David K: First time we used a lawyer for an eviction case on our rental property, so we did not know what to expect. Once we agreed to his flat fee, the suit was filed the next business day. No guess work, no surprises, very straight forward. Evictions can go in many directions creating anxiety. Having a professional , responsive lawyer is a small price to pay for piece of mind.
FOOD TOURS IN MIAMI: I bought a property at a tax deed sale and the previous owner refused to leave the property. After I spoke to an attorney at this law firm, I was advised that what I needed to file was an “unlawer detainer action” and not an eviction because the former owner was not a “tenant.” So I hired these lawyers to file the case. We won the case very quickly and I got my property back.....we changed the locks 24 days after the lawyer filed the case. The lawyer was very experienced, worked very fast, and gave me good legal advice. I recommend this law firm, and specifically Phil Revah, for any issues regarding removing unwanted people from your property.

Estephan Iskandarian: This is a good law firm and the lawyer who helped me here was very knowledgeable about florida landlord laws. Got rid of my tenant in 24 days and we got the rent money from the court. Talk to Phil he is the head eviction lawyer. The tenant messed up the apartment but we have to sue separately for that. Call these lawyers if you have an issue with a tenant.

Anastasia Bazunova: I had a tenant in Broward county and tenant in Downtown Miami, and I needed to evict the Broward tenant, after they didn’t pay rent for 2 months. I also needed to evict the downtown miami tenant, because their lease expired and they refused to leave. I called this law firm and I spoke with Mr, Revah. Within 24 hours Mr. Revah files both evictions and we were successful in both cases. Mr. Revah’s law firm charge me a very reasonable fee for both cases. If I need to evict my tenants in the future, I would definitely use this law firm again.

Brittany Wiggins: Aaron represented me in a class-action lawsuit against a condo association charging illegal transfer fees. Throughout what was a very complex and lengthy process, Aaron was responsive, professional, easy to work with, and made himself available to talk no matter my question or concern. Being that I had no experience with lawsuits of any kind, Aaron was incredibly sensitive to my lack of knowledge and provided any extra explanation I needed in non-legal terms. Gladys Pompa: I was the Association’s President for 13 years, and for 10 years ALG represented our condominium in legal and collection matters. I couldn’t have chosen a better law firm to handle our financial chaos. Our Association had a 98% foreclosure rate, and most of the homeowners weren’t paying their monthly fees. We needed money to pay our bills, and ALG helped us collect the money we desperately needed from homeowners and banks. I can’t say enough good things about their attorneys and staff. They were great. Their lawyers were knowledgeable and quick to respond to our needs, and their staff were always courteous. If an Association is looking for a good and trustworthy law firm to handle their problems, ALG is the firm you need to hire.

Nathalie Apollon: This law firm is horrible and the public deserves to know the type of business they are conducting. I was served with a Notice to Impose a Claim on my property from Association Law Group for past HOA maintenance due to me losing my job and going through a career change after sending a $200 when my balance was $586. Immediately upon receipt of the letter I reached out to the Lennar Property Manager Director to address the situation and dispute some of the fees. I later on received an email from an attorney from ALG, David Krempa with completely different fees then what the original Notice. He had changed late fees, interest fees and most of all the Attorney /legal fees from $386 to $465. When I questioned the increase in fees , I was told that it was for electronic archiving of the file, , preparation and disbursement and draft disbursement letter to client and Fed Ex Cost, an in addition they were waiving $517 in additional fees. as settlement courtesy which included review of the file. and email correspondence with their client and me. My question is what does the $386 legal fee on the original Notice cover? Why was all these fees not disclosed on the primary notice.? This is pure EXTORTION. This law firm has done nothing but draft that Notice of Intent to Impose a Claim, nothing else. No additional work was done to warrant almost $1,000 in legal fees. People need to know and be aware of these attorneys. All I am trying to do is payoff the balance that is a truly owed and due. I refuse to pay for make up fees. People know your rights and seek legal representation on cases like this.

Gran Piñata Party Rental: This place is horrible. If you want to lose your money go this place. Adilen “”paralegal” is unprofessional. She is rude and doesn’t understand and help the client. Brian Prieto has less than two year admitted at the bar. No experience at all. They don’t know what they are doing. These people Created and filed incorrectly the motion, so I can keep paying them to fix their own mistakes. I had to hire another lawyer in less than a month, so he can fix all these issues. And after I fired this attorney, they keep charging me for administrative job. They waisted the $3,500 just in calls and trashy papers. Don’t go to this place. As you can see in their own notes, it is administrative job no legal job. Plus my son that it’s 11 years old writes better and professional than them. Keep record of the phone calls and meeting that you have with them because this people alter the minutes you speak with them. Find a real attorney that can represent you in court without stealing your money. The worst experience ever!! Please contact me if you have the same experience as me!!. Thank you.

Jennifer Caballero: One of the worst experience i had with this company. I had Abigail Luna as a case manager one the worst with communication ever. Took over a year for her to close my case, she never reached out to me, i always had to case her to get a response. I asked her for a itemized closing statement multiple time and to this day i still have not received it. I feel that i got robbed for what i should have gotten back but since she never gave me the paper that tells me what was paid and how much they paid, i feel robbed. I even have credit collection agency reaching out for hospital bills that should have been paid already. Please do not contract this company and if you do and you get her as a case manager ask for another person or just go to another law office that would fight for you not rob you. I would never recommend them to anyone.
