Jose Munoz: This is the fastest and most reasonably priced dry cleaner in Miami. Moving here from out of state I was shocked to find the cost of dry cleaning triple to my previous home and then it would take up to a week or more on top of that with most dry cleaners in the area. One Stop is fast, sometimes next day fast, and they don’t charge the crazy prices most other cleaners in the area charge. Most importantly everything comes out looking perfect. Looking for a great dry cleaner? Look no further than these guys, in very please with the service and efficiency.

But the other day I was going out of town for a wedding and my clothes were delayed, I let Ed Rosa know about why I needed the clothes delivered that day(I was unable to pick up myself). Ed went above and beyond by personally delivering the clothes after his work shift ended. I have always known Sudsies was all about great customer service, but this was really spectacular. Shoutout to Ed for keeping the shop open for almost an hour after closing (when he could've been watching the Dolphins game) to make sure I was able to pick up the clothes I needed. Kell Kellogz: I don’t know what happened to their service over the years, but their service is horrible NOW. I dropped off clothes Saturday and received them Tuesday which is fine however when I inspected my clothes in front of the owner I was not pleased with the results of my clothes. The way my shirts looked they looked like a child ironed them, also I had a ink stain in my shirt which should’ve been had it been dry cleaned properly. This cleaners has lost a long time customer.

VJ Rei: I had the same experience as the review before me. This people are a disaster. I gave them 10 shirts, I went to pick them up I returned 7. They were full of wrinkles and they starch them. My white shirts now had blue pen marks and they had dirt from their machinery. When I gave them back to them, they lady told me the worker was just lazy. I went the next week and everything was the same and they wanted to charge me, they were too lazy to fix anything. They told me the satins the clothes had could not be removed... they were talking about the neck stain on a regular white shirt. This woman was plain inept. They are incapable people with no education running a business. I took my shirts without paying and left. Those people have no training, no education, nothing! And yes, the work looks like made by a kid. Stay away from this place.

cameron peake: Iron & Steam saves the day! We were in Miami on vacation, and needed a place to clean our clothes. Iron & Steam was able to accommodate next day service at a reasonable price. Moreover, when we missed the store’s cut off time for closing (totally our fault) Rene came and met us on a Saturday so we could pack our clothes without issue. Could not recommend their services enough!

Then, the guy that cleans the dresses called and left a voicemail saying the cost was higher because of the work that needed to be done with the dress. When I called back he increased the price again. I told him I had his voicemail and can forward it to him and he kept saying he never said that price and he refused to listen to the audio. Very unprofessional! Here I am again waiting to pick up my dress (I rather take it somewhere else), but it is 7:29am on a Monday and no one is here.

Would not let me file a claim or allow any store credit. Unprofessional place.
Zee Ali: Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. They promised they delivery to my building and they decided to deliver two of the seven items. Didn’t communicate with me at all and then or upset at me that I didn’t tell him to deliver everything. It doesn’t even make any sense why I would want you to keep the rest of them and not deliver everything at once. They had every excuse under the sun including that their car broke down. Another time they did such a horrible job with the cleaning that adjust them to go back and re-clean the item. The biggest issue I see with the small businesses is they lack properly trained staff and the management doesn’t seem to care. Service: Delivery

Honestly, I do not know how they have 4.1 stars here and suspect they have paid for positive reviews? Larry, who works at the front counter, as other reviewers have mentioned is super cool. However, the owner who I had to deal with when I had an issue at best has no idea how to handle distressed customers (my dress came back with a new stain on it). At worst, he is straight up antagonistic. And yes, he also threatened to call the cops on me. I would take every single one of the negative reviews here seriously. USER BEWARE! Service: Alterations
Michael Solana: dress shirt came back with stains, with some kind of crusty red material so i know it wasn’t something i missed before i dropped it off because they would have at least removed that much while cleaning. it flaked off at the touch. noticed when i brought my stuff home, put everything on hangers etc. when i brought the shirt in, and politely explained what happened assuming they’d just take it back and clean, they refused to help and implied i wore the shirt??? definitely do not come here, they destroy your clothing.

Joana R: I sent for my leather purse to get cleaned and was charged $300 only to get it back just as dirty as it was brought in. I showed proof of the bag not being cleaned and they refused to give me a refund. Not only that, was I put on the phone with the “owner” who told me that my bag was clean even though I’m looking at my bag right now and it’s still dirty. He refuses to refund me for the bag that was not cleaned. He refuses to return my property. I am honestly infuriated at how bad customer service this owner has.

Artur Dvorak: Unfortunately, have to share my “1 star” experience. I gave my yeezy for cleaning (the receipt is attached, btw the price is 38$, which is not cheap at all), got them back in a week. The cleaning was done appropriately, but shoelaces were replaced. So instead of original shoelaces, I got fake. After that I got a promise that everything will be fixed, but still don’t have any call with estimations. Already 2 weeks are passed.
DENIS HERNANDEZ: This is the worst dry cleaning place I ever used. I went there and specified to detail how a want the job to be done. I left several very expensive suits and went I got them back they all had a funny and disgusting smell like old wet rug! On top none is properly cleaned and to finish up they are not even ironed as they are supposed to be. This place us a joke they charged me over$130 dollars for this disaster. Please avoid leaving your precious clothes tho this clowns an less you want them to be ruined
Brett Price: I went into the Oxxo in Mary Brickell village to have two jackets and a pair of pants dry cleaned. The jackets had some mildew on them from my closet so they treated them specially which cost extra. One pant leg also needed to be hemmed. A total of $70 sort of outrageous for three items. I came back three weeks later (more than enough time to do the cleaning and repair) and they hadn’t fixed the hem and I noticed they also charged me the extra treatment costs for the pants as well even though they weren’t mildewy (different closets) they told me they couldn’t have the repair done for another 5 days. Definitely will not be returning to this location. They overcharged me, didn’t listen to my request and also didn’t fix their mistake in a timely manner. Service: Alterations
Ashley Brown: Had several perfume oil stains on a brand new silk dress. They were super friendly when I showed up and even though they were hopeful they could remove the stains they did not over promise. A few days later I went to pick up my dress and it was as though nothing ever happened! They are super sweet and provided me with great quality cleaning in a timely fashion.

Travis Cohen: **Update 08/27/18: I'm raising my review because the manager got back to me and apologized for his employee and is in the process of trying to get me reimbursed for the suit. Still a shame to have lost this suit, but hopefully I'll at least get reimbursed soon.** I took a $500 suit to this dry cleaners and when I got it back it had gone from being a 38s to like a 34. It is completely unwearable. I took the suit back and was told that they would check with the manager on what they could do for me and they were very sorry. Then I got a phone call telling me the manager had seen the suit and said it couldn't have been their fault and then left town and couldn't be reached. They refused to even offer the price of dry cleaning and said I must have taken the suit somewhere else that messed it up and not noticed that it was several sizes too small for me.

John Smith: FYI I wasn't aware of this but apparently there isn't a company-wide or even citywide standard fee. Each store is different.. This store charges $7.45 for dry cleaning whereas the one just 2 miles away charges $5.95 I thought that was a bit strange. Also, they do not share information with their other stores. I had an account with the one in Normandy/79th St Causeway, but when I came here I had to give them my information again and create a new account. Which is not very convenient. I'll probably be going elsewhere after this.. $15 to dry clean 2 shirts is a bit much. But I don't regularly dry clean, so what do I know..

Sergio F.: I went to this location to use their wash and fold service. I dropped off my clothes Saturday and was told they’d be ready Tuesday. I took clothes hangers and requested that my polo shirts be hung instead of folded. The attendants Confirmed and explicitly said that pants they fold and don’t hang but would hang my shirts. I also took two dog beds to be cleared. At $3.99 each I assumed that meant washing and drying. I just came from picking up my order. The dog beds were supposedly just left to air dry. It means my princess can’t use her bed for another day or two. The polo shirts I had requested hung - including a couple of Rag and Bone polos - were folded. This means I will either have to iron or fold them. This isn’t what i paid for or requested. Therefore, this laundry won’t see m y return business.

Yana Menadzhieva: PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND AVOID COMING IN WITH EXPENSIVE CLOTHES I've been a loyal customer of this company up to this moment. Three weeks ago I came in to pick up my skirt and saw a huge black mark, that wasn't there before. In fact, I brought in the skirt nearly in perfect condition, just some yellow sports. The front lady told me that they will remove it and I can pick it up in a week. So, the following week I pick up the skirt and see a HOLE in the place of the mark. The owner (Raul) handed in the skirt himself and did not even mention that they made a hole, I noticed myself on my way out. For the second time, I hand my skirt back and Raul claims that they will fix it. I come in the following week (3rd time) and see that the hole is poorly hidden with simple stitching (see picture). Additionally, the skirt had some dirty spots left and the underneath shorts weren't even ironed. I never try to argue, so I simply called Raul and asked for some sort of compensation. Please mind that my skirt retails for nearly $500 and is pure silk (brand: "Tibi") - the reason why I am extremely upset. Raul knows about the skirt's price and did not agree to give me any sort of compensation for it, and more importantly, started defending himself by saying that his prices are the lowest in Brickell and that I should be thankful for it (extremely unprofessional)! I would much rather pay a higher price and have my clothes NOT RUINED. Please see pictures of my skirt's condition as a prove. I will never be going to this place again and encourage you to avoid it at all costs, especially if you value your clothes. If the owner would be a true professional, he would offer me appropriate compensation and keep me as a client but instead, he chose to be rude and claim me as unappreciative. Service: General repairs

Jade Reichling: The great parts of their service: convenient pickup/drop off at my building in Brickell. They are great at texting to communicate when things are in process, delayed or there are questions. They are also so warm and courteous when I speak to them on the phone. I wish they still offered shoe repair and leather jacket cleaning, as a one-stop offering, but for clothes repair and 95% of what I need, I love their service.
Yoni Kalin: Lost a bag filled with expensive clothing. The bag had a name tag on it and I made sure to double check. The concierge confirmed that both bags were picked up and we only received 1/2 upon delivery. Button down dress shirts, pants, dresses. Gone. Not sure how this happens but it did. No solution has been proposed yet.

They told me that the price of that jean was 40 dollars which was a lie because I have paid 200 dollars for that one but even , if it was the cheapest jeans, that was not the right way to treat the customers. . I told them that I didn’t want the money, I wanted the Jeans . They bought some one not my size and said me that there weren’t my size. astrida mcfarland: We have been customers at Kim's for about 12 years and have always experienced the best service and kindness. Kim is a genuine and sweet lady to all of her customers. Besides dry cleaning, they also have a very good alterations department and even a "change your watch batteries" dept, specializing in Michael Kors watches. Because of the rising prices all over the country, they have had to raise their prices also. FYI, installing a new zipper is $20 now! I nearly choked. But Kim's sources have raised their prices too.
Sophia Milian Pardo: Kim was referred to us by a dear friend who takes all his alterations here. Kim and her seamstress were the two ladies that transformed my moms wedding dress from the 80s into the something more modern yet classical that I could rewear for my wedding in November 2021. While I had grand plans for using the fabric for a new dress, they saw that the dress itself had great bones and instead chose to deconstruct certain period specific pieces – such as the high neck/collar and poofy sleeves – and maintain the elegance that had attracted my mom to the dress originally. They were quick, efficient and did a phenomenal job with the minor alterations that the dress required. Service: Alterations
Mike Hamilton: I couldn’t find anyone to clean a suit last Fourth of July actually it was the fifth because it fell on Monday. It’s been a year but I am still so touched by her kindness. My best friend had passed away on the the fourth and no cleaners were open so I couldn’t find anyone to clean a suit for burial. I called Kim’s but she was closed but answered the phone she said she would wait for me and she had the suit ready the next morning so it could be shipped with him to his final resting place. It was cleaned and pressed to perfection. I appreciate her so much for helping when no one else would. Thank you!

My shirts' buttons were destroyed in a good number of dry cleaning places in Miami to the point where I washed them at home. Never had an issue with Kim and they dry clean well, which helps with underarm stains or other stains I had no idea how to approach.

Lucy Clark: Not the place to bring a vintage wedding dress. It took 1 month to dry clean and get alterations, and then waited another week for them to fix the alterations they did when I was originally promised 3 days. Unfortunately I came to this dry cleaner because of all the great reviews on alterations specifically, but Kim no longer does the alterations. Although I speak fluent Spanish, the lady now doing alterations is Spanish speaking only and still misunderstood my request on a basic hem. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Kim was very friendly and apologetic. There was no charge for the repairs and after 3 trips to this business I took home a finished product. 1st attempt at alteration was mediocre (long sewing thread ends not trimmed and the floral appliques only had 2-3 stitches in the center instead of around the whole floral appliques), 2nd attempt much improved after I had pointed such details out.
Lauren Jontiff: They are the best - not only with dry cleaning but also with tailoring. They are always willing to go the extra mile to do whatever I need from them. Kim, her sister and the rest of the staff make it fun to go get a dress hemmed or pick up your clothes.

Daniel Perlmutter: This place is horrible. I dropped off pants for alterations to wear to a wedding. They weren't done on time and then I wasn't able to even get my pants back because they had outsourced it to someone a few streets over. I ended up buying other pants for the wedding and getting mine back almost two weeks later. On top of that, the repair is not done well.

I dropped off a dress (needed a quick hem, and dry cleaned) also a cap & gown for graduation, they came back in great conditions! Clebo Will: The people here are warm and friendly and do a great job with your clothes. That's been my experience here. They are open daily I believe, except Sundays. Not sure of the operating hours, but there is Plenty of parking on either side. Safe and in public area. This business also has a Laundry...7am - 10pm /7days next to cleaners building. Come by ASAP I believe you will be pleased with their services, they work hard to provide for you. Don't wait.. come by now.... They're waiting to take of you, with their services.

Ken Smedberg: I've been going to this local cleaners for the past 11 years. Friendly people and they will learn your name. I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done. Are they more expensive than some cleaning outfits? Perhaps, but isn't it worth having quality work done?
Richard Bonett: I've been going to this dry cleaners for some time now. The owner has always been courteous and polite. However, when I went today I was helped by a different man at the counter who claimed to be the owner's brother. This man was extremely rude, and demanded I counted the number of pieces I was dropping off. When I explained to him that this was always done by the staff, he told me they were too busy today. Additionally, he did not give me a receipt, I had to insist on him giving me one. It is a shame that one person can damage the image of a business with their poor attitude.
aurora schein: Lovely business, been in same location since the 60s, people very personable. Great option for boat people looking to drop off some laundry and save the hassle. Probably only save a few bucks by going all the way to the laundromat which was a bit of a ways. Worth the convenience!
