Brooke Franklin: I ordered two ink cartridges, they were delivered in the time expected. One worked, one didn't. I contacted customer support and followed their directions exactly for returning. Months later they "hadn't received my return" and asked what my tracking number was. Well, you didn't state I needed a tracking number in our first conversation. Obvious scam! I reached out again stating I hadn't received my reimbursement. They again said they never received it and wanted a tracking number. Just buy new or refill your own ink. Lesson learned.

Siamak Salehi: Do not buy from this company! I purchased three sets of ink cartridges for my Brother Printer. They were the wrong cartridges (they did not work!) When I contacted them they asked me to remove the chips from my original cartridge and glue them on their faulty cartridges! Since I did not have the genuine cartridges, I had to send them their faulty ones. They refunded me partially! I had to pay for the postage as well! So be very careful, it seems we are dealing with a charlatan bunch of people who claim to be a legitimate business.

Jannette Parent: I am very frustrated with Simotime's faulty product, lack of customer service, and misleading information. The cartridges didn't fit my printer. The customer service agent instructed me to force it into my very expensive printer. I refused. After arguing with him, he finally agreed to let me return the cartridges. He emailed me the information to return them, I followed the directions. Two months later, no response. When I tried to email once again, they finally responded that I was outside the two month window, so they couldn't give me a refund! They failed to mention that the 60 day return had expired when we spoke on the phone, OR when they emailed me the information to return it. OR after I returned the items, fully expecting a refund.They finally offered to return it, if I would call with my credit card number. I do not feel that I can trust what they tell me, and certainly do not feel comfortable giving you my credit card number again. I will let Discover handle this.

Lina Mamut: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Their products may be far less expensive than their competitors, but for a reason. Literally every "guarantee" listed on their website is totally false. I ordered a set of replacement ink. Although they promised "quick shipping", my order was not shipped for 2 weeks after I placed it, and I only received it close to a month later. Then one of products didn't work at all! I called their customer service to troubleshoot and possibly make use of their "100% No Hassle Money Back Guarantee with 2 Year Warranty", and the customer service agent (Daniel) proceeded to hang up on me! I was trying to explain that I had followed the installation instructions precisely, and although one product worked fine, the other was not working. He told me the problem could not possibly be with their product, and when I tried to discuss the matter with him he hung up! I tried calling back for the next 10 minutes, only to be pushed to voicemail. Some "friendly customer service"!

Jonathan Wilson: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had purchased eight cartridges from them for two HP printers and a Lexmark printer. None of the HP cartridges were recognized by my printers. Their service tech had me take an array of sequential pictures of my one of my printers while I was loading the cartridges, starting the printer, and pictures of the errors the printer was giving me. I emailed him each of the pictures. I’m thinking the request came because he didn’t think I would actually follow through, and was used as a stall tactic. After all of that, he told me I had ordered the wrong cartridges for one of the printers. I ordered the cartridges recommended by their website! As for the other printer cartridges, there was no explanation (although the date stamps on the cartridges are from 2008). No email, no phone calls to follow up, no nothing. I will try to reach out to them again and will post the results.

shane reese: Do not buy from this company. You will lose the money that you give them. They send old, faulty cartridges that your printer will not accept. Then they will refuse to refund you. If you call a kid named Daniel will likely answer and give you the run around. If you ask to speak to his manager he'll tell you he is out of town. When I asked when he is expected back he said next year (its June right now). I strongly suggest you get cartridges from a different company. I typically don't write reviews but this customer services was so poor I felt compelled.

mitchell eismont: Well I ordered, "2 Pack HP PhotoSmart C4680 Quality Replacement Black and Tri-Color Ink Cartridges." I only received one pack of ink cartridges. I e-mailed them to tell them they forgot a set, and they said, "You only ordered 1 - 2 pack." I tried to get them to make good on their false advertising and they didn't. I told them I would just send the product back if they would send me a shipping label. They would not do it. I thought, well I am screwed anyway might as well use the ink. I put the ink carts into the printer, and they didn't recognize them. So I am double screwed. I have walked up to three random people and asked them how many ink cartridges they would receive based off this description. Everyone said enough to fill the printer twice. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shirley Braun: we bought 4 toners and 4 cartridges, the first toner was giving us an error on the printer and the cartridges were fine. We contacted them to inform them we could not use the remaining 3 since our IT told us they don't work and will continue to give an error, the 3 remaining ones were new, intact and they would not take them back, not even as a credit or replace them with the cartridges. Horrible service, very rude.

Steven Maasland: Absolutely disastrous experience. First they sent the wrong drum. I tried to complain but there was never a person answering their phone number. So I instead turned to my payment processor. One week after they received the complaint from the payment processor, they then said that they would replace it but that they first needed to receive some photos. I sent the photo immediately, to which they once again delayed, waiting a few more days before they sent a return label promising same day processing once the return was received. Well they received the return and did not follow up on their promise for same day turn-around. Indeed, instead they unilaterally decided to refund me after two weeks delay. Stay away!!!

Jose Santana: I ordered refillable ink cartrages, a week ago. I even paid for express shipping. I was emailed expected delivery date 26/27 it is now the 28 & a weekend. which means i wont be getting my order till the 30 at the earliest. My buisness is losing $$$. since when does it take 6 working days for express shipping.

Danielle and Alexander Wuensche: 6/25/2019 Update: The screen on my printer has been broken since April 2018 and I made you aware on the day this occurred. As of yet, you have not fixed the machine. You will only help me if I agree to "upgrade" my machine to a new machine with a whole new contact term. After communicating my dissatisfaction online, you finally contacted me to "see what you can do for me". We had a meeting yesterday at my office and you never showed up. I called today to find out what happened and you stated "you were busy do other things and could not come". Did it ever cross your mind to call and reschedule? Bad service. I just want out of my contract. ______________________________________________________________________ My copier has not been working properly for over a year. They refuse to fix and want me to sign a new lease to get a properly working copier. Why would I want to extend the time I have to work with this company. They also do not sent people to the office who can communicate to us in English.

Monica Diaz-Veliz: They made you sign a finance contract with Time Payment and later they fail to provide the service and printers promised and you are stock with the debt without a printer. In 1 year our company have change 5 printers and they are old and then you cannot keep your business running. In our line of work we print everything since we work for Medicaid. Everything documented must be printed and if we cannot print our work is paralyzed and we cannot continue until they come to fix it or bring another machine and they are always breaking within days. They are not very supportive since they already have the money on their hand. Time Payment should break business with JCM LLC because they are not reliable, or they should make them do the contract with them and do not force the client to do it. They said they machine was going to be new and all machines received since day one were used. My recommendation take your printer needs elsewhere.

They Bring you a printer that stops operating after two days and then tell you, "Too bad you are in a lease UNTIL IT IS PAID IN FULL. " The owner Jose will scream at you and tell you are liar. Dane Luke Wagner: The place is clean, well stocked and organized. Easily accessible as well. The services are solid, I appreciate the store pick up and curb side service. The 4 stars is because it was a little tricky to get help from the workers there. When we needed help 2 different people saw us and literally like ducked down and walked away quickly. Besides those two people...the experience was great.

Shaun Fuller: First time in a very long time when I have been able to find a Sales Associate so quickly, so knowledgeable and so affable. Thank you for making this shopping trip enjoyable. While the store didn't have all the pen ink refill styles I was trying to find, the Sales Associate quickly identified what would work for two of them as well as identifying the small cell cluster batteries that were in stock for 3 other pens there if I needed them!

Theresa Morales: Not very helpful people in this store. I have a learning disability and I had a hard time trying to print a document from my laptop. The two young men did not assist eventhough I asked twice, they spent more time with a younger person. They spent about 3 minutes by asking me to look for my document in laptop, neither one helped me navigate through my laptop. They both said to email the document and both times I told them that it went through so that I can recieve confirmation so that they can print it. They insisted I never sent it. Once my laptop ran out of battery after waiting at 30 minutes in line, I could no longer show them proof I sent it multiple times. I finally left ery upset, and guess what all 3 emails were there to show proof that I had confirmation number! They were extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Shame on you and your management to hire incompetent staff. I will never come in to this store....btw, all the people standing around in front of the store whether on the phone or having a fun time chatting, could have helped me or anyone in line waiting for that matter.

Sue Vespi: I always go to Office Depot when I need any type of office supplies. I find the staff very helpful and Elias was extremely helpful at checkout. I also had great help from another gentleman who was helping me find correct ink refills.

great aviator: They'll put a price on the display/dispenser of an item and when you go to pay the price is higher, it happened to me in your Miami Lakes store yesterday, with ink correction tapes tagged as $6.00 then at the cashier it was more than $9.00, this has been my experience several times in your stores!

Ali Omar Prevez: This is the best place to resupply your business or home office. They always keep a good stock on products and they always have specials discounts on selected items. If you are running needing some prints this is the perfect place because is most of the time empty. They have great customer service and always available to help.

Webs Pierre: Nicole and the store manager were professional and helpful during my store visit. The location is clean and easy to get around.

Alejandra Sanchez: I usually do not write reviews, but Mr. Ricardo from the printing department deserves to be praised publicly. I went to get bond spiral on some pages, and he did a marvelous job. Ricardo was not only friendly but fast as well. He treats clients very nicely, and he always has a smile on his face. He was alone and had many clients, and that did not affect the quality of his job. He is a great worker, and in my opinion, he deserves to be promoted.

Ian Scott: My office supply needs are always in stock and the staff have never failed to assist.

Jose Rojas: Do not use the text service. Just make your line, if not, they won’t call you. I got there, there is a HUGE sign that says that there are no lines, so I texted, sent my name and last name when prompted, it was supposed to be my turn, but some people that were just waiting in line were taken care of before even asking for their names. I was trying to follow YOUR rules, but I guess it doesn’t work like that. Gotta check on your rules. Thank you for not helping me.

Tamara Kostenko Borrero: Almost I found everything that I need ❤️ And, I found a store nearly to me.

Khayos: Faxing at office max is highway robbery. Over 2 dollars a page. A job application cost me 16 dollars after tax to fax 7 pages. Don't ever give them your business. Find another place to handle your documents. Thieves. Additional info as of 10/14/2020. I emailed the "owner" below at the requested email the day they posted it, and I have had no one reach out to "try and make things right." Also additionally my receipt shows $2.06 in tax for a 15.63 $subtotal. That is ~14% sales tax when the sales tax in south florida/miami is 7%. That is just another level of thievery.

Liliana Espinosa: I had a bad experience with this business because I went to send a fax and they charge $1.89 for the first page and $1.69 for additional pages. You think this is expensive and too much money and you think that you will be pay for the Florida tax. No no... they charge additional 2 taxes without telling you. I talked to the manager and he told me that they do not need to inform that to the customer. He did not void the transaction and tried to do a good customer service. Luis did not care at all.🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓

Fran Simmler: Self service printing was very user friendly.

Eve J: Compared to other stores some items are overpriced and some of the price tags under items are incorrect. Some of the staff is lovely but I had a somewhat negative experience with one of the workers. They overcharged me for a product and inputted the wrong phone number but instead of retyping it they simply told me to go online and fix the issue as if it were my fault. I am very displeased after this visit. Next time I'll just go somewhere else.

Patricia Jaramillo: I’ve always gone to FedEx for my printing needs, so I was a little hesitant to go to somewhere that I wasn’t used to. I regret not coming to this store sooner 🙈at Office Depot, the printers were user-friendly & staff was great. Renato helped me both times I went to print out documents and he was so helpful. Overall, the printing process was easy and we got awesome costumer service 👏🏼 Definitely our new go to for printing!

Samuel Vargas: The place is great but they need a place for bicycles. I had to leave mine next to a parking sign just because there’s no place on this shopping for bikes.

Amores Dental Dadeland: Steve, one of the managers, always goes above and beyond his duties to make sure our orders are correct and that we leave the store feeling valued. This store has great customer service. The employees always have a smile and treat people with respect.

Just Me: Appreciate being able to go to a bricks & mortar store when there are things that you just need to get in person, or last minute. Inventory was great for office supplies, sales associates were helpful and polite, and prices are great.

Elaine Marlin: Efficient, savvy tech person helped with decisions on items to purchase. Pleasant, efficient cashier. This makes going into a big store like this a pleasure. I wish all experiences were that positive.

Joe Whittington: Helpful staff but, the store felt ghetto. The automatic slideing door in the front of the store sounded mechanically ruff enough that I thought it was going to come off its track. Trash blowing around in the parking lot. Boxes on the shelf had the security cases and alarms rigged up. Open space on selves gave the store an empty feeling also.

One thing to note, they do not carry equipment up or down stairs so you should move your recyclables to the ground floor beforehand. ray smith jr: Overall if product is available, a visit is productive . Store was clean , organized, in stock. Help was nonexistent. Saw service center and cashier. Cashier checked cellphone between orders. Sometimes you wonder why the transactions take so long for customers buying a couple of items. End of the day I got what I needed.

Annie: On Father's Day, 6/19/2022, I went to this Office Depot on 87th ave and Bird Road. I was first helped by Chris at the printing area and then Daniel continued and finished helping me. The service was 5 stars all the way!!!

Cesar Conde: Service was great all the employees were helpful . Lined moved a little bit slow but it's not the employees fault the actual machines go very slowly. Place looks clean even tho there are some stains on the rug.

tc zig: I used to go to the Office Depot across from Dadeland Mall, but it closed so I had to go to this one for printer ink. Never having had a good experience here, I dreaded going. In the store, I saw the price on my ink was $90 (one thing good about the store is the shelves were well stocked with ink). I went to a computer in the store and looked online - where the ink was only $83.99 (I knew that I had seen it cheaper online). After waiting at checkout forever, I told the employee - this item is $83.99 online (it rang up $90). She asked the guy next to her about it, and he was disinterested at best - and said it was $90. I told him that I just looked it up on the Office Depot computer a couple feet away and it was $83.99 - and he said, "Well, I don't know that." Whereupon, I responded, "I just told you what it was online and it is still on that computer screen right over there" and I pointed to it. He didn't bother to go look and there was some back and forth and the employee helping me did give it to me for $83.99. THEN, I got a SanDisk jump drive, marked $7.99 in the store and it rang up $11.99. I told her it was $7.99 and she didn't argue with that; gave it to me for $7.99. You have to pay attention to what rings up or you will be overcharged. Besides that, I had waited in line behind 6 people for a long time. There was only one register person and the line was painfully slow. Another person came to do the register eventually, and I finally got up to pay for my items (the cash register lady was nice). This isn't out of the norm for this store - there are always employees roaming around but there is usually only 1 register person who is overworked. I'm a longtime customer of this chain and Office Max. I read that Office Depot is eventually going out of business and I can see why. Their products are way overpriced (though, the ink I bought is HP and I think HP sets that price, not Office Depot). I can understand why people don't want to shop here. If the manager or the owner doesn't care about happy customers, the business is bound for failure. I won't go in here any more; I'll buy my ink from Amazon. It will only be a little cheaper, but less aggravation will be worth it.

Luis L: Avoid at all cost. Did a curbside pick-up and had to Park on the side and wait 30 minutes. Then I go inside and I am told to grab my item in the pick up area

paddlethereef: Today I visited to print a simple black and white 16x20 line drawing for my architecture class. Last week I had 2 files of the same size printed and was charged roughly $5 per print. Today, for whatever reason, I was charged, $13.90 for one print. When I asked why the price was different I was told that last week I was somehow incorrectly charged. Ok, fair enough but I gotta say, that price of $13.90 is INSANE for 1 print. I paid it because I needed the print for school and the employees trying to explain why it was so expensive was making me angry but mark my words, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY OFFICE DEPOT. This same print at FedEx on their plotter literally costs $2.90. You are ripping people off charging over $10 for a line print that's black and white and it seems as if your employees don't understand what the proper prices are in the store which just makes things ten times worse. Enjoy my $14 dollars, you won't be getting any more money from me ever.

Liz Grogan: Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store, ESPECIALLY JOSE in the print shop! I came to him with a special order that needed a very fast turn around and he was more than accommodating. He spent probably about a half-hour total on the phone with me, walking me through how to make the order work. He was patient and friendly and went out of his way to make the order happen. THANK YOU, JOSE!!!

Iana Maregocio: Always got a good service and attention but today an employee named Amber charged me for an express service that took her more than 30 minutes to bundle 25 pages. I asked for the price twice but she newer answered me, I wated and then she charged the express service. I'm were disappointed 😞

Mafe: Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. I’m lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s a shame 4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help. I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.

Tali Kadoch: The ladies at the printing center are the worst sales and customer service people I have ever met. They are not helpful and extremely rude. I sent something to print and it came out wrong. When I asked them if they could fix it, one of them just started almost yelling saying "I can't do anything". I ended up asking for a refund. They also told me the printing services weren't available for the rest of the day. It was 6pm and they close at 9! It looked as if they just wanted to leave their job earlier. Overall, terrible experience.

Kelli Scerbo: This Staples was AWFUL! I traveled by Uber 20 minutes from my hotel to order prints for my company event. We needed (50) 5x7 print outs front/back by the next day for our event. Two workers were not responding to customers who were standing in line as they were waiting for their orders for days. In the end, I ended up calling to check the status of my order that they ensured would be done in time & they claim the "printer" broke & they were going to call to cancel everyone's orders, however they didn't think to call first thing in the morning. No sense of urgency! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! I traveled 40 minutes to the Staples in Hialeah & they had my order complete in 2 hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS STAPLES LOCATION!

Staples didn’t have much of a selection of display models for laptops so I will have to go somewhere else but I still had a pleasant experience and found the sales help around when I needed them

Dexter Morgann: I tried to print some PDF documents, exactly 7 documents of 10 pages each, the assistance at the counter was not available, although they only served whoever they wanted, White male, 40 years old, green eyes, does not qualify for treatment.They make me send an email to be able to print my documents, after putting my credit card They tell me that they can only print the email... Not the documents... They suggest using a computer To open the documents there, obviously with an extra charge... You're welcome I agreed, but you had no choice... I opened the document but it won't let me print... While the time is still running.Finally someone came to attend with a bad face, and downloaded my documents on the computer to be printed.Time keeps running.At last it gives me the option to print... $17 dollars each document.For 10, it would be $170 for my black and white prints, plus computer time.With a bad attitude they told me what it cost... When more same impressions elsewhere, I pay an average of 6 cents per impression.In the end I had to cancel everything, and as if that were not enough, they charged me the use of the computer, $10 dollars And I couldn't do anything, besides, I realized that if you're not the same color as them, you're not welcome.It's time to stop coming and look for a lawyer.

Charles Sodah: I've used B&D Dumpster Rental Omaha twice excellent service Always on time for both drop of an pick up. Best price and service I've ever seen. Their very cooperative and will get to you even on a short notice. Thank you very much Mike and staff.

Casey Valentine: I asked the print customer service rep, "why are there white spots on my business card?" She answered, "I can refund them, give you your money back, and throw them out." I asked, "you can't fix them?" She repeated what she said the first time. Okay.

They have a great selection of office furniture and they have everything under one roof. I get all of my business cards printed there and they always turn out better than I expect. It’s the small things that make a really nice experience and I will be shopping at this one depot exclusively from now on!

Jim Bezdan: All I did was buy a video adapter and then I started receiving multiple marketing emails a day from OfficeDepot.com even though my profile had previously indicated that I did not want to receive these types of emails. Trying to unsubscribe did not work. Beware when making in store purchases that you are not signed up for a lot of SPAM.

I had to complete a first time printing project and the manager Max was so helpful and explained the process every step of the way.
