Stella Star: Loved this place! really nice metaphysical store with wide variety of different kinds of crystals , incense , intention candles, jewelry and soul lifting supplies. Great place to buy gifts for someone special or to suit personal spiritual needs. The energy of the store is really peaceful and theres so much to see. The owner and employees were all very kind and super helpful with questions i had. They even gave me free incense when i went in. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be back to visit in the future! ✨🌙

gladys mariam: A lot of the products are over priced and some of the crystals are fake. The energy is not as uplifting as it a crystal shop should be. I saw a lot of room for improvement but the people there were really nice and were very knowledgeable about the prices of their products, the effects of their products not so much. But the crystals I got there are pretty good.

Victoria Amador: Very overpriced and many of the crystals they sell are fake.I bought this malachite bracelet a few months ago and as it started to break down I realized the crystal beads were not real. The line patterns faded away and when a few cracked open they were plain green on the inside which is NOT a property of real malachite. They need to be more clear about which are fake and which are real because I did not want to spend 40 dollars on dyed beads.

Jeanie Silver: I’ve been coming here for years, I love their selection of rocks and crystals! I just found out last year that they have sound healing classes. It’s only $20 and that is well worth the price! I’d pay double that price for sound healing. I usually go on insight timer to listen to sound healing or sound bowls when they have live sessions. I’ve been looking everywhere in my area for sound healing sessions in person and I can’t think of a better place than this one. I signed up for my first class today. I’m very excited!

Her store was the absolute best. Out of 5 or 6 other stores we went to. The energy was just different in Luna Bohemia. Great selection of crystals and A1 customer service. Highly recommended if youre in the area and looking for a new selenite anything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vero: I was looking forward to attending the sound bowl meditation. My coworkers and I booked it 3 weeks in advance. We called the day before to confirm and to ask if we needed to bring anything. On the day of, we got there 10mins prior to the scheduled time. When they told us that the “instructor” had started 2minutes ago and we could no longer join. We explained and told her we came from far and that we had arrived right on time. She apologized and said we could not join. After going back and forth she offered to give us our money back AND 15% off. However, once we agreed, she said no I meant money back OR 15%. We left very disappointed with the customer service. It was not our fault that the instructor started early!! 😒 I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!

I've purchased a few things from this store - tarot cards, stones, jewelry, clothing, sage, and palo santo, and have purchased them all in different occasions (7 visits so far). The staff is wonderful, always helpful, and friendly. The store has this beautiful vibe to it and you feel like you've entered an enchanted realm when you walk into it. Dayana Rubiera: My first experience with this shop set up the only experience I would ever have. Some friends of mine and I decided to try out the Meditation Sound bowl on December 10th, 2021 at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:20 due to the amount of traffic on the highway. The rude lady in the register spoke to the instructor about us arriving, and the instructor refused to let us attend the class. (Everyone else in the class was already put down). We came all the way North from the shop, taking 45 minutes to arrive due to the highway traffic. Which I specifically told her but she did not care. I explained to her that online the time says 6:30 why weren’t we allowed 10 minutes before! That I found super disrespectful and not caring for their customers. She proceeded to offer our money back, of course that’s the least she can do, and also offered 15% on all of her fake crystals. We booked three weeks in advance or even longer before and even called the day before to confirm. Yet she refused to take us in. Then she changed her mind and said I will give you your money back OR 15% off her fake crystals!!! What type of professionalism is this!! She needed to make up her mind. She lost 5 great customers that were very interested in the sound bowl meditation. Now she made my anxiety worse!!! So, with that being said, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO DRIVE FAR! A waste of money, a waste of time, and a waste of energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!
Carla Krau: This was my first visit to Luna Bohemia. My expectations were extremely satisfying. As a certified Reiki Master crystals, and essential oils, are some of the tools I use to help animals and people to move towards balance and wholeness by activating the body's natural healing response. I bought some crystals, bracelets, an essential oil, candles, magnetic rings, and wall art. And the owner, Ivonne is very friendly, knowledgeable in answering any questions you may have. I am definitely a satisfied customer and a new customer.

Every crystal is label tells you what it's use for Fully stock in alit of sages crystal and etc 2 employees the astrology guys he amazing and so are his classes and the short girl with blond hair beautiful vibes Con Certain things are very over priced holly water you can find it any where for 3 buck at most but here is 5 something plus tax. There are some fake crystal but is in the bracelet and neckless are. Make sure every crystal is cold to touch not room temp. The lady who reads tarot card with silver hair very rude I tried asking her few question would ignored me but once someone came in that look they had money she was all over them not kool. I'm a regular at this store to be treated the way she did. Make sure when u get bracelet the band not tightly tie bc they will break after 2 weeks. Don use them as your everyday bracelet bc it will pop. Weird my bracelet found it at another site for 3 when it's here for 8. Over all Good place for certain little things here and there. ch0nky birb Bean: This place hits you with calmness and relaxation when you step foot into it. The staff is friendly, the smell is lovely, and the prices are actually pretty good! They have cute soapstone figures and the crystal selection is nice! They have small baskets available so you don't walk around with your hands full. There is no giant sign above the store, just a small one hanging from the ceiling, so make sure to keep an eye out for the big crystals at the window if it's your first time going.

Gas Station Sushi: Right out of the box I must say that the only reason I'm leaving a 2 star review to this location is the staff. The shop is immaculate, everything in a home, arrangements were on point, and even a cute little tarot card painted on the wall... With that being said, the clerk that stayed barricaded behind his phone as if he was searching for a gateway to the void was a major downfall. It's a very nice shop, with that being said no one can tell me there isn't enough down time in that shop to balance your phone time with your actual job time. There was a very nice couple in the shop, shopping, and they approached us to ask questions instead of "bothering the guy at the counter again." I can't stress how nice this shop is, honestly, and it is packed to the gills with nice things... With sales associates like that though, you had better know exactly what you want and why you want it before you enter this place because you're not going to get any help deciding from them. Once again, BEAUTIFUL STORE AND 100% WORTH THE VISIT, just don't expect any help.

Almost $40 for a crystal bowl when I could haven gotten it somewhere else for $13. Incense sticks almost $20 but other places under $10 or less. Not to mention the sellers negative energy .

Definitely a wide variety, I would say that their incense collection is a little small therefore higher priced but other than that you can’t complain with the quality you’re getting! L Simp: Different product!! I brought this eye gel while on a trip to Miami but can’t find it on the website. It’s the Cucumber eye gel with cool anti- puff. The instructions on the bottle don’t makes sense. Why would i lather and wash off the gel. I went to website and I don’t see Anti-puff.
Lara Murphy: Initially I refused a makeup application from one of the staff. She told me not to worry, she’ll do my makeup and I do r need to buy anything. So I succumbed. She said she’ll start off doing half of my face so I can see the difference. Once the half was completed she asked me what products I’d be buying, to which I responded none. She promptly turned her back on me and walked off. I approached her about it and she was rude and abrasive. I will NEVER EVER recommend this product to anybody. Your staff member is a liar and a con artist, tricking people and being dishonourable. I see I am not the only person who has had an issue like this. I highly suggest you have a word with your employees

Cindy Collazo: My mom and I were approached and the staff seemed friendly. They insisted on filling my mom's eyebrows for free. Then they asked me if I wanted to get a demo, that it was free. At the end of said demo, they said we each had to purchase at least $55 because of the full face makeup they put on us. I was told if I didn't buy the makeup there, it would be more expensive online. When I said I only wanted two products, I kept getting pushed to buy more. Then when my mom only wanted to buy one product that was about $40, the staff got mad. They quickly became rude and stated we were told we needed to buy $55 worth of stuff, which I had for myself. I was never told I had to spend so much money on a demo. Don't go here. The customer service is terrible. You will be treated friendly until you chose not to spend a lot of money.

All of the ladies were very naggy/pushy and when grabbing my father for a scheduled appointment the lady was telling us to go away and to leave him alone. One of them even said that we were “jealous”. I was thinking about getting services done here but when you go ahead and treat someone like that there is no way that is happening. I would rather be respected and do my own thing when shopping than constantly being pushed. That is when you will get my sale.

Kapil Khemlani: It's true what they say about Vitamin C - truly provides a regeneration of skin. I bought their Vitamin C Cream last week and have been applying every night before I sleep. My skin after a constant week of use looks a brighter, especially under the eyes, and smoother with touch. I wonder what will happen after a month's use, but I guess that's when I'll return here.

Prior to the order I had to make a number of calls to their office to sort some things out and they treated me like they were actually glad I called every time. Each person resolved my issue cheerfully, my order was submitted on a Monday, and in my hands cross country (Florida to Washington state) on Thursday. The merchandise was packed with obvious care, the quality exceed my already high expectations, and the price was unmatched. It is not easy to impress me but they most certainly did.

Michael Hansen: Horrible customer service. The staff used to be nice and helpful but not anymore. I bought a watch for my wife to about $900. The battery died after 8-9 months. I took it back to the store. They had to send it in, and it took 10 weeks before we got it back. Now I just bought some jewelry at Swaroski's web site. It was delivered defective, so we took ti down to the store to exchange it, but they refused even though the warranty policy states that warranty items can be replaced in the store. I am not sure if the staff in the Lincoln Rd store doesn't understand Swaroski's warranty policy, or if they are too lazy to process a simple warranty claim. How I have to pay the postage to ship it back. I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM SWAROVSKI AGAIN.

Thierry decoste: I sent for nevation my jewels at leat 3 month ago, the onsite sells person told me 3 weeks to receive my package then after 3 weeks, the call center explained me that it was a maximum of 8 weeks and today, I call again after 3 months and nobody knows where is my package. I also got someone on the phone today from the shop on Lincoln Rd where I droped my jewels and he explain me that he couldn't verify for me in the back room if my package was there.!!!! (The first day, I gave the lincoln road shop as address to pickup my package). The customer service is very poor and in the shop, there where only one person who spoke half in english, half in spanish.

I have been shopping at many Swarovski stores in town, other cities and states and I have never had a poor customer service, some of course better than the others. OBEEZY DUZ IT: Unparalleled customer service - I walked in with a broken bracelet I needed fixed, but my warranty had expired. Vanessa the store manager was still able to allow me to exchange it for a different bracelet for the same value - and upon taking another look at my bracelet, she was able to just fix it for me free of charge. Sabrina Hodjaeva: If this place has no customers , then just know that’s because of this chubby lady. She had such a negative energy, not welcoming and tried to switch prices and scam! She removed the tag from something we got and switched with something more expensive and acted so dumb. Until I found same exact earrings and showed to her. No sorry or whatsoever. She was rude to every customer that was coming in the door. Her shift was on 9/15 around 7 pm. I hope the manager trains the staff and does not let them scam anymore.

Nigela Xhamo: Sales representative make you feel very unwelcome.. They seem superior to you. No wonder why the store is always empty. I went there few months ago to exchange a gift, and I felt unwelcome. The woman barely wanted to answer any of my questions. When time came for me to finally exchange my gift with something else, the sales woman told me I couldn’t because I didn’t have the credit card of the person who bought it. Wait what ? That is the whole purpose of gift receipt, to not need the credit card. I had the copy of the gift receipt and my name was on it..This woman clearly didn’t understand how the gift card worked.. Swarovski please replace your sales representative with the ones who can treat customers with respect and warmth, and who at least know what a gift receipt means.. Your sales will definitely go up because you have beautiful jewelry

If you are looking for a deal, or if you are into resale, this isn't the place for you as the owner doesn't really like to negotiate or offer any discounts, and things are pricey!! Cool stuff - so cool that the owner doesn't seem to want to get rid of much as the place is PACKED and dusty. Worth checking out if you enjoy nautical antiques. *BEWARE* Stone Age does sell new vintage items. He does have them labeled on the price tag. Just pay attention.
James Sweet: This is a great place to shop for antiques and props. Most of the items that they offer for sale are ship or marine related, however, they have a little bit of everything, patient explorers will be rewarded with all sorts of interesting finds. This place has to be seen to be believed!

This is 50+ years of accumulation of a family handing down the business generation to generation.They were negotiable on pricing and happy to help me to my car. There is something for everyone here. Even if you aren't looking to buy, it's worth a trip to just travel back in time.
Corey Page: Cool place with endless oddities, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. What turned me off is when I brought an item to checkout the owner commented that the price tag is 'old' and increases his price 60% on the spot. If it never sold at the original price why would I pay more?
Raul Cabezas: Lot's of overpriced stuff here, mainly nautical and the like. The building is pretty hot, disorganized, and dingy; gloves are recommended. You're not gonna find any crazy bargins here, the owners know what's worth money, so come here expecting that and make sure to bring a lot of dosh.

Naioby Davis: Where do I begin... my experience with Mineral Tiles has been hands down, AMAZING! I ordered a back splash that I later exchanged as I changed my mind and did eat the cost of return shipping but I rather be happy so it required to pay the cost in which I understood. The entire team that I had communication with provided the best customer service (Henry and Melina) but I specifically need to point out that Melina went above and beyond! Her professionalism, empathy, rapid responses and attentiveness to a few challenges we faced was OUTSTANDING! Not only did I do an exchange but we did have part of our tile order arrive damaged (which I believe happened during the delivery) and within a few days a claim was made from Mineral Tiles and we were shipped our replacement pieces! Melina is definitely an asset on your team and based on my experience with Mineral Tiles I will definitely make sure I pass your company information to my future sellers and buyers as I will soon be a licensed realtor for the state of Texas. I look forward to conducting future business with you and sure do hope that Melina is being shown the appreciation she is well deserving of and that she remains a part of your team!
Jacob Chung: I was very frustrated with the situation below; however, Henry, the owner, called me personally and was very kind and gracious. He made sure to give me a refund and apologized sincerely for what had happened. Good customer service goes a long ways, and as long as Henry displayed that he cares about his customers. Despite the incident, I changed my review to a 5 star just because of how well Henry handled the situation. Not to mention the tiles were very beautiful despite the scratches. Thanks Henry! . . . . . "I am done dealing with this situation. I have never been so disappointed with customer service before. I have tried to be reasonable and understanding, but every time I bring up a concern or try to work something out, it is played off by the fact that "this is a common issue that happens to everybody and that I should have known all 40 tile sheets would come scratched". I have never written a negative review before, so this is my first. I legitimately tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I tried to work with them directly before writing a review, but every time I got a response, it somehow became my fault that I didn't know beforehand the tiles would be scratched. I tried to return them and was then asked to send a picture of ALL 40 SHEETS OF TILE or I would not get a refund. This was even after reading the return policy and sending a few initial pictures of scratched tiles. It's not necessarily the fact the tiles came scratched that I'm disappointed, it's the way I was treated and patronized. "Return policy Rule 1: You may return any new, unused item within 21 days from the date you received your order for a refund. There is NO RESTOCKING FEE" Nowhere did this say I had to send 40 pictures to get a refund. I know I am just a single customer and don't matter to the well-being of the overall business, but I am just very disappointed. I don't feel irrational writing this because I legitimately tried to work with them. Also, the fact that this is my first negative review shows I am not being irrational in the sense that I try and give every company the benefit of the doubt. I am sorry I had to write this. I wish your company the best and sincerely hope others do not have this same experience."

Marta Kirit: I placed an order for tile and grout over a week ago. I was sent a notification that the tile will be shipped promptly. In the meantime, the grout I purchased together with the tile arrived few days ago, but the tile has never even shipped. I emailed and called a few times, and finally someone picked up the phone yesterday and told me I would get expedited shipment and update the latest today. Nobody has. I called and left VM and received no call back and no email back. I have hired contractors to do work on my new house, and this tile is delaying their work and costing me a lot of money. I need my money back or expedited shipment. This is very unprofessional of the company. It is also the first time I am leaving a negative review anywhere, but I am very upset by this business. My credit card was charged long time ago, but the tile has not even shipped.
Amanda Jones: I paid additional to receive the samples by a certain day and the samples came 5 days later. I reached out to Henry who informed me that the samples arrived at my house on Saturday. No, they did not. We did not receive them until Tuesday. I asked for a refund on shipping and was ignored. We also received a sample on a backsplash they are no longer selling. Why allows us to pay for it and receive a sample if we can’t get this product? We have the samples now, but we will be taking our business elsewhere for the final product purchase.

Teresita Maria: Unfortunately I bought three rings from here for my mothers birthday. When I purchased these I was told I had a LIFETIME REPAIR WARRENTY. The crystals have fallen out consistently for the past year and a half. I sent it to be repaired twice and still the same thing happened. I returned to repair it a third time and was told they no longner have the lifetime warrenty. Even if I purchased the rings a while ago (when they did offer this). I kindly asked the workers at this location to help me find my old receipt. To which they responded that they got a new system and they couldn't help me. I was offered no assistance or solution. I was so very upset by the way I was treated at this location that I will not be returning.
Stephanie Fuentes: Words would fail to express my appreciation for Dayana Amador! Dayana went above and beyond for me and when a complication arose, she immediately went in to action to find a solution so that I can deliver on a last minute request from my boss. MDZ Group: Horrible service! Bought a gift for my wife for our anniversary and unfortunately she didn't like it. She went back to return it for a refund and the manager Martha gave her a very hard time. Apparently she REQUIRES the original receipt ONLY because she needed to scan the bar code. However, my wife had a copy of the original receipt and the original AMEX credit card I used. It is hard to believe that they cannot look up these transaction any other way. There is even a transaction code on top of the bar code. What is that # for, if not to look up a transaction. Not a good way to treat your repeat customers. Not worth the hassle. Swarovski has lost me as a customer. Looks like Martha prefers that I resolve this the hard way. I have already contact AMEX to charge back the transaction and spoke to Swarovski corporate office.
