Claudia Marrero: I am astounded by my experience at this location, I am not a member of the bank but wanted to open an account and the first thing was the person in the lobby greeting was not interested in helping me, I asks some general questions and she kept cutting me of and saying sit down. I walked right back out, I had no problem sitting but she was so rude and rolled her eyes at me, no one go here, no a.c and packed, one teller and long line. I was looking at creating this new account with at least $40,000, looks like chase will be appreciating my money a bit more.

Daniel Brener: I will not give less than 3 stars out of respect but they sure deserve it. I went to this branch last week to open 2 new business bank accounts on top of the one I already have. I was in the branch for almost 3 hours and they gave me my temporary debit cards, told me everything was taken care kf and sent me home. In summary, I asked for all 3 accounts to be linked, that never happened. I asked money to be transfer that never happened either. I got 2 emails saying that both of my cards were mailed to the wrong addresses. Now I can’t even access these 2 accounts. I called in earlier and they said they would call me back in 20 minutes. That didn’t happen either. I’ve called the branch over 5 times after that and nobody picks up. On a side note, I would like to add that the Bank of America app is terrible.

He is there to make your life miserable instead of making it better. I have no problem with Bank of America. However it is a shame a bank like that would make a dumb like this a manager.... After leaving the bank , the robbers followed me to Publix, where they smashed my rear window and took all cash. Bank manager couldn’t care less. If fact he said it happened a couple times in the past couple of weeks.

Daniel Mayo (Dani.L.Maybe): WARNING. I withdrew some cash with a Teller and then proceeded to drive to the supermarket next door. I was inside for 5 minutes and when I left the store I found my window smashed and the cash taken. This happened on a busy Saturday (12/18/21) around 1 pm with plenty of people around. I can only imagine bank employees tipped the theives off.

Ro Ro: Bizarre. Upon visiting i wasn’t allowed to reverse in a parking spot. They stopped me and made me go all the way around just to park head in. But there were other cars that were parked reversed. Weird just weird. Always something off with security here. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this bank from now on. Even if I have to drive far

Jennifer Rodriguez: This is the worst business branch ever. I spent almost 2hrs on the phone with Grace Amort (VP of small business) for a business line of credit, she send me a forms to sign online and I send it right back while we were still on the phone, but I never heard back from her again. I reached out to her & her auto-reply voicemail said she’s away for the week. 3wks later, still no response to my emails or calls. Super unprofessional.
