Jonathan Harcell Darauche Manrique: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was visiting Miami with my family for the very first time, so we tried a guided tour. Obviously I had to try a second tour with them, this time South Beach, and as expected it was perfect.Services: City tours, Group tours
Response: Thank you dear for your Feedback

Adam Ardakanian: Positive: QualityMy parents and I did the free walking tour of Wynwood with Christian. He was an amazing tour guide and was so knowledgeable of the local area and the street artists. Miami-Dade Transit: what do users think?

Luis Ruano: Dear Miami dade transit. It would be nice to make an announcement that on holidays like today maybe 27th of 2019 there will be no regular bus schedule. I took my regular 5 am bus to dadeland boulevard and 88st to find out that route 73 won’t be running on a regular schedule. After checking the bus schedule last night to make sure it would had regular hour and it said it did and today I find out it doesn’t. I wish you guys would consider riders as much as you guys love your paychecks

kyle figueroa: Unfortunately, my car is in need of repairs that are more costly than my budget can manage this summer. As a result I have had to depend on public transportation daily as a means to get to and from work. Being that I live in downtown Miami and work in Cutler Bay, taking Uber every day would be counter productive. Miami-Dade County Public Transportation has proven itself completely unreliable over and over again. After paying for my day pass, many times I end up having to pay for Uber anyway because the bus is late, the train is delayed or it breaks down during transit. Now I've lost my money that I've paid for my ride, I've lost the money I've had to pay for my Uber and I've lost money from the time I'm losing from work by showing up late. Not to mention my reputation at work and rapport with my superiors are being tarnished. Wednesday, July, 24th, The Brickell station was out of service and we were all told shuttle buses were coming to take us to Viszcaya. Once we reached Viszcaya and mounted the train, it broke down on Douglas and we had to wait for the next one. I reached my destination at Dadeland South Station, transferred to the 38 Busway Max only for that but to break down on 173rd street. I lost an hour from my paycheck that day. Today something was wrong with the train because it was going less than half of the speed it was supposed to and literally waiting 5 minutes at every stop before proceeding. Same thing, I transferred to the 38 Busway Max (this time, one of the newer buses) and the bus broke down around 144th st making me an hour late again. This is now $50 that I've lost just this week due to a faulty public transit system. My job is now requesting that I start work an hour later than usual and I'm now going to lose that hour of work every day. I am extremely disappointed that I have been consistently paying for a service that time and time again fails me. The worst part is that right now, public transportation is my only option and I am stuck having to rely on this unreliable source of transportation until I am able to fix my vehicle.

Patricia Knowles: 95 Express Civic Center bus to golden glades and Aventura have no consideration for rider schedules. Hospital and Civic Center workers get off at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:00 and bus leaves area at 2:20, 3:20 and 4:45 almost empty. The next bus comes 15 - 20 minutes or more later, and riders often have to stand up. Employees have to leave work early if they want to catch a bus at a reasonable time. The morning are just as bad. Downtown bus runs ever five minutes and Civic Center ever 20 - 30 minutes.

KINDNESS ACTIONS: I went on the MetroMover for a little while - that's a fun free thing to do (once) that goes high around Miami with good views . However an alpha male Latino entered in with his family and kind of took my spot by just ignoring my presence as if I was invisible. kind of demeaning in - normally oh I would have objected or made a scene seen or done something but you know when you're at at a place for the 1st time you're just trying to be polite - plus he had his adult daughter who had a baby so i can only imagine how they would use that as a 'weapon' if there was an argument. I don't mind making space for the elderly or a mother with baby etc but the alpha latino didn't even bother being polite about it- nonetheless i turned the cheek & walked over to a different part of the tram pretty rude - I would call it Latino Supremacy 👎. Muy mal

C N: The worst transit system ever! Trains are constantly late or break down. One of the Easy Card machines at Palmetto Station took my $20 and didn't load my card. I've been trying to get a refund for over 2 months and the employees just keep telling me to wait.

Dillon D.: Worse conditions ever. Do you see the word Authority missing? That is bc greedy nasty politicians converted Transit from an independent Authority into part of local government (25 yrs ago approximately) so they could allocate (steal) money. When visiting other places, the word Transit is generally followed by the word Authority. Why is this so important? This is supposed to be a Federally Regulated SAFETY transportation industry. When local governments get involved, turning transportation into politics, it becomes a great risk to everyone's safety & how many unnecessary deaths will occur. The director has NO hands on experience in the industry. Is college educated but without experience, every single detail is theoretical rather than experiential. The routes are outdated by 20 years or better so none are efficient. They outsource a lot of routes to private companies, which is supposed to be illegal under the Federal Safety Regulations. When routes are outsourced, safety is highly compromised for many reasons. One is economic. These outsourced drivers are not properly compensated. The reason you want the appropriate wages for your driver's is very simple. The less worry a driver has of becoming homeless the safer they operate. Next, they need to be able to afford to live in a decent quiet neighborhood for adequate & required sleep for the safe operation of their job. The actual transit operators here make $10/hr LESS, than nearly all other major cities. The outsourced routes to private companies only make $8 to $12/hr, which is not enough to survive in a city like Miami. To have a driver earn such a low income is a crime & a safety risk for us all. Next the equipment is being replaced finally, but is still substandard on many routes. The drivers for actual MDT are dropping dead at an average age of 55 bc of the substantial abuse & mistreatment from the employers plus what is allowed by the passengers without any type of resolution planned. They have to deal with cultures of ppl whom do not obey our laws, rules, nor safety regulations. There are solutions, but they are not even bothering, even though it could help extend the life expectancy of their drivers to match the national average & maybe even get to retire, plus reduce liability & expenses from unnecessary accidents. Most now, are currently not getting to retire or not for long, bc they are dropping dead before retirement or shortly after. Look for Transit Alliance! This guy came here from another country & is doing his best to address what he sees needs fixed for the betterment of us all. I will be giving him the full details of what I've learned! I also want to start making instructional videos to help ppl get around Miami & the Beach best & reduce hassle for everyone! Ppl deserve to live long happy lives! All ppl, even the cultures that don't yet follow our safety rules & laws could be resolved with some real initiative!

RJ B: The dirtiest and most unreliable transit system in all major US cities. Go to Chicago, Atlanta, or Philadelphia Miami-Dade transit (MDT) and learn a few things in mass transit. Buses/trolleys don’t pay attention to basic travel rules and almost hit pedestrians. Contact the city transit and receive no response. Metrorail trains are on a “special” schedule that varies daily due to the fact they break down frequently. The fact you have delays within an hour of starting up service in the morning speaks volumes to how pathetic MDT performs.

Jordan Clar: Bought a monthly train pass for $114.50, got my metro card, got a receipt. Went to go scan my train pass, and it didn't work. My train left without me and I had to take an uber home, with my $114.50 piece of plastic. What a waste of money. And there are no employees around to help, and the phone lines aren't open outside of business hours. Other than that, aside from being sexually harassed by the men lurking around the train stations, the trains have all been on time with only minor delays. The trains come pretty often during rush hour which is very convenient.

Christopher Warren: The bus drivers for Miami Dade transit are anti-cyclist. I own a foldable bike that folds down to fit into a suitcase, and I was trying to catch the 119 south to the Aventura mall. When I flagged the bus there were two bike spots available in the front of the bus. When I place my bike on the rack and got on the bus. The bus driver refused to let me on the bus. She said the bike rack leaned to low, so then I asked her if I could fold the bike down and ride on the bus. She told me no again. Miami Dade transit either needs to make sure their bike racks function properly or let their bus drivers let foldable bikes on the bus like every other major city does.

Ant J: Decent service for getting to the airport and south Miami Dade. Wish there was more connecting/frequent service to western Miami Dade. Timeliness has improved but can still be improved upon (mainly buses always have difficulty arriving on time vs early/late).

Lincoln Road: what do users think?

Jason Brown: Cool shopping district in Miami Beach. Plenty of shops in some old historical buildings of the art deco style. They had a lot of Christmas stuff out so the trees and stuff were lit up. It's a tourist trap but it is easy to navigate and beautiful if you're into that kind of stuff. Plenty of shopping, eating, and places to grab a drink .

Kara Williams: Most fun shopping experience I had while in Miami! There are a plethora of restaurants to choose from, lots of shops, and tons of photo opportunities. A must-have on your bucket list for Miami! (The patriotic mural photos were taken outside of the Panizza restaurant)

Artistiqly Xpressive: Lincoln Road is filled we so many surprises, from food, to drinks, to boutique and art shopping! Oh! I almost forgot to mention dancing! I found a great rooftop bar for Latin Dancing there as well! #skyyard

Abhishek Gupta: Amazing place to walk around, shop and enjoy delicious food options. We personally love "7 spices" because of the variety in the food menu as well as the ambience. They also have Shisha which adds to its appeal. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you are visiting Lincoln road in Miami.

Maurice Zadeh: Beautiful all around! Shopping, no cars, great island style water fountains and landscaping! Great dining opportunities!

Anastasia Wilson: Great place to eat and shop! There’s also stands that sell! I would definitely suggest going here in Miami.

Yakup Content AI Manager: Wonderful area to hang around ! Definitely worth visiting place with live music, good food and the beach nearby! Just be prepared to look for a parking slot!
Response: Thanks for the great review!

Steven Díaz Zalduondo: This is a nice place to go shopping. They have a great variety of stores.I found the place a little outdated and some areas looked dirty.
Response: Thanks for the review!

Ardi: Lively with usually a lot of foot traffic. Street music, fountains, statues, places to rest and sit and watch life go by. Outdoor seating for many restaurant. A lot of shopping choices. Worth the visit.

Lanash Lath (Dezignstar): One of my fav places to walk around in Miami daytime or at night. You can grab food, hookahs, dessert and listen to street musicians and plenty of vendors selling all sorts of jewelery and hand made items. There are cool art installations around as well for u to admire.

R: Follow signs for Miami mover 3rd floor of airport to greyhound terminal which leaves the airport and goes to the bus lot, takes 2 minutes and free.

Shaun McCreedy: Bus never showed up, couldn’t refund ticket, then another driver tried to extort an additional $15 from us to take the next bus. What a joke

Big Bus Tours Miami: what do users think?

Anujan Anton Jerad: Definitely the best night tour I have ever had. Our guide Carolina really knows how to do her job. Its was interesting hearing her guide. She explained everything very well. I highly recommend to all to try this tour. It's worth it you will not regret. Little advice: don't forget to take sweater with you 😉.
Response: Dear Anujan Anton Jerald, Thank you for your nice feedback. It’s great to see that you had a blast with Carolina. We will make sure to pass on the praise to her and the night tour team. Kindest Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Shelly Almaguer: Excelente!!! Excellent !!! We were in Miami last week and we took the night tour bus with Michael!!! He was great and very funny , we had a great time !! Started raining and he never stop talking about the city , he is a great guy ! Very professional and nice person ! Please give a rise to this guy !!! Best tour I ever had ! Thanks !
Response: Hey Shelly Almaguer, WOW!!!! amazing to hear your feedback on our night tour and we are proud to have Michael on our team! We will make sure to pass on the praise to him and the team! Kindest regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Kon Gruffey: Book the night tour!!! Carolina was a excellent guide!! Funny, interesting, witty and informative!! The sights are so beautiful with the lights, and the different perspective of being up higher. Super fun, good for everyone!!
Response: Kon Gruffey, Your our wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us. We will make sure to pass on the good praise Carolina. Best Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Karen Garcia, Realtor - Woodbridge, VA: I thought that they were going to let us know when ever we got to a new stop on the mic but instead the had headphones that were not offered when getting on the bus. I saw some on the floor and they were broken. Overall it was alright pretty cool to see the city as a passenger. When using the app to be honest it was kinda stressful cause the app was not synced with where the buses were actually at so we were at the stop earlier then needed.
Response: Dear Karen & Carlos Garcia, Thank you very much for your honest feedback. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience we might have caused on the day of our travel with us. We offer brand new headphones to each one of our customers (or more is needed), anyhow it seems that on the day of your travel, we failed to indicate that the headphones are located on the lower deck of our vehicles. In order to avoid this situation from happening in the future, we have now added poster on the stairs indicating for our customer to ensure to get a headphone downstairs. Also, we have called in all of our drivers for further training and headphones was certainly a part of that training. About the app, we offer a live location bus tracking on our app. Anyhow, we are now investigating what happened on the day of your travel with us to ensure this was a one off situation. Lastly, we would like to encourage you to be in touch with us direct via our live chat on our app or website if you feel there is anything else would like to point out to us or want to discuss your points any further. PS: thank you so much for posting the pictures of your experience with us. Thank you! Best Regards, Big Bus Team.

Amanda H.: We took a night tour with Michael, and it was great! He was informative and kept things fun (think playing Miami-ish music like Pitbull while driving around the lit up city). It’s the perfect way to get a high-level overview of what Miami is about. Highly recommend!
Response: Amanda H., We're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations! Also, thanks for your comments on Michael, we will make sure to pass on the praise to the team. Best Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Jharlinne Miranda: The night tour was amazing!!! Such an awesome and fun experience! Definitely recommend the big bus for tours in Miami! Michael, our tour guide, was incredible! He was funny, educational and made the entire experience for us unforgettable! I am definitely coming back & will recommend Big Bus & Michael to everyone! A huge thanks to Michael & the Bug Bus!
Response: Dear Jharlinne Miranda, Thank you for the great 5 Star review as well as a nice comment on Michael. I are glad you have enjoyed our Night Tour and we look forward to welcome you on any other BB city around the world! Best regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Angie Santiago: The poor customer service definitely ruined part of the experience. If you have the city pass, go directly to their representative super early or the day before to make a reservation. They will not accept the city pass “10 minutes before” like they told us when we inquired (night tour). We had to learn the hard way and came three different nights. As for the tour, I suggest you do it if you’re not a Miami native. You do get a scope of the city as well as some interesting facts. Overall okay experience.
Response: Angie Santiago, We are glad to see that you have enjoyed our Night Tour! However, we regret to hear that you had this experience in reserving a spot on the night tour. It is a very popular tour and for pass customers we work on a first come first serve bases. That said, we will make sure to improve the redemption experience as we want to ensure this issue does not repeat in the future. Thank you for your honest feedback and if there is anything you would like to discuss further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at infomiami@bigbustour.com, we will be glad to assist you. Kind Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Agustin Barrientos: Not recommended at all. Look, I really like the idea behind Big Bus Tours. In fact, I've used their service in other cities, but the service provided in Miami was awful. We paid for a Deluxe ticket, the one that gives you two days on the bus, a visit to the Everglades, and the Miami Millionaire's Row Cruise tour. We went to the Everglades first. The first thing we found out is that they don't actually take you to the Everglades in the bus –as they promote– but on a ~15 passengers van with so little space that people could barely move to the seats. Also, they don't ask people to wear masks, dangerous and unethical considering how small the place is and that we all were there for 45 minutes. Once arrived, we found out that the Everglades National Park is under construction, so expect to find everything dirty and noisy. That's not related to Big Bus, though. However, they could've mentioned it. Anyway, before getting on the boat, the coordinator told us the activities included and said that once finished, we had until 12:30 to do whatever we wanted, like having lunch or visiting the gift shop. The activities ended at 11:45, and we still had 45 minutes, so we ordered some food. As soon as the coordinator saw us there, he came to us and told us, "We're waiting for you to leave, are you ready?". We told him we were not ready as we were about to have lunch and mentioned what he had said to us before about the itinerary; he got mad and left. This is getting long, so I'll summarize the rest. On the following day, we made the Red Loop (Green tour). The staff had the same energy as the coordinator from the previous day. They definitely didn't want to be there working. On the other hand, the short hours of operation, plus the 1-hour frequency, make it not worth it. The buses don't have Wi-Fi as they promote, and the live tracking works intermittently and only for one bus at a time. Not recommended.
Response: Dear Agustin Barrientos, We appreciate all and every single feedback and thank you very much for your as it helps us to improve our services and tours! We operate a 57 seater coach to transport people to everglades. At the day of your travel with us, we did have an issue with one of our drivers and in order not to cancel the Everglades tours we have used one of our local supplier to transport you to the Everglades. That being said, we will be investigating your report to ensure your experience does not repeat in the future. We are currently operating from 10 am to 5 pm every hour. In order to make the most of our Hop-on Hop-off facility we offer a live location of our buses on our app so customers can make the most of the 1 hour on each of the neighborhoods in Miami. Also, we have seen the picture you posted of one of our buses. Unfortunately at the day of your travel we have experienced extreme heavy rain and our engineering team is looking into fix the issue with the leakage on water inside the bus. I would like to encourage you be in touch with us direct to see if there is anyway we can make it up to you for any inconvenience we may have caused to your on the day of your travel with us. Please contact us at infomiami@bigbustours.com and mention this conversation and we will take it from there. Once again, thank you for your feedback and please apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused to you. Kindest Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Lucas Lencina: Great bang for the buck, we bought our bus and boat tickets and all worked well. the views from the bus and boat were great. Easily done in one day. Big shout out to the guys from Big Bus at Bayside. Nice people.
Response: Hi Lucas Lencina, Thank you so much for your positive comments about Big Bus Tours Miami! We are glad you could take advantage from our combo ticket with the boat ride on Biscayne bay. Kind Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Richard Lopez: Big fan of the Big Bus tour and make it a thing to go every year at least once. It's a great way to learn about your city. Update: Big Bus has been going through some challenges post COVID they have cut some stops and there is no on deck tour guides like the past. Expect just the guided headphone tour.
Response: Dear Richard Lopez, It is nice to see you again and thanks for your feedback! We have improved our routes and after some studies we have reduced the number of stops so we can keep a nice 30 min frequency along the route and you can continue to explore the city and use the stops to really explore the city at your own pace. We can assure you that the stops removed from the route does not affect the main hotspots and landmarks of our tour. As the commentary, we have made to change to keep consistency and accuracy on facts and stories. Anyhow, we still offer live guided tours on our daily Night Tour if you wish to experience the city with one of our guides. Thank you and we appreciate you feedback! Kind Regards, Big Bus Team Miami

Freebee: what do users think?

Frannie Dee: June 2022. Fascinating. Ride in a tesla got me from Walgreens to my house inside BiscaynePark. I'm 68, computer illiterate, technologically challenged. I dialed them on the phone using the business card given me by TECHY phone repair next to OfficeMax. They get paid (my guess) like waitresses, and would like tips. I had to specifically say BISCAYNE PARK, because the gal on the phone kept thinking Aventura, telling me I was out of the area that they service.

Daniel George: Bryan picked us up promptly. It was a pleasure to ride with him again, especially when he remembered us! We had a lot of grocery bags and ended up leaving one in the Freebie car. Bryan went the extra mile, contacted management to get our phone number so he could let us know we forgot our bag. Then he made a special effort and returned our bag to us. We are so thankful! Bryan is just the right kind of ambassador for the Freebie car service - friendly help for residents and visitors to Key Biscayne.

Melisa Estrada Bustamante: I’m using freebee service at 2Midtown and it has been a pleasure having Letty as driver, she received you always with the best smile, she is kind and has an excellent energy to work.

Stasia DeMarco: Free rides?? Amazing drivers? Electric vehicles? How could NOT adore Freebee. Much 💕

PS: I tend to sometimes take the Aventura Freebee, when in need, being I share a car, so having access to Freebee is great and convenient. Every time I´ve taking the Freebee, it has been a top notch experience in many aspects...clean vans, good driving as well as kind, caring and friendly drivers such as Isaias, Veronica and Lance, just to name the few and have had on more than one occasion. Last but not least, there is Mr John Janusz(who I believe is Development Director of Freebee) is very professional and always an email away if you have any questions or concerns, he has always addressed my questions/emails in a timely manner and seems to truly care about satisfying and helping customers. I´m looking forward to the supposed new upgrades/additions to the Aventura Freebeee, YEAH!!

Peter Dishaw: Freebee is great. Drivers are really nice. Remember at busy times and heavy traffic, you have to be lucky to get one fast. Plan accordingly.

Hayley Ranson: The driver Letty is absolutely amazing. She runs the shuttle in midtown and every time I ride with her she makes my day! I’m constantly impressed by her professionalism and vibrant personality. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Loredana Aiello: I’m getting freebee service temporary from my residence building and it has been a pleasure having Letti as a driver, she always has a good energy to work and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

Carlos Rodriguez: Letty is the kindest and most personable person I‘ve met. I love riding with her because she make every morning special and her great attitude makes every trip truly delight.

Betty Qt: Great service 👏 the app is horrible but if you call them directly early they're good.
Response: Hi Betty, I am sorry that you experienced difficulties with the Ride Freebee mobile app. Yesterday, we provided rides to nearly 2,500 people and a couple dozen of them were first time riders, so I would really like to look into the issue that affected you. Would you be so kind as to email us any details and, if possible, screenshots so that we can troubleshoot this issue for you so that you can take advantage of the service that we offer? Routes Car Rental: what do users think?

Gia X: These people are racist and rude . They told us that we needed a 2500$ deposit at first and then they said “can you do 2100” instead . No set price for the deposit it’s all about how you look ! They charge a different deposit amount to different people . I heard some people get a 500$ deposit some 300 why ours was over 2,000?? And we are working people !? Never again . Beware ! Please rent from the car rental Places at the airport ! It’s legit and fair
Response: Gia good morning. We apologize that our staff was not up to our usual standards. We train our staff to always conduct themselves in a professional manner, and we apologize you did not have a positive experience. Your feedback is valued, thank you for taking the time to share it with us. Regarding the security deposit, it is specified in our terms and conditions: THE COMPANY request a security deposit up to $2,500 to rent the car. This value depends: Days of the rental, type of car, insurance presented, and other factors; this is the reason that this value can vary.

Hollywood: I booked this company with a priceline deal. I was sort of leary because of the very low price they were offering, seemed too good to be true. But I didn't have any issues with my rental. My Pick up and drop off was hassle free for me. This place is not at the airport tho. The bus comes to take you to the lot of cars. So my experience was okay and I didnt have any compliants. I would definitely book with them again.
Response: Thanks! Great service is one of the ways we like to set ourselves apart. Thanks for the recognition, we will share it with our team. We hope you visit us again soon!

Lacey Watson: Rented with them and the initial pick up was smooth.. however, 2 weeks later I have not received my deposit back. I've tried to call several times and you can only leave a message, I've emailed with no response and eventually I've had to do a dispute with my bank. This company has no customer service or live person you can talk to.. also they charged my account an extra $12 and I have no receipt to show why.
Response: Good morning Lacey. The refund of the security deposit was made yesterday to your account. If you need any additional informtion, our customer care team would love to help resolve any disputes you may have. Please give them a call at (877) 877-1800, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Audra Beerman: By far the worst experience of my life with a rental don’t be penny wise pound foolish, go with a real company. I made a reservation for $300 I called and said my flight was cancelled the person on the phone said I could pick up my car the next day “subject to availability “ I said I understand that my car may not be available but would there be a car and he said yes. I get to the location (which you have to take a van to) only to be told they have no cars. The manager who was very nice told me to wait and although he was super nice I got completely ripped off. They didn’t have any cars but miraculously found one at almost triple my original priced reservation at well over $700 for the same time and a much smaller car. Everything about this situation was wrong.

Shahab Oveisgharan: The worst car rental experience ever. Upon the car drop off, the lady charged me 41 dollar for a little bit sand on the carpet. I complained to the manager, named Erwin, that I haven’t seen any where in car rental for charging vacuuming the car. His response was that we should charge you 75 dollar. I told him I can vacuum the car myself and it shouldn’t take more than 1 minute. He told me now is too late. I ended up paying 41 dollar for vacuuming. Also, they told me they don’t accept my Canadian insurance for liability and I ended up paying 150 dollar for car liability. I have never ever seen such impolite customer experience in my life.
Response: Hello, We'd love to hear about your experience so we can better assist you. Our customer care team would love to help resolve any disputes you may have. Please give them a call at (877) 877-1800, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm We apologize, and we hope you give us a chance to impress you in the future.

Shane Marsh: Hands down one of the worst experiences i ever had renting a car. I made my reservations online and when i got there the price was completely different with a vague explanation which the associate could not explain. Returned the car and had difficulty getting my deposit returned to my card long after the described time frame which i was told.
Response: Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry, with the information provided on the message we cannot locate any reservations. Please, send us the details of your reservation, rental agreement number or reservation ID so we can place the agreement to reviews@rentcar.rent.

Darwin Cipion: Please don't do it to yourselves. Service is awful and they do not disclose all fees and extra charges. Ruined the beginning of my trip! Also what a dump when you walk in feels like a butcher shop.
Response: Darwin good morning. We appreciate your review and your comments regarding the rate for your rental. Many factors that present themselves at the time of the rental can influence a rate or cause additional charges to be assessed. Some but not all of these common fees including additional driver or under age driver fees, insurance requirements, fees associated with geographical restrictions and other fees that represent fees that are passed through to municipal authorities like airports and other taxing entities, all can cause the price of the rental to be higher than expected. Your feedback is valued, thank you for taking the time to share it with us.,

Lynval: If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is a SCAM!!!! I came into Miami because my dad was having surgery at Jackson Memorial and I needed a rental car. I pre-paid with Expedia for a one day rental but when I got there they claimed I had to put $2500 as a down payment for a day rental of a car that they were asking $40 for. I told the guy at the desk that that’s an outrageous price and to try to find me another car. So I asked him how do you plan on competing with the major car rental agencies when you charge over 10 times for a down payment? Then the guy at the desk got upset with me and told me he’s refusing to give me a car or find me another one. The worst customer Service experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been running cars for over 20 years. STAY AWAY from this place!!!!
Response: Thanks for renting from Routes. We apologize that our staff was not up to our usual standards. We train our staff to always conduct themselves professionally, and we apologize you did not have a positive experience. Your feedback is valued, thank you for taking the time to share it with us.

Brian Nunez: If your trying to find a rental and your flying in you cannot be late they will charge you fully for the rental. It’s like rating a scam company, they said they modified it when we originally called about our flight being delayed but actually just waited for us to show up to try and tell us they can only hold reservations for two hours even though they took our money already. Wouldn’t recommend for someone with basic common sense.
Response: Hello, We'd love to hear about your experience so we can better assist you. Our customer care team would love to help resolve any disputes you may have. Please give them a call at (877) 877-1800, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm We apologize, and we hope you give us a chance to impress you in the future.

ana gabriela gonçalves davilla: Be aware before renting. The deposit for renting the car is the highest I have ever seen 500! And the insurance you would have to purchase also an absurd! 40 a day! So the car you would rent for around 300 in a week would actually cost you at least double :)
Response: We respect and value the feedback of all of our customers. We appreciate your review and your comments regarding the rate for your rental. Security deposit may be used to pay any amounts owed to the rental agency under Rental Agreement terms and conditions at the end of the rental. It is charged against the customer's credit card at the moment of pickup and will be released once the rent ends. The refund of the security deposit takes between 10 and 15 business days. Thank you very much for your comment

Peacock Park: what do users think?

Christina G. lovelife: Love it and I could bring my dog and my son at the playground at the same time.

MM 360 Agency: Great place to visit with your dog. The bay is a wonderful place to take in the ocean and watch the sunset in the evening.

zaida chirino: Beautiful place to spend a day outdoors and enjoy with family. Great for kids

Todd Chiles: Always a nice place to walk, however, the smell of trash throughout the shore line is awful. It's a shame, there is evidence of trash everywhere.

Mitchell Otero: Playing softball there , not a bad little field! South Florida club sports!!Parking kinda sucks but eh you may get lucky...

Wayne Porter: Great neighborhood park on the water with volleyball courts, biking paths, children's play areas, exercise equipment. Very little parking ( but I live next door)

Dr Chris Wagner: A wonderful family park! Great paths with a great soft material for the feet. Great exercise equipment. Nice fenced area for dogs to run free. A short but nice walk along the water. Benches throughout. Some playground equipment. Volleyball courts. A peaceful crowd of families. Just two blocks to Starbucks and restaurant. Parking a little lacking but usually available...

Claudia Santamaria: Such a beautiful hidden place in the grove... just walking in you start feeling you are in another world. Everyone there is so sweet and with a smile 😊 Food wise, their spicy egg casserole with chorizo has the right combination of ingredients to leave u happy for the rest of the day. The very berry mimosas are delicious and huge! I had to share mine with my sis 🍓 🍾

Norlan Tolon: Great place to sit and enjoy open space. Great dog park too!

Maria Paloma: Beautiful, wide open green space in the town of Coconut Grove with historic significance. Love that they offer soccer for the kids - also check out Glass and Vine, a delicious restaurant located in the park!

Brickell: what do users think?

Julio Diaz: The train is pretty clean, people is so helpful I like to try it out again, it is a really good option to go from Doral City to Brickell downtown

Mariale Padrino: It’s ver clean. Service is neat and people were cleaning all floor very carefully. I love being in places where people care about the environment and there weren’t any trash and metro stations used to have.

Mirosław Siemieniuk: My favourite station. I used to come here straight from Little Havana bus station also called Brickell. And travelled from here to Little Havana by a small trolley bus (free of charge).

Danilo Salazar: Metro is under used in Miami because of its limited reach. Anyway if you’re coming from the south or from the University of Miami to downtown it’s a quite good way of transportation. The metro is quite new but the stations need maintenance. During COVID masks while riding are required.

Jerry Schwartz: Excellent Greek restaurant. Delicious lamb gyro.. Served with fries hot and fast. Nicely priced lunch options.VERY friendly...perfect family run establishment. It's Always a good 'Feeling' to support the the 'locals'. Both financially and with a truly positive review.

Joe Miller: Located near the Financial District and the trendy Brickell neighborhood. Station is extremely crowded due to the area it serves. Lots of stores close by. Crossing South Miami Avenue can be tricky due to traffic volume.

Jody Pike: Easy to navigate to the top where the trains arrive and depart. It's always crowded (as it should be) and there's good security. Simple, efficient, and vibrant.

Sriteja Aluri: The elevator does not work any time properly. They never care about people going up in the mornings. Worst ever maintenance

Elias Kawa: This is the best stop in Brickell because the metro mover and the metro rail are less than 20 feet away from you. Easy access in and out.

Guadalupe Saballos: Is a great place whit restaurant's..a good mall..cinemas...it is a safe place to expend time to have fun..

Brickell Key Park: what do users think?

Alberto Nicanor Rosario Mendez: Beautiful! I went out of my way to get there because it looked amazing from the pictures and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful view of Miami no matter the side you look from

Robert Blake: A great place to walk. You can walk the entire key around the path bordering the water. Many benches to sit and enjoy the boat traffic.

Rosa Espindola: If I have to say more I'll get you to change your travels plans and get your ... down here. It's too cool for words. Smell, space, picture of "what's that" I can see. Anyway. Great.

Dipali Pritmani: Beautiful views of Miami but the parking costs $9/hr. Smaller park than expected.

paul orantes: Visited from Chicago, beautiful skyline and great place to take in the sites of Miami downtown

JASON EBELING: This is a beautiful Park on Key Brickell. It's Mostly used by the residents of Key Brickell, So it's not very busy, Lots of Dog walkers , Joggers and Senior walkers.. There is plenty of grass areas and above all else there are views like crazy of Downtown Miami, Brickell, and of the RickenBacker Causeway and Key Biscayne. So don't forget your camera. It seems pretty safe not alot of people causing trouble there, and there is police/ security that rounds all the time. It is a public park so you are allowed to go there and enjoy it as well, as the residents. they don't really advertise that, but your tax dollars helped build the park, you should be able to enjoy it as well. The only real downside to the park Is the parking situation. it's' terrible!! they really only have 1 large lot for the public, all the other parking is attached to the high rises and are for residents only. the parking garage is sort of central to the multiple little parks that are on the island, but can be a little bit of a walk to some parts of the parks, But the price is reasonable, and like I said it is kind of centrally located. There is only a few street spaces for parking and they are right in front of the parking garage so you might as well just go to the garage. Other than the parking situation the park is great I'm sure you will enjoy yourself!!

Branka Petrovic: Prettiest city views at night 💖

Carla Fernández Redondo: Nice park! With views! And you can walk around with your dog or go around practicing any sport! More crowded after 3pm in winter and 6pm on summer!

carlos bonaparte: The view here is amaamazing. I love how in one direction you can see the all the buildings. As the sun goes down it gets way better as the sun comes through the spaces between buildings. If you look the other way you can see the bridge, it's impressive. There's a trail most people seem to use for exercising, running, walking, or just enjoying the day with family, pets and all.

Maria Roberts: Walking around with the kids or using the boulevard as your jogging track is an undoubtedly the way to enjoy the view from here. Relax at the cafe for some fresh pastry and coffee or just take away a frozen yoghurt!

David T. Kennedy Park: what do users think?

Claudia Santamaria: I just started going to Kennedy park every week to the volleyball courts 🏐 and I love that is so close to the water, the view in the deck is so beautiful 😍 There’s always parking available in the early afternoon, and their trail is short but cute! From 11am-5pm enjoy a frozen lemonade from the truck in the parking lot 🍋

Christina Cheng: Great park to go for a walk or a jog. Has a nice view of the water from the bridge. There’s also a playground for kids, outdoor gym and exercise stations, 3 beach volleyball courts and a dog park. Plenty of picnic tables and benches for people to use. There’s also a frozen lemonade truck at the parking lot. The only down side is parking is hard to come by on weekends. There is a second parking lot near the sailing club though.

Maafin Paafin: Another great park in Miami. One of the best running paths in Miami. I liked the volleyball group and exercise facility. There is a nice Bay view from the watching deck. You can also bring your dog- your dog can play on the dedicated dog play zone.

David Behbahani: Convenient park with a small dog park attached. Nice place to walk, bike, or ride through as the route is mostly turf so it's nice and soft on joints. Clean place.

Hector Alejandro Perez Quintana: Great for walking your dog, running, meditation, calisthenics workout, sun bathing, beach volleyball, all outdoors and pure fresh air right next to the see

Kel Ruiz: My dog loves this site. Excellent park where your pet will be very happy

Joel Franco: Cool little park in historic Coconut Grove with benches for a meal. Boardwalk views of the water and mangroves are relaxing. There’s also a dog park, playground, volleyball court and several workout equipment throughout.

Jessica M Perigault Rios: Great for work out, nature's therapy, and relaxing. Love this Park

Jacqueline Telljohann: This is a nice little park along the bay. It's not super big, but it's really pretty to walk along the boardwalk on the bay. We were there for sunset and it was a good place to see it. Unlike many places in Miami, it has a free parking lot. It's not big, but that was a nice surprise. It's a nice place to visit.

Burak Öztürk: A wonderful quiet place. And there are a lot of squirrels, if you come here you should definitely bring food for them.

Hassle Free Garbage Collection Service: what do users think?

Judith Stone: They were on time, definitely called first to let me know they were in route, they were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. I also needed help loading a washer into my own pickup and they were more than happy to lend a hand. It’s small businesses like this that I am proud to support and recommend. Price was reasonable and service was spot on. Very thankful for their help, especially on a Friday and in cold weather!!

Pearl Watson: Every single thing about my experience was excellent. They came at my convenience the same day I called for help, both the guys they sent for the job were courteous and respectful, they were also mindful of other surroundings and efficient. At first I found the estimate for the work to be high, but by the time they were done, I was happy to pay the agreed amount. Thank you for your service.

Kathryn Hernandez: I called to get some boxes taken away from a recent move. I didn't have a lot but it was taking up too much space in the garage. The man I talked to was awesome on the phone. He emailed an estimate and they gave a final amount once they were done. It's pricey but I didn't have the time to figure out what to do with it. The average homeowner is definitely paying for a convenience. Overall, I'm glad I used the service.

Jack Cook: Both the management side and labour side of this service is amazing. They are responsive, accommodating, and very thorough throughout all the prep and execution phases. Our office is extremely satisfied with the service.

Kimberly Gillum: This business was very prompt in their service. The price was exactly what they quoted; no surprises or hidden cost. They showed up when they said they would. Very professional. I would use them again.

Cletus Terlumun: 5 star service provided in prompt fashion! My firm handles property insurance claims and we had a massive post-remediation clean-up job that needed to be done right away. The team came in clutch! Our client was very satisfied with how quickly they were able to return home.

Miami-Dade Expressway Authority: what do users think?

janet londono: My car has an I as in it and a number 1, in its plate, Sunpass has old machines that do not recognize them correctly, representative claims new machines with cameras are now being installed but, to do the job correctly , I still have to pay an enormous amount of money even though it was their mistake. Are we in a third world country? They steal from you in front of your face. I asked to speak to a supervisor who took 29 minutes to answer and could not give me the phone number nor email address of their headquarters. Anybody know this information that I need? Please be careful if your plate have I’s and 1’s. My license of course will be suspended if I don’t pay, how do you like that? 😡 Representative said she will send a complaint to headquarters, I will wait and see if they will reply to my request, or perhaps she never sent it to the ghost headquarters.

Anthony vescio: Every few months I receive an invoice for a vehicle that isn't mine. Sometimes they show a blurry tag number but most of the time they show the tag and it's not mine. I just received one for a white BMW. Tag number isn't remotely close to mine. Call the number to file a dispute several times today. The prompt has changed from the last time I called in April and I wasn't able to get a human on the phone. Stands to mention the last time I got a representative on the phone rude isn't a strong enough statement to describe how I was treated.

Jessica Soares: Every 2 weeks I receive a notice for a $30 toll that I already paid 3 months ago. They only charge the date. The picture is the same. Best part is that I haven’t had this temporary license plate since 2 month. It’s in a drawer in my house but some how 2 weeks ago I have a toll charge of $30 for it. Another factor, I only drive my car to take my dog to the park and there is no toll what’s so ever because it’s 5 blocks away. SCAMMERS. Stealing money from tax payers. I anyone knows someone I can contact about this... I have pictures of the to notices and payment confirmation.

Jose Vazquez: These people are a nightmare. They are disorganized, and try to deflect responsibility to Sunpass. We just got hit with a $1,000 bill from MDX for not paying tolls, when we have a Sunpass that works flawlessly. We sent the Sunpass statement to them, and they argue that even though the dates, times are the same our car was "on a different lane"??? Can you believe the nerve on these people? I might have to hire an attorney, but in the meantime I cannot renew my plate. We shouldn't be subject to this harrassment by our city's own inept government.

Amanda Martin: I received a bill from MDX in the mail with a black picture and them claiming the car in the picture is my car. They kept explaining how it was my tag. I kept repeating how in the world can you tell it is my tag.... customer service is filled with robots. They can easily bill whoever they want when they can’t read what car is in the picture. At the end of the day I still end up paying the bill even though they can’t even prove it’s me. NICE.

Carlos Segrera: Received invoice for "toll Charges" for $4.20. One violation goes back almost one year. Great collection system. Don't understand how this can happen, since I have automatic refill to my credit card. Another great system is your Toll Free telephone. Wasted more than 30 minutes on the phone. Dropped calls, messages saying "unable to place the call now". Fantastic way to use our money. Maybe I will receive an answer from you. Have a great day!!!!!!

Joe D: Whose idea was it to give MDX control over the DMV? With that much power, MDX doesn't have to care about whether they are charging for tolls already paid by SunPass, or billing you 8-12 months after the fact, in large batches that you cannot pay all at once, so they can assess a ridiculous "collections fee." Because all they have to do is wait for your tag to expire and they'll get whatever amount they want, since even the DMV cannot override MDX's "registration hold."

Sonia I. Castellanos: Last year (2018) I couldn't renew my car's Registration until I found out it was because of some toll charges. Ok, I paid everything and went in person to make sure nothing was outstanding. I called too, just to make sure. Fine, I got my Registration, everything was just fine, was. Today I received an invoice for unpaid toll from last year before my registration was due. It looks like I did not paid anything at all. Uhhhh, can someone explain this from all these FDOT, mdx and Expressway Authority?

Keith B: Found out I had a balance with them for their toll-by-plate even though I have a pre-paid toll service (Sun-Pass). Due to this balance, the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority was blocking me from renewing my registration. Never received a bill, and should never have received one, but paid the extortion fee just to be able to renew my registration.

Anissah Tomas: During November we were back and forth quite a bit in Miami because we were trying to get as much of our items out of what was left of our trailer in the Keys. We were living in Big Pine Key before the storm hit and evacuated to my brother's house in Miramar. Even though we had no other issues during this constant back and forth, somehow our Sunpass account was "not in good standing" for 3 transactions out of the hundreds that we did during the month. We moved to Tampa and my mom started her dialysis treatment which means that she gets home late and extremely tired. We wanted to resolve the issue sooner, because they charge ridiculous late fees, but because the account was under my moms name she had to be the one to resolve it and MDX customer service is not open on the weekends. We were sent to collections and my mom took the day off from work to resolve the issue. She asked the customer service rep how it was possible that we were being billed with mdx when we have not had any notices from sunpass that our account had any issues, and all she responded was at the time of the transactions, the account was not in good standing. This is blatantly a lie on their part because if that were the case, we would have been given a much higher bill. We were back and forth from the keys to Miramar for several days. The girl did offer to wave the 2 late fees which took $10 off of the $17 bill, but she wouldn't wave the collection fee and my mom had to remind her that she said she could save the 2 fees after she was about to charge her the full price. I appreciate the fact that they were at least decent enough to wave the 2 fees, but I still feel like this was a set-up from their part. I can't comprehend how its possible for the account to have been in bad standing for only 3 transactions. If we had a bad card or something to that effect, it would have been at least a weeks worth of tolls and we would have been notified by sunpass that there was an issue, and neither of those things happened

Wynwood Art Walk Tours: what do users think?

Marquaysa Battle: ***UPDATE: Brought my friends back like I said I would and the tour was amazing again!!!! My friends LOVED IT like I knew they would. And guess what? It felt like a completely different tour. I thought I saw everything there was to see in Wynwood and would just be along for the ride as my friends discovered cool things — but Lance (yep, I requested him again for the squad) showed us TOTALLY different gems this time. Worth the money fa sho. ---------‐------------- I put this on Trip Advisor where I booked my ticket but gotta drop it here too because of how truly dope the experience was!! 🎨🎨🎨 This was by far my FAVORITE part of my trip to Miami . This tour was fun, informative, and exciting from start to finish [for me AND my mama]. Lance was the absolute best tour guide ever. He knows SO MUCH about almost all of the street art in Wynwood from the ~number of paint cans used to whether the artist used a stencil or projector or went freehand. You could walk around yourself in Wynwood and snap pics of your favorite pieces but it just could never ever be the same without Lance providing such background info from the perspective of a longtime street art fan, Miami local, AND someone who is actually friends with some of the artists whose work you'll be seeing. Lance even happily stopped and took pictures of us in front of our favorite pieces. Truly a fabulous, incomparable experience. I'm bringing my friends back literally next month just so they can enjoy and learn what I did. 😀

B. Frederick: I had a great tour with Lance. Lance has been around the street art culture for over 40 years and it showed in his knowledge of the culture's history, different movements across the country, style, technique, the artists themselves and art history in general. I learned so much more than if I had walked around on my own. I highly recommend this tour.

Jonortet 86: We had a great tour through the district.

Danielle Deneroff: I highly recommend doing this tour! My group was between this tour and the wynwood walls tour. I am so happy I picked this one. Lance was an incredible tour guide. Super knowledgeable and was so fun to be with! He took pictures of our group and showed us all the ins and outs of wynwood. Thank you Lance!

Martin Carney: Excellent walk with Lance. His deep knowledge of street art gave us unique insights on each work of art we looked at, media used and the individual artists and their stories.

SprayCan Michael: This place is unbelievable the art work is everywhere..Take your family friends or loved ones and explore this awesome experience.

Ann Premazon: It's hard to really talk about one place when you're in this area because most people go to see the Wynwood Walls and end up seeing many walls painted in the area. The area is very cute and very artsy there's plenty of restaurants there's open air markets and there's several galleries. This is definitely half a day event so that you can get to see everything although it's normally talked about going into the museum I found that to be okay but the real art was outside of the museum. I'm attaching some photos that I took in the area I couldn't get over how many unique pieces and perspectives there were on several different walls. There's plenty to eat and drink there's lots of desserts but I think the true specialness is walking or driving several blocks in and around the museum. There are quite a few homeless on the street it was unsettling just a bit sad seeing so many people walking by so many that are destitute. Be safe and enjoy!

Brian Peddie: Absolutely awesome tour of Wynwood. It was so much better than just hitting the main attraction and unerring out. Our walking guide was able to explain the history, art, and artist which gave a superb overview of a bleed edge art form

Beth White: We had a fantastic time yesterday with Lance. It wasn’t our first tour and it won’t be our last. Each time he adds a new perspective and shows us something new. We got to meet a few artists and stopped by the paint store. We’re big fans and look forward to our next tour.

Shelby MYOB: Cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our golf cart tour and how much we got out of it. Left on our own, we probably would have walked around for a bit, wandered in a few shops and left it at that. INSTEAD, we rode around with Lance, who's a very cool dude, and got an education on wall art, on the neighborhood and on the artists . Lance was entertaining, and really informative. It's clear that he has a passion for Wynwood - he loves the place, the people and the art form. I would have paid twice as much for this opportunity. We bought are tickets online, and waited at the front of the parking garage for the cart while we had coffee at the local coffee shop. Important safety tip: Lance said Sunday morning is the best time to come because hipsters aren't awake yet, so it's less crowded.

Miami-Dade Transit Central Bus Facility: what do users think?

Alex: For an out of towner with luggage it was very useful. Gave us a good view of the scenery too. The employees were especially helpful, kind, and appreciated. Some of the Miami people however have appalling manners and need to learn to shift their wigs.

Jennifer LeMarco: Let me start off by saying that I've been riding these Miami buses and metrorail for over 10 years. After being treated rudely again for asking a question, I will say the truth that no one wants to hear. It's time for Miami Dade transit to do something about the racism of SOME black drivers. I am tired of being subjected to their rudeness towards me and others who are not of their race. I am tired of the double standards. I cannot say whether or not this happens to minorities with drivers of other races, but I have not experienced any rudeness from them. Something needs to be done.

Sandra Velazquez: Two buses broken, gone to garage. Two hours later because of rush hour, praying for a taxi to pass by. Usual to and from travel time is 3 hours. 6 hours if you have to take kids to Miami Children's from Hialeah. From Miami Children's can be a whole morning and afternoon as buses skip going to the bus stops. Friendly, helpful drivers. Horrible transportation system.

M Kha: Very unreliable bus network with extremely dirty roach infested buses. The Collins corridor connection with the airport is awful and confuses not just riders, but the Google itself. For years Google can't figure out where airport riders of 150 should transfer to/from the buses serving everything north of 41st st on Collins. The info that MDT is providing to Google is super outdated, and every time Google tries to get the answer it's always wrong. As of today, there is no easy way to transfer from 150 to the northboud service on Collins. Passengers, must drag their luggage across Indian Creek, keep walking east for one block to Collins on a very narrow sidewalk along a very congested 41st st, then cross even busier Collins, and walk 2 BLOCKS NORTH to all of the northbound beach buses. This is not explained in the trip planner and Google blindly just provides a false info that it receives from messy MDT IT department. This was an issue not for a year or 2, it's been a good 6-7 years since MDT restructured its service to save pennies, which in turn made the system useless for many riders. The only good thing about MDT buses is that some of their drivers are at least fast. I never cared about smiles and bs courtesy, just get me to my stop fast, we have handrail to hold on to, so a 5 star to all of the fast drivers. But I want to give 0 star for a total lack of enforcement of rules. People eat and being obnoxious on late night 120/L/S runs. Mentally ill are now sleeping on the S. The announcements about the conduct are gone. teens are playing loud music, taking more than one seat. The amount of trash and roaches on S and120 is overwhelming sometimes...This was not the case decades years ago. There were strict announcements and patrols to enforce these basic rules of conduct so the service could move smoothly. What happened?! The Google trip planner from the airport to anywhere north of 41st st is misleading too. Another express route between MIA and the north Collins corridor is a must, because currently it's a 3rd world transportation experience for everyone. Not to mention Hallandale is now completely unreachable since they got rid of the K. A Tri-Tail option via Golden Glades station with the E transfer is an outdated mess since the E has awkward routing through small neighborhood streets and insane loops where i have not seen anyone really get on or get off! It's 1h and 20 min to be exact, just from Golden glades station to Sunny Isles. Fare systems between tri-rail and MDT buses are not integrated either and confusing. You will also may end up waiting for hours in Golden Glades because the E rarely is on schedule. If there is a transfer involved, it will be miserable since most bus stops are in deplorable condition. The night service is the worse. Some S buses don't even show up, and if they do they are dirty and full of roaches and bums. The system is crumbling and it's planning is sloppy. Southbound Route H for example terminates a few blocks shy of where southbound L starts on Collins. Why?! Why not give people more transfer options southbound? The southbound stop on Collins at 43rd st is the ONLY place to transfer from all of the southbound buses to the the 150 airport bus, but the bus stop doesn't even have a shelter! There no announcements about the airport transfer, nothing on the screen warning riders that this is the only place to transfer to the airport. In fact the digital ticker has been broken on most buses for months and shows some nonsense codes. Little things here and there are absolutely overlooked for years. The bottom line, the MDT is a hot mess, with deplorable misleading transfer points. There has to be another express between the airport and Collins strip between 41st and Hallandale, to be useful for riders. Otherwise forget about this travel option and use Uber. Miami doesn't even have Car2go. Total 3rd world transportation city. What a shame...

Marina Varivoda: I decided to take a bus in order to escape 5:pm traffic at Dadeland South Station. Waited 25 min for what supposed to be an express 34 route. Two busses scheduled at 5:35 pm and 5:43pm never arrived !! And that's the day before Thanksgiven.. Not the first time..Thanks a lot miami dade transportation!! Overall bad bad bad service. Would not recommend.

Ada V: I do not judge all bus drivers for a rude one, but I would say that the male drivers are nicer than the women drivers...By the way G route needs better service, instead of every hour, at least every half hour.

Elizabeth Jones: Since the new driver changes on June 19, 2016, the bus driver ID 6799 does not drop me off at the bus stop. I get off on 132nd Ave SW 26th Street. The stop on the west side of W.R. Thomas. The driver would have to pull into the bus stop as you would have to turn in but this driver doesn't. I get dropped off in the street which is long step down to the road. I have asked on several occasions for this driver to please pull up to the bus stop. It's done but reluctantly. Calling 311 does nothing so I had to post.

Christian Santos: Bus always late 2 hrs after 10 pm, they will give you the sched , but never arrived on time be responsible with others , dont give schedule om your app if you will not arrive!!!!!!

M S: Drivers are chill. The only thing is that I think we need new buses cause the older buses breakdown sometimes. Other than that good service

Karla fuentes: 267 Always late or never show. And now this route is under a private company with small buses 10-12 passagers only and when is full people have to wait for the next bus in 30 min. Suck.....

Museum of Art and Design @ MDC: what do users think?

Kevin Chua: A quaint museum with some interesting pieces. It’s free on Sundays and worth a quick stroll to check it out if you’re around the area. I wouldn’t go out of the way for this Muesum though.
Response: Thanks for visiting, Kevin!

Lina Nandy: I gather that the exhibits change somewhat frequently, but at the time we visited, there was no exhibits at all devoted to design, which was disappointing. (The Cooper Hewitt Design Museum is one of my very favorite places, and I was hoping this might be similarly cool.) The museum had a bit of a schizophrenic feel in that the first floor was devoted exclusively to the Cuban emigrant experience and specifically Operation Pedro Pan, and then the second floor was art. It wasn't really clear how the two tied together. That said, the historical exhibit was interesting and well done.
Response: Thanks for visiting MOAD. So sorry you found the art exhibitions lacking, but happy you enjoyed the first floor!

Josie Jose Olivas: We went to go to to visit the Freedom Tower not know they had an art museum on the 2nd floor. Interesting history and art exhibit.

Wanda Ward: What I love most about Museum of Art and Design @ MDC is it's size. Some Museums can feel huge and overwhelming, but Museum of Art and Design @ MDC feels intimate and manageable. No need to rush around to see everything they have to offer. Being free is a nice perk.
Response: Thanks for coming, Wanda! Happy you enjoyed your visit!

Brandon Wood: I could go here a few times and not see everything! Well, I came here twice and saw a few different pieces! They rotate the pieces of art and some of what I saw last time were not on show this time! For instance, the enclosed aquarium will contain basketballs or a sheep. It keeps things interesting and new when they change out various pieces.

Karol Enic Cardenas: Expected more, but I loved it. Free on Sundays and free parking too. Not bad to stop by on a Sunday afternoon and you just want to disconnect from the busy streets.
Response: Hi Karol! Thank you so much for visiting! Happy you enjoyed it!

Brian H Gerber: The museum is a great experience. It is in the Freedom Tower, an emblematic Miami building wit 2 floor of viewing space for are etc.A winner
Response: Hi Brian! Thanks for coming! So happy you enjoyed your visit!

Cici Iverson: Great staff! The exhibition was amazing and the opening reception was very fun!
Response: Hi Cici, so happy you had fun at the reception and enjoyed the exhibitions!

Maylon Hines: The Museum was beautiful! I have go back and spend more time exploring.
Response: Hi Maylon! Thank you so much for coming! Happy you enjoyed your visit!

Martin T: A very fine space for exhibitions. Check out the current exhibition of Lydia Cabrera Where the Oceans Meet

Miami SuperShuttle: what do users think?

Mark Thornton: Most certainly one of most inefficient services I’ve ever seen/used. American Airlines use them for shuttle the cattle after incompetently managing their flights —not due to weather. They are extremely slow, SuperShuttle, rude, and just basically a holes. If ever given the chance to use them, don’t, take an Uber.

sheila mills-kennedy: The Super Shuttle service is well worth the value. They were prompt and delivered me well on time. The driver was friendly and polite. They texted me an interactive map of their location along with a description of the vehicle, it's number and a picture of the driver with their name. This provided an extra layer of security. I am never disappointed. Plus they partner with other rewards programs and proved to be an extra benefit in assisting me to prevent my points from expiring. Two thumbs up.

Steve Coleman: The customer interaction with outstanding. Their pages and alerts that let you know once you get into the airport and where to find them are great. A better security enhancement his email that shows you a picture of your driver along with the vehicle keep up the good work.

Denny: Booked return fare with Super Shuttle from Miami Airport and back from cruise Port for transfer Oct.23 and Oct.30. No problem getting there but left waiting in the hot sun for our pickup for our return to Miami airport. No one came for us. Notified Super Shuttle who responded with apologies & a promise of refund within 5-7 days. Never received any refund. Several queries to them have not been answered. Good luck to anyone else who is expecting refunds or courtesy from this company.

Robert Alvarez: Excellent, courteous, informative and on time service!!! My family used Super Shuttle from Pembroke Pines to Miami Airport on Sunday, 22 Sept, 2019. Our driver, Mike in a black suit and big black hat, is an excellent professional and was very helpful when we arrived at the airport. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again. Thank you Mike.

Beng Arellano: I've been a regular customer of SupeShuttle since early 1990's. For me this company is the safest and more secured door-to-door airport transportation. Their drivers are very professional and courteous. Their rates are very affordable and their vehicles are clean and tidy.
Response: We're so happy to serve you!

Charlene Bennett: I took SuperShuttle on Sun Oct 6 from Miami Airport to off Alton Road and it was very good. The gentleman at the curbside at the Miami Airport was very helpful and courteous. The driver drove very well and was very helpful. The vehicle was in good driving condition and music played during the trip was very soothing.

Bill K: Take a cab.. more available, cheaper, faster. Online booking was easy. Booked a private van for $58 each way. Arrived at MIA and no vans available despite advance booking. Checked w their know-nothing rep and said don't know we r running behind. Waited 30 min and no vans. Taxis were 20 ft away waiting for passengers. We canceled the van and in 2 min we were in a cab on our way to the hotel and for less than $40!! Took another immediately available taxi back to the airport. still waiting on my overdue refund for 2 weeks now and after 4 phone calls. So save ur money and time and frustration and use Taxis. Their google reviews 2.4/5, BBB rating of D-. As of this writing.

mike: We use Super Shuttle every year when we visit Miami. Always great service but yesterday was especially great. I was traveling with my wife, two babies, mother in law and an aunt. Lots of luggage. When we arrived at our apartment I was so preoccupied with getting all of the luggage out that I forgot my briefcase on the shuttle. An hour went by before I realized it, my life is in that briefcase. Laptop has all work info which is one of the reasons I was traveling and my wallet was in my briefcase. I called super shuttle’s office and they called the driver. He said he had it and was going back to the office now. Kadisha is the lady I talked to and made sure they had the briefcase. She even stayed a few minutes late after her shift to make sure I got it. Kadisha is an excellent person and basically saved my entire trip. The driver was great too but I cannot remember his name. Great company, great people! Remember to always tip your driver!
Response: Thanks so much for the kind review Mike, we'll make sure to let Kadijah know!

Nikki Bello: Excellent service. The drivers are great people, very helpful and super nice. I trust them with my elderly mom to take her to and from the airport. The vehicles are very clean as well. We are very satisfied and know we can continue to trust them every time our mom flies to visit us.Thank you

Miami-Dade Parks & Recreation: what do users think?

Natalie Roque: I had a magnificent experience in Crandon Park yesterday, and wanted to share my story. We were relaxing on the beach, when a friendly employee named Ethan, informed us that he could bring us fresh food and libations, from Open Seas Cafe. Ethan patiently reviewed the many items available, and took our order. In less than 10 minutes, our scrumptious conch fritters, fish tacos, and pork tacos, were brought to us, right on the beach! We then walked to the water, and this amazing worker, brought our drinks to the sandbar! The food was exquisite, and the service was stellar. Ethan kept checking on us, and offering to refill our drinks when needed. We are Miami residents, but honestly felt like we were on vacation. What a glorious day we had, and we owe it all to Crandon Park, Open Seas Cafe, and Ethan. We can’t wait to return to the best spot in Key Biscayne, with the finest service!

Alyona Diagel: Crandon park is just beautiful! All the palm and water and send ! Just a paradise! Open seas caffe is great and the staff is so nice. They serve right to the beach. Garry is super nice had a great conversation with this guy. Serve is is on the highest level!

Jordan Reichers: My friends and I had a great first experience at Crandon Park. We are visiting from Atlanta and Colorado and we loved it. The beach was exceptional, quiet, clean, beautiful. The staff at Open Seas Cafe were extremely helpful and welcoming. Attentive and provided great customer experience. Gary constantly checked up on us to see if we needed any help, food, drinks, or extra chairs. A great experience! I will be back next time I’m in Miami!

Louie Uribe: We arrived to Crandon Park and was immediately greeted by Gary. He was helpful and professional. We decided to start with some drinks. They were delicious! Gary made everything easy from rentals to ordering. People criticize Miami for its poor customer service but this is NOT the case @ Open Seas here on Key Biscayne. They are polite, helpful, and kind. I would highly recommend Open Seas for its staff, service, and menu!

Jennifer Gonzalez: I came to Crandon park with my aunt and my daughter and we had such a great time! So peaceful and the environment was amazing. Open seas cafe was great! We got our drinks and my daughter had her ice cream and we all enjoyed it! Gary was attentive and his customer service was spectacular. Helped us out with our chair and umbrella rentals

Amy Szabo: The parking was easy at Crandon park! Gary was very hospitable and helped us out and gave us the necessary information we needed! Open Seas cafe will take your order and even bring it to you while you relax on the beach! It was perfect! We highly recommend and we will be back!

Adam Moore: Gary here at Open Seas Cafe in Crandon Park was amazing. Made our time enjoyable and easy. He was attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. I will be back and hope he services us again. 10/10 recommend due to Gary’s service. Thank you again!

Cristina Scheck-Uribe: A beautiful day @ Crandon Park enjoying a delicious meal @ Open Seas! Gary was PROFESSIONAL & ATTENTIVE. He took care of our large party. He continuously checked up on us and made sure everything was good. We come here often and now will make Open Seas part of our beach plans.

Jessica Fernandez: Crandon Park is one of the best beaches i’ve ever gone to. very calm and empty most of the time especially on the week days! The open season cafe is amazing! awesome side service and great drinks!!Gary is super personable and very nice!!

Malinda Eugene: I’ve been coming here for years. Love Open Seas Cafe. Lily, the general manager, is so friendly & hospitable. She is always smiling & is so nice with the public. Love bike riding here & taking a break here to eat a little something. The food is also great! Recommend!
