In the 39+ years in business there is always a customer that refuses to accept that they did something incorrectly and the part went boom. We are unable to accept back an electrical part that was damaged in the field due to voltage problem or other installation possibilities. We also did not like that this customer came in ready to fight rather than try to settle the issue.

Response: In the 39 + years we have been in business we have never treated anyone badly. We sold you a magnitude dimmable LED driver. We have not had any known issues with this brand. We have a policy that we do not take back electrical parts. We cannot be held responsible for working items once they are out of our store, since we have know way of knowing what the current power situation at the location this was installed at. I am sure my company is not the only one that has a policy like this. I am truly sorry for your disappointment in this matter.

Malikah: The "supervisor" who answers the phones for this company is extremely rude and disrespectful!!! I live in atlanta, ga and received a call from this company's number. When I returned the call to ask if anyone had dialed my number, the "supervisor", began speaking rudely so I hung up the phone. She then called my number back and left me a voicemail calling me names and cursing at me. I doubt very seriously if this woman is truly a supervisor, as any professional would know that cursing and calling people names is not "supervisor" behavior. I called back to ask for a real supervisor, she cursed at me, said she was the supervisor, and hung up in my face. I am hoping that someone from management sees this review and addresses this issue accordingly. I have the recorded voicemail and will call every day until I reach a REAL SUPERVISOR who can listen to this voicemail that I received!!! This person should be fired!!!
