She did a deeper clean than I could have requested, including under my toaster oven and microwave, which I never cleaned. Jennifer Baker: Cleanduo makes scheduling house cleaning a breeze! I am a busy mom of two so I decided to do a recurring weekly plan with them. So far, the service has been excellent. The cleaner that I got assigned to is very professional and comes always on time with cleaning supplies. Also, in comparison to other cleaning companies in Miami their price for weekly cleaning is great given the quality of their service. I give them a five star rating and I recommend their services!

Elie Isha: We have been very pleased, with all aspects, so far with The Cleaning Authority; from meeting the owner to having the team do the cleaning. Ricardo (the owner) came by one afternoon to provide an estimate, and from there scheduling the appointments to paying for it is seamless through initial communication with Ricardo to using the app (like any other) on your phone. They have a method of performing deep cleanings the first two times, and then alternating through different “focus” areas each subsequent time. I probably didn’t do that justice, but it’s been good every time. I highly recommend. Services: Deep clean , Standard cleaning
Taryn Williams: I use this company for weekly cleaning. Two housekeepers came out yesterday and were supposed to clean with focus on my living areas. They left dirty dishes on my counter, dirty ashtrays and did not bother to vacuum under my sofa. The entire house in general was not cleaned well. I reached out to the owner to let them know and received no response. They do not care about their customer and every week you get someone different. Lisa LaCascia: Quite possibly the worst service I have ever gotten. Arrived way outside of estimated timing window (was scheduled for 1 pm, they did not show until 530). I had to leave my apartment by 650 pm for an already scheduled personal obligation. They did not finish their cleaning, I could have done a better job myself, and the owner did not do anything besides give me $20 off while they were hours and hours late and did not nearly do as good of a job as they could. Must have been nice to be the prior appointment where they used all their good cleaning skills and spent extra hours there so my services were screwed up. The owner had 0 sympathy and thinks its just part of the business and totally okay that they were late and did not spend the accurate amount of time. I wish I could give them 0 stars because the service was atrocious.

They cleaned everything, including cabinet spaces I had not opened in several months. They were very careful with fragile breakable items, and nothing was damaged. My home is spotless. paola garcia-herreros: I used them a year ago and I had a very negative experience. They do show up to work and the ladies are great, however they are given 1.5 hours to clean the whole house. The owner of this particular branch was absolutely disrespectful after I had many complains and evidence of spots that were not cleaned appropriately. I clean my house and if I hire a service I want someone to deep clean and maintain my house not to simply wipe down the spot without paying attention to detail. I had a lot of fluctuations of ladies, which told me they weren’t very happy there, otherwise why so many left? I wouldn’t recommend.

They did an awesome job today- better than expected even though its only been one day since installation: My carpets look clean again and this time will be easier because their name is written in big letters next door now :)
Ronald Tipa: I was looking for a cleaning service and when I called Rainbow I thought I found exactly what I was looking for. Very professional phone visit. I was very impressed and they appeared to be very professional. Two days and one day before my appointed schedule I received my appointment notification (I thought wow how professional) with the window time of my appointment. After that it was all downhill. They gave me a two hour window time, which I understand with traffic in South Florida. They never showed and I never received a phone call. So I decided to call them. They didn’t answer so I left a message and decided to write this review..Unfortunately, I can’t comment on their cleaning since they were never here. I wasted an entire day and will never try to use this service again.

Initially, I told them to only work on certain portions of the home since we only booked two hours. However, they were amazing and cleaned our entire home during the allotted time. Brandi Syatauw: I wanted to try a corporate company to deep clean my house. I did not have the most positive experience with Molly Maid. When scheduling your free quote, you speak to a call center and they tell you it’s $100 and hour...Okay, fine. I was told to call the morning of service to find out what time they’d be coming that day. That should have been my first clue. They never answered when I called in the morning and showed up at 3:30 PM. This was supposed to be a two hour deep clean. I was told to give my priority list and they would clean those rooms first. There were surfaces left dirty and the floor had crumbs on it. I pointed things out and they tried to fix it but just not up to my standards for $100 an hour. I won’t be using this service again. I should also mention, they are not particularly friendly. I also spoke to their manager to give payment info and she was quite short with me. Service: Deep clean

Jasmine Jackson-Elahi: I hired Toledo cleaning services to do some junk removal and a deep cleaning of my 2/2 townhouse I had rented and had moved out of after a year and half. So you can imagine after moving furniture that had sat in the same place for almost 2 years the home needed a good clean. Not only were they professional, on-time, and did a great job cleaning but the customer service was amazing. Michelle spoke to me every step of the way as I was coordinating from another state. They made it so easy if I hadn’t moved away I would 100% use them again.

I feel I was a bit unfair and have to correct myself - especially after comparing their results with a different cleaning company that I recently used. Honestly, these guys (Toledo) are amazing. For the price they did a truly outstanding job. Only a couple spots were missed and they quickly sent someone back (for free) to do a touch-up. These people went the extra mile - they cleaned every single room plus inside the microwave, oven and fridge. This place looked beautiful once they were done. Definitely booking again soon. Jeff S: I contacted Toledo’s Cleaning on the weekend and they showed up on Monday morning at exactly 9 o’clock like they said they would. They worked for about four hours on my place as I live in a three-story home it needs a lot of cleaning. They did an amazing job and the place looks like new again. When the van pulled up out front and the ladies got out, came into my house smiled, said hello and went to work immediately. Im pretty picky when it comes to things being cleaned. But the ladies arrived on time and did a great job on my home. They worked diligently and did not waste time talking nor were they on their their phones. While I would have liked for the communication barrier to improve we still got the point across when certain questions were asked. I am glad I took a chance as I will be sure to use their services again and recommend them.

When I found Downtown Maid, I thought it would be like any other cleaning company, but actually they did a really good job dealing with my clutter, had no problem with my dog and even left a piece of chocolate as an appreciation for my business - on top of making my place really really clean! Emely Virta: After two years of dealing with subpar cleaning companies, I really struck gold with Suds! Noelle runs a great company that delivers great service and results. She has provided excellent porters and has always been flexible with special requests. Highly recommend for any and all cleaning needs, from porters to event cleaners, you will not be disappointed!
Jackie Dinarte: I am super disappointed in this business! I had scheduled a cleaning for Friday at 10 AM. When no one showed up, I called the company, to be told that someone had texted me earlier (no one did), and that they were trying to get someone over to my house ASAP but they were delayed. So i waited a few hours again and called back, to be told AGAIN that someone had just called me and left a voicemail (no one did), and if i would be okay with rescheduling for the next day at 10 AM. When I asked what number they had been calling, they cited a 786 number. Nowhere close to my area code or number so i have no idea where they got that. Fast forward to the next day, I am patiently awaiting their arrival. Again, no one shows up. My roommate and I call multiple times and get no answer from anyone. Finally my roommate gets a person on the phone, and they say they are trying to locate the cleaning crew. After that, we got no calls back, no answer when we called, we were completely ghosted and no one showed up. Is this place a scam? I had to fill out a credit card authorization form so now they ghosted me and have my credit card info. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Do NOT book a cleaning with these people EVER.

Noelle was very helpful setting everything up, and Zenaida, Maria and Jose all did a great job on the day of the work. The place was spotless, especially considering that I have a cat with a bit of a shedding problem and they got all of it! Got my entire security deposit back. Highly recommended!

I purchase the Groupon, then try to set up an appointment, but I was refused an appointment or a refund for allegedly missing the appointment, but that’s not what happened. Noelle was very snarky with me & was more interested in trying to argue vs resolving the situation.
