Robb Ryniak: I'd heard that some of these online scooter dealers weren't very concerned with customer service after the sale... and for some of them, that may be true. But when my Wolf King GT Pro came with some shipping damage, FluidFreeRide was absolutely ON IT. They just wanted to make it right, above and beyond what was asked, and that speaks miles about their character and dedication to their customers. Well done guys. Will happily recommend you guys!
Bryan Sivers: I drove from Georgia to here, just to try out electric scooters, as there aren't many places to try them. I tried out two I was interested in, without calling ahead, but I reccomend calling ahead, just to check the models available. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didn't try to upsale me, I did it to myself. I would come again, if I lived in the area. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

Chiaki T: Horrible customer service. I live in Miami so I decided to buy a scooter at the store. I called at the local area code number to reach the store, but the automated greeting asked me if I want to reach Miami location or New York one. I pressed for Miami and I got a guy who had very heavy accent, not typical in Miami (not Latin American accent, which I’m used to.) I asked him if the Miami store has the one I wanted to buy, but he sounded unsure. His accent was so heavy I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I asked him if he was at the store so he could check the inventory. He said he wasn’t at the store or in Miami! So they were using the outsourced customer service from a foreign country! He said he would reach out to the store manager and have him call me, which never happened. I’ll buy my scooter from Unagi, which has great customer service.
Response: Hi Chiaki, sorry you had a bad experience on the phone. Our sales personnel in Miami is mostly assisting customers so we chose not to have them answer the phone. Instead they provide consultation, test rides to customers physically there. We have a centralized team working the phones and they are not outsourced but part of the fluidfreeride team. I wish you would have taken the customer service agent’s offer for a call back to speak to Edgar at the store so you could have come in to experience our products and customer service in person.

xochilt labissiere: I came in the store with a screw stuck in my front tire. I know nothing about scooters… The guy working there was super nice, told me that my tire is airless, therefore the problem was not too serious. He removed the screw for me and the best part is that I didn’t have to pay anything. I will definitely go back if/when I have a real issue with my Hiboy scooter.
Everett Banks: We drove nearly 5 hours from Jacksonville Florida to Miami to get the tires replaced on my scooter. They completed it in a timely manner, quality work and great customer service from these gentlemen. Grateful for their work and due diligence. Come see them.
silvana rodriguez: Been there a few weeks ago and I don’t think I’m coming back. Bike had a flat tire and took it there to get fixed. I waited there till he finishes other stuff he had before mine. When he’s done after waiting for a while he also charges me for brake adjustment or something but I didn’t know there was something wrong with it and he didn’t mention till he charge me. Why didn’t he mention that to me when he notice something wrong with the brakes and ask me I wanted fixed. I was there the whole time.
Response: Silvana, your bike was serviced quickly after walking in. Our mechanic gave you an option if you did not want to pay the $12 for your brake adjustment, but you agreed to pay as he fixed the major brake rubbing issue.
Chris Calise: It is so rare to find people these days that don't want anything in return for helping someone out - Axel is a great person. The store is a godsend to the area and you should make sure you frequent this shop to keep them in the community! I cant say enough nice things about them! Thanks

Groza Vlad Andrei: I needed a tire change called in spoke to the “manager” on Thursday told him what I needed he said they are very busy and I should come Saturday at 10:15 AM I drove there with the scooter in my trunk and when I finally got there Saturday the 2 kids working there told me to change the tire myself as they don’t work on ES4 Segway Scooters as they have a airless tire , although they had the tire and similar scooters in store! So I don’t know must be a lot of fake good reviews as these guys are not serious at all! They told me I should buy the tire and fix it myself as it is to big of a job for them! Just a waste of time forget about going there!
Response: Hello Groza, we have a strict policy to not work on second hand rental e-scooters. They can have specialized bolts which are specific to the rental company, and we do not have tooling for it. We are a seriously awesome shop specializing in retail e-bikes and e-scooters and have the right to refuse service. Best of luck.
Rafael Motta: The worst experience ever ! I had 2 tires flat during the same month and they were not able to find the reason keep me charging for new inner tubes. When got flat for the third time they reached their maximum of unprofessional and kept my scooter almost for a week and then when I called wondering the status of the repair ( because they never call me to follow up ) I found out that their mechanic had quit and they were no able to repair not even charging me again for the $60 and some dollars. Go somewhere else ! They have no idea what service means and should never open a service department if they can’t deliver what people expects… from a repair shop.

With the unforeseen staffing issues without notice, and having a me chain con weekends, we could of completed the job in 4 days after you picked up your scooter and left this review. Please let us know if there’s another e-scooter store to service your e-scooter in 5 days or less. Patience is a virtue.
Alec Salceda: As a new EBike owner and rider I faced my worst nightmare while receiving my first ebike. Brakes were faulty and unfortunately had to be replaced. As a magnum dealer Ruben was able to assure me I’d be covered. Adrian was awesome and so helpful in so many aspects. Ruben was clear in communication during a slight delay with magnum and the moment it was ready I was advised. Great place to do business with. Shop with confidence. Will be bringing all my bikes and scooters here without a doubt !

Artur Goncalves: Came in the store the salesperson was so unpolite and unprofessional. Look like he was mad at something.Ask for a bike kicks stand he had to call the manager to see if they had it. Was displayed right and front of him and he didnt know. Ask the price he say $15 and after he install one screw he charged me $26. Almost the same price of the kickstand. Ask him why so expensive to put one screw he didnt know how to answer me and sad sorry i did not told you before. They owner should look better who to put in front of his store.

Yeilen El crack: I have an electric mobility scooter, I called and was told “we’re too busy “to call next week, I did, then they asked to send information on the scooter, which I did, and then I was told to make an appointment, which I did, and when I finally brought the scooter in for the repair I was told they didn’t work in that type of scooter, I wonder why I wasn’t told when I sent in all the information, they knew what type, model and year , it was a total waste of time

RJ Montiel: I need help with my brake levers cuz it was broken I called this place and they told me the information I needed to know . first come In first serve when I got there the manager was very nice and helpful the information he told me on the phone to same information given in person anyway they got to the point in fixing my scooter right away the mechanic he was awesome information's about my scooter. His name is Junior I'll give him a 10 for being good employee and 10 for customer service.
Lev Sudakov: I finally found the BEST place to repair and service my scooters. Many other places had no clue and were not honest. Ask for Kiko, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. They carry many parts in house. They also rent scootets and watetcraft.
Cristian Carrasco: I called to ask some questions and hopefully get service but these people need some lessons in professionalism . My call ended up in them rudely answering and hanging up .
MS RealEstate: I could never find this place. There is just the rental place. Go to the Vespa store or the actual Beach Scooter around the corner.

kevin mckemy: Excellent customer service. I fully expected to leave my Velocity 150 for several days to remedy my front brake problem. My reservoir/pump had failed from lack of use and had rusted solid. When I dropped it off the technician said I could wait for it. I anticipated a long wait so went to get lunch. To my amazement it was finished 45 minutes later for less than I had thought it would cost. Stephanie scooter has certainly earned my future business. Very professional, clean and orderly shop, good inventory, fair and affordable prices.

Serious Jones: Went in today to get my rear tire on my 50cc to get checked it was letting my tire air out. They checked it and fixed it. I was in and out 1 hour tops because i had 2 people infront of me. They are incredibly honest and they wont try to get you for anymore than what you really need. In other words if you want to get stolen lied to and abused go somewhere else. But if you want honest reliable and professional work come here. For sure i will be going back.

Steve and his team are absolutely amazing and are extremely reliable for what ever it is you may need. It’s been almost 2 years with my scooter and it still is in excellent working condition. If you’re ever in the wynwood area, i highly recommend you stop by the shop to see vast selection of scooters they have to offer.

Robert FitzMaurice O'Maoilriain CS, CM: I went in for a helmet and basket for my kick scooter. I received very personal, authentic and helpful service. The owner and the staff didn't try to high pressure sell me on anything. They automatically installed the basket in my scooter. I want to get a gas powered scooter (150cc?) and the owner patiently walked me through all of the options and gave lots of advice from experience without ever sounding like a salesmen. I enjoyed the experience so much that I left a 30ish% tip and asked the owner to buy the staff lunch. This is my new spot for all of the different scooters I plan to own here in Miami for different daily purposes. Scooters are THE best way to get around Miami quickly. Buying online is no good compared to getting experienced guidance and personal service like this.

MS RealEstate: It is a nice store with cool scooters however when reviewing better, those are cheap and low quality scooters sold expensive. We went to the Vespa, double price but the top quality and ended up buying Kymco at Miami Beach Scooters shop next to the Vespa at the comparable price to Scooter Steve but with full 2 year warranty and much better quality. The people at the shop are very nice.

Karla Vento: In 2016 I purchased a brand new 50cc Taotao scooter, and after only 3-4 months of use the quality started to deteriorate, until it stopped working altogether. I contacted you for help and I was told to call the manufacturer, and then I was told that there was nothing to be done. It has been nothing but a burden as no one has wanted to buy it, and an eyesore as it has been sitting outside of my house, taking up space, for the past 7 years. Neither the sellers nor the manufacturer have wanted to take accountability for the piece of scrap which I've been forced to hold on to, but if someone could finally take it off of my hands then they're more than welcome. After such a disappointment I did find an incredible place called Scooter Steve's over in Wynwood. Steve fixes any little issue for free and provided me with a 2 year warranty. I do highly recommend spending your money in a place where not only is it worth it, but you are given worth as a customer.

Rocky Smith: Do not trust this guy to repair any motorcycle! I left my Suzuki 1000 at this shop for repair of motorcycle constantly cutting off while riding. This guy “GUESTIMATED” it was a faulty fuel pump,after holding my bike for 30days to repair a small issue I went to retrieve bike. $376 later the bike continued to cut off. Returning bike next day, he said it would have to place on diagnostic to see if it’s a faulty sensor. Again having bike for an entire month,ignoring my phone calls and leaving my bike outside I finally got in touch with this shyster and he waiting to borrrow diagnostic machine from another shop, this guy don’t even have his own tools.Finally he returned my call saying this time it was a sensor and to give him my credit card number over the phone, I told him I would picked bike up and take it to another shop. Suddenly he disappeared for another 3 days,not returning calls, I had to get the police involved. This thief tried telling me it was both the fuel pump and faulty sensor causing the cut off, after transferring bike elsewhere it was discovered the bike wheel was missing bolts and other wheel stabilizing parts, it appeared as if this guy was attempting to bring me serious harm. Danny B: Purchased the House of Lithium 50/50 bike online and planned to take it on a vacation. It arrived very quickly. Upon opening the box I noticed it had a flat tire. So I filled it up (was flat by the next day again). Tried to attach the handle bar but the threads were messed up so the handle bar is kind of attached. Seems like the bike had possibly been returned by someone else but not sure. Rode the bike up the street 1/2 a block and the chain fell off. Tried adjusting it but the chain just didn't want to stay on. Contacted support and they replied very quickly and said they would replace the bike however they will not tell me when a new bike will ship. They keep telling me once the return processes in their system they will send me a return label to send the bike back. Any attempt to find out when the new bike will be sent or if I have to wait until the other one is returned or even when the return label will be supplied is just answered with thank you for your patience but we do not give dates out. You can do better than that! Could be days or could be weeks. Would be nice to have a little more clarity on what is happening. Update: After posting this review I was sent a return label.

Ryan Oswald: Manager does not respond to calls. They've had my scooter for 3 weeks now due to a rear flat tire and can't replace it due to their inability to anticipate a simple part! Do not buy your scooter here... Buy it directly from the manufacturer, they even charged me for the replacement when if I had bought it directly, it was free! I will say that the store is nice, however, the management needs some work with their customer service. PS: the manager likes to call everyone 'Boss'. I found that very offensive... But that's just me.

Kyle Grossman: Extremely happy with my purpose of the Segway c60. the staff is amazing the service is extremely fast. the prices are competitive and they carry some of the high-end products on the e-market that are extremely hard to purchase right now. Anyone looking for a e bike definitely stop here first.
Stuart Thomoson: Went in to see if they had a valve stem on hand for my Segway a couple months back the staff were really kind and helpful but I ended up ordering one online. Still I saw the house of lithium then and just had to have one so I just ordered one this Saturday after sleeping on it for a bit(2 MonthsLOL) because its a big purchase for me. Im kind of mad I didn't go back in and get it in person but we will see how shipping goes! I will have a follow up when its here! I got it the day after i wrote this review they allowed me to picknup from wearhouse due to it being 3 miles away. I rode the bike for a day and ended up going down a curb. It broke the bike. Not to blame simply ev but house of lithium. The rear wheel litterally fell off. I went to them next morning and they helped me with open arms and i left with a working bike and feeling very satisfied with octavio and the other store managers efforts to right the situation. 2 weeks later and i have 140miles on the bike and its amazing. Other thann everything coming unscrewed its a good bike. Just tighten everything up. All in all 10/10 experiance with simply ev and will be getting a surron or onyx soon from them in the future.

Scott was super kind and helped me throughout. The bike ran just smooth and amazing. They filled up the oil tank before I got my bike on the first day, and even changed a tire! Gas is amazing on a scoot so you can return the scooter without refilling the tank, only problem is that you may rent a scooter with an empty tank but that wasn’t my case.. Seamless in and out easy process.. They will answer any question you have about the rental process or about the scooter itself so don’t hesitate to ask about anything you don’t feel 100% on. anthony melvin: First of all, hands down the best scooter company in all of southbeach, the guys up at the shop are pretty cool, they helped me and my girlfriend find two beautiful used vespas, and the whole process from the time we walked into the shop until the second we drove away went by so smoothly, Super happy with our vespas, I'll see you guys soon for the oil changes. Zen&Juice2021: The bike i purchase broke down by the time i got home. Went to return it the mechanic blamed me for the exhaust falling off that was never tethered to the frame to begin with. They returned 80% of my money because i put miles on the bike while returning it. Worst buyer experience ive had to this date. Would not recommend unless your latino of course.
Alexander B: Very honest mechanic. I brought him my used motorcycle that I just bought for him to look it over and advise me if it needed anything. He adjusted the clutch cable for me for free and advised me the bike is fine and doesnt need anything else, just to bring it in when its time for the next oil change. Very honest mechanic, I will definitely bring my bike to him when its time for the next service.
Joseph Ojeda: Highly recommended for choppers/cruiser and sport bikes the mechanic is very smart (nando) the price is never high he will never let you down. I don't know about the other mechanic for (scooters) though. Better than my previous mechanic that I ever gone to. Also he will never overcharge you for tire change or oil change. He would even tie your chain sometimes lub it for no extra charge you won't go wrong with him.

Really a cool place and the guy that helped me out. I think he was the owner. He absolutely knows Bikes. There probably isn't anything he cant do on a bike. I am going back in there. Rob Alotta: I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. I almost didn't come here because of his review, and to be honest it's not located in the best area. However, I needed a new engine block for my scooter as well as the bolts for the battery. I searched all over for the bolts and on the way home stopped in to LA8 out of desperation. Mariano was super cool, he had the bolts and just gave them to me and said don't worry about it. Because he was so cool I told him about the engine issue I had and he quoted me a price right on the spot and was cheaper than other places I called and much friendlier. He went and picked up my scooter and had it done two days later for the exact price he quoted me. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in Miami, they are much better to deal with than the shops on the beach!

Raul: Very unprofessional staff and owner. They couldn't fix everything they promised me, but they charge me for it at the end. The bike was all dirty, including the brand new hand grips. The chain they changed is stiff and skips gears because they over tightened it. Very rude and unprofessional owner (the bald guy). I would not recommend. Better take your bike to Miami Beach bicycle center across the street.
