Lorenzo Aguilera: I hardly post reviews but in the case of Floralinea and Mr. Carlos Bello, this is more than deserving and the least I can do. I placed an order on Christmas Eve and within 5 minutes, the flowers I ordered were so beautiful, well made with colors and sophistication that I placed a second order upon my arrival! Not only were the flowers amazing (which my girlfriend loved by the way) but owner, Mr. Carlos Bello is one of the kindest, harder working gentlemen I’ve met! We held intelligent conversations while he simultaneously created my 2nd bouquet, sharing laughs and chit-chat! Highly recommend this place for the product, ownership and customer service! And every time they visit our orchid installation is completely different, original and most importantly beautiful. Paulo Tarso: I usually don't leave reviews... but this spot was so magical I had to write about how special it feels to be here - I bought four magnificent plants. They all look amazing, it was hard to choose. Very well kept, very healthy. I thought the prices were fair, but most importantly, the place really feels really special, all the staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and proactive. I spent 2-3 hours deciding and they helped fit all my plants in the Uber. Small note that I didn't find any basic pots I truly enjoyed (their pot selection is very exquisite, not many basic ones) so I ended up taking them without potting. They offer potting in your own pots if you prefer. And you should definitely enjoy a natural smoothie they have on the side. Shoutout to Alex! I'll be coming back for more plants

Sara Ramirez: The employees are super sweet and really helpful. The prices are moderate but they had a great variety for the area they are in. They also have a lot of pots for all their plant. Food trucks are super close by Incase you get hungry while shopping. I am very excited to take all my plant babies home and care for them.
Micaela O: Beautiful garden center. Great variety of plants and beautiful pots! The space has a few food trucks with good options and some fresh green juices. Love coming here to browse around, look at all the plants and have a coffee. There is also a small shop selling beautiful fresh flowers and you can make your own bouquet. We got a variety of succulents and they arranged them for us in a beautiful planter.
Gareth Williams: An exceptional garden center with excellent customer service and plenty of professional advice. We were helped by Alex who had an immense knowledge of all plants and he was able to direct us to the best plants to plant on out terrace. He gave us plenty of good advice and we purchased around 15 shrubs and cacti. He was also able to organize delivery of the plants and pots and everything that was needed for planting. We paid for the planting service and like the customer service at the center the planting team was also fantastic and everything went extremely well. I can highly recommend this business. Thank you Slex for all of your hard work and it is clear to see that you are extremely passionate about your work and plants👍

Kenzie Lair: I love visiting Midtown Garden Center. It's beautiful and peaceful. I found some adorable pots at a flea market and they helped me pick plants for them for Christmas gifts. (Colorful pots are from the flea market, the grey one is from the garden center shop.) They offer a variety of price points. They also have a nice juice bar so you can hang out and enjoy the peace. It makes for a nice weekend date.

Lili Olin: I am a doggy mom and just got the most beautiful, creative and unique flowers from my husband that Juan designed himself! They came tied and in a brown paper wrapping with hand drawn dog prints and writing that said Dog Mom and a card he designed from my dogs. Gabriela Leggett: I ordered some flowers from SC for my mom in Miami Beach. The flowers were a little pricey but the delivered flowers looked exactly as the picture I saw online, which I absolutely loved. I’ve had bad experiences with ordering flowers and the delivered product looked nothing like what I ordered. They have a nice variety, looking at flowers online they all start to look the same with the same generic photos but they had real photos and different varieties and arrangements. The delivery was quick, I ordered the night before around 8pm and they were delivered around 10:30am the next day. I will definitely use them again.
Priya K: Avant Gardens helped us accomplish floral dreams at our multi day Indian wedding celebration last December. These guys are amazing. Rick and Elyse were incredibly professional, easy to get in contact with via email, and answered all of my countless questions. Rick was patient and over the course of several months, he worked with me to get to the Indian fusion look I had wanted within our budget. When weather changed our original plans, I fully trusted Rick and the team to find a backup plan, and they really did a wonderful job. Sometime during the portrait sessions while the team was resetting the room for the reception, Elyse recognized that I was fading, and she offered to get me some food and water. That moment stood out to me as to why this team is so wonderful. They are the type of people who you trust and want be surrounded with to help on one of the most important days of your life. Danielle Gillespy: Avant Gardens is amazing!!!! By far the best florist we have ever used. They did all of our florals for our wedding in the Keys and it was absolutely breathtaking. Rick went on my Pinterest to visualize what kind of florals I liked, and then brought to life my floral DREAM!!! He completely transformed a clear tent into a magical arrangement of florals, from the long running leaf/floral centerpiece for our 34 person head table, to the gorgeous standing floral centerpieces on all of our round tables. The best part about it all was the stunning floral chandelier he created to hang from the middle of our tent. All I had to do was tell him my vision, and he brought it to life. We can't thank Avant Gardens enough for the most beautiful florals we have ever seen!

Murrell Kaonohi: The most gorgeous fresh flowers and beautiful modern designs. We ordered the “Amore” - 200 red roses and are still gorgeous after one week. Also we ordered the “Modern flower design w Tulips and Peonies” and we are blown away at how gorgeous they are and the flowers are so new/fresh. Both worth every penny!!! We sent a 3 dozen balloon bouquet as well for a gift and they accommodated another color choice than what was pictured online. Thank you Anna and your team for above and beyond designs, quality and customer service ❤️❤️❤️ I grew up in a flower shop (another state) that my great grandmother founded, then my grandmother and now my mother so I know how much it takes to produce such good work and get the best flowers AND get everything delivered by deadlines. Not only I had to call them at 4:00pm because I had paid extra for them to deliver the order by 5:00pm and when I called they told me they didn’t have roses that if I agreed to switch the arrangement, me trying to be nice, I said okay. They promised they were going to deliever my arrangement in the next two hours, by 6:00pm. It is 10:00pm and the order has not been delivered. I keep calling with no success, I keep sending messages and no responses. This is extremely disrespectful and ilegal. This is a scam. $300 on flowers that were never delievered and they don’t even answer the phone. Do not buy here. I fail to read the reviews. I have used uncountable florists and I have never witnessed this disrespect in my life.

It’s almost 6PM now, and I still haven’t received my order, I tried calling again... and of course no answer. “Luxury flowers”, definitely should change their name. I do not recommend ordering anything from here.

Katie Pugh: Colleague sent these to me as a thank you. Presentation is gorgeous and vibrant. Flowers came fresh and open and have been enjoying them for days now. Love the reusable decorative vase they come in as well.
Don’t be Nosey: (Revised) I was sent this arrangement for my luau bday 3 days ago on 7/23. Roses never opened and all died on the second day. I made sure to put fresh water everyday. I think the vase is too small for so many flowers. I received a replacement shortly there after and appreciate the effort to make it right. However, I still received the replacement arraignment with broken flowers and I feel as it may have happened during delivery. It was beautiful thought and the roses were amazing in color.
Response: So sorry to read this. I wish we knew there was an issue sooner we could have responded in time. We are open 7 days a week and we guarantee flowers to last at least a week. Idania espinosa: I order mothers day flowers through 1800flowers. I received them today Thursday which is clearly not mothers day and when I called Mia Flowers to ask what happened the man on the whole had a lot of attitude. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence and spoke to me as if I was a child. HORRIBLE service. The flowers were also not what I ordered on the website it showed lively beautiful flowers in a basket with a ribbon and a butterfly clipped on. I received half dead flowers in a different basket with no accessories. This is insulting. Not worth the money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Response: Ms Espinosa, I would love the opportunity to track down all aspects of the issues you listed above. Orders sent to us by 800flowers arrive with a delivery date range because of Covid-19. If this was delivered on Thursday then we were given the delivery flex range as Wednesday or Thursday. So we would would deliver on the latter date of Thursday to try and get them delivered as close to Sunday as possible. That “flex” date system was not our decision. As for the bad behavior of the office I can only apologize. It is a very busy holiday but it is not ok to not be professional. I will address that with them. If you can provide me the order number, it is the 8 digit number next to the date on the card message, I will review everything you mentioned. My apologies for not proving kind & curious service on the phone. Let me get answers to the other issues too. Thank you, Tom
Juan Carnicer: If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large arrangement 2 days before Valentine's Day 2019 through 1800Flowers and they sent the order to be arranged by Mia Flowers. The arrangement with delivery and service fees was $145.00 so I'm expecting something close to what 1800Flowers has pictured, which I included in the pictures. My wife received an arrangement not nearly the size of a small arrangement and it appeared to be put together by a preschooler. I understand that this is a very busy time for florist but with a 2 day advance purchase I expected something close to the picture on 1800Flower's website. The flowers were also not fresh. After 3 days the roses wilted. The good news is that after 5 calls to 1800flower's call center in Manila/India/Pick a country that is not the USA, I finally received a full refund. I usually order flowers for my wife twice a year and this is the first time they use Mia Flowers. As a result of this bad experience I will not be using 1800Flowers again as I do not have control of who the local florist will be plus the hassle and time wasted getting the issue resolved is not worth the effort. You either provide consistent service or you lose my business. I like to support small businesses when I can but I also do not like to be ripped off by not getting what I paid for. Anabelle Lara Almonte: If I could give this -0 stars, I would, especially if it would permanently close this place. I have never had a loved one surprise me with flowers on a special occasion like "Valentines Day," and when it does happen, I receive such a horrible quality of service and product...Half the flowers came half dead and nothing like the pictures provided. I didn't receive the card my boyfriend had specifically selected and paid extra for. The balloon he chose was not even similar to the one in the pictures. Obviously the transportation used to deliver the flowers was not well air conditioned, the driver had its windows down which makes me believe the car AC was not working, also considering how hot it is in Florida, therefore one reason why the flowers didn't make it alive. I wish 1-800-flowers could exclude this place from their provider of services, so more people in the future don't have to go through this disappointment and waste of money. I do not understand how this place is still open and how you guys haven't gone bankrupt already, especially having 2.2 stars... Luckily my boyfriend was able to get a full refund for this disaster through 1-800-flowers. There are no excuses for this place whatsoever. What a shame. Very upset still.

Let me tell you how that bouquet from Mia flowers was the absolute best flower arrangement I have ever received in my entire life & I turned 59 this year. Stephanie Cervantes: My father has sent valentines flower bouquets to my sisters and I since we were young children. When I had my two daughters he also started sending them flowers as well. We always counted on them every year. This year I walked outside and there was one bouquet sitting on my porch. Nobody rang the door bell or knocked or anything. I brought them in and called my dad to thank him. He asked if the girls liked theirs. I explained it was only one bouquet. He has been trying to contact this company for 3 days. Left voicemails, text messages, emails etc. no return call and they also don’t answer the phone when we have called. I have called 6 times myself and have never gotten an answer, it was even sent to voicemail a few times. My dad is trying to get his money back still and they have yet to send the two other bouquets. It very disappointing for my dad. This is a tradition he has carried out through so many years. This company is the only one that has ruined it. My dad is ordering from another florist to make sure the girls get their bouquets but it’s 3 days late and the excitement isn’t there anymore. Please don’t waste your money on this company. EDIT AFTER FINALLY RECEIVED THE DELIVERY we received the flowers finally. I changed it from a 1star review to 3 star review. The flowers that we received were pretty and actually better than the single red rose vase we received by itself the first day. I’m glad they finally delivered them. When we contacted them the gentleman on the phone tried to say it was our fault that it wasn’t actually ordered. Then someone else told him in the background that it actually was 3 bouquets we ordered. So he corrected his first statement saying it’s just confusing on how it reads in his system. Which also isn’t the customers fault. So I’ll leave it at a three stars. We did receive the flowers and the last delivery was very pretty. In Understand being busy on this holiday but being unable to reach them until 4 days later is still unacceptable.

Heidi Miltun-Gokan: Amazing boutique bonsai garden. Lourdes is so gracious and explained the bonsai trees under her care. I was amazed to learn you can keep your bonsai there and they will care for it when you are out of town or if it needs rehabilitation. They have many bonsai's for sale and many NFS ( not for sale) that are plants under their care. I highly recommend a visit here, absolutely lovely, with shade trees and a lovely garden. I left with a lovely jade bonsai!

They sell, repair, house, hospital, and grow their own bonsai. They also watch/sit bonsai in need!!! They also teach classes to share their decades of experience to others! Danica Thomas: One of the best decisions I've ever made! I love having fresh flowers in the house, and this makes it economical and easy! The flowers always arrive super secure and incredibly fresh and last for at least 10 days (I get deliveries every two weeks, and they typically last until the next delivery arrives, sometimes longer if I change the water often enough!). I really love the flower combinations and selections each month. There are unique and interesting flowers that I've never even seen before! Plus the packaging is even fantastic! Almost all of it is recyclable or compostable, and I actually save the beautiful wrapping paper that the flowers come in to wrap gifts with! I get compliments every time on this gorgeous wrapping paper and where people can get it from (it's technically a compostable paper as well, so bonus points for more sustainability!). The customer service is fabulous, and it's easy to pause a delivery if you're going to be away from home. And I know this might not matter to most people, but I also appreciate that I have NEVER found a bug in any of the bouquets that have arrived, and I've received at least 15 deliveries by now! I can't even cut flowers out of my own yard and not bring them in the house without bugs, so I especially appreciate however you guys make this happen!!! Thank you all around for such a fantastic business and amazing service!

Susi Lucas: I am super impressed with Enjoy Flowers. I ordered a single arrangement before Christmas which was delayed at customs. Without asking, they sent a replacement. They both arrived and were gorgeous. In addition, I subscribed to the 6 months of flowers for my mother in law. She received the first month and they were gorgeous. I have done this for 3 years with a couple other companies and the quality of Enjoy Flowers has been the best so far!

Vanessa Isherwood: I moved in the middle of my subscription and updated my address well before the shipping date. It’s now been 4 months of back and forth and somehow, my old address gets added back to my profile every. single. month. I’ve asked several times to have the address removed and they assure me that it’s done, but I sign in a few weeks later to check and it’s back again. There’s clearly an issue on their end and it’s caused 2 deliveries to ship to the wrong address. Incredibly frustrating and I can’t be the only person having this issue. I had proof I’d updated the address and they still refused to replace the deliveries that went to the wrong address. The flowers are nice but beware the subscriptions if you think you might be moving anytime soon.

Lucy Lu: Great reliable flower qualities all the time. The stems are one of the longer ones compared to bouqs and bloomsybox. I've had unfortunate flower experiences with both bouqs, and bloomsyboxs before. Bouqs was better as they have compensations and their flowers mostly lasted very well. Bloomsybox didn't last past 4 days twice in a row and they didn't seem to care. That being said, Enjoy flowers was just great and no problem at all as I have not yet received a bouquet that does not last at least over a week long. Some times over two weeks if I'm lucky. I remember the first bouquet I got was this beautiful yellow one. It was absolutely stunning. And they haven't disappointed me since then.
