Coral R: my fave smoke shop is on south beach but I live downtown so I’ve bought a few times from this place as a last resort. The prerolls are nice but I got a new cart and it was 1/4 of the way empty. Not to mention they charged me $50 for this cart, when I bought the same cart previously for $37….not transparent about their prices, at all. And the last cart had a lot of spillage. The cart quality is just borderline ok. The flavors/tastes are meh. Don’t be like me, don’t waste your money here—hold out for a better thing.

Ashly Valdes: Its Christmas and im honestly so upset i even had to deal with this person. When i tell you the "manager" is the rudest person i have ever encountered at this shop I'm not joking. There has been several different occasions where he has made remarks with a nasty tone of voice and everything seems to upset him. They sold me a broken vape so I called and the guy i spoke to said it wasn't an issue to come back. But when I did come back this manager person clearly had the biggest issue with it. I asked if he remember selling it to me the day before Told me that he didn't remember me and that I should've come the same day. I told him I couldn't because I worked He still proceeded to make it such an issue about returning something that was broken. Today i asked for a pack of backwoods and it was super crusty so i politely asked if i could switch it (not one gas station or smoke shop has ever been rude about switching it they never mind) "he said why is that?" Like if i didn't just pay 10 dollars for the pack. He said" its actually not but okay" grabbed the whole box and put it on the counter to let me ppick.my question is why couldn't he just do that without the aattitude I won't be coming here anymore. He ruins my experience evey time I ggo. Definitely not the type of person you want to encounter when grabbing your stuff. Should reconsider who works for your business especially when they're helping you lose customers.

Marianne Lithgow: Went in for the first time with a perfectly valid ID. It was issued in 2017 before Florida changed the Driver’s License design. I was denied service even though my ID is valid until 2024, and I have no problem purchasing alcohol or tobacco everywhere else. Employee said after a specific date they are no longer accepting my specific Driver’s license design… very bizarre. At least he was kinda nice about it, and the place looked very nice on the inside. Just make sure to bring other forms of ID in case you run into the same problem.

Whatthe Fuky: Customer service sucked and he wasnt nice to me and i have shopped there many times. He was acting like he wanted me to leave the shop. Absolutely scandalous behaviour from a so called staff member in the Miami shop. Save yourself some stress and shop somewhere else. i did want to give it zero stars but its not possible.
Daniela Gaudino: Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 The Cuban/Texan Woman that works here is absolutely friendly. She is the representation of PERFECT customer service 2 I have been in Miami for two weeks and finally someone speaks English in the shop because my spanish is not that good. She made me feel so good about being there 3 She mixed the liquid so fast and she was very detailed oriented when she explained how to use 4 I was having troubles with my current vape pen and she took the time to explain me more about coils!!! If there were 10 starts I would give it to this vape shop!

Kevin Lopez: I bought a coil and the firing pin slid off after unscrewing it on my SAI, I called to let them know and they said that the issue is my fault and that there is nothing they can do about it. Don't waste your time coming here to buy faulty products that they sell for DOUBLE the retail price online, especially with the bad attitude they have with their faulty products
Response: Everyone is entitled to their opinion Kevin, however, businesses have overhead to provide you goods and services and if we aren't entitled to cover our expenses and make a profit, then you won't have any local smoke shops or vapor stores to bad mouth.

German Fernandez: Not a big fan of the shop, there was one guy there that seemed like he didn't want to sell anything, I go and ask for CBD products and they guy didn't even want to talk about it... for any CBD products you need to pay CASH ONLY and they have an ATM on the shop which is good BUT $3 fee... I was really excited to get a CBD product, but customer service was just horrible and I preferred to leave. I recommend better customer service, treat people like you want to sell them the product you are displaying.

Ezequiel Imana: They sold me a useless product (not disposable), I asked if they did not have one that the box is not open and they told me that they were all like that and that it would be in perfect working order, it is a shame that they deceive people. The reason why I did not go to claim is because they do not even give a receipt and obviously the product does not work.
Mateo Nicobar: Okay so i'm going to start by saying that these people have by far the best prices i have ever seen in any vape/smoke shop. The staff are also the owners which is probably why they are always looking out for their people. The second you walk in, there is immediate customer service till the second you leave. Clean environment and they have a really cute bird!

Lloyd Holmes: Second time in a row I show up and no one is there despite the website and the sign on the door saying it’s open. I thought it was a fluke the first time but I guess not. The first time I did go however and they were open and helpful but doesn’t really make up for the fact that I drive over and they aren’t there and I call and they don’t pick up the phone. Henry PC: Today I bought a vape in this smoke shop, after about 10 minutes of use it started to take on a burnt flavor, which I noticed was obviously defective, I went to the location again to look for a solution, since I paid for it a product that was defective and the workers of the center did not show any interest in finding a solution or a replacement for their defective product, they only explained to me that this was the real flavor of black ice… which had a horrible burnt flavor, I disagree It literally seems like a robbery to me and I take the time to write it here so that other customers do not take them by surprise when they pay and they are given a defective product without return. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I never went back to this place again.

As I look at a full offering of lighters , the empty stare and oblivious of care by the two employees, as two why I was surprised as to their inability to provide a momentary flame. Claire Bader: I went in last week asking for CBD and told the lady specifically that i wanted CBD to help me sleep, and did not want to feel any other effect. She told me to buy the delta 8 gummies instead. I have never heard of it but I was like, well she's the professional right?. I took one that evening and i literally felt awful the entire night. I also have had a migraine headache since i took it last Thursday. This is beyond screwed up. I would NEVER recommend this place. Not professional and not caring whatsoever. She wouldn't even give me a refund. That's how you know they can't back their product.
David Katz: Horrible service. I walked in and said hello, to which the employee responded "What do you want?". She asked me to get out if i did not know what I want and provided no service whatsoever. If this was my business I would fire the rude young female employee.
Daniel Campos: These guys are all about the quality! Bought some CBD 3000mg the other day and it worked like a charm. Great variety of glass pipes, Rigs and rolling papers. I went to buy a product and as I was checking out he went out of his way to inform me about what I'm buying, and I actually ended up going with a different product. I moved recently, but I still travel to this smoke shop for my needs because of the staff. Thank you, Anthony.
Giovonnie Boillard: Great place to shop. Staff is very helpful. Love the CBD products they have to offer. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. This was my 3rd time there and all 3 times have been satisfying.
Alan J: Stay away!!!!!!!!!!! Expensive If I could leave 0 stars I would I have had a few bad experiences there. Their prices raise randomly and they act like it’s always been that expensive. Then another day I spent around $50 and and when I walked out I noticed that the vape was not working at all and it was a $24 vape the man inside with the beard told me that because I had stepped out of the store I can not get a new one. I had only stepped out for less then 30 seconds right in front of the door. Second bad experience with the same man. Short guy with a beard 👎🏼
Elegance Trucking: These people sell defective things. I Bought a vape when I got home and the vape threads were bad. I Went back the same day (20 minutes later) they said I had to contact the manufacturer, that they dont return anything!!! The manufacturer is in china. Unbelievable it was literally 30 minutes ago. They still didnt resolve the issue. Do not buy here!!!

Will Bryan: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SELL BROKEN PRODUCTS AND ROB YOU. "All Sales are Final" meaning.....they will not give you a refund if they sell you faulty or products that do not work. Bough a pack of vapes here that turned out to all not work. When I returned to show them they wouldn't do anything to help me out. No refund or store credit. Been to many vape shops and have never had this happen before. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner cares about making money and not having returning loyal customers. Stick to VAPORIZE ME right across the street. They are friendly and helpful and even have a point system where you can rack of points to get money off. The only reason I came here was because Vaprorizeme had run out of a specific flavor I wanted . BIG MISTAKE!
Anthony Ruiz: Not sure why there's any bad reviews on this shop must've been one bad employee or something. Ive always had a good experience here with very helpful employees with patience and always willing to work on the price if your making a substantial purchase.

Charles Powell: So I am a local - and used to come to this shop DAILY. However, recently when I went in to purchase a VAPE. There was a guy there with red hair. He was helping another customer. But, did not acknowledge me whatsoever. And not only did he look angry and hungover. When he finished with the client and the client LEFT he still didn’t look up at me or say anything. So I walked over to him and asked “do you have any of this left” and still not looking at me. He responds “I don’t know” - so I left and will not return. When I was leaving. He also proceeded to call me an “asshole” - so great job losing business for the store. I will also make sure not to recommend anymore - any of my clients to the location. Horrible attitude, terrible customer service. He is going to really mess up a lot of customer relationships - one for sure. ✌️

Andres Rosero: Eh. Used to be one of my favorite shops, but the price increases (probs supply chain issues) have made it unsustainable for me. Bought a water piece from them in early March. Went to go replace the male bowl attachment and it cost $19.99 for a SILICONE male bowl. The entire piece itself had only cost me $25, from the same shop, weeks earlier. Unwilling to price match/adjust, or even meet local competitors at their normal prices. Oh well. On to the next.
