British Consulate General Miami: what do users think?

Anna Poulter: We came here and we were met by one of the most loveliest lady we could have asked to deal with. Sandy helped us get emergency passport after they were stolen. She was an absolute dream boat. She was so empathetic and understanding. The way she was eliminated all the stress we felt before arriving. Thank you so so much! There is parking underneath the building. You pay on exit. You arrive and go to the lobby, check in and the security guard will then allow you to go up the 28th floor.

george mero: Contact via website?? Really. We want to know what we need to do to get home from the USA. We are quite happy to stay here as we feel it might be safer. We are trying to get hold of our travel insurance company but guess what? We can’t get through

Michael H: Just the worst ....unable to get communication simply too frustrating ...I understand doing app online ,but always nice to clearly be informed with a live person. Called NYC..same recording Called Miami same recording. I actually went to the French Embassy in Indianapolis, I was in and out just shortly over an hour...much better service, system. As i like to say more USER FRIENDLY. M

Ailsa Dixon: lovely lady who got me my emergency passport when mine was stolen. the number does work

Michael Robson: These people never answer in person it’s hopeless.

Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany: what do users think?

DJI Mavic 4K: Excellent and prompt service. We have booked an appointment in advance, collected all the documents. It was a swift check in during our appointment day, short wait in the line and great interaction with J. She was very helpful during the process and also when we missed some of the paperwork. The visa was done very fast. Thank you.

Never Hopefully: It was a good experience. I came 15 minutes earlier. So I had to wait for my appointment at 9:15. Checked in with the guards no problem at all. Was no wait. Just make sure you got the right password with pictures with no teeth shown lol. Otherwise wonderful!

Pri Nce: I am trying to call them for a whole week! Nobody is answering the phone, after you are waiting on hold, you get the answer “we are sorry, but we are very busy at the moment, please call again later” we’ll I did! A whole week! And if you try to make an appointment online, you have a waiting period of 2 months!! This clearly shows, that they are massively understaffed in a state that is full with Germans OR the current staff is not working (German bureaucracy) I can just hope, that this will change someday and I can change my review

Rose B. Wack: Very professional and friendly! How wonderful and nice I was treated! Even my appointment was made only a short time before, this lady taking care of me was incredible fast and efficient. The building is under construction, but it was early in the morning, got a parking space in the center, right in front of the building. $ 3.50/hr. They charge $7.00 for the first 2 hours, credit card payment possible with your license plate number, also cash.

Saddam Al-Kaddah: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you have all your required documentation and photos ready to go, you will be in and out in no time.

Olha Rodd: They went out of their way to help me with an urgent request and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Thank you for your service!

Chris Kippenberger: embodies every horrible german stereotype imaginable. (coming from a german citizen) at the end of the day these people are civil servants here to help the citizens of germany abroad. i’m sorry to say but it’s almost as they go out of their way to be unhelpful.

Consulate General of the Netherlands: what do users think?

MI “Tumble Grump” Verhof: Friendly staff! Fast help, sometimes long wait. Parking entrance in front of building on Brickell. The best Parking to visit the Consulate General of The Netherlands is to park your car BELOW the building. Arrive at the front, and drive up on the furthest right side of the entrance. Always place to park your car and parking prices per hour are very reasonable. If you have an appointment with the Consulate General of The Netherlands, bring your parking ticket and they will give you a free pass. ONLY if you have an appointment and you have to ask for it. Easy access from parking garage to consulate with internal elevator.

Monique Martinez: I thought that the staff was very friendly here. I had no problems getting an appointment or submitting my paperwork. My passport arrived at my home 10 days later. Amazing! If you have to travel for passport renewal, I would recommend choosing the Miami office. Just make sure that you read through the requirements very carefully before you go.

Family Graham: Within 2 weeks we had a passport for our minor. Service is quick and easy, easy to find too. Be prepared for crazy trafic and high parking fees. ($18,- for 1.5hrs) Passport photo shop is not far and reasonable priced. ($20,- for 4) We had a great experience. Dankjewel!

David Paul: Stellar phone service and quick appt! Need to update website though that only certain credit/debit cards are accepted. Had to go back down to get cash.

asheefeet gaming: I was so scared at first since appointments are so far and few between; however the lady was so nice and patient with me.

Roanne Lourens: Great help from Rudy today on the phone, i got the answers i needed and even some tips on how to make my process easier. Thanks again Rudy!

Anna Scalzi: My phone experience with this office has been exceptional. Questions were answered quickly and professionally.

Consulate General of Jamaica: what do users think?

Kaydene Surgeon: Excellent service, very friendly and polite staff. The process was easy and the wait wasn’t long. Clean and safe environment. Keep up the good work.

Renee Hussey: First off, I have to start off by commending the professionalism and promptness showcased by the staff especially Dennis and Sharon. I made several calls to the office and all concerns/questions I had were prioritized and I was given such a speedy response i honestly is still pleasantly surprised. This team is a great example of warm Jamaican hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Mizz Marvelous: First of all let me say how pleasantly surprised I was at the professionalism of the team that was working there.. everyone was super friendly and polite from the doorman, agent’s ..straight down to security and the photo person! I made my appointment and the only time available was three months away I got there very early because I didn’t have a form.. when I got there, there was one other person in front of me and the lady acknowledge my presence. I got through efficiently and timely but what I was disappointed in was The fact that they were accepting walk-ins after I waited so many months for an appointment… there was no one there why go through such a long waiting process to get an appointment and you can simply walk in 🤦🏽‍♀️ although personally, I wouldn’t take my chances but a gentleman walked in right behind me and got serviced right away!

Antoneil Bailey: First off, Mr. Carter & Ms. Turner deserve much respect & gratitude. They both are the only persons in that build that knows how to handle situations & be very nice while doing so. I visited the consulate on January 12, 2022 I was told my passport would take up 6-8 weeks to get back. Today is March 30, 2022 going on to April & no sign or update as to what’s going on. I’m not a review person, but this was needed to get out along with a lot others that I’ve seen with the same situation. Our country Jamaica while never be better because the biggest problems are within the higher ranking category of our nation. Secondly, why is there a contact number provided if it’s not gonna be answered, I’ve called everyday for the pass 1 week within business hours, even went as far as email not really expecting an answer on that though but phone call. All those 5 stars must be paid to leave those stars because not just the lack of communication, their attitude there is very stink (VERY). Instead of things get easier & better for Jamaica it gets worse by the day! Who has an appointment to go there, I recommend finding another route.

Jayda Foxx: My visit on 11 May was surprisingly a pleasant experience. I say this do to the reputation of employees of Jamaican businesses in the US to be Curt and unpleasant. My observations while in the waiting area shows that most of the challenges and frustrations that customer face is clearly a lack preparation and some minor mistakes on our part. Subsequently the agents were more than willing to assist in attacking these challenges. Very professional. Congrats to vice-consul Vance Carter and his team including the photographer. Special thanks to Anthony for his courtesy and attentiveness. Janette

Lloyd McPherson: The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Process were much easier and simpler that expected. Carter was such a friendly and customer oriented person. Always willing to help and assist. Top Notch

Shemoi Coley: The entire staff at this location was awesome Mr Carter, Miss Turner the photographer (Rasta Man) offer an exceptional service. I drove almost 4 hours to this location, and the trip was worth it. If I could give 10 ⭐️s I would. Keep that flag🇯🇲 Flying high

Stacy-Ann Thomas: Ms. Turner and Mr. Carter were very personable. They interacted with us on a level that showed they understand the tenets of good customer service. The older lady with a low cut hairdo working as a passport officer is the reason for my two stars. She was extremely condescending, impatient and appeared generally unwelcoming to her clients. She is doing a disservice to the Consulate and needs to be retrained or reclassified.

Consulate General of Guyana: what do users think?

Kathleen Tewari: I visited this office several times, and even called on the phone. The consulate is the most kind and helpful person.Answers all your questions and always explains things to you. I never had a problem. She came out of her office to the vehicle to do a finger print for a wheelchair person. The office may not be in the best location, but hey you get your stuff done.

SkyAngel FlyGirl: Location is not the issue. Phone rep is always polite and helpful when answer phone previously to our visit. 10:16am. Website shows open at 10am. Currently 10:23am 3 calls left messages no call back. All 3 doors closed. No signs of any office reps. 3 hrs drive here. Not sure if they will even open today.SMH. So disappointed! 10:39am received a call back from the kind rep was told closed for phagwha and can meet up with us to get transaction put in process.🙏 thank god. Based on that i will give 4 stars. Happy Holi Kind Lady🙏

Shazam Ali: Its not the best location or the best looking place but the people operating it are amazing. Very professional and selfless. I know its a horrible location but it gets the job done and its better than nothing. That building is private owned and is operated by volunteers so its not the people but our worthless guyanese officials.

Slick Willy: The picture is of the front of the building, the entrance is on the side of the building. My living room might be bigger than the entire office. look for the tire shop with the rent a drunks working, it is right across the street. Guyanese embassy/used furniture/tire shop.

Michael Clarkson: Found this on the website!

Consulate General of Suriname: what do users think?

Marcus De Freitas: Only worth 0. Stars. No one answers the phone. Called to report that my wife who was born in Suriname was charged for a Tourist visa online and after arriving in Suriname was told by the Immigration Officer at the Airport that she do not need a visa because she was born in Suriname even though she has USA citizenship. Disappointed that VFS, the online site that issues the visa was not aware of this change in the rules and refuse to issue refunds.

Irina Gerasimova: Came at 2 pm: everything is closed. They say they are open Monday 9-4 ... nope, not a chance, and no one picks up the phone

Min R: Great customer service was provided to me ! 😃

Amit Mangroe: Never get to talk to someone.

Consulate General of Japan in Miami: what do users think?

Archit Archit: I had a horrible experience calling the consulate. Every question I tried to ask the lady cut me off and told me to go to the website. I was trying to find out info on the Visas and Covid restrictions as I was finding conflicting information online. After about two minutes of getting no answers she said I was obstructing her job and hung up the phone. I called back and she hung up again. Please hire someone who is polite, professional, and has some customer service experience. I’m sure this is not the experience anyone wants to have before even setting foot in the country

JOHN MCCOY: The Consulate General of Japan in Miami and its representatives are currently under investigation by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Rights for discrimination. (See photos) As a number of other reviewers have noted, the consulate and its representatives engage in discrimination, and I encourage those who experience discrimination to file a complaint. The Florida Commission on Human Rights receives thousands of complaints per year but only investigates those deemed to have sufficient cause. In the case represented in the photos, the commission determined sufficient cause and invited the consulate to mediation. To date, the consulate has declined to participate in mediation, preferring apparently to hide their injustice in cowardly manner, thereby reflecting poorly on themselves and the nation they represent.

Shane Reustle: The people who answer the phone will do everything in their power to get rid of you without helping. おもてなし

srini gypsy: Staff including the security were pleasant, polite, efficient, and of course thorough as embassies should be. I made an appointment and everything was done perfectly on time.

Jen: I want to say I had the best experience with the staff at the Japanese embassy, the lady who helped me in the Visa and passport office absolutely went above and beyond for my mother and I." And that my mother living in Okinawa"Thank you so much,to her and her wonderful customer service.I wish I would have gotten her name.ありがとうございます🤗💕

pham tien dat: Great service! I am a foreigner, who stayed in Japan for over 7 year and just moved to Florida, US. All staff there are so nice. The first time a man spent almost two hours with our family members for fingerprints without any complaints if we did any mistakes and no fee. I found the Japanese standard styles there, which are absolutely similar when staying in Japan. They answer emails, calls very fast and professional. Wish all staff health and stay safe during the pandemic. Sincerely yours,

Harumi Hansted: Very informative and very helpful for answering questions and fast appointment.

Just Me: They absolutely discriminate you!!! If you are from any USSR countries its just they don’t tell you that straight! they pretend working on your docs so you will waste your time ,money going back and forward but they will not give you visa. We prepared everything i mean everything,we had extra what they actually asked(we had layover in Japan 3 nights only and accommodations were paid and back tickets were also paid ) took our passport, made us come few times,And keep asking and asking to bring more and more documents and then returning back passport saying we are sorry. They question why if we had everything paid and all documents which they asked were presented they said they cant tell us why. We had to buy new tickets because we lost previous tickets since we didn’t get visa. Attitude of people who accept documents are nasty as well.Terrible experience in general!!!!

Allan Lobo: Ive applied for a japanese visa at this location 6 times already, and everytime is very smooth, if they do request extra documents i provide them fast and they respond fast, great embassy in my opinion.

V. M.: BEWARE - I got rejected for a Japanese visa although I was beyond qualified (February 2016). I hold a passport of Ukraine and have a USA green card. My friend who has a passport of Moldova plus a USA green card also got rejected for zero reason. The Japanese do NOT disclose the reason for declining a visa and do not let you appeal their decision either. Both my friend and I were going to travel to Japan with our USA citizen husbands (them two did not require a visa). My friend with a passport of Russia plus a USA green card got approved for her Japanese visa (May 2016). I have a strong suspicion my Moldova friend and I were discriminated against because of our nationality.

Consulate General of Romania: what do users think?

Teodora Fornade: Reverend Father Stefan Stoleru and I are extremely thankful and grateful to the Romanian Consulate team particularly his Excellency Mr. General Council Catalin Ghenea for making the trip out to Jacksonville. Over a jammed packed weekend, they handled an outstanding number of requests from our entire Romanian community which they not only completed in real time but handled with grace and a friendly smile. We thank you all sincerely for making the effort, taking the time out of your weekend and being so immensely helpful to our Jacksonville Romanian community. We look forward to having you back soon! With great respect and admiration, Preoteasa Teodora and Rev Father Stoleru

George M: We had a very good experience with the staff especially with the lady at the desk who called me up 1 week in advance to rectify my online appointment Thank you very much for your service George M

Ionela Paun: Mr. Ghenea is truly an amazing human being, he went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had. He is so kind, respectful, patient and very professional, it was such a pleasure meeting him.

D Ra (DR): This is one of the worst experience I had trying to renew my passport. The lady that I talked to was arrogant, pedantic and refused to acknowledge the problems we have with the online system. She also refused to allow me to use any English words (remind you, we have IT words that are universally English; plus what is the injury, we are in the US). Not only their online application process is mired with mistakes and difficulties, when trying to explain what the problems we face, they act like we are mentally challenged. She did not listen, she was arrogant, and not helpful.

Marius Smarandache: Thank you Miami consulate team for helping with my application. The process outlined online was easy to follow the appointment on the day worked very smooth.

Micky Trifanescu: I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Camelia Constantinescu for handling my case with so much care and helping in any possible way to solve it faster, which was greatly appreciated. Outstanding service!! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism she executed everything. Thank you so much for representing România so wonderfully!

Orlando Stefanacudis (Orlandos): We had a very pleasant experience. We were there to renew our Romanian passports and miss Camelia Constantin demonstrated very good customer service and she was very pleasant, we didn’t have to wait and were served very quick and professional!!! Nice job Romania, great services!

Corina Sangermano: I could not be more grateful to the Consulat of Romania and especially to Mrs. Camelia Constantinescu whom went above and beyond to help me with a power of attorney and with a very complicated situation that I found myself in after many years of ignoring it any kicking the can down the road… Finally I think that I am on the right track and with God’s will I’ll be able to record all my papers back home and one day get a Romanian passport! Good luck of all of you in delicate situations and don’t hesitate to call the Consulat in Miami, they are very knowledgeable and extremely professional and helpful! Camelia is very passionate about helping her people…

DESHBIR BHANDARI: Very quick and efficient. Well done !

Sofia Russi: The only reason I am leaving 5 stars, is because of Monica. She is truly the best employee they have. She takes the time to listen to your issue, and finds solutions that fit with your situation. She is not RUDE, she does not TALK over you, she does not give you sarcastic answers. She goes above and beyond and I will ask for her every time i have to deal with this office. She is remarkable, and all the rest of the staff should take note on what Customer service is.

The toxic gamer tv Mori: No se merecen ni 1 malisimo es service Asta para llamar tiene hora aparte de el mes de demora para la sita ponganle ojo😂😂👀👀 My bad The worst service ever a month to make an appointment plus never answer the phone thanks you this is for thos they comment in urs Second language

Victor Andre Kong: I disagree with the bad comments. I go frequently and I think the employees are very nice and try to help you when they can. There is usually not a long line when I go.

Leo Minatti: Super rude i was spoken like a child ugh it was not pleasent.

Charrua Sotelo: (Translated by Google) I felt very comfortable at the Uruguayan Consulate, they treated me very well, they are very friendly and professional. Thank you for your excellent work. (Original) Me senti muy a gusto en el Consulado Uruguayo, me trataron muy bien, son muy amables y profecionales. Gracias por su excelente trabajo.

Eve Etche: (Translated by Google) Send an e-mail to ask for the renewal of the Uruguayan passport, (I confess that without much expectation of getting answers from the comments I had read). But they have really given me more than excellent attention! I sent it on a Friday afternoon and on Monday morning I already had an answer and not only that, but they called me to make an appointment. I am very grateful to Mrs. Alicia who spoke with me and not only gave me the appointment but also resolved all my doubts, and also with the Young Woman who attended me at the window today (sorry, I do not remember your name) both have been very sweet and kind . Thank you for making this process a nice experience!

Consulate General Of Turkish Republic: what do users think?

Turgut Temizel: My wife and I were extremely impressed with the level of service and attention. They were so kind, helpful and professional. Excellent service delivered efficiently with a smiley face. The questions we asked via email were answered very promptly and completely. The appointment system on the website was easy to use. When we went to the Consulate, our case was handled immediately even though we arrived before the appointment time. The person who addressed our needs was very efficient and helpful and we were done in a matter of minutes. They also answered our questions regarding other topics completely and made recommendations to speed up the process. It is uncommon to expect such a great and professional service at a government office. But the Turkish Consulate General in Miami is an exception. Thank you all!

Thanks again…,

Maria Douthat: My husband and I were very privileged to have met Burç Ceylan on his first year as Consul General in Miami. Because of him we have become true Turcophiles. During his tenure we have traveled to Turkey twice and have fallen in love with the country and the people. We are saddened to see him go. Godspeed Burç Ceylan until we meet again in Turkey. Consulate General of Costa Rica: what do users think?

Ashley Doman: Consulado de CR in Miami is pretty quick with emails. And the women in this office are super nice, helpful, and we’re able to get me everything I needed all in one shot. Don’t let the unanswered phone calls scare you away! They will help you get what you need! Dont bother calling, the Miami location won’t answer, but the Consulate in Georgia does.

Margarita Carvajal: If you planning to travel to Jaco Beach Costa Rica, be prepare, you are tourist, they over charge everything, restaurants overcharge, the test BInaxnow is recognized by USA and supposed to work with airlines anywhere and they refused, was not accepted and charge $70.00 per test, there are more beautiful places that here, and better treat on tourist, instead go to Mexico, Rep Dominicana, Colombia, Peru.

Carlos Salazar: If you make an appointment everything is running smooth , the consul very polite and helpful, paperwork runs easily and accurate, in the past I had another impression until my family and I visited the consulate in Miami . May I say was a good experience .

Mitchell Avnaim: Dear Consul Paola Ayala, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment since September 2017, so I can close my Costa Rica Corporation. You have received all my documentation as you’ve requested and I directly deposited the $400 into your bank account also as you requested, all in hopes of getting an appointment . Instead of an appointment I received a letter telling me you are no longer the Costa Rica Consul and I must now deal with the new consul. Where is my appointment and better yet where is my $400 that you insisted I directly deposit? No one answers your phones and your voice mail is full so I can’t leave a message. Please make this right. Sincerely, Mitchell Avnaim

MS: Never answer the phone, the recording hard to hear at all, messenger recipient is full. Impossible to reach somebody by phone

General Consulate of Haiti in Miami: what do users think?

Isal L: Passport $175 + 25 courier fee. Please note they do NOT process any passport in emergency. In the event, you need a passport urgently, you need to go yo Washington, you will receive it within hours. It takes 6-7 months for the issuance of the passport at this location . My best advice is to only go to that location if there is no rush

Marc Celicourt: Rude Staff, I don’t know why they keep these people there , just went and asked to talk to a specialist, the girl in front desk refused to let me see them and everything I asked, she keeps telling me there is nothing they can do for me , she didn’t even let me explain the situation. I asked her for the general consulate website, and told me to go online and I will see it , I said I look everywhere, I cannot find the website, she told me there is nothing she can do. These staffs are horrible.

Katia Clervil: The security officer/secretary/customer service so disrespectful. He doesn’t know how to talk to people. I saw this guy gave this lady money so she can let him go first. This whole operation is a mess. Here at 9am for haitian passport, its 1:30 they still haven’t call me. I went inside to asked questions, front desk man told me that I open the door too much, if I cannot wait to go home. Imagine I been here hours. People sitting on the floor outside waiting to be called. No parking, one bathroom, smell terrible (tankou se aser moun yo pitit). Ya haitian need to do better 😡😡😡😡

Richy Neptune: Someone needs to shut this place down, I’ve called for the past 2 weeks for info & not one single person has picked up the phone. Smh

Muller Sirin: This place is terrible ,security guard is accepting $5,$10 to make folks skip the line ,when get mad ,he threatens to call the cops or prevent you from doing the passport or the Haitian identification card .poor service at all cost .

Myelegancia Boutique: This is a typical haitian governmental office, dirty and fifty place with a bunch of lazy people with no ethics professional or respect for noone. Its a year now since I paid expedite for my Dad passport still no passport,I called every day no answer, I drove there office is closed finally what do you want people to do?

Israeli Consulate: what do users think?

Elad Reuveni: No one to get some instructions by the phone. Finally, got an appointment for the next 2 months. Although we had an appointment we waited for 3 hours. One person that think that he’s God try to deal with few customers. Zero costumers service. They waste your time with BS questions. If it’s not life crisis - stay away. You know, Israeli mentality. One person that didn’t even finish basic GED - manages the place. One word: Idiots.

George Dahdal: love the service I got all the help I need it and the answer to all my questions thanks for the great service

Yaniv Sabag: Horrible service, no one answer the phone. their site instruct you to make an appointment through their web-site. when you go to their web site, it is not easy to find it, and then, you guest right, you still can not make an appointment because their site is giving you an error. I sent them numerous emails, no one replies. left voice messages, no one replies, just a horrible experience. so sad. Former Israeli citizen

Raye Brewster: So went to get things squared away for Astra to come with me to Israel. 1. The young man who greeted me was totally the sweetest We swapped stories and I had my pocket knife with me.....he was in love with it. 2. While there was a wait, everyone was helpful and kind Thanks!

Joe Nish: Super efficient and friendly service. Got my passport renew on the spot without any wait. Made an appointment on the consulate website for litterely the next day. I’m very satisfied with the high level of service. Thank you Sarit for the great service.

Steven Pollack: If I can give this negative stars I would. An unidentified male decided it was appropriate to have an entire conversation with me through intercom and repeatedly just referred me to ANYONE else just to not have to help. To classify the staff here as lazy would be an understatement. The Israeli consulate has no care for its citizens, period.

Talia Masri: Incredible kindness and efficient well organized. The staff really cares about their clients.

Spanish Embassee: what do users think?

Linda Villadoniga: The people who work there are very nice and very patient. Some of the people who go there to get a renewed passport or other things come unprepared or ill prepared and take up to 30 minutes due to their lack of preparation. It is not fair to those of us who go prepared and have everything in order. Case in point my appointment was for 11:00 I did not get waited on until 12:00 because of groups of families who go with their paperwork unfinished or non-existent. They are taken care of in a very nice manner but those of us who have appointments and have everything in order have to wait. There has got to be a better system.

Lawana “Mitchi” Walker: They were very helpful and responsive in email, very quick to approve my visa application and were very efficient and quick when I went to pick up my visa.

General Consulate of Ecuador: what do users think?

Juan Alvarez: The employees are useless, their 2 public phone lines are never answered and the few times I was able to speak to them through the "emergency" phone number that I was told to call they always had an unhelpful attitude and tone. They refused to help or even point me in the right direction when their site was not letting me submit a visa application (5 times), their best solution was "reload the page" or look for help online. I really hate this place.

Sandra Rumbea: It was a terrible experience for my brother. He just wanted to renew his passport and the lady that took care of him was unhelpful. Is sad to see your own people act like that instead of being kind and helpful

Eddie Rivera: Worst experience ever ! Drove 6hrs to the consulate for my wifes appointment to find the doors locked and lights off while workers inside milk the clock on the expense of the Ecuadorian people. Encoutered a staffer outside and explained to her that we have traveled hours and if they can please help us. She jump in her car and drove away like nothing. Thinking its better being a fugitive from the law than being an Ecaudorian citizen to get help from these privileged persons.

Carlos Perez-Quintana: I was there with my Wife that she is from Ecuador doing a management. The security guard should be promoted to consul he is charismatic , respectful and have control of all situations. Have knowledge of all the things to do and help a lot with all his instructions. And a have lot better customer service skills than all the Diplomatics working there. Incredibly he is Cuban. All five stars are for him.

Socrates M Rivero: Phone Service is horrible. No one returns the messages.

Daniel Bravo: Just like others reviewers said, don’t expect anything from this consulte/procedures/regulations. Absolutely the worst system I’ve seen, is easier to get visa to come to the US than getting a tourist visa to go to Ecuador. And not only that, is a $450 90 days visa!! Only because we have family there I’m putting up with this, but for people that don’t have family there...don’t waste your time. Is been a whole process of 3-4 months and still waiting for a visa that got “approved” a month ago. Instead of stamping it in the passport the old fashion way, they do it digital which it should instant. Completely frustrating, and no one to respond or consult status.
