When I was ready I then spoke to Nora to set a day and time for my job. My appointment was at 12 and Mikey the operator arrived 10 minutes early. Darian Corbellini: Joseph and Pastor were amazing! We had some hiccups with the service elevator schedule but they stayed and helped! They came up with very helpful solutions and were dedicated to finishing the job regardless of the issues that came up and the extra time it took. They were careful with everything and no damages! Can’t express how glad we were that they were the ones helping!
ROSS GUBE: With all do respect, the owners response will be furthest from the truth. 1) 350 an hour to pack and move. 2) below are the items they did not pack or move, they were instructed by two different people to do so. Refuse to refund time i had to take to do their job. 3) employee left his phone in storage unit. I have no idea if he left it there or not, I’m not wasting at any more time going to that storage unit to look. And yes, i said im not going to go get a phone look for a phone or waste anytime until they refund a portion of the 3500 given, for the hours i had to spend doing what they were paid to do. 4) now I’m getting treats on my life. This is a great company. 5) oh-also they were instructed NOT to touch the dining room-guess what-they wasted 30 minutes (at 350 an hour) packing a room we said to not touch. Then wasted another 15 minutes putting the stuff back. Another 262 dollars spend because they didn’t listen. Well, i guess only one of the four understood English.
Response: Sir, with all due respect, your comments are completely detached from reality. Not to mention your disrespectful behavior and the fact that you took a movers property and you will have to deal with police on that. I am not going to waste my time and will simply paste Support Ticket data to show how ridiculous your claims are. And keep in mind we have video from our truck and all calls recordings. I will be assisting you with your claim. My job is to figure out what happened and listen to both sides to avoid further confusion or aggravation. I interviewed Joel, our foreman, who was in charge of your move. He informed in the morning when the movers arrived you gave instructions on what should be packed and what should be left. As the owner of the house was also present during the move and she provided additional instructions. During your phone conversation, you mentioned bathrooms, 1 closet and part of garage were not packed. Regarding the bathrooms, during the walk through the owner did not walk there and never specified we should pack it. Regarding the garage, the owner gave very clear instruction what should be taken that is sport equipment, mirror, etc and to leave floor mats, a broken piece, dog’s stuff etc. And moreover, before leaving the house, the owner did a walk through the house with our foreman. She confirmed that everything that had to be was packed and loaded and we could delivery to her storage unit. Our sales agent booked 2 days for your move and the owner confirmed nothing additionally should be packed and moved on the second day. Unfortunately, our foreman left his Iphone on the top pf the box in the storage. We ask you to return his phone in the nearest time. Thank you for your business and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Hello Ross, Please be advised we have a camera on back of the truck and the record shows the foreman went inside the house together with the owner. The movers took 30 min lunch break and they deducted this time from total hours. Again, the foreman did a walk through and the owner did not ask to pack anything else. The payment was provided for actual time of performed work including all packing materials per signed contract. We did not charge anything extra. The minimum estimate was given for 12 hours of packing (6 hours each day). We could return next day and finish the packing if that was needed. There will be no discounts. In regards to a phone. It is illegal to hold anybody’s property hostage. If phone is not returned promptly, we will have to file a police report. We have records of all conversations including the one states you have the phone.

Chelsea E: Andrew and Alex from Pro Movers were respectful, efficient, and took great care when moving our items into our unit. They placed furniture in the locations we specified, and even removed table legs and reattached them in order to get them in the unit without damaging the walls. They moved quickly and carefully to bring our items inside. I felt that they really listened to our instructions and were excellent at time management. I cant say enough at how easy they made this move for us. Really pleased with the overall job done. Definitely worth it to ask for them by name. You know you will get great service with respect.

Marybeth Colini: This moving company was the WORST I have ever seen. They actually stored our stuff for 4 1/4 months and we paid our bill on the first of every month and when we had them bring our stuff to us it was only 8 days into the month and we received NO refund. Three of my possessions were broken in pieces and we never received all of my husbands painting equipment. They actually had other peoples things on our truck that they tried to give us but of course we didn’t allow that. I reached out to the company numerous times with NO CALL BACK. We also let the BBB know. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
Cinzia Amadio: I was super stressed by my move, and Miami is not an easy place to navigate when it comes to any type of service. They were great. From the quote (asked for a flat rate and got it), to the service itself. I asked for packing and moving. Angel and Rene were super nice, fast, reliable, precise: everything was packed and moved with extreme care. Shout out to Mieke and Paula as well. Would definitely recommend the service to anyone!

Tannya Federico: Father and Son went above and beyond for me and my family. They made our transition out of state an easy and stress free one. We were very nervous with some of the stories we had heard about companies keeping your stuff hostage and demanding more money. Father and Son came recommended by my husbands father. I can truly say that even when there where some inconveniences on our end, they worked with us. The driver, Ben and his team did an amazing job of easing our stress and keeping us updated. I have many mirrored and glass pieces that they wrapped and moved perfectly. It was white glove service at an affordable price. I needed to move my mom from a 1 bdrm independent living apt. to a studio memory care room with a stop at our condo to bring and drop off furniture. Sandra Harris: I just used Elite Movers Miami, FL for a pretty considerable move. My boyfriend and I consolidated our two apartments into one. He resided on the 26th level, but I was on a 3rd walk-up. This is the best moving experience any of us has ever had, and I have moved lots of times. The men were extremely competent. They were quick and effective, while also paying special attention to every minor detail. We had a great deal of heavy and delicate furniture, and it all arrived in the same condition as when it left. I had left a few minor items behind that I had intended to bring with me, but they ended up packing and transporting those for me as well. The service was, in a word, outstanding. I will never use another moving company if I had the option of using Elite Movers Miami, FL!! 👍🏻😊❤️

The movers were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 a.m., but they arrived at 8:30 a.m. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete a 1-bedroom apartment, including travel time. Lourdes Pereira: I have tried different gyms and crossfit boxes in US in the last 2 years. This is one of a kind. Location, gym equipment, and amenities are great, but what makes this place THE BEST is definitely the staff. Coaches are not only big professionals but also good people. The layout of the space is excellently designed in that whichever service you are seeking (Crossfit, yoga, mobility, pulse, or lifting) you are not compromised by the other classes going on. The clean and modern architecture provides an inviting, safe, and friendly feeling for me, which makes me want to keep coming back for more! The spacious lobby area in the front is very unique as well, 2 comfy lounge chairs, motivational signs, and even cold brew RX Coffee on tap for purchase! Gayle Horden: Overall the move was easy. They came and packed and next day unloaded. There were a couple items broken and and a full spills, lamp shades dented. Overall, I highly recommend and yet at the same time I’d recommend paying more attention to wrapping and securing. Wilson Schmeler: Excellent communication skills and packing abilities. I mistakenly estimated that packing would take two hours. They barely needed one hour. They even had room in the vehicle for more stuff. When we arrived at the storage facility, I was concerned about the size of the storage unit. They took a look at it and replied, "No problem." While I was working in my truck, it took them about 45 minutes to unload. They asked if I wanted to visit the storage unit once they completed unloading the vehicle.
UMock Trial Team: Be wary of no response if any items get broken! My experience with Pick Up movers seemed good until the end of the move. While the crew was professional, a couple of items were broken during the unloading (mainly glass table tops and a stone statue). These things happen and I was told by the foreman Vlad that he had sent pictures to Frank and he would be in touch with me the following day to discuss insurance coverage. Sounds reasonable, right? Frank never called. I tried calling and emailing him many times after I didn’t receive a call back and I have received absolutely no response. I cannot find any contact information for the company that does not lead directly to “Frank.” I am hopeful that following this review, someone from pick up movers will reach out to me to resolve this issue, which could have been handled quickly and amicably had they called me the next day as I was informed. Unfortunately, a continued lack of response will force me to take legal action to enforce my rights. I am not sure if the problem is Frank or the company policy as a whole, hence the middling star ranking. I sincerely hope they do not treat others this way and that they will contact me promptly to find an appropriate solution. Unless they do, I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
Annette Hettinger: Pick Up Movers were excellent, efficient, and on time. They arrived slightly early, I showed them what was to be moved and they immediately got to work packing my room, wrapping my furniture and valuables, and hanging my clothes. They moved me from my third-floor walk up to my two-story walk-up with ease. They came highly recommended by two friends and I’d definitely hire them again.
Brandon Schowalter: I have nothing but praise for the team who carried out my house move. They worked almost nonstop from 9 am till 7.30 in the evening and delivered all my household goods efficiently to my new address. They protected furniture with blankets etc and had to take apart the sofa and dining table to get them through doors. The office team was also courteous and helpful with all my queries. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to other customers.

M M: Multiple issues with this “company.” First off they’re uninsured. I should have checked this before booking but their insurance is expired. The movers broke off the front door handle at my apartment during my move. They dropped a $500 dresser flat on the floor. They barely had enough supplies to wrap everything correctly. They were not even going to wrap my sofa until I told them. They packed and boxed and upside down and in all directions, shifting contents and causing breakage of many of my items. The woman who works in their “office” is unresponsive. She completely ignored my calls when I called about her movers breaking the door handle. Luckily the apartment complex did not fault me/charge me. Movers were slow, taking their time with everything. They charged me for 5 hours at the 4.5 hour mark. Most companies pro rate it. Will be filing a complaint with FDACS as well. Stay away.

Adina Jaffee: If I could rate less than a 1 I would. If you want your items arriving intact and without damage this is not the company to use. If you want your furniture reassembled this is not the service to use. This was the most awful move I have ever had to do strictly based on the awful service provided by all my sons. 3 desks damaged, the remaining 2 never reassembled. The walkthrough supposed to be done at the end was skipped by the team altogether. I called and called trying to get someone back to reassemble these desks and I have been getting the run around for 2 days now. Louis the manager even attempted to blame me for the issue stating I should’ve made sure there was a walkthrough. I have moved many times and generally when the movers state they are done and pack up and leave they have completed the service that was paid for. I am in shock at the awful service and the fact that the ball has been dropped so many times. Rodney the manager promised to call me back asap never did and when I called the following day I was told he was out of the office. I then had to reexplain the situation. Please save yourself the headache and use another company.

Steven K Upton: Moving always sucks, that said this experience was not bad. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. Gerard was the lead and did a good job keeping things moving. Trevor and Victor worked hard all day as well. A couple of times things could have been handled with more care and one piece of furniture was dropped and slightly damaged. Jorge Duprat GMC: A lot of knowledge, very professional, equipment configurations for customer requirements, very happy, I have been there many times.
Matthew Plante: I originally called Prowinch with an inquiry on one of their hoist and trolley setups. I spoke with Vanessa Martinez, who quickly identified the equipment/part number that I was looking for. The item was unfortunately out of stock, in which Vanessa made suggestions for alternative options. Vanessa went above and beyond my expectation by reaching out to the warehouse and identifying the components that I originally was interested in. Overall very helpful and friendly!
Ryan Stahl: We build Skid Steer attachments and have used Warn for years. Having trouble getting them I found Prowinch. I was very impressed the shipping packaging was solid and secure. Once opened you could tell the fit and finish was top self. Great service when I called fast shipping and a great product we will be doing business many many more times.
Hunter Thompson: TLDR: 3 units, not one of them works. Returned units to them, and they are now ghosting me instead of issuing a refund like they promised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They have stolen my money at this point. I ordered a $1200 winch from this business.. the first one I ordered came in the mail DESTROYED.. they just sat the winch in a cardboard box on top of a 1/2” piece of plywood. No foam, no packing paper, bubble wrap, straps.. nothing! So I call to get a replacement and requested actual packaging so it can arrive in one piece. The second unit shows up, and doesn’t even work. The unit would extend the winch, but not pull it back in. They said it’s a bad solenoid. So of course I ask for a new unit. The 3rd unit arrives and surprise... it has the same issue. So this is when I tel them I’m done messing with them and want a refund... that was probably 6 weeks ago now. And they finally sent a truck to pickup all 3 units, and I repacked them on a pallet, bought straps to strap everything down, and returned all 3 safer then they came. And yet now they are ghosting me and refusing to issue a refund at all. Horrible horrible experience with this company.. I will be filing whatever legal complains I can, because at this point they have stolen $1200. Edit: In response to the BS below... Not once did I say I ordered more than one unit. I even stated how much I paid for the unit. It is also funny that you now pretend to not know what the issue was, when the other day when I was sending the units back you said you knew what was wrong, and they were missing a bridge connection, and it was an easy fix. Also, I was told very specifically told that as soon as the units were PICKED UP I would receive a refund, NOT when they arrive. PS: I read your terms and conditions, it does not say anything about when I should be receiving my refund.
Response: Mr. Hunter, You bought 1 unit and as per your description of the problem, we sent you a second unit, which was tested before shipping passing all quality controls, without even asking the first one to be sent back. Since you were so annoying and upset with our staff they decided to do this again with the same results. Now that we have agreed to return your order we are just waiting for the 3 units to arrive at our facility in order to refund your order as per our Terms and Conditions. Just as a reminder, you just paid for 1 winch and you were in possession of 3 winches, this reflects our excellent disposition to help you to resolve this problem that we are not yet sure of the real reason, since thousands of these winches have been sold and it happens that only you are having these very weird issues. You were told over the phone that you had to wait until we receive the units back to get your refund as any buyer. As soon as we receive the winches you will get your refund and a report of what you did wrong besides being overbearing. 12/22/2020 Today we received the units and all 3 winches are working just fine, after testing we were able to recreate the issue you described, well this happens if you connect this winch at 12 Volts and the winch you have purchased is 24 Volts, not 12V. Later we will send you a written full report.
Luis Garcia: Fantastic and Professional. I ordered about a week ago a PWTR9500i24V unit and it looks great, awesome product quality. Asked a customer representative some tips about the installation and they guided me through the entire installation process. Excellent customer service!!!

Paul Schvada: They did our lift station monitoring for several years and we did not notice any issues. However, at one point we had a problem with the lift station and they said that it would cost several hundred dollars to make the repair. However, we sent out our in-house electrician and he told us that there was no repairs or replacement needed. This is not an honest company so we canceled our contract immediately.
Valeria Capo: Hi my name is Valeria Capo and I worked for this company 3 years ago and left because I had a baby and gratefully had the opportunity to be a stay at home mom. It is such a shame how people are so low to try and damage someones reputation because they could not get away with stealing. This company treats their employees as family provides lunch and breakfast to their employees, pays their schooling, provides them with vehicles, gives you the opportunity to grow with the company. The owner is humble and down to earth has a heart of gold takes away from herself to give to others. They help the homeless people in the neighborhood and gives the miscellaneous jobs for them to do in an effort for them to make a living for themselves. This fool should of taken some notes from this company and maybe he could of bettered himself instead of being a lying conniving riffraff!!!!
Why Not: Never had a problem with this company. Very professional and responsible . For me to give a 5 star is not easy. They have treated our association like their own.

Daniel Yap: Spoke to several companies for professional concrete cutting and removal before choosing Gator Junk Removal. They were very professional, responsive, and had reasonable prices. We had a slab that was attached to the house and a tiled patio area, so they took extra precautions to prevent any damage and things turned out perfect. Amy Yost: Cannot praise them enough!! Hired them to move things within the house from room to room & load up our trailer with furniture, etc. to take out of state. Jesus in the office was very knowledgeable, informative & polite. He made the payment and paperwork process enjoyable. There were three generations of belongings and the house looked like a storage facility. Terry, Cam & Robert were the movers who came and they were all excellent. Extremely respectful of all belongings, polite, funny and communicated well. They carefully wrapped the furniture being moved off site and made heavy lifting look like feathers. They have everlasting patience and were very professional in every aspect of the job. The house is now a home & they did it all in about 5 hours’ time. Price is fair for the phenomenal services rendered. Best movers ever. We will definitely hire them again!!

Kimberly Williams: I cannot express enough the wonderful moving experience I had with Two Men and a Truck Hallandale location this past weekend. The office staff was professional, efficient and responsive. My movers called prior to arriving, arrived on time and were the 3 nicest gentlemen I have ever met. They worked well together and got me moved without 1 hitch. They were respectful of my family and I as well as our property. Moving has never easy but I will tell you, this company made it worry-free. You may get a cheaper quote with other companies in the area but trust me the peace of mind was worth every extra penny. They stay true to the quote unlike those other companies who quote you a lower price and then raise it the day of the move. I cannot say it enough, USE THIS COMPANY!!! Great job

I contacted them and they were very responsive and provide the require insurance certificate for my building very quickly. The movers that came Terrence Sands, Cameron Penson & Johnnie Durante were a great team. They arrived looked around at the items to be transported and immediately got to work.
