, because my son is going to school far away. Honestly, they are a bit pricey for me, but there was no other option out there. I think they are the only private transportation in all of Miami! Maybe they've fixed their issues now because we haven't had any interruptions. They did change the driver a couple of times, but that's to be expected during Covid. So far, I'm pretty happy and I plan to continue using the service as long as my son goes to school in Kendall.

Nikki E: BEWARE!!!!!! Majority of these 5 STARS ARE FAKE REVIEWS from the company. My family member paid for their service and children have NEVER been picked up. Ironically, I just saw a Buggy bus speeding in two school zones in route of dropping my children off. A very GHETTO woman driving without a care in the world for children on the road or the ones she’s carrying. I DO NOT ADVISE ANY SANE PARENT TO USE THIS SERVICE. Very scammy, unsafe and unreliable !!!!!!
Ben W: Love the concept and the Mercedes vans. Their camera hasn't always been working, which is why I'm giving them four and not five stars, but the GPS system works. Overall, solid experience and our kids seem to enjoy riding Buggy. Would recommend to any parents in Miami looking for private transportation.
john mcclodden: If you choose to use this company you're putting your kids at risk. Buggy technology is a very dangerous company. My wife and a child that she had on board could have died because of brake failure in one of their vans. If you are a driver, applying for a job at this company. Remember this. They have no workers compensation. And their Vans are not insured by the company they all have private insurance on them that is unrelated. My wife was badly injured and she cannot even Sue to pay her medical bills because of the fraud that the company has committed. This is a warning to drivers and parents take heave.
John Lowrey: The Buggy team is doing a great job handling my twins transportation this year. We have a complex schedule with multiple afterschool activities and it's just been a huge help to our family. They are flexible, too, if you have a last minute change. Keep up the great work!
