Justin Carlo Cabral: I always do my due diligence before I decide to do business with any company. Specially a service company. I was so blessed to find these guys. In my research I discovered that it is almost impossible to find an elevator foreman that truly understands relay logic. Not even Otis could guarantee me that their forman would understand my elevator. Sergio from General Elevator company not only proved to me that he is an expert in his craft but it was obvious from the very beginning that he genuinely cared about getting my elevator up to par and he did not have a hidden agenda to slam me with an expensive service contract as did every other company I spoke with. There is nothing worse than having to go through a sleazy sales person before you can get an actual technician to effectively diagnose your equipment. That was not the case here. I was able to deal directly with the the people evaluating and repairing my elevator from the very start. I just wish I would have found them earlier in my search.

robert gonzalez: very easy going company to work with out of so many I have had in the past that were complete headaches. don't be fold by some other companies who sell a dream with their service plans and repairs only to charge you an arm and a leg later on and push for nonsense, this company is the real deal! if there has every been a complaint or concern I immediately am able to get response from their account managers, whom provide me with their direct numbers, and am able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction immediately. highly recommend above any other competitor!

I was using big name companies before switching over because they would not respond to my calls and the elevator needed to be out for days, clark came out the first day we called and took care of my failed inspection with the previous big name company for a great price almost half the cost! we have been using clark ever since after a long time of not being able to cancel the contract with our previous company. very professional and responsive!

Arianna Cernadas: HORRIBLE company. I recommend that if you're considering doing business with them you look for a superior company, UNLESS, you are ok with sub par service and having your requests ignored. Maria who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude AND aggressive to paying clients. This is the LAST contract we will be signing with them. They ignore service calls, and schedule appointments however NO ONE EVER SHOWS UP or even worse they confirm appointment and then have no recollection of ever confirming appointments with you. This company is completely unprofessional. The management they have does not care about their clients and treat people poorly on the phone by yelling at them and insulting them. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

OZ Lasson: Took over 2 weeks to get someone out. I had to call three times to finally get someone out. Unfortunately power had been cut off to continue construction. On top of that, sales rep came out, all negative, unit old, need a new cab, etc. While two other companies came out and our working on a remodeling quote on existing elevator. Jennifer was very helpful, but the rest bad all around service.

KD Manager: Our manager is the worst, emails or text messages - one reply - Will get to you today - and never happens. So we still have no answers for our inquirries almost three weeks.
Esteban Zecler: If you want to see the quality of the service of this company, you just have to go to the Hyde building in Hollywood, and you can see how bad a company like this can do to a building. Totally off-market prices, they take several days to give an answer, they fix something to last only a few days. Please protect your building, and do not contract this technical service.
Holiday Inn Express Miami Springs: Awful service. We are under a new ownership and management group and we have had issues with our elevators for the past 2 months. Whenever we have someone come fix it, it will only be effective for 20 minutes and then breaks down again.The account manager is impossible to get a hold of and looks very bad for our business when the elevators are out of order. We understand elevators are tricky and ours are very old, but Thyssenkrupp should be vocal in what we need to do get it fixed in the short term. We are due for renovations and were going to use them for the full modernization, but not anymore if they can't even simply get our elevators working properly. Disappointed does not give justice to how upset we are with Thyseenkrupp.
John: HORRIBLE-an absolute abomination. We have been waiting 2 months to get 2 elevators repaired. The company has sent technicians at least 5 times and still we do not have working elevators while we continue to pay. Like dealing with the mafia we unfortunately have a contract with this company and are stuck with them. They are abysmal!!

Pacific Stewart Holding, LLC.: We manage numerous properties and do business with a number of elevator companies. Thyssenkrupp Miami has got to be the worse of the worse. It is absolutely poorly managed. the Technicians lie to the managers and customers about going to repair locations and making repairs. Managers never come to the phone and never speak to complaining customers, medical buildings are left for days without elevator service and there is NO ONE to talk to, but the dispatch girl, which keeps you on hold for what seems to be forever. No wonder the employees write good reviews, they get paid and do NOTHING. "of course its a great place to work"
robert wilkerson: this company rips you off!!! they come and fix an elevator that will break again in a week. their technicians always show up with bad attitudes as if they dont want to be at work and it reflects very poorly on the business. We only have two elevators in our building which cuts usage by 50%. Not sure if it’s because the product is terrible or there is some incompetence; there are always “parts being ordered.” Do they not keep parts at a warehouse here in Miami? Get it together.

Jacqueline: The worst elevator company, i wish i could give 0 stars. They send you proposals for every single thing even issues they were supposed to correct but missed. We failed several inspections because of issues they failed to correct during their visits. They lie about when they're going to show up and had us cancel inspections and we couldn't open our new store in time. They also have no sense of urgency
B Preciado: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY in MIAMI, FLORIDA. This company installed a “new” elevator in our building. It has had issues of not operating (getting stuck in different floors) for several days since a week after it was installed (a little over a year ago). They claimed initially that this is typical with a new install; they claimed it has to be “tweaked” over the first few weeks so it can function 100% Here we are with weekly issues with this NEW?? elevator for over 15 months. I tend to rate businesses in the 4-5 star range, so this should give you an idea of the ineptitude of this company. I can’t speak for other branches of this coming, but in MIAMI, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Vanessa Alvarez: This company is AWFUL. We have spent so much money on an elevator modernization project which spiraled out of control and since the work has been finished almost a year ago now, it has broken down EVERY week. They send out unqualified “technicians” who basically hit reset, and it works for a couple of days and then breaks down again. No one has figure out what’s wrong with it in 4 years, let alone try to fix it. The lack of qualified technicians at this company is appalling and the owner is unresponsive except for when it’s time to renew contract. I wish I could give 0 stars. I would NEVER recommend this company. Stay away from it.
guillermo arias: If you want to save headaches do not hire Maverick Elevator. I had them in my Building as a Board President so, they did the modernization of the Building Elevators. It took 1 year and half to complete the process. Elevator out of service every other day, very poor communication from the office , no schedule, poor maintenance. They charged extra fees ( few thousands) that were not in the original contract.. We finished less than one year ago and a new elevator is having some defectives parts( new elevator) , we are calling them to come and replace them as part of the guaranties but they do not even respond. One more thing, if you already have them servicing your Building and want to terminate them please make sure that you deliver the letter to their office personally and have them sign as receive it if you do not want to get a lawsuit for a breach of contract. Portugal Towers Condominium: Updated: Hired them to perform our annual inspection. During which time they claimed a brand new rope gripper was "slipped" and was defective. made the mistake of trusting them and didn't get a second opinion. Turned a $900 inspection into a $7,3650.00 repair. These people have a reputation of coming in and creating change orders. We don't believe there was anything wrong with our 1 1/2 year old equipment. M***** from Maverick called me, he understandably was not happy with our review. Threatened that he would call the attorneys.
Paula J: Our building uses them for maintenance, repairs and for our annual inspections. They are on point with everything and knowledgeable. Not to mentioned we have saved a lot of money as they are more affordable then the other elevator companies. We are truly happy with their service and will definitely recommend them.
aijde W: Critical: Quality, ValueElevator breaks down every month, all they know how to do is create proposals then it takes over a week to finish. Took forever to do an annual, at this point waiting for my contract to end. Do Not Use
GILBERTO CABRERA: I've been in Property Management for over 14 years during this time I have worked with all national elevator vendors and plenty of local elevator vendors, this is by far the absolute worst elevator company that I have met in my 14 year career everything from service, inspections, customer service, call center, and maintenance they rate a -0 in my professional opinion ask around do the research!!!

Matthew Lunney: These people are THIEVES!!!! Stay far far away from this specific location. Our company has been waiting for a refund check for OVER A YEAR!!!! You get the same run around answer every couple of months with them. No functioning business can be this incompetent, so you have to assume they are purposely holding people's money hoping they go away or forget.
jim armstrong: I can honestly say in my 26 years of commercial real estate, I have NEVER had service from ANY vendor this bad. The service and response time is pitiful. We have had our two elevators down now for nearly TWO MONTHS with no real explanation why. Look elsewhere for your service needs!
John Mcloughlin: Ever since Otis took over our service contract last year we have had very bad service. On a regular basis, no one ever shows up on the first day when reporting an elevator out of service. On the second day you report the elevator out of service you have a better chance of someone showing up, but most of the time the service technician will leave with the elevator still out of service. When they depart with the elevator out of service they never report why it is out of service or if they will return to put it back in service. Twice in the last quarter we have been left with both elevators out of service for an extended time. I have been trying to contact our account manager Carlos Vassalo since Nov. 10th. he has never responded back to us.
D Labrada: Service is horrible!! After two years of contract we are done. No good service, no commitment, no follow up. They just want the contract and that's it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
fayline1984: Unresponsive, horrible and slow service. They lock you in long contracts and once it's signed they make you wait forever to get serviced.

Rosalie Lopez: Does not deserve 1 star. The most irresponsible and mediocre elevator company in all South Florida. Capable of leaving a mostly senior building without 2 elevator in excess of one week. Do not get near them.
Grant Douglas: These guys have no regard for residents private parking spots, and will park where ever they like and too bad for you. Terrible customer service, and unless you want to spend your time waiting for tow trucks to have them removed from private parking spots, then use another elevator repair company that actually cares in the slightest about their customers.
