Mary La Point: The Kitchen & Decor team was very responsive. They returned our initial call quickly, then came out to walk through the two bathrooms we wanted to remodel. The quote was reasonable and both of our bathrooms came out great! See pictures. Roberto was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the final product. The only negative was having to ask multiple times for them to fix the grouting and caulking, but they did eventually fix it and it ended up looking very clean and well-done, which is all that matters in the end. Scott: Kitchen & Decor Center is a small, family-run business that did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel at a very reasonable price. Monica is the designer and her husband Roberto is the general contractor who oversees the work crews. Prior to finding Kitchen & Decor Center, we had approached two other firms, but neither firm was able to come up with an acceptable design. It was as if they were trying to fit us into their cookie-cutter vision of what the kitchen should look like, rather than listening to us and designing what we wanted. Conversely, Monica worked with us in designing exactly the kitchen that we wanted. After listening to us describe what we were looking for, she put together a design presentation, including 3D drawings. She managed to do what other firms said was impossible given our space limitations. After a couple of modifications, we accepted the proposed design and then the demo work began the following week. Not only was the design to our liking, but the materials picked out by Monica were exquisite. We receive compliments from everyone who comes over to our house. The entire project from demo to installation took about three weeks, not counting a slight delay in completion of the finishing touches due to suspension of work in this Spring due to the coronavirus quarantine. Both Monica and Roberto were always available to answer any questions or concerns that arose during the process, both by phone and by email.
Celia Beltran: The thought of a kitchen remodel can be an intimidating and frankly scary experience. But, after numerous recommendations from friends and neighbors I decided to try Kitchen and Decor. They have a beautiful showroom with numerous examples to compare from. I worked with Monica to help me design the kitchen of my dreams. She has an obvious wealth of knowledge and expertise and guided me through the process. After a few design changes, I had my perfect kitchen design. She also show me the best options for quartz and directed me to the best places for granite slabs to choose at a reasonable price. Finally the cabinet and quartz fabricators and installers were prompt and completed the installations in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and family!
Nadia Gonzalez: AMAZING! My husband and I hired Roberto and Monica for a full house remodel. Our house is approx. 1,000 sqft and the remodel included a new kitchen, new bathroom, skim coating, painting, floor removal and installation. Additionally, we purchased our kitchen cabinets from their store, Kitchen and Decor, and we could not be happier with them! Not only were they economical, but are beautiful, durable, and have soft close technology. We also purchase our wood-look tiles through them and the tiling is one of our favorite parts of the house! This full project only took ONE month! They have a great team and are very thorough. They also made sure we were aware of any recommendations or additional work that needed to be performed. The price for any change order was communicated to us and approved before work was performed. Finally, they were very prompt with any communications. We are so excited to move into our newly remodeled home and cannot thank the Kitchen and Decor team enough!
Sara: I scheduled an appointment with Monica on February 4, 2021 for the first available appointment she had on February 9, to get an estimate for a kitchen island. She asked me to send her a picture of my kitchen cabinets that I would like matched to the island. I promptly sent her this picture. On February 9, Monica did not show up for the appointment and when I called she told me for the first time that she did not think she could match the cabinets and therefore never put the appointment in her calendar. Very unprofessional. I am glad we found out early on what type of business this is and avoided putting any money down for a deposit.

Angela Casale: Kitchen solvers did an amazing job on renovating my kitchen. It turned out so much better than I could have imagined. I went with white shaker cabinets and a quartz countertop. Ghislaine came over for an initial design consultation and measurements and provided me with a 3-D plan that made it easy to see what the kitchen would look like. The cabinets look great and are well fitted to the dimensions of my kitchen. They installed the quartz countertops and did a great job of aligning the veins so that everything would line up nicely. The seams are as small as they can possibly be and look very clean. I also used their electrician and he did a great job of pointing out future issues I would’ve had and corrected them. Since the beginning of the project they had planned out the sequence of the work and made sure that everything was right on point. Alex V: Horrible customer service. They gave me a damaged lazy Susan cabinet to begin with. Then went back for an exchange with an 11am appointment and they took forever to just give me 1 panel of the damaged cabinet. They kept passing me by , pick up, after pick up , after pick up , customers came to retrieve their orders. The warehouse where you pick up the cabinets is a disaster. They throw the boxes into customers trucks as if they were loading papers. I dealt with Gloria. She told a worker to go get the cabinet panel but I guess they had to make it. It’s preposterous and inconceivable for a person to take so long to get my exchange. It’s so sad to see how these workers make customers wait. Maybe there good a majority of the time but today they were horrible. I for one would not recommend anyone here after my experience at this pickup warehouse.

Mark Jamison: Dwayne designed and installed our half acre lawn irrigation system to include a drip system in multiple flower beds. This system was a challenge as we wanted the grass to be watered yet not spray any of the trees. Dwayne and his crew did a great job. We really appreciate that he hand digs each section of sod and places it back as close to the way it was prior to the job. He professionally handled a couple hiccups and made everything right. Dwayne is stand up, hard working guy that I would recommend for any job and we will call on his help in the future.

Navy Guurl: This company was fast and punctual. I call and within 30 minute the owner was at my door. He check out my dryer and stated what my problem. Since, it was the start of the stay at home order. He explain that it will take long than three days. We can back within a week and finish the dryer within 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.
