Gran Piñata Party Rental: This place is horrible. If you want to lose your money go this place. Adilen “”paralegal” is unprofessional. She is rude and doesn’t understand and help the client. Brian Prieto has less than two year admitted at the bar. No experience at all. They don’t know what they are doing. These people Created and filed incorrectly the motion, so I can keep paying them to fix their own mistakes. I had to hire another lawyer in less than a month, so he can fix all these issues. And after I fired this attorney, they keep charging me for administrative job. They waisted the $3,500 just in calls and trashy papers. Don’t go to this place. As you can see in their own notes, it is administrative job no legal job. Plus my son that it’s 11 years old writes better and professional than them. Keep record of the phone calls and meeting that you have with them because this people alter the minutes you speak with them. Find a real attorney that can represent you in court without stealing your money. The worst experience ever!! Please contact me if you have the same experience as me!!. Thank you.

I had no idea what I was getting into when it all started and he went above and beyond to help us. If you have to go through anything family related I would recommend him hands down.
Reinier Perez: This is a late review but nonetheless a needed one. Mr. West took my case and asked me for a 4K retainer and promised to jump on the case right away, a few weeks later I had to follow up and the case was open eventually. All communication had to be done with Mr. West since (at that time) there was no paralegal and the secretary would just tell you whether he was there or not. In over 6 months, never saw a draft document nor a monthly itemize scope of work or hours billed. The case solved outside of the court eventually between my son’s mother and I but not even once did I see any documents (draft proposal) that Mr. West was suppose to be working. I asked Mr. West to let me know if there was anything left on the retainer and never hear back from him. Im considering to file a complain with the Florida bar.

Jennifer Caballero: One of the worst experience i had with this company. I had Abigail Luna as a case manager one the worst with communication ever. Took over a year for her to close my case, she never reached out to me, i always had to case her to get a response. I asked her for a itemized closing statement multiple time and to this day i still have not received it. I feel that i got robbed for what i should have gotten back but since she never gave me the paper that tells me what was paid and how much they paid, i feel robbed. I even have credit collection agency reaching out for hospital bills that should have been paid already. Please do not contract this company and if you do and you get her as a case manager ask for another person or just go to another law office that would fight for you not rob you. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They made an appointment, I payed $250 (which is already expensive for a consultation), after the consultation I decided to hire the Lawyer, her name is Isabella Comprido. They never sent me the contract to start my case. It took about a week, I sent her a message, she was actually online on WhatsApp but didn’t answer me. So I called the office and I told them that I was already frustrated with the service, they said they would send me the contract at that day, and one more time it wasn’t sent to me. In the very next day I got a message from Isabella Comprido and the message said: ‘Hi Moises, how can I help you?’. Anyway, it was a horrible experience, wasted money and time, which make my case more late. I would say that this company and its employees do not appreciate or care about people, well, maybe they do, but that wasn’t my case. I am totally disappointed and frustrated with this office!
