Hiroshi: I must say, this company is pretty through about sending the right product to it's customers. Unfortunately, their e-mail goes to a spam folder so I was not aware of their question and gave them no such a good review. Once, corrected, they responded quickly and I believe is a good company to deal with. Products may sound high in price but, I've learned from the past that on some products, if you want quality, you need to pay higher price.

Jeremiah Davis: I would like to thank Zaki and the Hospeq team for the wonderful white glove service. I originally contacted Hospeq after speaking with the original manufacturer regarding the repair of an older set of loupes. The developer of the loupes explained that they no longer deal directly with providers and work only through distributors. Zaki and his team provided the necessary information to make a well informed purchase of a new set of loupes. They also provided seamless service for the repair of the older set of loupes. My clinical service did not suffer any delays from the time of receiving the newer set and repairing the older ocular devices. Thanks again for the great service! Dr. Davis

Lachante Hodges: I ordered 10 3M N95masks. The straps were made of a rubber like material and not the elastic straps I am used to. The mask itself felt like a cheaper version of the standard N95 masks I have. I work with COVID19 patients. I hope they will be protective. I can say they were shipped and delivered fast. Also they were 5 dollars per mask which seemed a little pricey.

I ordered a specific model and color stethoscope from another company as a gift and had that company contact me days before my order was to be delivered to tell me it wasn’t in stock and would not be available for my friends graduation. I began calling medical supply stores in the Miami area in a panic and called Hospeq with less than five minutes to closing. The woman on the phone went out of her way to ensure what I was looking for was in stock. When I drove to Hospeq the next morning, she had my order waiting for me. I even ended up paying less than what I had ordered online from the other company. I’m extremely pleased with their customer service and can’t thank them enough for saving the day.

John Martin: Be very careful and read every description. Unlike other suppliers HosPeq is price gouging N95 masks. They show a box of 20 on their web site but the description says 5. 5 masks for $50! I thought I was buying 2 boxes of 20 for $61 and it turned out to be 10 masks, shipped in a standard 20 mask box!! This price gouging should not be stood for and other safety equipment suppliers are not doing this.
Response: Hello John, we are sorry that you feel this way. Just want to clarify a few things: We sell the masks at less than box quantity (and limit the purchase to 10 masks) for the sole reason of distributing the masks to as many people as possible. At this time, masks are difficult to get, quantities are allocated, and prices fluctuate. We get very small quantities, so we want to be sure that whatever we get goes to many people. Selling at less than a box quantity is too much work for us as we have to do packing, repacking, multiple shipments, dealing with many customers. We are doing this as a service, if we choose, we can just sell the total quantity that we receive in one sale without having to go through all the hassle. Also, we want to prevent other sellers from purchasing and reselling at higher prices, our goal is to sell directly to the end users who will use the product. If you go to eBay now, you will see that these are selling for $12 each mask, $175 per box, $199 per box, 3 for 50, …etc. We apologize if the description on our website was not clear, we will review it again to avoid any misunderstanding in the future. They helped me navigate and understand my insurance copay so that I wouldn’t pay more than I need to. They are extremely professional and willing to help get you the right equipment immediately.

Alexis Reyes: I just think it’s very unprofessional and a scam the way this company does business and presents themselves. I never solicited their product, the physician gave them my prescription, they were about to show up to my home unannounced, I told them I was not home, they pushed to come to the Costco parking lot where I was at, sized me in the the parking lot, the driver with a trunk full of braces “confirmed” that it was of no cost to me, had me sign a “delivery ticket” in a rush and took off all in about 60 seconds. The delivery ticket/invoice shows my home address and place of delivery which is not true, it was in a parking lot of a Costco. It was so rushed that it also is not even completely filled out, it’s 2/3 empty only having my info at the top, scribbles description of the item and my signature and date, while the area of the equipt delivery and measurements is all blank. I felt very uneasy about the service I had just received, but it all happened so fast and I was reassured that Cigna was taking care of the cost. I had already even started feeling better, but since they said the Dr had given them my info and it was his recommendation, I went ahead and accepted the brace. In reality, the brace is still in the package never used, I can even return it if that’s possible. My spouse is a physican with a thriving private practice of 25+ years and also sits on the Board of Medicine for the state of Florida. We are very familiar with how this works and the scams that are out there. It’s unfortunate that doctors and companies will work like this preying on patients and insurance companies. This is why Florida has gotten the bad reputation of the scams and insurance frauds that it has. I just don’t think it’s right that a physician is contacting a medical equipt distributor with my personal info, the company is misrepresenting the entire situation, state that it’s no cost to the patient, they conduct business in a parking lot of a Costco, wait 3 1/2 months to send you an invoice for the first time stating that you have to pay in 30 days or you will be sent to collections. Beware of the service and business practices of this company. Run the other way.

Linda Cameron: Traveling with a CPAP can be tricky especially if you forget one little part like a connector from the mask to the hose which is what happened to my husband. We thought our cruise would be short on restful sleep, but luckily I found Austin Medical Supply online and spoke with Manny who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get what we needed. Manny, with over 30 years of experience, wowed me with his knowledge. He figured out what would work best for my husband, had the mask available, and he arranged delivery to our hotel within an hour. Gus H: In need of a CPAP machine at a great price plus great customer service? This is definitely the place to go. Manny was great from the start, even on the phone he showed true customer service. He offered to wait for me at his job or even pass by his home to get the machine. Forget about going thru your insurance, unless they pay the machine 100%, no one comes even close to beating them on price. 100% best price guaranteed. Him and his wife waited until I got there around 6:30pm and were really friendly. Even tho my prescription didn't really specified the pressure, he gave me good recommendations on how to set it up. Even tho he could have just given me the machine charge me and leave, that's how bad the prescription was, he took his time to set it up for me. Great place to get all your accessories and machines

But he will take care of you and your single little machine purchase like you're a million dollar account. In town on vacation, my mom's 10 year old machine broke. Went to go get my CPR certification, Tina did an outstanding job on making me feel comfortable and right at home . She explains everything into depth so that you can understand the material, she is also very patient and there whenever you have a question . I will not get my certification anywhere else besides Miraculous Medical Supplies . Martha Silvester: Worst place ever. They are destine to close, they take advantage of people needs. Everything is double the price that you could find it in amazon and you can return your Item with out question in amazon and this Medical supply hey won’t take the Item back even if is close in the original package and with the receipt. I had a really bad experience today at this place. All stores take items back with the receipt with in the week of purchase, we had a medical need with my daughter and this Miraculous Medical Supplies took our money. Please be aware.

Fernando Perez: I wanted to share my experience with this establishment. I recently undergone an orthopedic surgery and visited a few local pharmacies who referred me to this medical supplier. I am so glad that they did because I received excellent service from their staff and owner operators. I purchased several items and they were extremely helpful and took the time to explain how to use each of the items. The place was well organized, stocked and provided lots of options. I even had then deliver a wheelchair on the same day something not even Amazon was able to do. Now in my recovery I continue to use them for additional items I may need and I encourage you to use them if you are looking for a good medical supplier and you are worried of where to go. This is a safe choice and I would say a good choice.

js: Maybe in person the service is good, but don't try to call and ask about an item. I had called to inquire if they had a particular item before making the drive there. First I was told she would call me back because she had to check for what I asked for and she was with a customer. After about 30 minutes I called back and she said she was too busy at the time and would call me back. When I was about to explain that I know they close earlier on Saturday and really need to know so I would be on my way she said she's too busy and based hung up on me. At this point, thanks but no thanks! Phone customers are just as important.
Response: We apologize for your frustration. Our employee was simply overwhelmed with unusual amount of calls and customer that Saturday. It normally is manageable for one employee to handle Saturdays. That particular Saturday was slow most of the day, and that last 3 hours, many have chosen to shop and call simply overwhelming her. I am sorry and understand your frustration. I can assure you, every customer whether I store or through calling for product check and price check is very valuable and important to us. None of our employee are rude nor due we tolerate that behavior. We normally close at 4:00 on Saturdays, however our employee did not leave the store until 5:45pm that evening. As her employer, we did talk to her about your concern, and she felt bad that she was not able to serve you and bring satisfaction to you. This is the first time we were not able to assist your call. Duck Duck Goose: I had a very positive experience at Miraculous Medical Supply! I can’t say enough about why this needs to be your only stop for medical supplies!! I had never been to the store and it was very easy to find, with plenty of parking. My first time walking in, there was a customer being helped by a store clerk... so I looked around just a bit and was greeted by two very friendly store employees to assist me. I needed a specific type of cuff & blood pressure monitor and was immediately assisted by Tina, the store manager, who is amazing! Her kindness, empathy, and medical supply knowledge was invaluable as she helped to find a perfect device to meet my needs. After hearing the story of my medical emergency, Tina, was very caring and helpful with information. She went above & beyond to demonstrate the device, assist me in taking my blood pressure on it to ensure it met my needs, & made some wonderful additional suggestions. The store cashier was very polite as well & rang me up with smile. The customer service is outstanding and I’m happy to know Tina & her staff at Miraculous Medical Supply are just around the corner!

There was no high pressure hard sell...we purchased the cane because the price was reasonable and my dad wanted an upgrade. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, adjusted the cane for us before we left, and happily honored a discount I mentioned. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend them!

Ryan: Have never written a review before but felt obligated this time. Very unfortunate experience. Rented a knee walker following Achilles surgery. After 4 weeks and $75 rental (half the cost of just purchasing a scooter) I requested an additional week as the doctor advised 1 additional week before clearing my to walk. After providing them the 4 week business, they advised they only do $45 one week rentals. Very unfortunate given the prior business we provided. Would recommend others to see another store for rentals or in the case of the knee walker to buy your own.

We felt obligated to get to the bottom of this one star review. Ryan your rating on our service was predicated on price. We at coral reef medical supply pride ourselves in our transparent pricing. We went in detail through the cost of the rental at which point a customer can agree or not to rent from us. We also went the extra mile to comparison shop with local retail stores not only didn't many stores not offer weekly rentals, but the ones that did charged upwards of $75 per week to $150 per month with a deposit of $150.00. The type of scooter we provided you retails for over $300, we wish we can charge less on the rental, however these scooters are subjected to rugged use and have short lifespans. We hope you consider all these factors when shopping medical supplies in the future.

Matt Affinity: This place is Great! They were so helpful. Apparently the new owner is a real professional and knows his stuff with medical equipment. He helped us get a great lift chair, power scooter and bathroom aids for mom after her surgery. I highly recommend!

gibanez1: I purchased a CPAP mask, brought it home and tried it, and I could not tolerate it, so I called back within the hour and ask if I could bring it back and exchange it for a different one that was a different style. The person that answered the telephone said that I should call the manufacturer, because they are just a distributor and it is not their warranty. A good place with good service should have exchanged it, and send the mask to the manufacturer which I am sure that would have gladly taken it back which make just good common sense, in order to keep the clients happy and to keep the good name of the company. This is just the worst customer service that I can imagine!!!!!!

Love of my life!: I always come here for everything, but lately it’s was too Crowded supplies everywhere. We just happen to go into the store this afternoon my patient and I were like omg, it’s cleaner and definitely more space to walk around with the wheelchair and friendly New pple and the boss is super sweet, and he doesn’t mine on getting his hands dirty and helping out his own customer. This is truly an awesome medical supply and definitely will be coming back to purchase supple.

Wayne G: Purchased some surgical gloves during the pandemic and a box of 50 pair was $11.95 which seemed reasonable but I also bought a pulse oximeter which was $59. I later researched the same unit online and it was only $24. They significantly marked it up. I had asked if they would discount it and they declined. It’s sad when you go to a speciality stores & they gouge prices. I will likely not go here again.
Response: Thanks for your feedback. I assure you we are in no way price gouging. My costs on many covid related items have skyrocketed as much as 2x to 10x what they were prior to the outbreak. Many online sellers are out of stock and have not changed their pricing to reflect current market prices. Many online sellers are also taking your money and not shipping your order because they are unable to get anything in stock. Purchasing from most on line sellers also voids any warranty from the manufacture. We spend all day everyday trying to source items that have become scarce during this time and trying to find the best prices so we can pass on to our customers. I hope in the coming months pricing will return to normal and as my costs come down, so will the prices we have to charge. Also as a side note, gloves come 100 per box. Should you need to discuss further please call store and ask to speak to the owner and they will get you in touch with me.

Virginia Steevens: The third time i give them an opportunity to improve, never again. Over a month to process orders, everyday there is a new requirement. Only two persons know what happens in the store, and they're never there. No customer service, arrogant attitude.

Aron Zeraus: My experience was very familiar with one previously mentioned. I waited 1 1/2 weeks to get a wheelchair chair and a shower seat. They kept on blaming the primary Doctor for the delay. If it wasn't one thing it was another.Do not waist your time shopping with Unprofessional and rude salespeople like the one I dealt with by the name of IDORIS. She also left for her Christmas vacation and left my order unfinished. Finally I just got tired and had the pediatrician change to 1 Home Care Solution. In a couple hours 1 HOMECARE SOLUTIONS called me to confirm my address and an hour later it was delivered.. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS ALDO SURGICAL SUPPLY COMPANY, YOUR HEALTH DESERVES MUCH BETTER!

Ashley Vazquez: Worked here. Left due to pregnancy. We always made sure customers left with a smile, and everything that was needed. If we didnt have it stock. It would have been delivered the following day. Defiantly continue shopping as a customer.

miamiboby: any medical or equipment supply can be find it in Aldo but the problem is the price........if you go on line they have over 100% or more in prices. I bought regularly some patch for skin protection one box come with at $1.33 I went one time and they just have one patch for this reason they charged me $3.99 instead of $1.33 because I do not take 10, but they did not have more supplies so they recommended me come back next day... is unfair one single item $2.63 more!!!.....
