M. J: Been to this Target and the one down south towards Dadeland. Never once had a issue. They have amazing items. I felt like more so the clothes have found me rather I finding them. Will surely be my go to stores for simple things. Even the items near the front of the store that is like $10 or below are impeccable. Feels like I have found so much treasure in these two Target stores.

Mary Frenger: well, 1. Target stores have very good schedule. 2. there is a vast variety of products handy in a one-store in comparison to others. (would there be a Target in Bayside area?) 3. sometimes there can be some interesting clearance products. 4. Target is clean and organized. 5. personnel is very nice people.

Nicole Alejandra Castro Serrano: The best supermarket, well organized although some workers are not willing to help still the majority gave a great service, besides the location is splendid. Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

You request someone’s help and they pretend they don’t hear you. Once someone helps you it’s with a bad attitude. The lines are huuugeee , only 3 cashiers opened and 10 closed. I don’t understand where’s the costumer service of this place. You go to the Walmart in 49 st and it’s a totally different story. This is the worst of the worst

James 2021: This store 04303 continues to deliver class A rudeness, disrespect, and employees who lack knowledge of their position and the store operations. Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Chris Bono: Living up to its expectations. A bit of an increase to prices on products but more reasonable in comparison to other retail centers. Enough to be noticeable, but still excellent at providing all the great products customers need.

Daniel Villa, AIA: This is basically a much nicer version of a CVS or Walgreens with a better selection. It’s a mini-Target, so they don’t have as much as a big target, but they have a good basic clothing selection and the home supply stuff is very good. And, for the tourists- they have a big selection of travel / trial size stuff. See my pic.

Cynthia Perez: I left a bag of items I bought at self checkout. Happened to me before several times (never at this target). All I have to do is call guest services and they always know immediately which bag I’m talking about, and set it aside for me to pick up later. I have called every single department at this specific target for the past 40 minutes trying to get through to someone, ANYONE who works in the store. I love target and switch between my local stores often (they all carry different items). But I’ve never NOT been able to get through to someone. I called over 7 times!!!! I know it’s a smaller target but this is crazy unacceptable compared to the service I get at super centers. This was extremely disappointing UPDATE: had to drive to the store, bag wasn’t able to be found because an employee definitely put everything back. HOWEVER the manager and guest services was extremely nice to me and helped me get everything back. Thank you so much!!!!!

Doris Galindo: Pairing was increased to $5 and it seems they did away with free first hour. This is an abuse in inflation. Why? Because while cost has gone up, it is unlikely their lease went up. Business sign 10 year leases. Or if they own the building their business loan payment is the same. Mortgages don’t go up with inflation They are not any attendant more because their is none. Anyways, disappointed they increased parking while their cost for parking has not gone up. Just another business that takes advantage of inflation to increase prices. And anyways, I’m going their to shop never liked paying for parking. At least I should be happy, because I stopped going and it helps my bottom line.

Emily Isaacson: This Target has a pretty decent selection, definitely beach heavy but we were able to find almost everything we needed. The grocery section was bare bones, but did not have a wide selection of produce. There were very few employees working, so it took us a while to finish checking out.

Charles Ortiz: Parking at Target now costs $5 for half an hour. Theres no sign of the new added charges either. Capitalism strikes again. Not worth coming here unless you want to pay an entrance fee. Take your business to a different store.

Korvus Korvus: Cyberpower pcThe pc has def been taken out of box before, has microfiber towel residue in the vents and considerable amount of dust inside when I opened it. The box says it comes with manuals. It does not, for any of the parts. Only a gpu install guide and a set up guide for the pc. ALSO The manufacture replied to a question on this product promising that the pc comes with a screw for the second M.2 SSD port. It does not come with one. Pretty ticked off that i got a used/open box product when I paid for brand new, especially since i drove about 50 miles to pick up and 50 miles home. 3 stars due to open box when i paid for new & the manufacture not caring about its customers wanting upgrades (I shouldnt have to go buy a single screw to expand my storage.) And lying to potential customers about what comes with it

Rafic F: I just bought a printer and the people from HP were great then I said I might get a prepaid phone . I went and ask a question to a manager and he answered in the most repugnant way . After that I opened a drawer by mistake not knowing it was for employees and then he just came and said that way for employees and closed it . Rafael Hernandez: Ordered a TV online for store pick up at the Pinecrest location, due to afternoon traffic I ended up showing up 10 minutes prior to closing, they processed my order and loaded the TV in my car in less than 5 minutes, they have a young efficient crew.

Martin Devillers: Super center lives up to its name. Went in to get some beach gear and walked out with everything. The prices are all over the place but generally reasonable. I’d recommend googling the SKU on the spot and see what prices you can find. Got an Igloo brand cooler for a steal so great deals are there to be found as well!

Sure, this Walmart is next to a Publix in the same shopping center, but Publix doesn’t have all the great goodies and low prices WM has. Dennis Lanzada: My most recent Visit to Best Buy store today at dadeland Miami was horrible. The store manager on duty Kaitlyn refused to give me a refund on an item purchased as an opened item. She wanted to charge me restocking fee for an open item that does not have a restocking fee. As an elite member I have 30 days to return an item. I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item. The store manager Kaitlin called me a “little aggressive” because I was saying that I am not paying a restocking fee on an open item. She make me wait in the store for 30 minutes with attitude. She told me that I was a little aggressive just because because I said that I was not paying a restocking fee on an open item verify my Best Buy customer service

Alma Miranda: Arnold at the Geek Squad was heaven sent. My mom got a new phone at AT&T and they told her they could not help her to transfer her info… that she would have to make an appointment at Best Buy. My mother recently had back surgery and was in a lot of pain. We ended up going to Best Buy and despite finding out that they really don’t do that there (meant to be done on your own), Arnold took the time to help us out. He guided us through the process, brought a chair for my mom and stayed with us throughout the process until my moms new phone was perfectly working and with the correct SIM card. I was so very appreciative of his time and care and knowledge and mostly for seeing my mother in pain and trying to help her out. I hope more employees are like him during these crazy times. Emmanuel Sarmiento: This is the best Target. The drive up window system is the best of all major stores. Macy’s makes you wait forever and their app sucks. The app here at Target is easy to use, practical. Your items are ready when you get there and they have a bunch of employees brining the orders out to your car quickly and friendly. I have been trying to get the department manager to fix his inventory on the milk section for the last 4 month and I always get the same answer yes we fix it, but they never do, they actually don’t care not even 1% because if they do care they would have call the main office and fix it. Target headquarter need to look into this problem ASAP because that’s how big company’s go out of business because of bad management and lack of communication, if I’m having a problem with the dairy section I’m almost sure there more customers have the same issue about other things.

Anhisha Cooper: This target is the closest one to my house. I find this location to always be busy but I always manage to find what I need and more. Love the target circle rewards program which rewards you for shopping and you can apply the money to your next visit. Location is organized and clean just like any target. Shopping carts are constantly sanitized.

And now she is going to ring people up with out washing her hands. She just looked at me with out staying a word. As I walked away I see she put her register light on did not go wash her hands. So I went to talk to a manager. 15 minutes later no manager came out. They called again 10 minutes later still no manager. As I was waiting security had a man or possibly steeling and still no manager. No wander this Walmart has employee not following simple rules like washing their hands managers are no where to be found. Thank God I do not live near this store. Will never be back.

They should limit the items because most of the customers are extremely slow scanning the products. Cheryl J: This store is always a zoo. Regardless of what time of day or night you come here there are 10 million people shopping in this store. Self checkout lines move pretty quickly. However the patrons on the other hand are rude af and never have any manners. Most of the staff don’t speak enough English to help you when needed except if you try to point and gesture to try to talk to them (it’s the area). Many times they have the items you are looking for but when they don’t you have to look in the high shelf stock area to see if they just haven’t put it on the shelf yet. Just wish they had more available lines both self checkout and cashiers.

Barney Alpert: I needed to buy soap, tooth paste and shampoo. All very easy to find. The checkout is great. They use self checkout machines. It takes cash or credit card. Faster then waiting in conventual checkout lines.

Bobbi Smendra: Very disappointed that they only had 2 electric carts to ride on and none were available. I recently had foot surgery that lead to a lower back issue and a pulled tendon in my knee. I walked the store as much as I could then checked out. I asked the cashier if someone could assist me out to my car. Another young lady came over to help. She was told she could only help me to the exit. This was no help at all. She ignored what she was told and helped me to the car anyway. I was so glad she did. I barely made to the car myself let alone putting all the groceries in it. I have to say I am very disappointed by all of this.

Chiara Gospodinoff: Showed up at 7:02 because I needed a new charger for my phone, I barely stepped out of my car before the associate standing at the door yelled “WE’RE CLOSED”. When I asked “I just need to buy a charger, it would only take a second”, he also yelled at me to say that all registered had already been pulled out and counted when customers were still clearly walking out with their purchases. I would’ve been fine with coming back another day, but there’s no need to yell or be rude, especially over 2 minutes. He could’ve just as easily said “I’m sorry, but we’re already closed”, instead of yelling “WE’RE CLOSED”.

Daniel Salas (Eleven Media): Today I had a very unfortunate incident in the store with the manager: Kevin. I went in to return the Oculus that I purchased 2 days ago and decided to return because I just didn’t like the experience. When I walk up to customer service I saw not one, but 3 different store employees who kept inquiring to verify that the serial numbers on the box and the device matched. I was there for a good 10 minutes seeing how these 3 different BestBuy employees checked how the serial number on the device and box were not matching. When Kevin, the manager, finally comes, I was expecting an apology and a quick return but instead I got a “favor” response saying that even though these didn’t match he was going to still issue the return. I tried to explain how offended I was, that I have been a customer for many years and that I wasn’t understanding how I was to trust BestBuy again… Conversation ended with him kicking me out of the store claiming that he would call the police if I didn’t. I honestly thought that instead he would offer some store credit for the inconvenience, waste of time and overall bad experience as they were basically telling me I was returning something I wasn’t supposed to. I got home and filed a claim. I also checked online and it turns out that Oculus states that the serial numbers don’t match (you can Google this), so I went back to the store and shared this information with them so this doesn’t happen again with another loyal customer. And I got the same response. No attempt of apology whatsoever. Worst customer service ever.

Candido Montesino: I was very disappointed. I have been a client for many years and customer service basically lied to me . I had called to have a reciever looked at and fixed and both the person that took my call and technician said bring it in and we will look at it at no charge. I was given an appointment time and confirmation number. Once I got to the store they said they could not help me whatsoever. They would not look at it and I should leave. Not the right thing todo very disappointed

Reydel Henriquez: I went to Best Buy store #552 because I had ordered two different items on Amazon to connect two monitors from a single output from my computer. Given the items from Amazon had not worked, I went to the store to receive advice from a sales rep. I was pointed toward an item and I specifically asked the rep if after trying it, it did not work, I could return it. The rep told me I had 30 days to take it back. Initially the device worked somewhat around five days and suddenly it stopped. Given both my parents had surgery recently and I also work full time I had not been able to set time aside to make it to the store. Finally, I visited the store by the 20th day after my purchase and was declined the return as per the Geek Squad manager Yan who stated it was five days out of policy. He said the only thing he could do would be to give me a new device. I politely declined because I feared I would find myself in the same scenario with a faulty item after a few days. I explained I was misguided about the return policy and showed how the receipt shows 30 days for some devices therefore it was possible his sales rep was misinformed. I also explained it was my first purchase. He stated if it would be three days after policy he could make an exception but since it was five, he couldn’t. I asked to do the return and receive store credit and I requested the number for customer service to request a refund. Yan stated that if he processed the return, CS wouldn’t be able to do anything. He said it would be better for me to take the item and just call and I could ship it. He wrote down on a piece of receipt paper the number to CS. As I was heading to my car, 30 minutes before store closing, I tried to contact the number he provided. The manager gave me a SEX LINE number. I was very disappointed by his behavior and returned to the store to speak to the store manager. I spoke to Willy who said Yan had made an honest mistake and had not meant to give me the wrong number. Willy also declined to work with my return and stated the correct CS number could be found online. I left the store beyond dissatisfied with my experience. I called CS and the rep explained there was nothing she could do given several policies about store point of sale. She explained the return was store discretion and it was out of her authority. I asked to speak with someone with authority to work on my issue. She mentioned her supervisor also had no authority over the matter. At this point I am reluctant to return to the store given the terrible experience and service I received. I would much rather throw away the faulty item and lose my $80.00 and never step foot at a Best Buy store ever again. Now, I will be sharing my experience in every platform I can because this is unacceptable. I refuse to participate in a society where companies allow their employees to act like husslers and disrespect their customers.
