Luis Morales: Hulett was used by my daughter, Raquel, after she noticed termite droppings at her house. I was there when Joe Garcia arrived on time to take care of the problem. He was so professional, friendly, and polite. Prior to that, Javier, the gentleman who came to provide the free estimate and arrange for service, was also very professional and polite. I can only hope the termite problem has been resolved, and that the company continues to be responsive should there be any issues going forward. SPC Services LLC: what do users think?
Yahima Leyva: I contracted them to kill the termites in my house. Before doing the job they didn’t even check what type of termites the house had. They put the tent and fumigated in the house. A month later I checked and there were still many termites inside the roof and inside of the house. I called them and they opened a hole around the perimeter of the house and they told me that it will kill the termites. 3 months later I check the roof and there were termites everywhere. I had to rebuild my whole entire roof, and replace many things inside of the house due to the termites and the miscommunication of this company. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this company as they basically stole my money and did a terrible job because til this day I still have termites in my house. Problem has NOT been solved. Ana Grillet: We tent the house/gas fumigation for termites. The price of the service was competitive. No sales pressure or harassments like other companies, the gave me their quote in August 2021 and did the work in March 2022, they honored the original price. First time in 6 years in Miami that someone show up ON TIME. The crew was extremely patience and helpful, they uninstalled and re-installed (as they were) the patio string lights which I was supposed to do in advance. Everything inside and outside they house was in perfect conditions and they were mindful of my trees and plants around the house when the put up the tent. Jeimi Vinces: We had our home tented on June 2017 on February 28 2019 we had termites again after several attempts to have someone come over so they can retent according to the 1 year warranty, finally today april 19 someone came but only for him to say that they are Flying ants that apparently poop and look just like termites! Do not be fooled by these people. Lo barato sale caro!
Reidel Diaz: I contacted the company for termite fumigation, they provided a quote in a timely manner, and explained all process with details. We select them among others competitors based on the experience and advice from Oscar. The day of installation they showed up on time, and quickly setup the tent. We was informed all the time of each steps. The return day, a lady was ventilating the house and making sure that was safe to enter. Thanks SPC for their services, definitely I would recommend it. Bob Radziewicz: I have been a customer of Al-Flex since 2017, when they came a few days later and took care of a termite infestation in our house. I was very pleased with everything about their work, which convinced me it was worth while to sign up for an annual renewal of the coverage. A couple years ago I noticed termite wings on a bathroom cabinet. So I called Al-Flex and a technician came within a day and resolved the problem before it got worse. Erik Pedinoff: This place is a nightmare and we are clearly not the only ones having issues based on the reviews. When we initially signed up with Orkin, their sales rep talked us into >$3,000 in up front costs for special treated insulation and a thorough spray for a non-tent termite treatment. In addition, they also charge us bi-monthly an additional $89 to come out and spray who knows what. Since the initial treatment, we have had tons of pest issues AND a consistent termite issue that has not been resolved. They are completely unresponsive when you want them to come back out and now being told you have to wait over 2 months to actually get treatment for the termites. This place has poor customer service all around, the phone agents are short and rude and it’s very clear they don’t care if you continue to have issues even after you pay a large sum to eliminate said issue. Beyond frustrated at this point and it’s clear all this branch cares about is taking your money and not actually resolving your issue. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your termite or pest issues resolved, this place will gladly take your money with no regard for you as a customer.

Gail Poe: Orkin performed their routine monthly pest prevention service. The technician texted me several days ago to set up appointment to ensure that it would be convenient. The technician called about 20 minutes before he came to let me know he was on his way so I could take the dogs outside & be ready for his arrival. Joe is very thoughtful and efficient. I do not have any trouble with roaches or bugs in the house which is amazing after living in South Florida 65+ years. Au Ra: this company is fraudulent by not disclosing the truth about the "CONtract they make costumers sign. i was told it would be 300 paid monthly for 7 visits....after i signed the contract they said it was 300 upfront (which is more than a doctor makes an hour) for 15 minutes of spraying a chemical around the house...then they would charge me $42 for the rest of the year. they forced there terms with massive lack of transparency. DO NOT SIGN THERE CONTRACT AND GO SOMEWERE ELSE Service: Termite extermination

Tatiana Gema: I mainly contacted this pest control company because on google it states that they are open 24 hrs. Each time I call no one answers the phone. I usually get someone on the second try. After I made an appoint I was able to get service the next day. But a week later I still have a pest problem. I tried calling again today and the lady on the phone said she could not find me in the system. I double checked my call and bank records and it is confirmed that this is the only pest control company I called within the last week. Yes next time I am going to keep a copy of my receipt but I am not happy at all with the service.

FG LEBRUN: They never follow the schedule they give you for follow up. I explain to them that I hear many rodents in my attic. The guy only put 2 traps down. Since my service started in July. They have trapped 2 rodents. I decided last week to purchase some large glues and traps. Within 1 week I have caught 5 mice and 2 rats! Cathi Graham: I am very satisfied with the actual service HOWEVER I am disappointed that TRULY. NOLEN can not seem to retain their excellent employees! For many years the individual who was in charge of our termite service ( he did not do the actual work) but he inspected and spent a great dal of time explaining what needed to be done! He was very familiar with our home and our issues! The technicians were also excellent as there is a real advantage in having continuity- They were able to follow up so efficiently as they had history and knowledge of our needs! Alas we no longer have the three individuals as they no longer work for Truly Nolen!! It is also difficult to set up appointments as I often have to wait for a call back. The individual who does our regular pest inspections does a great job and he has been with us for several years. :The work TRULY NOLEN does is excellent! but your customer service and employee continuity is lacking! Anthony L: Payed in full for pest control. Kept getting billed monthly. This happened three times. Had to stop running my corporation to deal with them. The field manager and tech were wonderful. Office was mentally challenged. The office manager was one rude lady. She acted like I did something wrong instead of fixing the problem. When a customer pays in full they are doing the company a favor. They should not have to call and argue with them to stop billing them monthly over and over and over again.

Javier Huertas: Unfortunately I’m very disappointed in this company. I scheduled an estimate for Friday morning from 8:30a-9:30a. I usually take my son to daycare at that time but decided to keep him home that day in order to be home for the estimate. At 9:50a, after no call & no text message letting me know they were on their way, I called. Fernando answered the phone, I let him know nobody showed for the estimate. He let me know they had an issue with the company car and forgot to call me to reschedule. Although that, in itself is very unprofessional, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & asked when we would be able to reschedule. He asked me what time was the earliest he could pass by the next day (Saturday) & I told him the same time was fine, 8:30a-9:30a. I rearranged my day today to be home for the estimate. Unfortunately he no showed me again. No text. No call. Complete lack of consideration for my time. Very, very disappointed.
Laurel Ann Burnett: Each and every time I call the office. They fit me in to their busy schedule. Top notch quality, care and customer service. It is very very rare to find superb quality of service now a day. I recommend Mondragon Pest Control and trust them 100% with any and all home pest issues. In South Florida we MUST stay on top of termite protection for our homes. They are THE BEST. I have tried so many other huge corporate companies. None compare!

Enrique Dominguez: Hulett Inspectors were called to our home to check on termite infestation over a year and a 1/2 ago. Hulett kept their appointment and came on time. Once on the property, they went into the attic to identify the termite area. Afterwards, they explained their findings, gave us a very informative plan of action, the cost, fumigated the area, and returned a year later to refumigate as planned. Second fumigation was in the initial pricing. Before calling Hulett, I researched 2 of their competitors and as well asked my closest neighbors. 2 out of 5 neighbors chose Hulett and were satisfied with pricing and service. The other 3 neighbors chose 2 other nationally known companies and 1 local. They were not as satisfied. In a short period of time, the electrician was able to complete a substantial task list. He was quite competent and well-informed. The work was done to a high standard, and the price was reasonable considering the electrician was licensed.
Virginia Todd: Prompt, courteous service. The bed bug exterminator was pleasant to chat with over the phone. Friend and expert. He came to fix the bugs. His manners and communication were impeccable. Their pest control is recommended.

michael larimore: I have had our house tented several times over the past 17 years. Darn Quick was much better than the previous companies. We have a lot of expensive landscaping against the house that had been destroyed in previous tentings. I told Darn Quick that I needed to avoid killing these plants. They did an excellent job of tenting around the plants, for the first time nothing was killed!!! They were very professional and told me exactly what they were going to do. They arrived on time and kept me informed at each step in the process. Most importantly they were trustworthy - I was quite pleased with Rodolfo, the actual gas man. I can highly recommend them without reservation.

We were lucky our neighbours rescued our dogs as the situation could have been worse. Overall I recommend better work ethic.

This year I did not notice the bill again and when I called them to pay, the owner refused to accept my payment this time..of course, termites might be back soon...smart guy...never will call them again...not reliable at all

First it was Abel and David really did a great job on teaching us about the termites and what to look for to make sure they are gone if not when to call them. They were professional and informative which gave me piece of mind that they really know what they are doing and care about my home like if it was their own. Same with James who came later on in the day for pest control. Very attentive and made sure to get every nook and cranny. Made sure to leave extra traps to check or catch any ants or roaches that might linger. joaquin garuz: 1st visit was ok, but the follow up never happen. We were told it would take a few visits initially to resolve the issue, but they failed to come back as scheduled to keep the trearment going. Now we may be starting frlm scratch! I called and the person on the phone sounded like she was not surprise that they didnt do the follow up... Ive paid a subscription in advance so that i am not getting a call from the tenant and unfortunately I still ended up getting one... Service: Cockroach extermination
James Covey: I have used Truly Nolen for many years, and in general, the technicians have been knowledgeable and effective. However: I have been calling for seven months (7) to have the area treated that is covered under our annual protection plan against termites. On a multiple occasions, a technician has arrived, only to say that they were not informed of the issue. I have been told that equipment would be brought; it wasn’t. I have been told the problem would be handled in days; it has not been. I have been told a variety of people would call me; instead, they have foisted that responsibility on an excellent employee who does not have the latitude to make purchasing or scheduling decisions unilaterally. The company, however, has been very quick to call to make sure that it had my new credit card number. My previous experience with the company has been so good, that I hope I have reason to change this review, but at this moment, I am seeing more winged insects spawning from inside my home, in the area that has been untreated for months. I am I sure whether to call Florida’s Department or Agriculture or anyone else who might be able to help. Edit: having complained online, and emailing Ginny below, I have received confirmation of scheduling of a service appointment. Again, the tech who services our property has been extremely helpful, I am disappointed beyond compare that I needed to complain in this fashion for action to be taken.

L K: This company has been servicing my property since Feb 2019 for termites. (I have a contract with them which I paid annually) As of today, I still have the problem, they keep sending technician and still the problem persists. I understand that this is the peak of the season, but when you call, they give you an appointment for almost a month later, since they are booked, but to give you an appointment and never showed up and not even a courtesy call this is a proof of the poorly job that they have been performing in the past few years. This company used to be very professional with great service but not anymore. My suggestion is to look for another company. Not recommended at all. Service: Termite extermination

Alejandro Baca: After almost a year we are canceling the service, lack of service, not in the quantity neither quality promised and continuous last minute changes on scheduled visits without knowledge/consent of the customer. nitza cangahuala: Truly Nolen provides very good service. My carpenter ant problem is under control every since I started to use Truly Nolen. The exterior spray treatment is very effective and safe for my pets. Luigi, my Truly Nolen representative is always on time, and answers all my pest control questions and gives me suggestions on how to maintain my outdoor vegetation to prevent pest from nesting on the grounds. joana Fdez: Very professional and detailed company. Carlos did a free inspection under a heavy rain and explained the treatment options and prices. Very professional and knowledgeable. I checked other companies and decided to do my termites treatment with them. The technician names Dennys was very professional, organized and efficient. Still can’t review the results since they just did the treatment but I will leave and update. So far very satisfied with Truly Nolen because of the professional quality of these two employees.
