Dean Bush: Since I've heard that my current bank (HSBC) will be eliminating their U.S. retail banking, I'm planning to move my four bank accounts to J.P. Morgan Chase. I have been very happy with HSBC since they provided me superior service when I lived abroad (in Abu Dhabi and Dubai). I hope J.P. Morgan Chase can do at least the same.

Jordan Rodrigues: I remember coming here in April 2012. Let me explain why I did... I'm an elevator enthusiast with Autism and film elevators for YouTube and I am from Canada. I filmed the Elevators and when I got back to the lobby I was rudely greeted by a security guard. I didn't get his name but he didn't say hello or anything a professional security guard would say. In a very rude way he asked me "What are you doing?" My response was "I'm an elevator enthusiast with autism and I film elevators as a hobby. Is there a problem?" His response "Don't you realize that photography is prohibited here?!?" Then I said "Well how am I supposed to know? There are no signs saying that photography is not allowed here." He called me a retard probably because I have autism and when he called me that, I was furious and got firm (did not yell or curse at him). He asked me where do I work and I told him that's none of his concern. Then he told me to delete the video of the elevators! After I did that he told me to delete everything on my phone! Seriously?!? This is MY phone! You have no right to delete my personal stuff on my phone! Then he threatened me to smash my phone if I did not delete everything on it. Excuse me but you have no right to smash my phone and the way you are handling this is beyond unprofessional and childish. Yes I did say that to him. What's wrong with you guys? Is this how you treat someone with a disability? Then he told the other security guard to take a picture of my face. For what? Then I said "You know what? I'm leaving! Because I have no time for your crap!" The guy tried to block my way and I told him to get out of my way. He did eventually but when I was leaving I told him "Photography is NOT a crime." His response "Photography is a crime." I just gave him an angry look. If you guys EVER do anything like that again to another elevator photographer, I'm going to tell everyone what happened to me here publicly! That's because I have freedom of speech and that's what the law says! I know you're a bank and photography in banks can be limited in those kinds of places but there's NO need to harass someone who's just taking a video of an elevator(s) and has a disability. Just let them know that it's not allowed or please get permission first in a polite and professional manner. That would have been much better. Well that's all I need to say about my experience here. Hope you guys will understand these kinds of things and not let someone get harassed for taking videos or photos. Thanks!

Maria Abdala: I opened my account back when it was Sabadell United. I work for the Spanish bank that owned them so at the time I was considered an employee and had all the perks. I haven't had too many problems with them since the switch to Iberiabank, when I became a regular customer. If you like a smaller bank and personalized attention, this bank might work for you. Keep in mind that most of their branches close early (between 4 and 4:30) and they don't open Saturdays so that could be a problem for someone who works weekday office hours.

Raymond Paul: The worst bank. 4 hours on the phone with multiple disconnects to get a password reset! 2 weeks later I try to order checks online where it says "Order Checks" but that doesn't work so again over 1 hour in logins and customer service calls and they tell me I have to go to another web site to order, Why do YOU have an "Order Check" button? Iberia buys out my previous bank and all records are gone!! They decide to do this right before tax filing deadline. Thanks to the IRS for a hurricane extension. HORRIBLE BANK!!! I almost forgot this too, 3 days before hurricane Irma I go to get cash and the bank is closed with a note on the door we will return when its safe, are you kidding the storm was days away and all other banks were open, not Iberia. Thank heavens Wells gave me cash on my line of credit. When there is no electricity after a hurricane you need cash. When you have a tree on your house and need it removed the workers dont take credit cards or checks. Where was Iberia? CLOSED! Stay away!!! I moved my money.

Luis Galeana: Just the absolute worst. Humberto is as efficient as putting a band-aid to cure Cancer. Do NOT even try to open a business account here, they will just waste your time, give you incorrect/incomplete information and make the simplest process feel like a being needled in the urethra. I wish I could give him and Iberia Bank ZERO stars.

Jeff Wilson: These people completely wasted my time. DO NOT book an appointment with anyone at this office. The specialist was rude, unintelligent, condescending and inconsiderate of my time. Claudia Marrero: I am astounded by my experience at this location, I am not a member of the bank but wanted to open an account and the first thing was the person in the lobby greeting was not interested in helping me, I asks some general questions and she kept cutting me of and saying sit down. I walked right back out, I had no problem sitting but she was so rude and rolled her eyes at me, no one go here, no a.c and packed, one teller and long line. I was looking at creating this new account with at least $40,000, looks like chase will be appreciating my money a bit more.

Daniel Brener: I will not give less than 3 stars out of respect but they sure deserve it. I went to this branch last week to open 2 new business bank accounts on top of the one I already have. I was in the branch for almost 3 hours and they gave me my temporary debit cards, told me everything was taken care kf and sent me home. In summary, I asked for all 3 accounts to be linked, that never happened. I asked money to be transfer that never happened either. I got 2 emails saying that both of my cards were mailed to the wrong addresses. Now I can’t even access these 2 accounts. I called in earlier and they said they would call me back in 20 minutes. That didn’t happen either. I’ve called the branch over 5 times after that and nobody picks up. On a side note, I would like to add that the Bank of America app is terrible.

A Brazilian guy by the name of Antonio Munis answered my call today, he presented himself as the vice president of the bank, I asked questions about refinance a Foreign National and he started giving me non sense answers. This is a very unprofessional business, they suspiciously have very few employees, one single branch in The U.S. and I reported them to The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Momma Love: I wish I could give this branch 0 stars. I was denied access to my bank account funds because the drive thru personnel did not have withdrawl slips or temporary checks available. I will not be banking with Ocean Bank ever again and taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere.

We have 97/100 Ansonia credit score, we pay invoices in 21 days through TriumphPay, We are a TIA member, Bluebook Member, made the Inc5000 list 2x, have ZERO debt and have been in business for 7 years - Yet summar refuses to give us more than $7k in credit because their terrible accounts receivable insurance company Euler Hermes is complete garbage who demands confidential financial information - which we provided in April just to avoid the hassle and they still won't extend credit. We will offer all Summar clients FREE quickpay moving forward.

How come I have to walk out and drive 30 minutes in traffic to the Coral Gables branch because no one in Biscayne didn't help me. I was inside for 5 minutes and when I left the store I found my window smashed and the cash taken. This happened on a busy Saturday (12/18/21) around 1 pm with plenty of people around.
