Kevin Castaneda: I cannot recommend this company enough. I came into Miami for a job and needed some assets printed. I had spent two days prior working with two other local print shops and it was like pulling teeth. Slow responses, and when I did receive one the information was vague and left me open to receiving misprints on a tight turnaround schedule. I went back to google and found iPrint. I gave them a call and Michael guided me through their services and provided me with a time table I could work with. The turnaround was fast and the finished product was out of this world. My clients all remarked on how fantastic the images came out and were really impressed - all without prompting them, they just took note of how fantastic it was. Michael hand-delivered the final product to my hotel in the rain and was absolutely genial. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Though there are hundreds of print shops in New York where I’m based I’m strongly considering using Michael and his team to send me prints in the future because the quality and service are unmatched. If every company worked like iPrint we would have world peace. Seriously.

He makes the process not only easy but extremely enjoyable. Every order, every customization, every last minute request I have ever had has been made possible with iPrint and Design USA. Besides the round the clock service I have always received, I just had a last minute conference dropped on my plate and iPrint and Design USA was able to get my marketing items printed and delivered in record time. ATS Construction: Enrique and the team at evolutions graphics were very professional and did an amazing job designing and installing a wrap on my trailer. They were also able to create multiple designs of post cards and business cards tailored to my specific needs. They created a logo for my business and were polite and timely with everything. They said it would be done Thursday afternoon and it was done Thursday morning. I wasn't able to pick it up until Friday and there was no problems with that. Amazing crew of professional guys. Shima Amini: We had spent months looking for a reliable company to wrap our trucks and we were so happy to find Evolutions! They were very friendly, reliable, professional and quick in their work, not to mention their quality of work is amazing! They helped us achieve the look we were going for and provided us with direction when we weren't sure what would look good. Their renderings were also great so we could see what the wrap would look like before they started. This was we could make adjustments or change it if we didn't like it. We loved the first set of renderings and wrapped 2 vans with them - a Ford Transit Connect and a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. We even had a small dent in one of the vans that they were able to work around. The colors are so vibrant and graphics quality = amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about Evolutions and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to wrap their company vehicles!
Jerome Gibbemeyer: I priced around for a full truck wrap including the roof on my van. I met with Manri and Francisco. Both were very easy to work with and spoke to me with up most respect. The pricing that was quoted was a very good price. I decided to go with them. Francisco worked on my design for several hours. Some hours with me. Never at anytime did I feel like I was to picky or taking too much of their time. The results were fantastic. I'm a very hard person to please with anything I do. I expect nothing but perfection. Evolutions Graphics & Design has made me very happy with the results of the Wrap Installation and Design. This is a family owned business and you would be making a mistake if you didn't explore having them do your Wrap. One more thing. I had a problem with one of my back doors. Francisco reprinted the complete door and re-wrapped it without question. I'm very happy with the workmanship, and extremely happy for finding a company that puts the customer ahead of profits. Gregg Davis: This was the best experience I have ever had with a printer. First of all they were very friendly and professional. The art designer assigned to my job was incredibly patient with me... I made a million changes to the artwork before finalizing my artwork while assuring her each time that it was my last change (of course it never was) and NOT once did, Laura my art designer, ever make me feel as though I was bothering her and for me to hurry up and make a decision. She was tremendous... I am not encouraging her to be a teacher, however her patience is that of the perfect teacher. Job well done.

There are a few important reasons why I would state such: (1) oftentimes with large branding agencies, you can feel like you’re just one of many, not a priority…maybe even given “The B Team” to work on your project. This is not the case with Levie Branding. Regardless of the scope of the work I need done, Levie Branding is always very responsive, attentive, and certainly prioritizes my work. Belisa Mazzara: Publigraphic supported the growth of my small business and made us feel like we were the most important clients, although we knew they were very busy with the big ones. The quality of the products, the designs, the prints was all superior. Very fast shipping and great support for the installation. But to us, what impressed us the most was the fact that they went above and beyond to make it very personable, just like if we were good friends! Kuddos and forever grateful for the assertiveness of their advices.

Carlos A. Preza: Poor customer service. Requested t shirts with a design to be printed, I provided both the t shirt and the design and was quoted $11 at most $14 per t shirt for the work required. After receiving a preview of the final work, I was told the total for the t shirts would be over $70 becasue the graphic design had to be adjusted and i was being charged for the design hours. When we called the store we were met with a hostile attitude and told to take our business else where if we wanted to. Ultimately we paid $18 per shirt, with no explanation as to why the price was not what we were told. Unfortunately I couldn't walk away from getting these two samples but I will definately not be returning for the rest of the shirts we needed. The quality of the printing on the t shirts is great, yet the bad business practice of not advising a customer of something that would cost them more money, having a hostile attitude when trying to sort it out, and then ultimately charging a higher price than agreed to is a deal breaker for me. Avoid this place if you are looking for good customer service.
