Moose LaFiet: I called about availability of ink #62, which seems to be out everywhere you look. They answered, or rather a robot answered, and told me that the wait time for assistance was very long and could they call me back. That was fine, but no call back. But you still can't find the #62 black anywhere. Not even Amazon, but they did have none HP ink cartridge but they didn't fit my printer. Just can't believe that a company that sells printers doesn't have ink!!

Chris n Jessica Herring: If there was an option of giving 0 stars, I would have picked that. I purchased a HP desktop and it never worked properly out of the box. I have spent several hours and mulitple phone calls to tech support. My desktop still isn't working. They refuse to just replace the product and continue to want me to run and try different things over and over. I don't feel that I should have to take hours and days out of my life to run test after test on a computer that never worked out of the box. Tech support needs to realize that sometimes products are just faulty and need to be replaced. Completely disappointed and will never again purchase an HP product if they aren't willing to make this right. Don't waste your time or money on an HP product....the poor customer service isn't worth it.

Amanda Thompson: I spent two hours on the phone with Tech support and Customer service. All I was trying to do was get my printer warrantied and all the HP support team did was transfer my phone calls multiple times, the majority of which I kept getting "disconnected" in other words they hung up on me multiple times and giving me different numbers to call that were no help at all. Pretty much just sending me in circles. I recently purchased an OfficeJet Pro 8 and it was connecting to my computer and working perfectly fine for the first day, then it continued to disconnect. After a few times of uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and even having it hardwired into the computer and it kept giving me the same error. I went through all the trouble shooting steps and still could not get the printer to stay connected whether it was connected wirelessly or hardwired in. I have had issues with HP printers with buying them brand new and out of the box and they do not work at all. Usually I am able to take it back to the store and get a refund but for some reason when I have a technical issue I am not able to return it or get a warranty even though it has a one year manufacture warranty on it. They STILL tell me I have to pay close to $40.00 for a one year warranty, when they should just swap out the defective printer that has a factory warranty on it in the first place! All in all Customer Service was no help at all and Tech Support was even worse!

Steven Trybulec: I purchased an HP6830 Officejet printer got it home called HP for support to get it hooked-up they assisted me in the installation of the printer. Shortly there after I started getting print head error messages. I called tech support they diagnosed the problem and advised they would send a "Certified"" replacement printer overnight. The product arrived I unpacked it called for assistance printer was installed within days started to receive the same print head error messages. This printer has been replaced four (4) times by HP always the same problem. Yesterday after having the forth replacement for almost a year now the print head error message has started to appear. I called tech support since I purchased the extended warranty, explained the problem, the tech had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand, he advised that HP will replace the printer with the same model. I gave him a previous case number so he could see how many times I have had problems with this model, I advised I do not want a replacement of this model as this would be my fifth replacement. He advised he would escalate my complaint to his supervisor, I have already been down this road they will advise there is nothing they can do but replace with the same model. Now mind you I have to wait at home for the delivery of the replacement, repack the defective printer, drive to the Fedex store which consumes my time to return the defective unit Since I have probably spent 8 or 9 hours on the phone with HP over this piece of junk, if they will not replace with another model I will cut my losses and throw the printer away and will never purchase anything made by HP again

Hassan: This company is absolutely exceptional. I've never had a better HP computer in my life. I scream with joy every time I step foot into this facility. Without a shadow of a doubt the customer service is superb and I could not have dreamed of a better experience. Thank you for everything you've contributed to me and this society! HP IS TRULY THE BEST!

Cocktail Work: I have always owned toshiba, recently a friend needed me to repair his HP and I needed to call them for a new windows key because the Computer stopped working correctly from the OS to the recovery media in the computer. Worst experience ever, first they do not have a customer support call number so you have to pretend you want to buy something for them to get you to costumer support, then the guy who helped me had the worst attitude like he didn't care. The guy send me to buy a recovery data cd for something that they should provide the user with. Short story long, do not buy HP, since after you buy it, it is no loner hp because they wont care about it.

Mary D Gierut: I purchased a HP envy 750se Desktop PC on 3/11/16. First of all, there was not one person from the USA that I had spoken to. I'm assuming they are from India or there about with the accents. So it was somewhat/very difficult to understand them. How about using people from AMERICA HP? When I was trying to get in touch with HP themselves, (not India), I have waited for at least an HOUR to get connected to someone, then when they would transfer me, I'd get disconnected. I will say without exaggeration, that I've been on the phone for at least 8-10 hours waiting and speaking to them. Because of that, I will never purchase another HP product again. I bought it directly from HP and not from a store because I wanted Windows 7 and they had it. How could I go wrong, right? I am now waiting for a technician to come and put my new computer together. I'm hoping he knows what he's doing. He at least sounds like it. NO MORE HP PRODUCTS FOR ME!

Judith Linden: I have had my HP officejet Pro series 6830 e - all in one printer for less that 6 months. This week I began getting "problem with prinhead" messages every time I attempt to print, or, the screen will say "printing" but never does. I have turned the printer of and back on as suggested. It did not improve. My old printer never did this. I must have gotten a dud. It is under warranty for a year, according to the paperwork, so we shall see . . .

FDE El: 08/31 called Hewlett Packard for warranty and service information. Spent 25 minutes on the telephone with rep that did not speak English well, several inaccurate attempts to get the spelling of the the name, address correct. Finally had to go to a supervisor who had to review and revise 90% of the information that had previously been given. Spent an additional 25 minutes on the telephone with the supervisor who also entered incorrect information. Six attempts to charge my credit card because both the rep and the supervisor kept inputting the street address as the card holders name. PLEASE can HP at least use reps that are in the United States and speak the language fluently!

Kat P: The WORST customer service...the power port on my new spectre x360 broke 3 months in, and that's when I found out that the ONLY WAY TO GET IT FIXED IS TO MAIL IT IN, WAIT FOR THEM TO FIX IT AND THEN MAIL IT BACK - ABOUT 2 WEEKS TOTAL. Then a while later the screen cracked, despite not being bumped or dropped, and since it was just out of warranty they quoted me $350 and made me mail it in again. The most frustrating part is that their phone system makes it almost impossible to speak with an actual person, UNLESS YOU'RE TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING, in which case you get a person on the line right away. When I did speak with someone they took down the wrong address, delaying the repair even longer.

Ronald Arias: Truck sat with Burt for a little over 2 years paid more then 50% for the job. the engine was the only thing installed. car sat outside for the remainder of the time and now its at another shop ... Stay clear AVOID AT ALL COST ... I had an absolute HORRIBLE experience and i would communicate often.asked for update and was just given false lies information and everything

Evan Dribin: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. My car was at this shop for over a year and Burt ended up towing the car to my house because he couldn't fix it and it was not drivable. That didnt stop him from collecting all my money in full first. Then I found out there were a lot of things he charged me for that he didn't even do. Very poor work performed. I wouldn't let him change my oil. Trust me I am not disgruntled just hoping to avoid this headache for someone else.

Javier Cartagena: They are very fast! Took care of my blown motor in the SAME DAY i took it!!!! I recommend for anyone thats needs good and fast service at a reasonable price!!

Robert Galvez: Not going into detail with this post but becareful with this shop make sure you get an invoice for everything done to your car . My car sat in the shop for several months for a long block .long story short first day I get it back bent push rod . End up selling the car because it just gave me a bad vibe from this shop. Buddy of mine bought it . Few months later tore down the engine found a main rod bearing starting to go and sand in the oil pan , rusted valves and springs . Also told me they reused the headbolts instead of Installing new ones when they redid the heads for warranty from lkq . You got my number John still waiting for my invoice several months later and never called me again regarding new parts you supposedly installed in my car .

Theresa Sanders: Read about this on google, of course. Easy access and parking. These guys know their stuff. Truly knowledgeable and willing to discuss/teach. They saved my computer after it got a horrible virus (I DO use virus protection) and all of my data. The service was quick and the price was absolutely, shockingly reasonable. The next time I buy a PC, I will take it to them first and have them fine tune it to get the junk off that the companies put on them. Totally great experience.

Jason is a wizard and fixed my custom ASUS PC after it blue screened and would not boot from an unexpectedly damaged SSD. Justin Anderson: Jason was great. I'm pretty pc literate but had a non modular psu that blew and needed to be replaced and rewired - beyond my desire to YouTube/slog through. He came to my home after I ordered the part, diagnosed that there were no additional component malfunctions, and cleanly replaced and rewired the new psu. Even cleaned out some of the dust bunnies in my pc case. Pricing was very reasonable and he let me know upfront what the total would be assuming there were no further diagnosis issues. Good guest as well. Offered to take his shoes off when he stepped over the threshold. The dogs liked him too.

Rose Etienne: Best computer repair service in Miami Beach. My laptop was running so slow and probably full of viruses. I called these guys and they had someone at my place in 1 hour, the tech did a complete tuneup and virus removal. My computer is running so much faster now. I'm glad they offer in home computer repair, that way I don't have to stand in line somewhere.

Liz Grogan: Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store, ESPECIALLY JOSE in the print shop! I came to him with a special order that needed a very fast turn around and he was more than accommodating. He spent probably about a half-hour total on the phone with me, walking me through how to make the order work. He was patient and friendly and went out of his way to make the order happen. THANK YOU, JOSE!!!

Iana Maregocio: Always got a good service and attention but today an employee named Amber charged me for an express service that took her more than 30 minutes to bundle 25 pages. I asked for the price twice but she newer answered me, I wated and then she charged the express service. I'm were disappointed 😞

Mafe: Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. I’m lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s a shame 4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help. I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.

Tali Kadoch: The ladies at the printing center are the worst sales and customer service people I have ever met. They are not helpful and extremely rude. I sent something to print and it came out wrong. When I asked them if they could fix it, one of them just started almost yelling saying "I can't do anything". I ended up asking for a refund. They also told me the printing services weren't available for the rest of the day. It was 6pm and they close at 9! It looked as if they just wanted to leave their job earlier. Overall, terrible experience.

Kelli Scerbo: This Staples was AWFUL! I traveled by Uber 20 minutes from my hotel to order prints for my company event. We needed (50) 5x7 print outs front/back by the next day for our event. Two workers were not responding to customers who were standing in line as they were waiting for their orders for days. In the end, I ended up calling to check the status of my order that they ensured would be done in time & they claim the "printer" broke & they were going to call to cancel everyone's orders, however they didn't think to call first thing in the morning. No sense of urgency! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! I traveled 40 minutes to the Staples in Hialeah & they had my order complete in 2 hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS STAPLES LOCATION!

Patty Brooks: I was greeted by a sales person as soon as I walked in the front door. Try getting there at Office Depot. Staples didn’t have much of a selection of display models for laptops so I will have to go somewhere else but I still had a pleasant experience and found the sales help around when I needed them

Daria Kravets: If I could give 0 stars I would , came in to print out some menus and received the absolute rudest customer service I have ever encountered from the employee of the printing department.

Dexter Morgann: I tried to print some PDF documents, exactly 7 documents of 10 pages each, the assistance at the counter was not available, although they only served whoever they wanted, White male, 40 years old, green eyes, does not qualify for treatment.They make me send an email to be able to print my documents, after putting my credit card They tell me that they can only print the email... Not the documents... They suggest using a computer To open the documents there, obviously with an extra charge... You're welcome I agreed, but you had no choice... I opened the document but it won't let me print... While the time is still running.Finally someone came to attend with a bad face, and downloaded my documents on the computer to be printed.Time keeps running.At last it gives me the option to print... $17 dollars each document.For 10, it would be $170 for my black and white prints, plus computer time.With a bad attitude they told me what it cost... When more same impressions elsewhere, I pay an average of 6 cents per impression.In the end I had to cancel everything, and as if that were not enough, they charged me the use of the computer, $10 dollars And I couldn't do anything, besides, I realized that if you're not the same color as them, you're not welcome.It's time to stop coming and look for a lawyer.

Charles Sodah: I've used B&D Dumpster Rental Omaha twice excellent service Always on time for both drop of an pick up. Best price and service I've ever seen. Their very cooperative and will get to you even on a short notice. Thank you very much Mike and staff.

Casey Valentine: I asked the print customer service rep, "why are there white spots on my business card?" She answered, "I can refund them, give you your money back, and throw them out." I asked, "you can't fix them?" She repeated what she said the first time. Okay.
