Kendall Ice Arena: what do users think?

Darkone Mylife: Had a amazing time here. Food was Good ice was cold The Hockey was cool. Amazing atmosphere to learn how to skate... Really Good place for a Date with the girlfriend.... Holding Hands all Night . Do your best to help her keep her balance 😉 . Never give up and keep Going . Going Back Soon . Hopefully this business stays open forever. Fun place to chill out and Beer up A ice Storm . or eat ice cream in the cold ❄🏂🍨🍧🍦. All so Clos by. Fun Fun Fun. This place is more fun than the zoo. More fun than a movie theater. ~Fun

ok ok: This is a great ice skating rink which includes a shop the sells leotards, sweaters , and jackets. The rink wasn’t that cold, but I recommend you bring a jacket just in case. I brought my daughter there and she loved it! 😊

Matías Alejandro Sasso: Had a great time, really wished I had my skates, but the retail ones were just fine. The cafeteria needs to expand the menu, that's a must. Good pricing though.

Alina Mergelova: I absolutely love this place. As I grip wildly to the wall making tiny desperate steps on the ice like someone who has no shame for the fact that I am in fact Russian and ice-skating should be somewhere in my blood, carefree, happy children glide on by laughing, hugging and having a fantastic time. I look at my own feet and wonder how it is possible for them to make it look so easy. This is wonderful!
Response: So happy you had a good time! We love seeing the skaters experiencing real ice skating in hot, humid Miami!

Rolando Gonzalez: If you want to waste your time and money, you can choose a beginners class at this place for you kid, especially if your kid never ice skates before; pay Non Refundable $25 to watch your kid freeze at the ice entrance and while 3 coaches ignore her crying because she scared and no one comes to help. Wait, it gets better, if you go back to the office to claim for some help, especially after you call in a day ahead and explained your kid never before even wear skating shoes and they tell you “It’s the ok, our coaches for beginners will look out for her”, the answer we got was hilarious, “I’m sorry, I don’t work back there, not sure what to tell you”, all this while your 30 minutes ran out and your kid is shaking in front of everyone. Worst service EVER!! We were not even offered a make up class!! Great place to waste your money!!!

Sil: I came to this arena when I was 12 and back then it was nice. I’m now 30 & recently took my daughter. This place needs to be updated. The skates are in horrible condition. The lockers are all barely working. The food offered sucks. The arcade is with outdated games that kids aren’t in to anymore. Very disappointing. The owners should definitely invest on their facility to make clients want to return. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

Paolo Casabone: Great place but lacks desperately of a good makeover. Dirty walls throughout, old flooring, dirty black ice in the perimeter of the rink, and teenagers running the place. You can have a great time there and my girls love it. I just wish some investment went into the facility.

Scarlett Taveras: This place need a serious update. I came as a teenager and now I'm in my 30's nothing has changed. Everything looks the same. I pretty sure with all the money coming in they need to invest some of there profits. They need a new locker system, new skates⛸️ , and new cafetería. Not one update has been added in so many years. Just taking in the money and not investing in nothing. Told my kids it looks the same as before wow nothing has changed for the better. Was very disappointed and the skates were very uncomfortable.

Kendra Davis: 3 1/2 stars. They emailed and asked for a review so here goes. We went for a 16 birthday. Online I read all the rules and regs. Almost everything you read online is not enforced at all. I should’ve took pics. It’s an ok place to go have some fun but as others said it is a bit out dated. Rules say no cells food or drink on the rink, I saw all that on the rink. Kids sitting all on the air hockey tables. Mold fills the air. When by restrooms look up. Surprise!! It is cold so bring a jacket. I saw people bringing in their own food and drinks while not in a party room. But it’s ok to go maybe a few times. Enjoy.

Dawn Marie Del Monte: The arena is awesome. It's a little old looking as well as most of the equipment, but you will always have a great time. Love their deals for Wed & Thurs nights. Their skates for rental are really uncomfortable so I'd recommend a whole size bigger than your actual size. Some of the skates are dull, but they will always switch it out if you're not happy. I'm looking into purchasing skates anyways. There is a lot to do here for kids. They are following covid guidelines & the place is very clean.

Basement Miami: what do users think?

Antonella Morales: It's a nice place! The staff is very cordial, the vibe is nice & there is an ice rink, a DJ & a small bowling alley. If the point is to take nice pictures & hang out with friends in an eccentric place, you'll have a good night here. With that said, the ice rink is small. The ice is also terrible. No way they can fit a zamboni in there so I'm not sure how they're smoothing out the ice (or if they're smoothing it out). If the point is to skate, you'll have a much better time at a standard ice rink. There's no place to dance either. It's not really a nightclub. There's only a bar & the mini bowling alley behind. In between the two, is a DJ. The bar is nothing fancy, pretty standard. Drinks are expensive, but that's typical in South Beach. So, if the point is to dance, I would suggest an actual nightclub. The bowling alley can be reserved from 5pm-8pm. After that, you have to buy bottle service to have an alley. The alley fills up quick too. The alley has a cute neon sign, otherwise, it's just a standard private alley. If the point is to bowl, you should just go to a regular alley. I gave the place three stars because we did have a nice time, but the entertainment here can certainly be found at a better quality elsewhere. It's just a nice place to take cute pictures but if that's what you're going for, you'll enjoy your time here. I wouldn't discourage a first-timer from going but personally, I don't think I would come back. Again, nice staff though!

Fede Carrizo: Amazing bar and cocktails. Also you can play bowling and ice skate

Kendall Krumland: 24 years old and got rejected at my Bachelorette because the bouncer thought my ID was fake. What a JOKE. Paid $$ for an Uber there and they didn’t really care. My hotel that we are staying at recommended. Waste of time and money.

Lakesha Ramey: This place had a bowling alley ice rink bar club and more ....I didn't want to leave...bt I'm broke lol but Luxury at its best! Don't even think I was suppose to be in there🤣 thanks for letting me in tho

Lizbeth Renteria: Visited basement Miami before COVID. It was my First time in Miami & it was incredible. Going to this club made the experience 20x better, the workers were very friendly and the activities really got me out of my comfort zone. Overall fun night !

L: I think we went on the wrong day!!!! This place was fun for the wrong reasons. We had pre drank so we were all ready for a party however when we got there, it was a bowling alley with very few people dressed up like us. We laughed away and took loads of pictures of the deco - which to be fair was really nice. If we was not in heels perhaps we could have played a game of bowling or so but I’m sure we had gone on the wrong day! Oops! ( I think it was a Sunday).

C Price (Lola): Super cool place but it comes with a South Beach price tag for sure. Amazing interiors and aesthetic. Not a huge place in terms of bowling or skating but we got serviced right away. Def. Going back

Ezra Van: Basement is a good place to go out clubbing when in Miami Beach. It's typically old school hip hop and some 80's but they book DJs that vary so check the calendar. It definitely has a 70's retro feel to it and is a hybrid lounge/dance club that holds about 1000 people. Sound system is good. I live here and go about once a month and always have fun. I recommend it often. The crowd is late 20's to mid 40's and no sneakers, shorts so you should dress it up a little. Nice shoes and dress for girls; nice shoes, jeans, nice shirt for guys. It's very typical of South Beach clubs where: 1. there is a velvet rope so if you wear shorts or look like you didn't shower, you aren't getting in. If you get there between 12-2 you may have to wait a bit 2. drinks aren't cheap (you will pay about $15-$20 anywhere in south beach where there is dancing) 3. it's a little more grown up than a college crowd. It's people on vacation from around the world. 4. if you look like you know what you are doing and are dressed right, you probably aren't paying or waiting in line. Again, this goes for most Miami Beach nightclubs. One thing that people really like about Basement is the club is on one side and the ice rink and bowling alley is on the other so you can hang out there and it is more loungy with a quieter DJ so you can chill and talk if you don't feel like being on the dance floor. It's also much less of a scene/hassle at the door as Liv or Story.

Ivan Frank: The club has the "right to close" whenever they please, but they will also sell you an mid-priced cocktail ten minutes before; kicking you out, which forces you to irresponsibility chug your drink or abandon it. The bouncers will also push, shove, and threaten even when on public property; and antagonize you to react - as there's a camera directly over the exit. The one pictured took particular joy in doing so. Looks great in pictures, and books amazing musical talent. You can usually get in for free with even ratios or guestlist. Guys will be wanded and/or padded down (lightly). Street parking nearby. LEAVE BEFORE 2. The nightlife management team, including an alleged "James" - who wasn't sure if he wanted to tell me to come back another time, or never come back - leaves a lot to be desired.

Jonathan Guez: Cool place. Drinks are very pricey, and the lanes weren’t oiled or something so it felt like the balls kept guttering. Either that or I got worse haha. I dig the vibe and having televisions playing sports is a big plus. Worth visiting.

Pines Ice Arena: what do users think?

Mireysa: We visited this location back in August for my birthday. It was lovely to see the staff I’ve skate while dressed up as a chicken and Olaf from Frozen. It was super cute and entertaining. Made my day! 😅 We have actually been here a couple of times and always have a blast! Although, I struggle ice skating, it is very fun. For those contemplating on trying it, give it a shot! The prices are very affordable. I love that they sell snacks and beverages such as hot chocolate! It adds on to the atmosphere. It always gives you a boost of energy to keep going! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I absolutely love this place ⛸💕

Miah Rodriguez: Great value on admission and skate rental fees! I plan on coming back again soon. + Food vendor on site, snack/beverage machines, and an ice cream machine + Fun music and themes + Private rooms available for rent

SheCat Fog-Joo: The bathrooms need Lot of attention. Half the stalls aren't working and the ones that are looking broken. Aside from that it's an ice skating ring. I do like that they had the little plastic seals for rent for the younger kids.

Luis Monsalve: Great fun.. Great exercise! Make sure you come bundled. It's cold! Especially for spectators. The hot chocolate is amazing here! The music gets you moving. If you really want to take your ice skating to the next level, they offer classes here. It is also an inexpensive family outing, which is hard to find these days. Several hours of fun for a low price.

Pedro Arellano: This place is cool literally ha ha great to have fun with friends or family on the weekends they have music and a reasonable price just remember dress warm

josselyn gonzalez: I came to this place on 04/22/22 expecting a wonderful experience for me & my daughter. But the girl at the skates station was so rude!!! I accidentally asked for the wrong size for my daughter, so naturally she went & asked for a different size. To my surprise, she came back to me teary-eyed. I asked what had happened & turns out the girl at the skate station had mocked her when she asked for a different skate size! I think this is absolutely unacceptable. But over all the rest of the staff were very nice & she had a lot of fun skating. (besides the terrible encounter)

Carolina Yepes: Very cool place, for families and friends. Don’t forget hot chocolate

Leonard Grill: Loved this ice facility. Children and adults can have a great time on either of the ice sheets.

alex aforusa: Saturday night was packed!. Anyway, well organized. 10 minutes line to get inside. Ice obviously in bad shape. Music is barely heard. Liked the snowfall around 10 pm. It's quite cold there! Keep skating to stay warm:)

Ofer Shmucher: Both my kids (7 and 6) learned to skate here with lessons from the staff. Love this place… super convenient, clean, and very friendly pro-shop

Scott Rakow Youth Center: what do users think?

Elizabeth Quintero: The after school program is really convenient and well planned. The ice skating is really fun and all the staff is very nice.

Laura Marberger: First of all, I just want to say that this is a great ice skating rink to go with your friends and hang out BUT, they did not tell us the right times on their website. My friend and I woke up super early just to go have fun and they didn’t even mention that there are ONLY private lessons on Sunday. We had to remake our whole plans and wrap our fun around THEIR schedule when it should be the other way around. Stay warned and don’t trust their website!

Melanie Nunez: This place is amazing it has so many things to do

Brittany Williams: I came to this YOUTH center for an ADULT birthday party. I just wanted to point that out. LOL. I honestly had never heard of this Youth Center or what it offered. I was completely wowed by this center. I really was not expecting everything that it had to offer. I honestly really didn't know what to expect. So for the birthday party, my friend rented out the bowling alley, the ice skating rink and I believe the third was the game room. I did not participate in the last activity so I don't recall. The bowling alley was super fun. It has 6 lanes. The particular Sunday that we came, two lanes weren't working. Outside of that we had a blast. My son loves bowling so it was right up his alley; get it? lol The skating was fun but cold. I mean I knew it would be cold but still. My son even enjoyed the skating rink too. I just couldn't sit in there too long. They also have a swimming pool but it's strictly for Miami Beach residents or so we were told. It's kind of weird that as a non-resident you can enjoy all of the other amenities but not the pool. I would say that that is the only downfall and why it didn't receive 5 stars.

Sarah Abbey: I go here for after care with my friends and it’s honestly a really genuine place me and my friends really like it. All of the people are so nice and there’s lots of fun activities

et met: I came here for Spring Camp 2017. I joined the Teen Club. But the bad thing was, I was put with the special needs group because I was unique from other 12 year olds. Anyways, I like this place. It's cool. I have a friend that only lives 500 feet from here.

Lior Friedman: This review is for the ice skating ring. During summer time in Miami, this place will help keep you cool ;). You can rent the blades and prices vary of you are a Miami Beach resident/ not. The skating ring is open to the public on specific dates/times so make sure you call ahead

Yamile Martinez: Very happy with the service I've been here to get information about summer camps for my daughter. Twice I've been very happy with the service, specially today Tracy was very kind and helpful. Great place for kids and families.

Ylan Beaudoin de Roca: Hours are horrible!! Only open 6-8pm to the public. What's the point of a community center if the community can't even use it.

Rephael Haboucha: Public Skating Sessions Monday & Tuesday: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Friday: 1:50 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 12:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tickets must be purchased @ Miamibeachparks.com

Super Wheels Skating Center: what do users think?

NeKesha A.: Our Angels had a night out! The goal was to have fun and they did! It started with a long ride from the city to the South however well worth the ride. Our meal was pizza and drinks - the youngman that helped serve us was amazing. Hustled and got everything out to us as well as listened to our needs to fix them. The DJ took requests and Mary helped make it an event my Angels will never forget. She helped me budget to make sure everyone could attend. I'm truly grateful!
Response: ♥️ we always aim to please, your princesses are our princesses!!! Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with world about us at Super Wheels Skating center.

vonCarol Kinchens: Haven't been to this Skating Rink in years. Place we rented out for a Birthday party and it did not disappoint. The DJ was awesome, the staff were well accommodating, the kids enjoyed themselves to the fullest, the pizza was fresh and the wings were tasty. I would recommend if you just want to enjoy with family and friends this would be a good place.

Kyle Hanks: First time to skate in Miami, FL. It was packed on adult night and the DJ was awesome. We had a great time skate. Respect to all the locals! They are very talented and have kind hearts. People were enjoying themselves. This is a must stop place A+.
Response: 👍💪♥️ Thanks Kyle

Misael Castillo: Our grandson's 9th birthday was a hit at Super Wheels. Only a small group of children we skating safely and enjoying. The service for our private party was great. The food was served hot, fresh and on time. We highly recommend Super Wheels
Response: Misael, Thank you for taking the time to share your review about Super Wheels with the world. We take great pride to make every event a special one.

Nicholas Fajardo: Pricing seemed fair for the experience, however I would highly recommend bringing your own skates. Me and my SO had to rent blades and most of the ones we were given were defective in some capacity. Other than that. It was fun! Music, well maintained rink, and arcade games kept us entertained for an hour or so.

Maisie Wong: Great value for the fun, but the place could be operated more efficiently especially the food service. What they don't tell you is that the kitchen takes a break from around 4pm to 6pm. Therefore, if you arrive during that time period and anyone in your party is starving, you are out of luck. Luckily for the starving child in my party, one of the guys behind the food counters made an exception. Place also gets warm really fast when it fills out unlike the ice rink which keeps is pretty cool always.

Max: Great staff and music awesome to enjoy skating with family. However, the delay waiting on food is too long. They should have more staff in the kitchen. They only had one cashier and one cook. They did best they could but it was very busy for two people. But we had a great time.

Guillermo Garcia: Worst DJ ever on this Sunday…. Don’t know if I was in Disney world listening to 80’s and Metallica and I was sitting next to Aladdin on a magic carpet ride!!! Lol!!! Horrible mixer! Especially on a Sunday for crying out loud
Response: Did you request any songs? Chances are the DJ was playing requests and that his or her Job. Every session has a different theme but, you the roller skater / customer can ask for whatever you want. The DJ is out numbered however many customers in the building to one.

Stacy Leveille Kye: I was very disappointed with my visit today. I went to Super Wheels with my daughters hoping to have a good time instead I left upset. I go to order fries and drinks for my girls to be told that they are not serving food. Therefore I just order the drinks. I paid. cash for the drinks had to ask for my receipt twice. Then I had to ask for the coins from my change just to be told that they did not have any coins. Less then ten minutes letter I see someone eating French fries. I go to the front to question whether or not they were serving food. There were two employees and a guy standing around talking. So throughly explained the situation. One employee immediately left. So I explained again to the young lady that was there again the situation. She told me to wait. She left and came back helped another customer them after about minutes comes back to me asking me what I needed. I left!! Stop hiring kids that don’t want to work!
Response: I am sure that we do our best to serve you & your guests everytime. Sorry it took longer than usual.

Fit Like Me Miami: We went for a birthday party for my niece recently. It's like a blast from the past as they kept the decor from the 90s with neon and lightning bolt rugs. Place needs some TLC because it looks a bit run down, needs updating and the bathrooms were dirty. The skating rink itself was great. Skate rentals easy, clean skates too. The food was not great but I wasn't expecting much options. They did have wine and beer which was a nice surprise to find on the menu. Thumbs up for that. Fun place good vibes for a family outing. Might want to eat before you get there though.
Response: 👍 Thanks for the visit. It is constantly & frequently updating the building.

The Rink on the Beach: what do users think?

Bryan Wells: This place is the best for indoor skating in Florida, they have a huge rink and a smaller secondary one, as well as a corner stand for getting some food, and a couple arcades and quarter toy/candy dispensers with a change machine included! They provide skate rentals for people without them, and "walkers" which you can drag around to keep your balance, so it's a great place for people to get started ice skating. If you've never been skating before then you have to stop by at least once. My favorite thing to do is zip around the rink and get my heart pumping a bit, but most people take their time, so just be careful for idiots like me 😜. There are usually some tiny little hockey jocks that are screwing around in the corner, so just keep your distance and you'll be fine. Anyways, it's a great place for having some fun, 10/10 ice rink it's absolutely perfect, there's nothing to complain about so just stop by and give it a try already!

Mike Mccormack: Had a great time with my 5&6yo boys. Price very reasonable, staff friendly and helpful. Got a lot of exercise. Was looking online for when the "public skate" times were.
Response: Hey Mike! We’re glad you and the boys had a good time! We have a calendar on our website, but feel free to give the front desk a call for public skate times. See you soon!

Mary Rubin: Since the renovation, this is hands down the best ice in South Florida. Even with additional renovations going on, this is still my go to place for freestyle sessions. They have recently added an online booking system which makes booking sessions in advance a breeze. The staff is extremely nice & helpful (Thanks, Tim & Kailyn!) and for about a year & a half time, I wouldn't skate at this rink due to the overall atmosphere and scheduling issues. The new management has breathed a breath of fresh air into this facility and is taking care to update it and put forth the TLC that was needed. Highly recommend for freestyle, adult public sessions, regular public sessions, Learn To Skate, Learn To Play and private instruction. Plus, if you are on the east side, you cannot beat the location!
Response: Mary, thank you for your review! We are so excited about the current and upcoming renovations.

Spencer Lidov: Terrible rink. Awful ice and awful staff. I called and asked if i needed to bring a helmet for stick and puck, the worker at the front desk said i did not. Once i got there and paid, I skated for 5 minutes then they made me get off the ice because i was not wearing a helmet. At first, they did not want to refund me. Eventually they did. Nonetheless, this is a terrible facility. I would rather destroy my blades on concrete then to step into this atrocity of a rink again. I advise staying away.

Aurelie: My kids enjoyed their time there but my god, that manager of yours, Alison I think her name was, you guys need better than that.

Caroline Landon: Love it here! The only thing I disapprove is that they don’t have half sizes, when I read the sign that they don’t have half sizes, I was disappointed. I got a size under just because a size over would be too large. My ankles hurt during the whole time I was skating. Was still good though and will recommend it to most people.

Kristen Avery: Since the renovations the experience here has been more exciting than usual. More renovations to come as well. my child plays hockey here and brings friends to public skate. A great hangout for teens. There is a small studio ice available for super private icetime. Also the birthday parties are great.

Joe (Wax man): Use to go to public skate all the time... Now they only have it certain days( when kids are in school) what is the point.. There are no mandates..laws or covid restrictions on entertainment.. I can go to the trampoline park all day.. Flippos..and any other kids fun place with no restrictions.. This is ridiculous. My kid has been begging to ice skate for months now.. I have to spend hundreds to send her to figure skating if she wants to ice skate..
Response: Hi Joe The reason we only have public skate during the day on weekdays is simply because our in house figure skating and hockey programs take place from 3-10pm Monday through Friday we strive in development of their sports. In an ideal situation we would love to accommodate everything it’s just not possible with a one and quarter sheet of ice. We have plenty of public session throughout the weekend with that said we hope to see you and your child Have a good weekend

Hunter Hassan: Called 30 minutes before and we drove from 1 hour away, got there and the ice was melted
Response: We are sorry for the inconvenience unfortunately it was out of our control. We would be happy to send you a voucher for a future public skate.

Michael Sandberg: The rink said it requires masks. I saw 3 people working here without masks and that enabled people on the ice without masks. There was a 40 year old man, clearly a fine skater, former ice-hockey player, puffing away without a mask. Disappointed as businesses can still regulate mask usage and this business claimed to enforce a mask policy but it was optional.

Palm Beach Ice Works LLC: what do users think?

Taylor C: Our family had a great time. Only $15 per person including rentals for 2 hours. I love florida heat but this was really a nice cool break

Paul Verrilli: Had a great time. It was quite busy for the public skate hours. Would definitely return. It is a great place for a cheap date.

Chris Basile - W1CEB: My daughter is learning to skate here. The teachers so far have been great. The front desk is awesome!

Mike M: This ice skating rink is the best compared to any that are available in Palm Beach and Broward County. The entire establishment is clean and they well kept. We go almost monthly and had a great birthday party for our child. I highly recommend you check this place out.

Rich Bahret: Best kept rink ever! We played a hockey game here this weekend and the staff was awesome, the ice was in great shape and the locker rooms were clean! Heard a rumor it’s for sale. Someone will make money if they follow the same biz model!

Crystal Clear: Just FYI if you’re trying to go to the public skating session get there early it fills up quick within about 15 to 20 minutes and then there is a guard dog out front he will not let you in!

Sophia Osorio: I love this place because the ice when you go there is so smooth and you have the blue trainer so you don't fall!

Keenan Clarke: Well maintained rink. Friendly staff. Good coaches.

Scott Kipp: The ice is fabulous..like glass....great place ..great help...awesome experience

Chris C: Nice Rink. Very Clean. Friendly Staff. Be sure to bring a big coat - it's one of the colder rinks in Florida!

Palm Beach Skate Zone: what do users think?

Jake Benedix: Awesome ice skating rink!!! Went here for the first time in years and it was an amazing experience. My brother and I took our mother. She hadn’t ice skated in over 20 years. So it was really cool experience that I think we’ll have to do every year from now on. Skating from 10-4 is only $12 and that includes the skates. You cannot beat that deal. Make sure to dress warm. I wore a t-shirt and brought one sweater. I definitely could’ve faired better with a long sleeve shirt and then the jacket. But overall it’s a fun/great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to you if you needed anything. Went on a weekday so it wasn’t crowded at all which was nice.
Response: Thank you so much for the 5 star review ! So glad your family had fun.

Alex Montoya: Can't say one darn bad thing about this place. Had a devastating fire and they handled the situation as Professionals.I'm still going here and my son is going into a hockey program. He loves it. He gets 7 to 9 hours on the ice a week!
Response: Thank you for noticing Alex. The out pouring of offers for help and good wishes and the hugs from our customers when we opened back up was simply amazing. We do it for our families, this is their happy place.

Anna H: I absolutely love the ice hockey program. Blake B. has been very supportive since the beginning. He and all of the instructors are very talented in coaching. My son went from barely skating to being on the rec team in less than 9months! We now have three kids skating and it has become one of our favorite places. Thank you skate zone!
Response: So glad that your son has done so well in our hockey program and we love that your family is skating here ! Thanks so much for the 5 star review !

Braxton Newman (B.Newman22): London if by far one of the best people at the desk that skate zone has had. we have really enjoyed her help immensely she’s been a great asset to Palm Beach State so I’m glad they have her. She’s very cheerful and has a great personality and is very great with her job and is very professional

Jenny Rice: Love the multiple rinks. Prices are cheaper than other rinks which is a plus. Public skating price was $20 for my son and I together. I like that the ice doesn't get wet areas on the edges (like the one in Coral Springs). Good snack bar. Bought kids gloves for $4
Response: So glad you had a great time! Thank you for the 5 star review !

Michelle Burgess: My 14 yr old daughter has been welcomed with open arms - she is a new figure skater who advanced quickly - and I am so glad they saw her ability and did not hold her back - the coaches are top level and very good at teaching. I appreciate how welcoming Ronnie is - she is the perfect person in the main lobby to see every visit who makes you feel important and welcomed, and with all of the kids she sees, she knows my daughter's name and that makes her feel significant - we need more Ronnies in the world! And Director Audra knows her students and runs a well organized skating program - and truly has the cream of the crop coaching team! We are very happy at Palm Beach Skate Zone!
Response: We genuinely care about all of our families here at Skate Zone and have a top notch staff. Thank you so much for the 5 star review !

Paul Sanchez: I love coming it my home rink and i love the staff and the service. Especially London at the front desk, she is always so kind andhelpful with everything
Response: Wonderful to hear that you think of us as your home rink! Thanks so much for the 5 star review !

Will Phillips: On their website, they say that public skating is limited to "less than 50% capacity, with social distancing measures in place." This is not the case. My fiancée and I came specifically because they listed this (she is a 2x cancer survivor with an organ transplant) and ended up leaving because there were hundreds of people there (after we had paid online). There were far too many people in there, and I saw no one keeping track of the number of people coming in and leaving. Just take a look at the pictures.
Response: We completely understand your concerns and would like to offer you a refund. We are still limiting our capacity , however, the best time to come is during the week from 10am to 12pm or 2pm to 4pm. We checked our numbers and we have not hundreds of people recorded in any of our sessions. Stay safe and healthy and please feel free to reach out to our GM debbie@pbskatezone.com if you have any questions or would like a refund.

Lidiia Barska: This place is amazing! We have transferred from Dade county and my son is in 8U rec hockey. 1)this place is clean; 2)very friendly staff; 3)comparing to other skating rinks the snack/beverage bar is nice and has better selection;minus prices are a bit too high. 4)hockey program is outstanding!!! Hockey director Blake is a phenomenal person, leader and a coach, real role model for the kids.He alone manages to keep attention of all the children, guide his assistants and co-work with everyone.Very energetic, polite and truly loves what he is doing. Shout out to the great goalie coach Josh, very attentive, involved and loves to work with young players. Comparing the level of all children in 8U here and 8U on other rinks,I can see that these kids are way stronger and have better technique than “fancy” private oriented places and rinks down south. Big thanks to an amazing hockey team of the Skate Zone, you brought us hope, that hockey is not a waste of time and money, but fun and awesome sport! I am glad my son has a privilege to be under the guidance of such professionals.
Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to post this awesome review. We are very proud of our staff and all the kids in our rec program!

Assasin 1058: I personally love ice skating and this is the perfect place to go if you do too, they have delicious food both junk food and healthy food and the skating area is quite big to do some tricks and that stuff. Price:$20 per skater..
Response: So glad you noticed our food choices and are having fun at Palm Beach Skate Zone! Thank you for taking the time to give us a 5 star review.

Lot 11 Skatepark: what do users think?

Big O!: This is a super cool.and fun skatepark. Smooth surfaces and nice transitions. The bowl is awesome. This park is bike and scooter friendly. Due to COVID a reservation is required but it was an easy process. We met great skaters and nice people.

Christopher Kennedy: Really cool skatepark located under I-95. Lots of parking across the street. It's a free park. It can get busy at times. They have a little bit of everything there. Even a skate pool. I saw bikes scooters skateboards and inline skates. Young kids to adults. They have portable toilets and a lemonade stand.

Mikeymike: Lot 11 ! Best diamond in the ruff ! Park is always clean , opened 24 hrs a day , 95 keeps it dry when it rains , smooth as can be , parking right across the street . Everyone is friendly, leave your bag or phone on a bench and it will still be there ! Way to go Miami making a park anyone can go to , from lil kids to grown up skating , everyone is cool as hell . BIG PROPS LOT 11 !

Felix Ramirez: Great park for all ages and levels. A bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with Downtown Miami. Bring your own Water/ Snacks and enjoy! Had a great time and worth the experience.

Leta Key: Great place...friendly kids and adults having fun. Who knew what could happen under a bridge? All Good! 💕

Javier C: The park accommodates new and old skaters and the design is very creative, you could skate this park over and over and not feel limited at all. I come here to shake off rust but it's always great to see the locals do some amazing stunts. It gets pretty crowded and can be frustrating with a bunch of kids, but even so everyone is respectful to one another. I fell they should open the park earlier, I'd love to skate at 8am and it would give a grace period for the kids.

johen vargas: Amazing new spot for skaters in Miami. Only thing I would suggest is that they add some water fountains around the place. Seems like you'll dehydrate in the summer months. Other than that it's an amazing facility. Definitely check it out.

SeaTides Waving: Very much needed park! Improvements should be considered. Improvements to consider, crosswalks more prominent, water fountain, add educational elements, for example paint one the the columns with a world map to expose people to geography. This can also create conversations. On another maybe the periodic table.

David Bush: Amazing skate spot! It was tough to get to during COVID but they seem to have lifted some of the restrictions. We had a blast!

Glen Omanson: Much bigger than i expected from viewing other reviews, so I tried to take a ton of photos. Free skate park open to just about everything it seems, just no metal pegs. We saw scooters, roller blades, and skaters of course. Visited at 11 am on a Saturday and while there were plenty of people there I wouldn’t say it was crowded. For reference my 4yr old was able to navigate around people on his trick scooter for an hour. There’s pay by phone parking right across the street for $2.50 an hour. Oh yeah, the best part is it’s all shaded bc it’s under the highway.
