sandaniece parson: Been coming here for years but today Friday July 16 the attendant had every dryer filled with hotel towels and sheets….then had maintenance draining all the front washers the floor was soak and wet and she wanted you to wait till she gets all the water up before you can walk to the front of the wash house to the few dryers that were available…draining should have been done over night or before opening…. No one wants to spend all morning in a hot wash house…and maybe they should schedule a specific time when they wash hotel laundry it’s not fair to the everyday customers🙄The renovations are nice but I kind of liked when things were much simpler here.
Berry Jules: Wow I’ve been coming to this Coin Laundry for proximally three years now and today during this difficult time I receive the worst service ever the employee was rude and disrespectful to the point where I’m actually writing a review now trying to locate the owner to tell him personally my experience. Because I’m sure he knows bad service bad business .

Taylor Borg: Service is nice, friendly and fast for the wash and fold. However, I think they wash enormous loads together... I spent time separating all of my white sheets/clothes from darks but my sheets are now stained with dark spots after this wash.... a little upset 😔

Gail Torres: We have used this location for our rental properties in the area. The service is incredible and they deliver 7 days a week!!! Cheritha Celestin: I must say I go here twice a month because it’s close to my home, it’s clean and all around love to just wash here but at times the women that work here are disrespectful and make you feel very uncomfortable especially if you are black. The ladies that work there are very extremely vulgar. Always saying bad words in front of customers. Folding sheets and towels while criticizing everyone that walks inside the laundry. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Melissa Vazquez: The only decent service provided is that you’ll have the laundry done within a few hours, for same day pickup. Other than that, the clerks stay trying to cheat the owner out of his money. The red head (old, short lady) clerk states, I can only pay with cash, so she can pocket the money (whereas, I noticed, they input the order, upon picking up my clothes to pay). While, the other clerk (white hair, old lady) tries to force you to tip, every time, when tip is optional. First time, I took out cash, then paid over the amount and she said, “the rest is mine”. I was passive, since she was nice, at first. But, these ladies are running game and scheming with people’s money. Yesterday, I dropped off my clothes to pick up today, but the red lady said, we only take cash NOW. So, today, I decided to pay with card and gave it to the white hair lady, since wasn’t privy to what the other lady had mentioned to me. She took my card, (as if, they do take card) called the red head and convened on the side to say, “Melissa is paying with card” and an awkward silence persisted while creating/processing my pickup order. This took about 7 mins to complete. Moments before all this occurred, the white hair lady was telling a story about a man that paid with card, but left tip and her remark was, “at least, he left tip for me”… The only reason I’ve continued to return and drop off clothes here it’s due to the water being clean and the only laundromat in the area that’s semi decent compared to others. Another instance to consider, they don’t always completely return your clothes dry, my first time was dampened and they’ve lost of a few of my socks, as well.

Gilma Somarriba: Service was great over the phone but when I got there to drop off something to be dry cleaned, no one was at the location to help me. The office was empty and the customers doing their laundry hadn’t recalled seeing anyone throughout their time being there.

Nicole Ynigo: Based on the number of glowing reviews and their convenient hours of operation, I brought in some work clothes for dry cleaning. A few days later when attempting to pick up my suits I was told they didn’t have any suits under my name, which is extremely concerning, disorganized and unprofessional. When they eventually found my suits and after tendering payment I realized my suits were on wire hangers and not the ones I brought in, so they either lost or threw away my hangers. Terrible service, never again.

Unfortunately, i was informed tonight that it would cost me $3 a dryer if I didn’t wash there.......after months coming to this place!!! There is nothing i hate more as a single mother than another human being making my life even more difficult for the stupidest things!!! Now my money that could’ve being spent at that business it’s going to be spent elsewhere...... It sucks!!!

Shane Campbell: This place is inconsistent with the times they have on the door for opening and closing. Everytime I come it’s a different time. They lock the door at 7 at 8 at 9 if you walk out while doing laundry they lock it while your clothes are washing or drying. The door says 7-11 last wash is at 10. I got here at 8:25 the lady approaches me at the door and says their closed the owners says to close the door at 8:30. I say that the information on this business is highly unreliable and I’m personally taking my business to a more consistent business with hours that I can trust. I take Uber so paying to find out if this place is open or not is a total waste. I recommend finding another laundry solution.
Jeanette Turner: I arrive at the laundromat at At 8:35 PM was not allowed to answer also the laundromat close at 11 PM worker stated that I cannot come in I felt like it was due to the color of my skin. She stated that because there’s too many people there although it was not a lot of people there she stated that I cannot come in I told her I had traveled 30 mins, She stated she didn’t care and to liock the door, With no care in the world.

Kathryn Yoho: This is the only laundry mat i use!!! The employee Kayla stayed an extra 30 minutes on a holiday so i could wash and dry my clothes! She was extremely helpful and also informed us about a free raffle for a 50" tv going on and keeps the place very well cleaned! Unlike most laundry mats where you can only use coins or a laundry card to start the machines this place has not only an ATM inside but a credit/debit card slot to transfer money straight on the laundry card. Will continue to come here!!!

Sam Medina: Apparently their Hours are incorrect. I usually come during the day but I had some clothes I really needed so I checked their hours to see if they were open and sure enough it said 11pm everyday. I came at 8:50 pm to wash only one load and I was kicked out by the attendant saying they are closed. After I pointed out that I checked their hours online stating that I had over 2 hours left and that I only need 48 minutes (23 to wash, 25 to dry- I have their cycles down Pat). she said “no,11 pm is when I have to be out of here”. closing time for patrons aka when last load can be washed should be advertised as the real closing time, not when the attendant leaves. And apparently that time is over 2 hours before the advertised closing time.

People seem friendly. Try it.

Carolina Collazos: If you are looking for Efficiency, Quality, Great Prices , and that extra touch of Exceptional Customer Service you have found the right place. I have been doing my laundry with Becerra Coin Laundry for the past 3 years. I travel 50% - 75% of the time for work and it’s very time consuming to do laundry in between flights. They have facilitated this whole process for me by picking up my laundry one day and returning it the very next day • nicely folded, • smelling like a million bucks • and ready for me to pack. Not to mention the cute little “Thank You Carolina 😃” notes that they write on the bags. I 100% recommend them.

Carmen Fernandez: Ok place to wash. A few of the dryers were broken, not uncommon in laundromats. The place is clean. You need to ask the attendant for the key to use the bathroom (no biggie). Masks are required but 2 of the older clients weren’t wearing them.

Clothes washed well and dried good too. Most of the people made me feel like their were from Cuba or Columbia. All friendly and courteous. Still 5 Stars for me.

In Miami just came off our cruise with Carnival celebration we have 4 days until our next cruise on Carnival spirit and we had to find a laundromat to wash our clothes and we searched and found this laundromat to wash our clothes for our next Cruise this is a good laundromat because it's coins realize that there was a more closer laundromat than this one but it turned out to be a good lingerie after all anyway.

I wish I was told the time of the last wash when I first asked about their hours. So much time and energy wasted. I must say, the machines looked very clean.

I felt very hot and I thought I could because of the high temperatures outside plus the hot steam from the dryers. but today I went and the heat was worse than last Sunday there was no air at all the fans were in use but not at the speed needed to decrease the heat I let the staff know but the answer was that there was no air
Lorena Hernandez: This used to be a great laundry, unfortunately it is lack of maintenance, several washers and dryers are out of service, the employees use all the dryers at the same time with the "hotel accounts", especially on weekends and nights. They do not take into consideration that many customers are elderly and leave us the bottom dryers , the laundry is not as clean as they used to be, and a lot of drama between the employees, I hope the administration takes action and cares about local customers.

NCF29YT: This laundry is ol’ reliable. Very nice people here too. Community makes this laundry a +1 for its effort to serve AND it’s communication between customers and service, customers with customers, and has vending machines and arcade games, to squash hunger and have kids in here to not bother.
Pe Lo: At around 9:06pm My girlfriend and I decided to give this place a try since its around the corner. The place states they close at 11 but when I came in I was yelled at by one of the employees, who was also extremely rude, that I couldn’t wash and continued to yell out from the center of the facility. At that point I felt like I was placed in an uncomfortable situation since this drew attention. When I asked what time they closed? The employee proceeded to explain, all this again while being yelling at from the center of the facility. She stated that the machines are being cleaned and none were available. For one, when you have customers coming in to a business you shouldn’t rudely yell from across the room. Two, the hours should be changed this way people doesn’t waste their time going to your facility just to be yelled at by employees. This place seems ok but the overall experience really killed it for me.
Brian Ponce: Positive: Quality, ValueThe Dryers save you a lot of money one quarter is 20 minutes worth of dry time and they have the real big machines so you can put a big bag of clothes inside if you have to . It’s my favorite laundry to come to definitely recommend this laundry.
Neill Lewis: RUDE employees. Their wash and fold used to be a good deal but they raised the price. They ruined several articles of clothing of mine by bleaching things that said no bleach on the tag. Would not recommend.

I understand that we are in a pandemic and they changed the hours of operation from 7am-10pm which they have a sign that Saids “LAST WASH IS AT 9pm” which we had enough time because I putted my clothes to dry at 9pm which as a result i come back to pick up my clothes at 9:40pm and they lady had already left and lock the doors and we couldn’t get our clothes from The dryer. So I don’t understand why if they said that they close at 10pm and I come At 9:40pm and they doors are lock. I guess she was so lazy to take they time To see if there were any clothes left in the machines because locking they doors. This is so UNACCEPTABLE and very disrespectful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW AND THE new HOURS OF OPERATION NOR TAKE THEY TIME TO CHECK THEIR OWN business just to see if they is anything left behind before locking they doors.. Rabia Jaffe: My favorite laundry mat in the miami area. It has lots of free and easy access parking lots nearby (and one directly on front of it), it had a starbucks next door, very friendly customer service, it’s clean and everything works, and you can use coins or card via an app.
Scott McKenzie: This is my favorite laundromat in Miami and the only place I will take my clothes!! The wash dry fold service is super fast and the people who run the shop are friendly and nice. And of corse my clothes came out super clean and smelling great! It also gives me a great opportunity to practice my Spanish (which needs work haha) 5 stars for sure, my local laundry

She kindly explained to me the miscommunication that their system was down temporarily and that’s why I did not receive an update about my order. When I finally received my clothes I was extremely impressed by the quality and how much attention to detail they showed. I am very happy. The French man responded to me in a rude way and I do think that he could learn from Sheila’s customer service skills. But I understand that he is just passionate about his business and takes bad reviews personally. Nevertheless I’m satisfied with my order, many friends have been asking me about it and I will be recommending to them.
Millionaire Lifestyle: I had an emergency I had to stop there at 9pm the attendant tells me they close, and not a word of English! Very unprofessional and If I could give 0 I would of! Because their sign clearly says they close at 11pm Monday- Sunday!
Muneca Private Care Recovery Services: I’ve been doing laundry at this place the past two years. During shut down I started to utilize the service to have it done for me and despite the fact the workers barely spoke English, it was manageable dropping clothes off to them. However, this past & LAST time, I had a bad experience. I picked up my clothes and when I got home to put them away, almost EVERY piece of clothing had marks on clothes that look like car tires ran over them. The fact those workers folded my clothes as is and gave me my clothes back like that was beyond me. How can I trust them to do my clothes again. I’m truly upset I have to find another place to now service me monthly. I had to drive back to facility and show them, and the worker in the very little Spanish I understood said: ok I re-wash, like it was no big deal. I had very little faith in her being able to get those marks removed & figured it had to be the machine that did that, but I let her re-wash. I came back days later to pick them up, I checked my clothes now before walking out with them and see she got the marks off almost all items except for 4 things and saw my work scrubs had what appears to be bleach marks. She kept saying “no mami” but we didn’t understand each other to fix the issue. I was so upset I couldn’t communicate with her and the fact she didntt want to fix my clothes or compensate me for what was damaged. I literally have over $100 worth of clothing/bed sheet damaged. I asked for the manager and owner info and all of sudden she was acting like she’s so busy. She didn’t want to give me the info so I resorted to writing this review. When I say the customer service isn’t the best, it isn’t the best and I dealt with it the past 2yrs, but this was my final straw.

Russell Sanchez: Clean and friendly environment and the staff is helpful. Honestly, I just come for the wash and fold service and it’s impeccable. Everything was clean and consistent and mind you I throw shoes in every now and then. They even close late, which is very convenient. I came here through a recommendation and they seriously pulled through.
ESB NYC: Friendly and clean, good a/c and quick service. For wash and fold beware there is a $17 minimum charge, kinda steep. We’re traveling so we didn’t have a heavy load and I just had to accept it. Also, luckily, I speak a bit of Spanish but there was no English spoken. The abuela was very sweet though.
Ali Phillip: This Laundry is the BEST! Jazmena is AMAZING and always has the BEST Customer Service. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been the BEST Laundromat in my area. Even though I miss the 2.25 machines, this laundry is ALWAYS CLEAN and I’ll continue to come because the customer service is the best and that the attendent is always here to listen and help out the best way she can.

Francis T: It’s a nice quiet laundry place. The only issue I have is that ever since one of the employees left it looks less cleaned. The Brazilian lady and the other older lady don’t like to clean like how the cuban lady used too. She used to wipe down the machines every hour and pass the broom. The bathroom is now dirty. No toilet paper. Other than that the machines are good.

Trotavan: Worst customer service ever. I been here more than a few times and there is always a problem. All My work shirts got stolen, if there is a broken machine you won’t get your money back, very dirty and outdated, and the laundry service by weight would take a week to be ready.
ATC: Good quality machines that can handle large loads. This place can get quite busy sometimes though.

I explained to the man working there that a machine was not working and they stated that I am WRONG and that the machine was working perfect and stated that I am walkways complaining about the machines not working. So when a machine does not work, should I just stay silent? Worst place to do business with.
Carmen Fernandez: My dry cleaner was taken with specific instructions. I tried to pick up my clothes three times and the clothes was done the way the dry cleaner wanted not as my request. Hopefully they get it together and will provide my clothes as requested. They have one more chance to comply

Super grateful for her and this gem of a laundromat. When I visit Miami I will go out of my way to make it here for washing clothes.

But, I couldn’t find any staff member to sale me detergent. So, it’s just all wrong here & I left here with my dirty clothes. I did find another laundromat just up the street & it’s called Coin Laundry, located at 4525 NE 7th. The staff at Coin Laundry was so nice and helpful and they have air-conditioning too. All Laundry Services was a terrible place in comparison. Glad I found a nice laundromat at Coin Laundry -a different place than here! Entré en este lugar y de inmediato se ve sucio y no hay aire acondicionado aquí... ¡La temperatura exterior es de 102 grados hoy! Necesitaba hacer mi lavandería y decidí quedarme de todos modos. Pero, no pude encontrar a nadie que trabaje aquí, ni a nadie para venderme detergente. Así que todo está mal aquí y me fui con mi ropa sucia. Encontré otra lavandería automática en la misma calle se llama Coin Laundry, ubicado en 4525 NE 7th. El personal en Coin Laundry fue tan agradable y tienen aire acondicionado. Todos los servicios de All Laundry Service fue terrible en comparación. Me alegra haber encontrado una lavandería automática agradable en Coin Laundry -en otro lugar!
