Bayside Marketplace: what do users think?

April Martin: Loved this place!! It is a great place to spend the day. There are shops, drinks, every kind of tour you could ask for is available to book there. Deep sea fishing tours to yacht and bus tours. Several options are available for food and the best place to park is in the parking garage right next to the entrance.

Alena Salanovich: Excellent location! 🎡⛵⚓Five stars for location!!! Finding a parking space was not easy. Good place for a quick shopping and drink. We ate here but it was no a good experience. There is a large number of stories, restaurants, attractions .. But unfortunately it all seems a bit dirty and run down...Large line to the bathroom..🙄 And the bathroom was not very clean

Hamlet Arias: Bayside is a fun place to visit for tourists, but a lot of locals enjoy the bars and boating activities. It’s nice to have a drink next to the water while listening to music and dancing. We had a blast at Lola Bar, excellent (and strong) drinks. Definitely worth a Friday night out for fun.

Devon Newsom: I had an amazing time with my s/o just walking around and enjoying the views. The stores are more expensive then they would be in an area away from the water. But very nice selection and gifts and some nice people. Its always busy but still enjoyable.

Yakup Content AI Manager: Cool Marketplace in downtown Miami which has a lot of stores and opportunities to shop. You just have to be aware of the touristic prices so Always double check the prices of the products in different stores. Chances are high that you will get it cheaper if you take more time. It is good for chilling and also for trying new restaurants- the staff is sometimes not the fastest but other than that a real cool spot and worth spending half a day.

Frank Mathy: We‘ve always loved Bayside since the early 1990s. We’ve been back in May 2022 after many years and it has changed to the negative. Many good stores are no longer there, parking is very expensive with 10$ per hour and there was major construction going on near the water. So there was no live music and you felt like at a major construction site. Fingers crossed that it will be as nice as before when construction is complete and I can change back to 5 stars.

kevin adams: a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants along the waterfront, within a 2 story structure...all venues r accessible from outside. the Hard Rock Cafe offers excellent ocean / Harbour views from their wrap-around patio. this outdoor market is great for the whole family. if visiting Miami for a short / long period of time, this should b a MUST destination...good parking right on premises, safe, and located just south of the arena where the HEAT play in!

Dolphin Mall: what do users think?

ItsYahGirlYanii !: This has been the best mall that I ever visited. The mall is huge and has everything that I like . I love how the mall also provides scooters for people with disabilities. Most malls do not take things like that into consideration.

Beatriz Garcia: I’ve been wanting to come to this mall since 2015 and I was able to go recently. This mall has so many store and the stores are pretty good. I like how clean and big it was

Paul Harter: The mall was pretty clean. Maintenance was diligent to keep the area spotless. The restaurants were good they made sure you had somewhere to eat. However the navigation and maps were difficult you were running in circles trying to find your location. We went and watched a movie in the cinema it was a great experience because the staff was trying to make sure you knew where to go. They have multiple stores for almost every item.

Lorena Barrera-Shankle: Great mall with so many varieties of stores for the family and home...amazing restaurants and Dave & Busters on site!!

Lauren Arkin: Bass Pro shops at dolphin mall has a nice Xmas tree up at entrance.Mall has good assortment of stores. Ample parking. Food court is on small side but there are restaurants available in mall as well.

Solid Reviews: Cinna bun is delicious this location in the mall is always with best customer service and food is always fresh I love the creative toppings as well would definitely bring family friends

Three Brothers Clean Team: This place is huge with a large variety of stores. Convenient location right off the highway. Most stores are well kept. The food court is par for the course. Parking is ample. And there are a few sit down restaurants to choose from also.

Alejandro Ruybal: The always trendy Dolphin is a classic shopping mall in Miami to visit. Some points to improve: toilets need more frequent maintenance and Pepsi exclusivity makes Coca-Cola disappear.

The Shops At Midtown Miami: what do users think?

Natalie with NourishingLongevity: We really enjoyed walking around. Wow a lot going on, great restaurants, live music, cool shopping options! I highly recommend. We had a great brunch at SugarCane and can’t wait to go back and try some others.

Francisco Minondo: A very good place to walk around and have some shopping. Suggest go to wynnwood walls take a picture and walk around to the mall that it’s nearby. The art you can see on the walls it’s amazing! The mall and the shops are good, you can find Versace, Tods, Channel, ferragamo

Jason Brown: Beautiful place at night right in downtown Miami. Great place to live, shop, and eat apparently!

Luis Alfredo Brunicardi: Complicated parking. Littering. The smell of marijuana all over the streets is annoying. Good selection of stores

Sean R: Beautiful place to visit! Right next to the boats and water! Great restaurants and shopping

Janira Camero: Sugarcane restaurant. Food was great, but portions were extremely small. Should be bigger portions for the price also, nothing came with a side.. Ridiculously expensive, the drinks had almost no alcohol in them and they charge almost 20 per drink.

Ruwach Israel: Great ppl everywhere you turn. Want to get out, feeling sheek go here the experience is over the TOP! KUDOS MIDTOWN...

The Shops At Sunset Place: what do users think?

Ana A: First time here and many more to come. The theater experience was awesome and especially when we were very close to the speaker and we were far away in the back. Great seats. They have many options for snacks and a lot of bathroom space for everyone to get the chance to use it.

beautiful world: I used to love this place but I went today and it is almost empty, just a few places open. It looks like this place is about to shutdown.

Harrison C. Davies: Get lost in this beautiful South Florida Sunset Vista! Enjoy the outdoor shopping while the namesake sun rays reflect off the beautiful architecture and overlooking beacon tower! #shops #sunsetplace #shoppingmall #southmiami #dadecounty #florida #sunset

Alex falgons: Only giving it 2 stars because of its past and its potential. This place used to be one of the best malls. There is probably less than 10 stores open in the whole mall and they are all about to close. Management here must be horrible. I can only imagine that they are trying to charge an arm and a leg for retail space even though everything is empty. Step one parking Hass to be free until further notice. Step to offer incentives for local businesses to move in. Step three make it more family friendly and do some thing to attract kids.

Masha Goncharenko: The place itself is bit old and not really renovated, but it has a lot of unique shops! My favorite is the Cute and Colorful store and the Tea and Poets place, but there are other interesting places to explore as well. Sort of like a treasure hunt in a way?

LP JESABELLE: Its so sad the mall has become practically empty. This use to be my favorite mall but now is just GameTime, and some food spots downstairs.

Valentina Páez: Amazing place and cool stuff, I love to support local artist!

Phillipe Rivera: Local Artists and Local Shop of the Wynwood Art District. Amazing art for sale in this exclusive shop. Always make it a stop when visiting the area. Support local artists and take home a piece of Wynwood!

A Butterfly in Christ: Didn’t have a chance to go in because the shop was closed on Memorial Day but I do love the art work. The next time I come to Miami hopefully I’ll get to make it inside lol

Lauren Pires: Unique and adorable! Best place for affordable and cute gifts in a creative & colorful city

Frangipani - Miami Boutique and Concept Store: what do users think?

OB SPACES: Very nice store! However, customer service is very poor… I came in wanted to buy a gift for a friend, I heard great things about Frangipani so decided to check it out. When I came in there was a young lady at the counter, she didn’t even greet me as I walked in. Then a few minutes later a few more customers came in and she stays at the back of the register… now I’m not sure if that’s a way to monitor what is going on in the store but it’s not welcoming at all. ASK PEOPLE IF THEY NEED HELP!!! It was my first time there and it will be my last.

Diana Beze: Love this store. This christmass I went like 3 times in a row😂. Every time I go a find something new . Cute pieces. I would love if they open sooner

Nicole Rodriguez: i got earrings at their store that were very cute and were $30. When i got home i found all of the earrings in a pack on amazon for $8. I feel scammed.

Jamie Fuller: This store has SO MANY amazing gifts that are all on the funky side that any recipient would love. Hats, towels, accessories, jewellrey, oddities. I could spend an hour in here and a lot of money if I had no rules! I will come back next time I am in Miami.

Ricky Studds: My favorite store on the Wynwood strip. Has funky fresh calligraphy, custom Greeting cards with prices less than Publix. Cool patches and pins, Wynwood local coloring books. This is a great place to get something for a loved one as a gift.

Suzan McDowell: Frangipani is a simply wonderful array of gifts and notables- the offerings are beautiful, and unique, I found the perfect gift for my sister Thank you 🙏🏽

Justa Czyk: Great stuff

archie archambault: Beautiful shop with a brilliantly curated selection.

The Falls: what do users think?

Devon Newsom: I love how it’s outside and it is so pretty looking at the water and how it flows through the place. You get the occasional cute cat or random bird walking with you but I just think it’s an additional experience. I also enjoy the food shops and the other little stores that they have. It’s super beautiful when it gets darker from All the lights around the place. Although it does close at 9pm which is a little early for my personal preference, I just really enjoy walking around out there. :))

Susan Gochenour: The mall and its employees are great however, the management is rude to the employees. I was waiting out side the restroom as it was being cleaned. The mall manager walked by and beraved the employee over a sign. To do this in front of people shopping at the mall was totally uncalled for. Totally rude and she thinks she is better than the employees. Last time I looked we all put our pants on the same way, one leg at a time. I was totally disgusted.

jesus bello: Great shops and nice restaurants. Not enough public use places line restrooms and sitting areas for families that spend the day shopping together. Well kept and clean. Could use some more snack, small food kiosks. Great additions of nice restaurants to the surrounding parking areas

Mira: i like to fart here. i home here every day during my lunch break to walk around and release gas. i love walking by an unsuspecting couple and flatulating on them. then 5 seconds later their faces scrunch up and they go “ewww”. it’s so exhilarating. i love farting on people. i love farting on the cats. i love farting on the benches. it’s such a relief to come to a place that smells like home after my dead end job.

Vivian Garcia Emert: Nicely laid out outdoor mall with plenty of shopping and dining options. Love the ponds/pools throughout the mall with the cascading falls!

Jorge Diaz: Small but tranquil, not a lot of store but covers all needs. Same with movie theater. Small but quality. Great restaurant selection.

Coach Pat: This is a really nice outdoor mall. It has good restaurants and a lot of nice stores. Plenty of parking. You can have a great time even if you just go fir a nice walk and ice cream or churros.

Maylin Castillo: Really nice mall. Not too overcrowded. A lot of open spaces where you could seat and have a snack, play area for the kids with a nice little train. A lot of good stores.

Upper Buena Vista: what do users think?

jetta baoli: My husband & I come here at least twice a week, we enjoy the good coffee & the vibe. We love this place! the only suggestion I have is that the music genre should change once in a while. As a regular, we notice it’s the same music every day.

Vanesa CG: Love this place, the vibe, and the people are great. They have different shops and restaurants, ice cream, juices, clothes, smoothies, and my favorite part is that it is outdoors surrounded by a lot of trees, I could spend the whole day in this place.

Steph Smith: Feels like Tulum. An assortment of unique shops, hookah, shops selling gourmet sweets, and 4 different restaurants. Great spot, I love visiting and feel relaxed after leaving.

Martha Lucia González: Super fun place, good food, and little shops around the restaurant, colorful. Exploring with Olive .. they also have a dessert place if you like “obleas” delicious ☀️

N P: Aesthetically pleasing, a relief from the FL sun. Lovely stores selling unique wares, great cocktails and foods that looks appealing.

Navneeth Neethu: The place was amazing, close to nature with lots of trees around with great lighting. All the restaurants are worth a try in here. I tried the turkish place in here and I liked it.

Giovanna Gonzalez: We came to upper buena vista for a show and were pleasantly surprised by the entire place! So many great shops, food, and drinks! We had a great drink at the bar and some yummy desserts at a shop. We also tied wishes to the wish tree! Great date night spot.

Orlando Yanguas: This a cozy and beautiful place. The only issue I have is that only a couple of places sell liquor, so the Turkish place is not an option, the food is amazing, though.

Miami Design District: what do users think?

Maria de los Angeles: This place is amazing!! I love the district! The designer stores are huge and so beautiful from outside and inside. You will find a variety of all the interesting and international high end brands. Restaurants are available in the district too.

Julia Vasiliades: Miami Design District is a beautiful outdoor shopping area, filled with stores side by side for a few blocks. All the stores are high end name brands, normal prices, not outlets. The stores are different than your local bodega area, these name brand stores vary from 2-5 floors worth of a gallery of different products that are traditionally show cased at your local version of the store. Beautiful to walk around, delicious food right by the stores and the scenery is very photogenic! Highly recommended to come by and take a stroll around to visit these stores and enjoy the aesthetic.

Dominique Wilson: Inspiring 🙌 I feel so creatively inspired by everything in the design district. My mind is overflowing with ideas and visuals. The stores, cafes and experience is so beautiful. Even if you’re not into shopping at designer brands, it’s worth taking a walk through the streets. We came on a Sunday and it was much quieter than I expected. The clothes stores are all open on Sunday, but the furniture stores were not.

George P: They often have some strange or interesting art scattered throughout the outdoor shopping plaza which I enjoy, but the rest of the scene is not my style. People are usually friendly and are on a mission to shop until they drop at any of the numerous luxury brand stores. Great for people watching though, as are most art& design-centric areas.

Hadi Karanouh: This place is more of an outdoor mall with Brand stores. The “ design “ of the area is actually really nice and worth it if you want to just walk around and enjoy the day. There are plenty of ice cream shops and restos ( MIA food market ) if you want to grab a bite.

Franck & Roxanne _: Such a cool place! Mostly high end shops and boutiques with modern design/architecture. Ample Tesla chargers in the Museum Garage with a very reasonable rates. Kid and dog friendly with water dishes and playground equipment. Definitely check out the MIA Market for a wide variety of food options.

anthony garzon: What a great to visit . The stores in this area are the amazing high end stores you find in only the ritziest of towns . The walk through this area is what brings to your attention thr beautiful and interesting public art that line the walk ways and courts of the Miami design district . If you come here to shop or if you come here to window shop you will be also be entertained by the pieces of art along your way through the district.

Bryan Nagy: A must see in Miami! Amazing architecture, shopping, dining, and art galleries. Be sure to check out the local galleries, which contain artwork from nearby artists. If you plan on visiting the contemporary museum, plan ahead and order tickets. They sell out, and it is virtually impossible to walk in without a wait.

Lincoln Road: what do users think?

Kara Williams: Most fun shopping experience I had while in Miami! There are a plethora of restaurants to choose from, lots of shops, and tons of photo opportunities. A must-have on your bucket list for Miami! (The patriotic mural photos were taken outside of the Panizza restaurant)

Artistiqly Xpressive: Lincoln Road is filled we so many surprises, from food, to drinks, to boutique and art shopping! Oh! I almost forgot to mention dancing! I found a great rooftop bar for Latin Dancing there as well! #skyyard

Abhishek Gupta: Amazing place to walk around, shop and enjoy delicious food options. We personally love "7 spices" because of the variety in the food menu as well as the ambience. They also have Shisha which adds to its appeal. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you are visiting Lincoln road in Miami.

Maurice Zadeh: Beautiful all around! Shopping, no cars, great island style water fountains and landscaping! Great dining opportunities!

Anastasia Wilson: Great place to eat and shop! There’s also stands that sell! I would definitely suggest going here in Miami.

Yakup Content AI Manager: Wonderful area to hang around ! Definitely worth visiting place with live music, good food and the beach nearby! Just be prepared to look for a parking slot!

Steven Díaz Zalduondo: This is a nice place to go shopping. They have a great variety of stores.I found the place a little outdated and some areas looked dirty.

Ardi: Lively with usually a lot of foot traffic. Street music, fountains, statues, places to rest and sit and watch life go by. Outdoor seating for many restaurant. A lot of shopping choices. Worth the visit.

Lanash Lath (Dezignstar): One of my fav places to walk around in Miami daytime or at night. You can grab food, hookahs, dessert and listen to street musicians and plenty of vendors selling all sorts of jewelery and hand made items. There are cool art installations around as well for u to admire.

The Shops at Mary Brickell Village: what do users think?

Thomas Madison: People keep reviewing this as City Center. They are NOT the same place. The shops at Mary Brickell Village are 2 blocks from city center. The elevators have been out of service for a year now here. They have 4 elevators on 1 side which 3 are out of order and on the other side they have 2 elevators, which either 1 or both are out of service at all times. Management has Commented that they were fixed which is a lie. They are nearly ALL out of service and Management is useless. Step it up guys!

MONTILLA DA MAX: Beautiful place to shop

temesgene: Amazing shops and restaurants with great view of the city with easy transportation

Graff Corby: Outdoor, and a beautifully designed shopping destination, conveniently located in Downtown Miami, with most of the very best retail brands available in the world.

Mz Bree (itsMzBree): Everything you need is right in walking distance. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Dogs are welcome to walk around. Nice upscale dining and shopping experience.

Tamara Etienne: Thoughtful shopping area. Really pretty scenery and close to the Underline, a linear park. I just wish there was more signage to help exit from garage to shops to street. Other than that, perfect!

A Plus Recommends: Great place to hang out, shop, dine and generally have fun. Has garage and valet because parking is a general nightmare in this area. Be prepared to wait a while to retrieve your vehicle. But go and discover some of what brickell has to offer.

The Webster Miami: what do users think?

AL TROMBETTA: EVERYTIME WE ARE IN MIAMI WE SHOP AT THE WEBSTER BECAUSE I ALWAYS FIND HIGH END CLOTHES THAT YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS TIME A STONE ISLAND JACKET FOR $1,099. THE GIRL THAT WAITED ON US DALIA, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SO NICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY FIND.

Robert Steven W: I don’t know why so many bad reviews of the Webster and the service. This is a great store and I have always had great service . I shopped this week with Myriam and she was a delight and super attentive. The have a great selection and the store is a delight

Sara Shahgholami: This is a review for The Webster’s online store. I purchased a Burberry bag and did not receive shipping confirmation for over a week after purchasing. Calling The Webster was a nightmare (if someone actually picked up the phone). I was told that I would receive an email within 30 minutes letting me know if my bag was in stock or not, but hours passed, and I received nothing. I finally received a text from someone asking what I needed in response to my unanswered calls, who then processed me a refund after finding out the bag was out of stock. I truly felt like my money would have been kept if I didn’t reach out to them on my own the way I did. I really do not like leaving businesses negative reviews, but this was a really terrible experience and I will not be shopping here again.

Shawn Dalton: Visited on 6/7/21. These people expected me to wait outside in 90 degree heat for 30 minutes while they are lunch. They obviously have no idea who their clientele is. This is not how you treat a customer who is spending thousands in your store. Terrible policy. Door boy is rude too. Don’t give this place your money.

A J Young: What a horrible store and even worse customer experience. I have been there twice prior and both times even worse than before. What ever happened to customer service? This time I was about to enter the store and the security at the door was completely rude. Asked to put my shirt on before entering which is no problem, so i did so then he refused to reopen the door or even unlock. I hate to use the word, but he was complete a*#h&*le. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Too many options out there today to be compromising on service or customer service/integrity.

Malgorzata Kucharuk: The boutique is located in the lower level of the Webster Hotel. It is quite spacious. You can browse through the clothing easily and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only remark is that most of the items are rather pricy even though they aren’t from the most recent collections...

camila veiga: I don’t even know from where to start. Went in the store attracted by the Balenciaga shoes that was with 50% of discount (from 850 to 425 + taxes) still not that cheap, right? Anyways, at that same day I discovered that the “Balenciaga” shoes that they sold me was FAKE! Went there the other day right in the morning so I could have this solved. First they refused to do the refund, with some shade excuses that made no sense to me since they have the return policy within 28 days from the purchase date written on the receive. Second of all, how does a store sell a FAKE Balenciaga shoes as if it’s original? Third, the store manager was super rude to me, treated me as if they were making me a favor saying “ we don’t usually do refunds but this time I’ll be making an exception” PS: I still don’t have my money back in my card. Don’t buy at this place, it’s very tricky, dishonest and they’ll probably try to f*** you up.

D O S: Never returning again. Will avoid. Gave this place a shot but was severely let down. Rude staff and very condescending staff at the Miami Beach store. Shady in-store return policy that contradicts the online return policy. Stick to Saks and or Neiman Marcus for simple returns and exchanges as well as a professionally trained staff. At the end of the day, a paying customer has the right to change their mind about a purchase without being lectured.

Official Art Deco Gift Shop: what do users think?

Alana Walker: Loved the Art Deco Walk. But, the best stop for sure was the Offical Art Deco Gift Shop!! Not only did it have the most incredible, unique and funky stuff that made perfect for gifts for my family, but Iris was wonderful enough to give us a private tour and helped me find perfect items for everyone. I thought I was completely out of luck with all of the same Surf Style shops on every corner, but finding this gem saved me from showing up with the same cheesy suveniours as everyone else. I now have thoughful and one of a kind gifts that will help us and our family remember this trip to Miami forever! Please never change this place! It should stay funky and fun!! A literal oasis for all things actually art deco! Thank you so much Iris, you made our trip special and made my whole day special because you took a chance on us! I hope you are there next time we visit! ♡Alana & Shaun.

ed klerks: Awesome shop! They have a poster of the Breakwater Hotel... I forgot to purchase 😰 Nine Months later we bought ourselfs a beautiful poster that’s hanging on our Kitchen Wall. Very happy 😎

Sarah Bella Lipovenko: A very quaint and authentic Art Deco gift shop! So many great finds. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Miracle Mile & Downtown Coral Gables: what do users think?

john Perry: The best Argentinean restaurant I have ever been too. best quality food , and service was fantastic had a blast and also enjoyed the music 🎶

Olga Carrasco: A great small city, just needs a wider selection of shops and to renew some of the existing ones. Also needs to tale bikes and scooters off sidewalks.

Marion Keuschnig: Beautiful place for dancing, having drinks, shopping, eating and strolling around 😊

SiteStrollTv: Miracle Mile is located downtown Carol Gable next door to Miami It’s a lovely neighborhood you can eat at one of the many restaurants there or you can do some shopping & yeah if you are getting married you can check out one of there bridal stores

Ylanda FH: Nice shopping and eateries all within walking distance. Parking can be tough but perfect if you can get street parking.

LITTLE HAVANA GIFT SHOP: what do users think?

Kokob Weldu: This place is full of historical site, great food clean area.

Ankit Srivastava: Little Havana Tourist Information Center is having good collection of souvenirs.

Jacqueline Gibson: Souvenirs I grabbed from Little Havana

Xiande Liu: I visited Little Havana a week ago. Because I need to catch my flight after visiting this place, I had to take my luggage with me. The lady of this shop agreed to take care of my luggage. At the end I tried to give her $10 but she rejected. I then bought a gift from that store. It is so nice of her.

Marnie Dreyer-Shaik: I bought myself a cute little Cuba T-shirt. I also got a free Cuban coffee which tasted really different to other grounds but really good. The gifts at this shop are not pricey like many of the other tourist shops.

my opinion: Things Havana, and, things Cuba, with a mix of Miami and Miami Beach. Prices are little more expensive than I would like but it is a great shop for souvenirs. I would recommend this location.

Arda Akoluk: i do not smoke and went there to buy a gift to one of my friend.Stuff helped me a lot, they are extremely friendly.Just do not be shy to ask questions to them if you do not have enough knowledge about cigars like me.Place is good i think but since this is the first cigar shop i have been,i cannot compare, prices are little bit high compared to websites i have found.Good experience overall. PS: do not smoke :) ,smoking kills

Deshawn Henkle: I love this shop and the owner is amazing and such a beautiful soul to confide in! I do not live in the area anymore but I always make it a point to stop by when I visit.Free refreshments and a beautiful meditation room what more could you ask for? Amazing service

Arlene Grant: Thank You for such great service.

Nordstrom Rack: what do users think?

Ajike A: Clothing items are lacking. A lot of old and unattractive styles. Not enough sandals in larger sizes. Service is seriously lacking. No one smiled or said hello. A male employee gave me a nasty stare several times and it felt tense and unwelcoming. Worst rack experience and I’ve shopped at many locations nationwide

Angelica Cherelle: I had the best experience here. I hate to shop and the associate Alex made choosing my outfit that much more easy. She was so patient and made great suggestions, and if she wasn’t sure she found someone to answer the questions I had. Thank you for having great employees.

Cheryl J: This location is always good to go to in the late afternoon or evening. Service from the cashier is readily available and helpful. Although parking is somewhat challenging during these hours it is best to park in the garage and walk to the store or park off Miami Avenue and walk over. The store is packed with lots of good finds and good discounts depending on what you are looking for in clothing, accessories and some household items.

WMakeup Toronto: Good place to shop. Lack of parking spots (pretty busy there). Nordstrom rack doesn’t have a great selection for clothes of beauty products, pretty basic. Although the restaurants around are pretty convenient, close to shopping and have nice menu.

Maria de los Angeles: I was disappointed. The store is big but super busy. It does not feel like Nordstrom but probably a bad marshals or tjmax. I didn’t find any good selection of American brands. They did have many designer items such as Gucci and Dolce and Gabbana but the prices were very high for old collection items. Over stocked with old clothes .

James H: Good store for browsing, but tough to buy as the checkout line always seems to be enormous.

Eric Jantzen: I will definitely use them again when needed.

vera bettin: Horrible selection - always! They don’t respect their opening hours, this is my third time in two months where they did not open on time. This time they say it’s for inventory which is fine I understand things happen they were supposed to be open at 10 AM and they put up a sign right at 10 AM saying will open at 12, then I came back at 12 and they had another sign up they’re saying will be open at 2 PM - it’s just not fair to customers to do that and informed them at the last minute. Very disrespectful of our time and obviously their inventory and their internal processes matter way more than how customers are inconvenienced.

Fifth and Alton: what do users think?

jose puron: Great shopping center in the middle of miami beach. Supermarkets, best buy and much more. Very safe and clean

Kathryn Jenkins: There is a bathroom near the arcade and it was in nice condition.I was looking forward to the musical stairs but they are actually underwhelming. I think painting them some fun colors would spice them up a little.

Roger Carlier: Best one stop shopping corner in South Beach, situated on Alton Rd. and 5th Street this single structure/one block shopping center is easily accessible from main roads and the I-365 expressway. Plenty of on site parking (free first 1/2 hour) ideal for locals and visitors. Among others, Publix supermarket for your grocery needs, Best Buy for electronics, Ross for brand clothing priced right, pet needs and much more.

Joel Franco: Pro tip! Park here and walk to wherever you need to go in the area. First 2 hours are free and the rates after are reasonable, compared to other garages in SoBe. It also has a good selection of stores from Best Buy to Total Wine.

Larry Salvo: Great parking for Publix and other stores. But poorly maintained. Elevators are filthy and many times, out of service.

Eduardo Ulloa: Lovely place many places to shop

Tania Hajjar: Worked a private party here, the place is beautiful, right off the water with a great outside seating area. The food was great, and the staff is very clean cut and professional. Great size venue for parties. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The whole place is chic and elegant. And valet is available.

S P: Multy stores building with a free public garage, busy with locals and tourist,is convenient for a local neighborhood store

HERMÈS Miami Design District Store: what do users think?

Liza K: I have never experienced such unwelcoming and arrogant customer service. It’s not my first time shopping at Hermès but the customer service here is incomparable… What do you mean I have to “build” a relationship with a sales associate?! What do you mean I have to “come in early in the morning” because they’re “busy” in the afternoon?! What do you mean I have to settle with whatever colour and size that gets offered?!…Not to mention how apparently I can’t live in multiple cities at once and shop in various Hermès stores globally. I have to have a relationship with one specific store… It’s pretty clear and obvious that people order their dream bags and don’t settle for whatever colour they are offered. So don’t feed that nonsense of “we’re out of stock” and “we don’t know when we’ll be receiving new stock”… Not to mention how if you have NO stock then what is so secretive about that that you cannot disclose that information over the phone?! When training your associates, maybe instruct them to look their client in the eye rather than scan their outfit and mentally place a price tag on every item of clothing that the client is wearing… It’s very uncomfortable. I left the store empty-handed, having been told to come back sometime in two months. The sales associate didn’t even offer to start “building this relationship” since I left without even his contact information.

Delaney Lee: I do not go back to this store. High ending brand store do not have personal assistant. Also, we decided to buy earing and breslet so let them bring downstair under my name. After I went third floor for looking shoes. The asian lady who help us really bad service. I decide to buy shoes but i still want to buy somemore but lady keep said have go downstair together. Feels like the lady think only her comission I buy somthing under her name. Last thing she told us they short bag cannot given a bigger bag but I saw white person take big bag after I left door. I went Hermes for spend money but feels like better go to Walmart. Thank you for being my wish brand but not anymore.

Gabriela Avelar: Invoice: 237156 I am disappointed about the quality of the service of Hermes. I bought a belt and buckle belt on 12/11. These were my spouse Christmas present, the sales person told us it was available in Madison’s store and I trust it would be delivered soon. She mentioned this would be at my home by Friday 12/17 but it didn’t happen. I sent the sales person a message on Saturday and she didn’t have time to response, which I understood because it was before Christmas. I wait until Monday and the surprise was that for some reason the belt never left NYC store because it was a mistake and it was sold to another person. 1. Why it took 9 days to let me know? 2. Why Hermes has such a terrible delivery service? 3. Do they think they can just say ‘I am sorry we will refund you (who knows when) ? . I don’t really know who was responsible for the mistake I suffered, and I can understand what happened from many stores, but the lack of follow-up and the system are unbelievable for Hermes, one of the most expensive brands in the world. Terrible experience!

Karl de Borbón: Amazing collection of Hermes items and outstanding store in the heart of the design district of Miami, the variety of design clothes and shoes and accessories is breathtaking We love this place and we really appreciate the super professional and friendly service by Vincent We will comeback for sure to Hermes at the design district to checkout their new collection

CESAR GENUINESTYLE: While looking at belts the customer service / loss prevention guy seriously asked me what I purchased at another store lol

maria baptista: April is wonderful, very helpful and professional. Her follow through with my wants is right on point. Always gets back to me in a timely matter goes above and beyond to find what I am asking for. Great customer service.

Ann Golik: Terrible customer service. They are always out of some special bags even though they have it for commission….

Miracle Marketplace: what do users think?

lisa thomas: Easy free parking- love that they have escalators and elevators . The vendors with kiosk booths are fun, friendly and inexpensive. I bought a stunning silk dress for 35.00 ! Once you’re there you may as well take advantage of the big box stores and grab a beer 🍺 at Hooters.

Starlet Myra: Elevators and escalators are always broken. The building is dirty and not kept. The gym is old and horrible. Not recomended.

Eve Acsinte: This place has security issues. I left my bike and the electric scooter in their bike parking spake, both locked. Someone cut the locker and stole the scooter. I reported the incident to the building security requesting to check the cameras. They never called back and doesn’t answer to the phone anymore. You can see in the picture how the locked was cut.

Dylan Young: Dirty, scary parking garage.Elevators are disgusting and miserably hot, they move at a snails pace.Probably would only go back for the large Dollar Tree.Picture featured is of the street below from the parking garage.

Michael Montoya: Parking is accessible. Free! Stores are good. Restaurants are pretty good too.

Kitty Cat: Nice shopping mall indoor/outdoor. Free parking in attached garage. Entrance in back.

Arcadio Garcia: I gave it 3 stars only because of the parking other than that they have great stores. 👍
