Trish Kennedy: Unfortunately tonight was my last trip to this Urban Outfitters. While there was a very kind staff member who helped my son get a mask, thank you! The manager of the store was unable to assist when the sole checkout clerk struggled for over 10 minutes attempting to checkout a couple who’s credit card continued to be declined. As I waited with my children I noticed the manager chatting to another employee in the front of the store so I politely asked if he could assist us with our purchase, he proceeded to inspect the struggling clerk whom he did not try to help and told me “just wait”. I laid down our items and departed. I said to him as we were walking out, “I wish you cared”. Because I really do wish he cared. Goodbye Urban Outfitters. -a Former Loyal Customer

Joslyn Brown: This place is permanently closed. I took a trip to Miami and I wanted to go to the store after thinking that some of the items on the website looked amazing. However, after getting to Miami, I went to where the boutique was and it is no longer there. He building is completely vacant. To say the least I was highly upset. I guess the boutique was all for the show.

Sara Shahgholami: This is a review for The Webster’s online store. I purchased a Burberry bag and did not receive shipping confirmation for over a week after purchasing. Calling The Webster was a nightmare (if someone actually picked up the phone). I was told that I would receive an email within 30 minutes letting me know if my bag was in stock or not, but hours passed, and I received nothing. I finally received a text from someone asking what I needed in response to my unanswered calls, who then processed me a refund after finding out the bag was out of stock. I truly felt like my money would have been kept if I didn’t reach out to them on my own the way I did. I really do not like leaving businesses negative reviews, but this was a really terrible experience and I will not be shopping here again.
Shawn Dalton: Visited on 6/7/21. These people expected me to wait outside in 90 degree heat for 30 minutes while they are lunch. They obviously have no idea who their clientele is. This is not how you treat a customer who is spending thousands in your store. Terrible policy. Door boy is rude too. Don’t give this place your money.
Jeff G: BUYER BEWARE CEO Laurent Malecaze IS RUNNING A SCAM AND MUST BE STOPPED!! THEY WILL SHIP YOU BACK YOUR RETURN WITHOUT NOTICE SO THEY DON'T NEED TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. I ALREADY HAVE AN ATTONEY GENERAL COMPLAINT AND BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINT OPEN. I WAS ADVISED THIS IS NOT THE FIRST OFFESNSE THE WEBSTER HAS COMMITTED. First and likely last order with Webster. Almost immediately after speaking with the rep, I got an email update stating the sweater would arrive by December 31. Then on December 23, I got another email stating that the sweater had been delayed, again, with a new estimated delivery date of February 17. Without warning, on December 30 I got a shipping notification, and the sweater arrived on December 31. The box had a very large gash torn into it from the inside by a piece of the fabric that pushed itself through the box and was partially sticking out. I opened the box to find that almost every piece of the sweater was completely insecure, unprotected, and appeared to have been simply thrown into the box. Even the tag had been ripped off and was rolling around loosely inside the shipping box. The packaging indicated that this sweater was used! Odd, given that on Webster site they describe the sweater as new as being part of the Everly Amiri brand, with no mention of it being sold as is. I immediately called Websters customer service number, told them what was going on, and was advised it is what is is. In the meantime, I've tried calling FARFETCH and AMIRI'S customer service line (no one picked up) and emailing customer service (no response to my email), to no avail. Will keep trying, but if they tell me they can't rectify the issue prior to March, I'll be opening up a civil law suit on each and every employee involved in the company. This is one of the very worst experiences, if not THE worst, I've had with a retailer. I don't recommend Webster.
Edward Domanskis: I told staff that I was out of town and told staff that didn't know whether clothes I bought for my wife would fit. The manager as well as staff were all standing at cash register and they specifically said that I could return them if they didn't fit at any time but only for store credit. Unfortunately, they did not fit and I returned with my wife to exchange for something else. She first went in and they were rude to her and said they could not! I then returned with her and again they said I could not exchange it and the manager actually accused me of lying saying they never said that. Incredibly rude and uncaring! The value of the items were not that great but their attitude and lack of customer care was appaling and embarassing. They did give me the customer complaint person who I have contacted a couple of times as well as owner with absolutely no response. Shame on them!!
A J Young: What a horrible store and even worse customer experience. I have been there twice prior and both times even worse than before. What ever happened to customer service? This time I was about to enter the store and the security at the door was completely rude. Asked to put my shirt on before entering which is no problem, so i did so then he refused to reopen the door or even unlock. I hate to use the word, but he was complete a*#h&*le. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Too many options out there today to be compromising on service or customer service/integrity.
Malgorzata Kucharuk: The boutique is located in the lower level of the Webster Hotel. It is quite spacious. You can browse through the clothing easily and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only remark is that most of the items are rather pricy even though they aren’t from the most recent collections...
camila veiga: I don’t even know from where to start. Went in the store attracted by the Balenciaga shoes that was with 50% of discount (from 850 to 425 + taxes) still not that cheap, right? Anyways, at that same day I discovered that the “Balenciaga” shoes that they sold me was FAKE! Went there the other day right in the morning so I could have this solved. First they refused to do the refund, with some shade excuses that made no sense to me since they have the return policy within 28 days from the purchase date written on the receive. Second of all, how does a store sell a FAKE Balenciaga shoes as if it’s original? Third, the store manager was super rude to me, treated me as if they were making me a favor saying “ we don’t usually do refunds but this time I’ll be making an exception” PS: I still don’t have my money back in my card. Don’t buy at this place, it’s very tricky, dishonest and they’ll probably try to f*** you up.
D O S: Never returning again. Will avoid. Gave this place a shot but was severely let down. Rude staff and very condescending staff at the Miami Beach store. Shady in-store return policy that contradicts the online return policy. Stick to Saks and or Neiman Marcus for simple returns and exchanges as well as a professionally trained staff. At the end of the day, a paying customer has the right to change their mind about a purchase without being lectured.

maria garcia: Terrible, cheap clothes. The other issue I have is that a lot of the clothes are stacked up high close to the ceiling. Unless you're 9ft tall, is impossible to reach and forget getting help because the staff is no where to be found. This store makes stores like forever 21 look like Nordstrom, lol. Lastly, good luck if you're Large or xlarge cause the clothes are made for a size 0 or 2. An extra large is like a small, just an FYI.
Dominique Martin: I love the prices I just dislike the sizes. If you are curvy meaning 13 on up you will only be able to get dresses possibly. I'm a 36DDD/38DD and I fit a large med but mainly lg tops also in dresses. But jeans I never find. Shoes and sandals are cute and cheap so if u need a few things you won't spend too much. To me its made for petite woman and thats my only issue with the Discovery stores.
Sally Perez: This store is great. They have great variety, good prices, and is maintained neat. When stores choose to have practical pricing signs, and NO fitting rooms, it actually benefits the customer because it keeps prices down - no complaints here! Besides, the return policy is generous, you have 21 days to return something if you don’t like it. I will continue to be a local customer for as long as I’m in the neighborhood.
Yunior Hernández Andrade: Women wear is a more accurate description since there is nothing for men here. That said, there is a lot of variety and good prices. In the back there is a small section for shoes and I definitely recommend the casual tennis shoes as they are both nice and 9 - 14 dollars which is well, a nice price. Also the store is clean and well organized. The downside is that there are few associates so you might have to find stuff on your own and also due to low prices there is a chance you won't find the right color/size combination for you.
Yaremys Soto: A friend mentioned that they had clothing at a low price. I was looking to buy in bulk for donations and honestly, you get what you pay for. The clothe is very cheap in price but also very cheap in material. The staff were all young girls having personal conversations out loud and saying bad words (I was with my 4 year old daughter who understands). I found a shirt I liked and couldn’t try it on. No fitting rooms. I wouldn’t come back.
Chelsea W: The store has a lot of cute stuff mixed in with a lot of tacky stuff. No fitting rooms though. Pro tip: pay attention to stretch in the fabric and use the full length mirrors to get a better idea of how its going to fit.

margarita mimi: I walked into this store many many moons ago when it was on Lincoln road. I was drawn into the store by the great music and mesmerizing scent. The clerk told me the scent is called “sand”. I immediately purchased a bottle and have been buying it regularly ever since. It makes my home smell like a haven of peace. Visitors always comment on how wonderful my house smells. Please don’t stop making it! I would be lost without it!

Alanis Reyes: The same way there is positive reviews, there can be negative! My experience comes with calling the phone more than 10 times to where no picked up! I live a hour away and drove to a dry experience. I could of turned around and bought nothing but I sure did want the shoes! How could their be more then 6 associates and no one picks up their phone? And have dry attitudes, behind the register ON THEIR PHONES! Design district is just a look with horrible associates. The ONLY one that was nice with the the guy with curly hair! I’ll delete my post on my next visit IF they change their attitudes!

Hunter Glenn: A very cool and unique store with walls filled with antique sewing machines. The prices are expensive, so I recommend shopping their sales online they have amazing prices. But they do have some cool pieces in-store, most of which are very well-made. They have dressing rooms as well.

zachary koenig: I’m a big fan of the clothing in general but really enjoyed myself at this location. We were assisted by Dayana (if I remember correctly from my receipt spelling wise) who was lovely. She brought us every option to compare but didn’t push. Had great knowledge of what was available and was focused on us having a nice time. I have shopped at this location before, and feel that if you ask for help with real needs and are looking to find something to purchase it’s great! With the amount of people passing through every day for no reason, don’t expect to be treated like the first customer of the day. Liz Snyder: Today was my first visit here. The store was very beautifully decorated, lots to pick from although very little men’s stuff. I have been to many stores like this in other areas and know vintage well. It may just be because it’s in Miami and I don’t know Miami well but the prices for specifically vintage items here seem very steep. That being said, the pieces they have are beautiful and they take care of them, which is always really nice to see. If you want anything designer this place is really perfect because it’s not NEW prices but the designer is kept very nicely. The shop assistant that greeted us in was very friendly. The other shop assistant I spoke to was also very friendly. The whole vibe was nice and I definitely recommend visiting.

Xxx (XXX): cute unique clothes, bags, etc. but nasty staff and even more nasty owner mary. i was not greeted like everyone else who came into the store? not sure if it’s how i look or my age? continue to shop. found a cute pair of shorts and a vintage bag that I was not sure how to open? i did not want to break it so I politely asked one of the workers to help me open it and Mary is sitting next to her making a loud snarking noise at me. you would think she would have some sort of respect for me the fact that I’m not trying to break some thing I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy yet? bought two things spent about $150. i am dom: This was one of my favorite store but I will never buy anything else from this place and I stopped all my coworkers and friends from shopping here. It's the worst!!!! The claim to have sent my package and UPS never delivered it. They said they did but I never got it. I need my stuff for my vacation and all I am getting is the run around from them and UPS. They refuse to resend the items and keep telling me they waiting on UPS. This happened to me before and the store sent my stuff back. I spent $125 ..... .now I am out of it. U am going to call my bank and see if I can do a charge back. I just need my stuff or my money back.
Response: Hi Maenette, Unfortunately these are the steps we must take with UPS when a package states it was delivered to the customer. They do not investigate the claim overnight, it can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. However, as per our emails, we have reassured you that once the claim closes out, we will either issue a refund or resend the clothes. Believe us, we want to get this resolved as soon as possible, but cannot move forward until the claim is closed. We appreciate your patience!

Ryan Benfield: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I placed an order for an air max for in store pick up. I got an email saying I would be contacted in 2-4 business days on how to pick up my order. Two business days later my order gets cancelled with no reason and I’m issued a gift card. Stores states that “they only offer gift card for cancelled orders” but they cancelled the order not me, now want me to keep this gift card instead of the shoes I ordered. They don’t have a phone number and when you email them, if they email back just copy and paste the return policy without replying to the message I’m sending. They most likely sell stock they don’t have and instead of a refund they give you a gift card so you just spend the money with them. Terrible business practice and I recommend nobody shop with them online or in person.
Sydni Baxter: Listen…I am probably the LAST person that fits their customer type. I am a stay at home mom with two teenagers- we walked by saw the line and wanted to see what it was all about. It was worth the wait! The people watching alone outside was interesting. Once inside, Brandon came to the rescue identifying items that would look best on my husband, reflected a style that was conducive to his lifestyle. We left with a large bag filled with unique finds of multiple price points! I highly recommend using Brandon when shopping- he was terrific!

Barbara Mayorga: This boutique is a must! Apart from having some of the most unique swimwear I have ever come across, they also have clothing all year round too! I found some stunning pieces for the holiday season and for vacation. This is the perfect place for people who like to find different pieces to add to their wardrobe. Trust me if you shop here you will forever be complimented on your fits!
Meghan Leon: DO NOT SHOP HERE! Old woman owner was SUPER nice to me when I was buying a dress was very friendly all the way up until I walked out! I purchased a dress for my baby shower. I am 8 months pregnant and the dress was extremely pricey for what it was. It was not even ten minutes after the purchase that I returned after speaking to my husband and he told me to return it because it was too much money. The owner wouldn’t even look at me when I came back into the store LESS THAN TEN MINUTES AFTER PURCHASING! She would not agree to refund my card. Not ONCE did any employee explain the store policy at time of check out. She told me she didn’t have to explain the policy!!! They are crooks and will no longer have me or my friends as customers!!
Response: To answer back to the lady that wrote a negative review. I believe you should as an adult and pregnant be responsible and know how much you can spend. Our policy was very clear and has always been very clear. Ms Leon.

Boo Zamek: Horrible experience. 😞 My daughter was given a necklace as a gift last night that was purchased at Neptunes the day before. This morning she put it on, so excited and happy to wear her new necklace. But within minutes, the charm disappeared. My daughter was devastated bc she loves the necklace and gift has special meaning. We happened to be in the area today so we went to Neptunes to exchange it. When we walked in we explained what happened and the woman working there asked me several times why the charm fell off and what happened to it - as if we had removed it or something. It was super weird. (I had all the info from the person who purchased it but she didn’t want to hear it.) She was super impolite but I let it go as I felt sorry she her for being burdened with so much negative energy. She looked for a replacement for a few moments while talking on the phone with someone (maybe her boss?) who was trying to help her, but she quickly grew impatient stopped looking, and told me, “you have to come back later today.” I told her I’m sorry but I really can’t come back today (would have been impossible to make another trip across town - and it was crazy for her to demand that). She looked at me and yelled, “THIS IS NOT MY FAULT! I’M TRYING TO HELP YOU HERE!” I was so shocked, I just stared at her. I couldn’t believe she had raised her voice and spoken to her customer that way. Finally I just said “ok, thank you anyway” (to which she replied “no problem”) and I left. Next thing I did was leave this review. I’m all about supporting local businesses - but not this one.
Response: I am very sorry about your experience however, after reviewing the recordings and talking to my assistant which is the one that helped you out, there was no screaming whatsoever on her side. I am very sorry that your daughter lost the necklace charm, if she would have had it we would definitively had exchange it as we do follow policies on our business. This is the first time i have a customer actually say negative things about us. We are a family owned company and we do treat our customers right. As i said before, I am very sorry that this happened to your daughter. I also know you as well and I am very surprised that you had made a review like this.
