Anthony Reyes: The experience that i’ve had with them was all good in the beginning and for the first month or so. After the month and as time progressed, communication with the staff became nearly impossible to contact them and they would only look for jobs whenever they needed to cover ONLY. It was a staff that was always involved in “meetings” as they would say and would never received a call back unless something appeared for them. Even advised them to look for anything else aside from what I was originally working as and they wouldn’t contact me back for anything at all. Would NOT trust this agency since they don’t keep any constant communication with their employees.

Global Beauty: I wish I had taken pictures of the job the employees from the agency did in our home. The agent, Tatiana, recommended two people to do a deep cleaning in an (empty) 2/2 apartment. The cleaning service took 7+ hours for $250. The apartment was left with a greasy kitchen. Dirty (untouched) appliances. Dirty floors with debris in them. Windows frames completely untouched. The only ceiling fan filled with dust (untouched). My family and I had to spend an entire day cleaning the place the day after they cleaning ladies spent a day there. The agency does not return most calls. The two times they picked up they said "I will call you back" and "You hired the staff, it is not our job to fix this issue". Please, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY EVER. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Careless. Irresponsible. A total failure and disappointment.

#sis club: Contacted All in One looking to help with my job search. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of George Gilmore. Came in for an interview with him and broadened my horizons with what jobs I was looking for. I did it because the job of my dreams is out there. Although George is not very good at calling people back nor emailing. In fact I really believe he is just there for a pay check. I have done more of the calling trying to see if he would have the courtesy of helping but he doesn’t. He tells me to apply to positions on there site in which there are a lot. My fingers are getting tired of doing all the work. George wake up and do your job. If you try calling to speak to anyone else guess what you get George again.

Alexander Rubio: RMG Staffing is a great company that I am so grateful for. I had lost my server job, and it couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were expecting and I needed a job to start a savings fast. I applied to several places tirelessly, but the places that were hiring were not hiring servers. I finally heard about RMG Staffing and called to schedule an interview. Jimmy was able to interview me the next day. Jimmy understands the industry very well. He took the time to sit down and talk to me to see what I was experienced in and how experienced I actually was. He couldn't stress enough about hospitality and professionalism. I was told I had to be clean cut with no beard which I didn't like at the time, but after seeing the fancy gala parties I was going to be serving, I understood why. I told Jimmy about my situation and he had me working an event that same weekend. I worked with RMG Staffing for three years after that and it was a wonderful experience. Their hours were flexible. They had different positions; from full time, part time, and seasonal and their pay was ridiculous good, especially for young students looking for weekend work. I no longer work in the hospitality industry, but RMG Staffing's professional demeanor is something that I have taken with me to every job and has given me the success I have today. I'm am forever grateful.

Going to school for hospitality, then this is a perfect place to gain experience.

They worked very hard to make sure our event was fully staffed, the staff was highly trained, on time and we didn't have to do much other then hire them to handle our banquet event. I would not go anywhere else for staff. The process is smooth and their pool of professional staff is huge.

Spoke to Sue Goldstein, their VP who asked me a broad range of questions about my prior employment and what my goals with a new position would be. I e-mailed my resume, and while I thought it was good, this woman put some thought and consideration into a rewrite. She stayed in contact with me all throughout the search effort, giving support and guidance. I had the opportunity to speak with Shawn at their office, another warm personality to deal with. Sasha Fierece: If I could give a rating less than one star, I would. Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional service. Spoke to Maria Martinez, whom they say, has been with the company for 12 years, doesn’t show it ! Devalues clients as she spoke to me in a deeming tone. I’ll not be using career exchange as a staffing agency, I can assure of that ! I also find it strange that all of the reviews have been posted over a year ago. Weird.

Janice Noriega: Susan Rodriguez is one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. I’ve work with prior staffing agencies before and have never experienced someone who is so nice, sweet and confident. She made me feel secure and was very enjoyable to speak with. She appreciated my experience, my work ethics and made sure I felt confident in myself. She is quick and efficient. P MB: Context: I started through my last employer with an amazing, well staffed recruiter agency called ASAP (highly recommended), who really cared EQUALLY for their staff, clients and recruits. The employer (client) had an agreement with CAREERXCHANGE to move their employees from ASAP to CAREERXCHANGE after being employed for over a year. Everyone at the employer had warned my coworkers and myself, whom were going to transition over to CX, regarding CAREERXCHANGE as a bad agency to work at for poor employee benefits and specifically warned everyone about Mr. Juan Centeno. As a professional, which I consider myself, I am deaf to gossip and never one to judge. I turned to CX (Mr. Centeno) for help and assistance with issues I was having at the employer. He (Mr. Centeno) asked me if I had an email of incidents (logs) that they could work with to interact with the employer and find common grounds in order to find a solution. The solution was (literally) an hour later, a reply to my email from Mr. Centeno, with CC to their lawyers firm, stating that I had violated my agreement “sharing confidential property” and I was relieved immediately from my position with the employer and consequently, with CAREERXCHANGE. As a result of my final days with the employer and recruiter agency, due to the amount of stress I was undergoing, I was medically diagnosed with a severe case of Shingles. Did I also mention CX never provided health insurance and I was in the transition of obtaining one after months of not being eligible for one through the new recruiter even though I had two and a half years of being employed with their client? In my professional opinion and personal experience, my review is as follows: I do not recommend working with CAREERXCHANGE. When there are issues with the employer (client), they do not use any sorts of professional empathy or just human empathy. They care solely about their clients, not recruits. No matter the issue. This is in regards with a specific employee of CX, but makes one question their overall moral values and ethics as a recruiter agency. I hope others had a better experience with CX when having issues at their employer.

Cristina Martinez: I have had an amazing experience with Maria Martinez. She has always chosen the right positions for me that have lasted many years. She definitely has had my best interest at heart and I couldn't feel more comfortable in her hands as a recruiter. She always calls me back and always has great constructive criticism. I have always felt prepared with her guidance and I am very grateful that Career Exchange has her as one of their recruiters.

Charlotte County Riders: My experience with Career X Change was amazing thanks to my amazing recruiter Chris Aguilar, he is very nice, professional and helpful. I have done temps favors for the company in the past just because Ms. Aguilar, requested help, even if it wasn't the best for my convenient. Donald Antoine: This company was terrible to deal with. They neglected to do any research on a company and made me move from Atlanta to Miami to work for a shady company. I spent thousands of dollars on my move. I worked with Consumr Buzz in Lake Worth, FL for a month. Consumr Buzz let me go after working with them because there wasn't enough business for me to continue working. Consumr Buzz gave lots of red flags Robert Half should've caught on. Since Consumr Buzz was failing as a business, they tried everything not to pay the recruitment fee. I sent the CEO Michael Wadlow of Consumr Buzz how unprofessional the whole situation was and how it impacted my life. Out of bigotry, he didn't even respond to my message. The recruiter who recruited me told me to take this as a lesson and never work for a small company like this again like Robert Half wasn't responsible for this whole situation. This literally has been the worst experience in my professional life.

Daniel Gonzalez: Terrible customer service. That called yesterday offering a job with a awful attitude. I hang up because I don’t to need people being rude because they don’t like their job. They called be back today asking me if I was still looking for job in which I replied that I was not actively looking but that I was willing to listen new opportunities, they woman reply in a very rude way “NO, why would I waste my time repeating” ??
