Travel Click Confirmation: I would like to say THANK you from the bottom of my heart! Yesterday my AC went out and I called several places that were unable to assist for different reasons. I called your company and the phone was answered right away. The young lady that answered the phone was very descriptive about the cost and what service you could provide for me! The first technician (Alain) came to my house diagnosed the issue right away, the fuse was blown. He the went to 3 different stores and was unable to get the part. He did inform me of this and I asked if I could try and get it for him and he sent me a picture of the fuse and described exactly what i needed. I replaced the fuse myself and it did not work. I texted him and he said that he could try and assist by sending another technician. I then saw a loose wire and he told me do not touch anything for my safety please wait for the technician. The second technician (Sergio) came to the house reattached the wire and the AC started working perfectly Unfortunately in our industry all we usually hear our negative things I really would like to show my gratitude and appreciation for both of these gentlemen and the young lady that answered the phone this is the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I can promise you that if somebody asks for an air-conditioning company I will be more than happy to recommend you. If anything ever goes wrong with my air conditioning I will be calling you again. DJ Walter: Called for an appt for my AC and was told they would be out later in the day - awesome! But then they never showed. Called back multiple times and was told “I was next”. Finally was told that dispatch was going to contact the tech and then the tech would contact me. Never received a call. I finally called them again at 9:53 at night and still being told they’ll contact me. If you can’t make it just say so, don’t lie and prevent me from calling someone else to come out - just be honest. If your AC isn’t working I’d strongly suggest calling someone who does what they say they will. So disappointing

Amanda Ordonez: I’ve actually never left a review before but this left me a little heated. I came home and my AC was not working I found these guys online and made the call. Nice Woman on the phone said 30 dollars to be seen today because I found them through google. Not only did the guy try to charge me 100 when he left but he went outside for maybe two minutes came back in and told me my A/C was not repairable. I was told the unit was too old and they don’t make any parts for it to be repaired anymore and I needed a new one, the guy instantly became pushy with a pamphlet to use their services and do their payment plans and what not. He wasn’t even outside for a full ten minutes before he came in and told me I just needed a new one. I called someone else who came out the next day not only fixed my A/C but personally told me to call and speak to someone about who came out to my house because they should be ashamed of themselves. What he claimed was wrong wasn’t even the problem and then Wanting me to pay 170 dollars for 117 months, for something I didn’t need. I don’t know if he saw some young homeowner and thought I was just dumb or naïve but I got the whole vibe that it’s more about naming money then helping someone. Service: A/C system repair

Ariel Moses: Absolutely Predatory company. They are interested in selling maintenance contracts and new products only. For one repair three different people tried to sell me the maintenance contract -- WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY REPAIR A/C. On second call, repairman showed up with salesman. No interest in repairing clearly.

Dennis Sytsma: My air handler electric motor failed. Company responded same day, Tech Jorge did accurate analysis and went out of his way on rainy day to obtain the part and complete repair same day. System working well since repair completed. I am elderly with medical issues and have my Hurricane shutters up so I had anxiety that I could not get a fast good repair. Far exceeded my expectations. Paolo Casabone: Outstanding service. My AC was significantly leaking and needed emergency service. I called 5 other companies, left messages and emails to which I am still waiting a response. I called Cool Solutions, got an immediate answer, went through a a handful of Q&A and within 15 minutes got a scheduled technician to come by (BTW, it was Eddy Alvarez who took my call…tremendous professionalism). The level of service continued to impress when Jorge Ramos showed up. He took care of the problem offered a solution NOT A SALES PITCH. When Jorge left it seemed as if nothing took place even though he took the unit apart and cleaned it to the point that it looked brand new. It’s not often I write an excellent review. The Shade Gallery by Elsy: We called JJ A/C SERVICE today to replace our old air conditioning system. They were punctual, they worked hard and they cleaned everything, it did not look like there was work done in the house. The air conditioning is very quiet and at the same time a lot of air volume through the grilles. Yovanit Fajardo: Employees make their companies great. That is why I would like to start my review of ARS / Rescue Rooter Miami by mentioning the professionalism of their associates. From my first interaction with Ines at Home Depot, I felt respected as a customer, and not harassed, as it usually happens when reps approach someone to sell a product. The visit of the seller Alex was pleasant and efficient; in about an hour, he answered all my questions, explained the equipment recommendations, and even reached out to the bank to get financing approval. A day prior to my installation appointment, I reached out to ARS with additional concerns, and to express changes I wanted to make after I had agreed on a price with the seller. Cassandra and Arley were very patient and supportive; we negotiated my proposed last-minute modifications, and they made it happen without unnecessary extra costs within a couple of phone calls. The installation team was outstanding; Eddy and Ezequiel arrived on time and immediately got down to work. They were 100% knowledgeable, well-organized, and respectful of the property and the residents. They performed efficiently and accurately, with extraordinary attention to detail, including cleanness after completion of their work. It is worth highlighting the communication between the company and the employees; the installation team knew exactly the details of my expectations as I had discussed with their manager the day before. The company offers a warranty of 10 years for equipment and 1 year for labor, which is not common in this market as per my prior research. Could you find it cheaper out there? The answer is yes, but to me, the peace of mind of dealing with a decent, reliable company (which are in danger of extinction in Miami) is worth every penny. I would highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter Miami for your AC needs. Service: Install AC

Marco, the owner, came and evaluated the situation and was very knowledgible and patient in explaining all that needed to be done. It was a big job because of water damage caused by some roof damage. All the ducts had to be removed and replaced and the air handler removed and improved. The workers were very capable, caring, careful and kind. They explained and answered all questions and made what was a difficult situation for us so much easier. They coordinated very well with the company replacing the walls and ceilings so each one could do their work. I would, and have already enthusiastically recommended Flow Tech. Mari Santamarina: My AC unit stopped working on July 4th (94F) AirGeek service person assessed the need to replace my AC on July the 4th amazing! A new AC unit was ordered on July 4th and installed on July 5th. My AC unit was more complicated that usual ( not in a closet) instead located 7ft height in my garage ceiling - this was not an easy task. Service was excellent both on the person that came on July 4th, and the installers were outstanding. Will highly recommend AirGeek for all AC needs moving forward. Service: Install AC
Kevin Young-Kong: He came and banged around …there was a disconnected damper but he never mentioned it….and pointed supposedly at rust telling me that it will break soon even tho it’s only 3 years old….asked him if he could put in UV LIGHT…he said he could NOT because there was not enough space to install it! Sears came by a few days later and said they COULD INSTALL a UV Light….this company was trying to make up things that they claimed would soon break.I would NEVER use them again!

Stephanie Rivera: My central Ac has been giving me issues for a while that it doesn’t cool properly. I came home from work and it wasn’t cooling. Realizing its already late I was provided Miami Ice’s number by my neighbor. They suggested to call, I called and they responded immediately and scheduled an appointment with an hour. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get someone scheduled for 4pm on a Friday. The tech(Lazaro) he was very knowledgeable and very professional. He basically told me I needed a new central AC. He helped with the financing and paper work needed. I accepted the proposal and I was installed the following morning Saturday. With the whole process they explained everything to me thoroughly and I was happy with the service and efficiency they work. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

Ricardo Gonzalez: I called Air On Demand for quote to replace the entire AC system. They sent a rep out and after reviewing our needs provided several options to choose from. After some research on the unit, we decided on the more advance systems, Daikin. Our previous unit was from 2003 and had been repaired multiple times by previous homeowners which prevented from working efficiently. Once we approved their offer, we scheduled it right away with no issues on product availability. On install day, Chris, was here on time and ready to get to work; with more than 18 years of experience he knew what had to be done and quickly found solutions to any concerns we had. His team was able to move the AC handler to its new location and complete the entire install on the same day. Once complete, Chris and his time, walked me through using the new system, helped set up the thermostat with wifi and made sure to pick up and ensure everything was left as it was before. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them. Service: Installation

AJ MAN: OnDemand Air exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for + a solid 10 year warranty. Everyone was serious, professional, on time, responsive, and accessible at all times. Accessible via text, email, regular mail, phone; you pick. They replaced our duct system. We had a A/C leak on our duct making our attic cool. Wasted energy, not anymore thanks to their work. Lisa Enfinger: We have worked with Southern Comfort for about four years. They have kept our AC units in fine working order, and have also done some minor home repair work for us. Last year they repaired sections of our fence, replaced sections that needed to be replaced, fabricated and installed a new gate, and did some drywall patching/painting of our family room ceiling. The AC service is the most important work they do for us. Everyone who lives here knows how vital the AC is. We have found Southern Comfort to be very responsive, sending a technician to make necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Their charges for services are reasonable, and they always provide a written estimate for major services to be performed prior to starting the work. The other think I really like about Southern Comfort is they don’t try to entice customers into buying a service contract, which I have found to be nothing more than a money-making scheme for the seller and a rip-off for the customer. Most AC companies operate this way—I have worked with a couple in the 16 years we have lived in this house—but Southern Comfort does not. They charge a treasonable fee on an as-needed basis and that’s how I like to do business. Our favorite technician, Luis, is very honest and always advises us of the steps we can take to keep our AC units functioning at maximum efficiency. Following his advice helps minimize the service calls, and for that, we are most appreciative. Totally awesome company!! We highly recommend Southern Comfort AC and Builders.

They did a new pipe installation through our ceiling to fix a leak and improve the overall system for a high efficiency unit that was installed last year. Victor Rugama: Dobrangi and Yunior are very professional and reliable. Super good service. I’ve had my ac checked out once before but it started giving us problems again. Maurice Garcia: I do not often give a review, but in this case the service I received was impressive. Although the service did take 2 days, due to an unforeseen secondary issue. The technician diagnose the issue over the phone and we scheduled a visit the next day. Once the technician arrive he then noticed that the blower was improperly installed, and require to fabricate a piece of piping instead to doing a replacement. He not only saved me money the second visit was with no charge. I realized that this company is a responsible, reliable and put customer service above charging and signed up for their yearly maintenance. If it was a different state some of these small companies will be audited and close. This only happens in Miami, where the companies are making money counting Pennies and employing no licensed workers @onlyindade. You can go to another States and the professionals are getting paid with the salaries that they deserve because of their expertise and every company owner establish their companies based on the quality and not in the prices. We decided to call Kendale AC after reading the reviews posted. We made the right decision. They found the leak in the evaporator and determined that since the equipment had a ten year warranty and was nine years old, they would ask for the corresponding warranty with Trade (the manufacturer) and was approved. The techs were very knowledgeable and worked in a very clean fashion.
