Ernie Barcia: Update Review: I purchased Max, my two year/two month German Shepard from Jennifer in December of 2017 and till this day I cannot thank her enough. Max is such a great dog and he’s freakishly athletic. Everywhere I go I’m always asked how did I get him to be in such great shape and/or how beautiful he is. Luckily he’s never had any issues health wise either. It’s not for nothing but a shepherd from this breeder clearly stands out compared to other Shepard’s you may come across. You also can’t beat a breeder that always responds to your messages if you have any questions even after the sale. Overall if your looking for a quality bred German Shepard Jennifer is definitely the way to go.

Carlos Mendez: We bought a black female German Sheppard from Jeniffer. The first week the dog got pneumonia. Jeniffer was unresponsive. Then on the fourth month the dog develop a hereditary condition in the eye which is basically eyelashes that grow in the animals cornea. According to our vet, this breeder should not be breeding dogs with that condition. Finally the dog has a condition around her eyes that make her look like a Mapache. When we mentioned this to Jeniffer early on she mentioned this would just go away and that vets where just ignorants. The contract we signed when we bought the puppy was very restrictive and mostly benefitted Jeniffer.

Yuru Herrera: I found my pefect puppy here, they take care of all their puppies with love. They always have the most perfects puppies, different breeds, colors, sizes... what ever you are looking for they have it there! All the dogs are vaccinated and the prices are very reasonables. My dog is 1 year old now and he keep going back for the hotel service which is amazing, when we are out of town we are 100% sure our dog is happy, playing all day with other dogs, they send me at least one video daily when we travel and that gives me peace of mind. I recommend this place to everyone who asks about my precious dog.

ivan meza: They get their dogs from puppy mills, most likely from South America, where dogs are basically confined to small cages and females give birth an insane amount of times a year. Find a reputable breeder if you want pure breed, if not, just adopt.

Before I bought them they told me the puppies had a guarantee that if they came with genetic disorder or defect you would get your money back. BOTH PUPPIES CAME WITH GENETIC DEFECTS. They said they would pay for the surgery but it is not fixable with surgery.

Nat Jay: Ziggy We are the proud owners of a female French Bulldog obtained from Miami French Bulldogs. Ziggy is a little over three years old and has been a total joy to be around. We were nervous to buy a Frenchie due to all the bad breeders out there; but after meeting the family and seeing how healthy the dogs looked we made our purchase. We almost felt bad because the owner of the parents was crying from the loss of one of her first batch of puppies. We then brought Ziggy to a veterinarian for scheduled care and a new pt work-up. We also wanted to confirm what diet was best for Ziggy. The Vet said the food given to us by the breeders was a good choice. So we continued to feed her the same; even now. The Vet also informed us that Ziggy was a very healthy and good example of responsible breeders. Ziggy didn’t have any of the signs of improper breeding and has grown to be a healthy 23 pound bundle of fun! Everyone loves her and after meeting other Frenchies in the community; Ziggy is quite attractive as well. I would highly recommend making the trip to Miami and investing in a new family member soon. Frenchies are such happy breeds and if properly taken care of are quite simple to live with and train. Best of luck. Ziggy’s parents

Ethan Pike: This store owner is a con artist. He will cheat you. He will mislead you. He will lie and lie. When things are not going his way he will make up more lies. When things are not going his way he will also act like he does not understand English. He will cheat and lie to you. Buyer be ware. Do not fall for his tricks. I support good honest person/puppy stores 100%. This is not one of those.
Abraham Palacios: Everyone beware when purchasing any puppy from any store, but more so from Gorgeous puppies. We though we had purchased a healthy schnauzer since we went to their vet right after purchasing her and they did a wellness check and Lily was good and healthy. Not even 2 days later poor puppy started throwing up at a rate of every 15-20 minutes. I had no choice but to take her to the emergency that evening. To our surprise she had a virus and bacteria. Parvo virus and Giardia! Both very contagious to other animals and Guardia can even be transmitted to humans. Parvo is deadly to any dog with a low chance of survival rate. The next morning the store owner forced us to take her to their preferred vet and didn’t make it past 1 day, hate to feel they just put her down to avoid any expense but that’s just my though on how I was forced to surrender her back to the store so I had no say on any decision. Please please research these two viruses so you understand the risks you most likely will put yourself and your family through if you decide to purchase from this place. Also don’t trust their vet, please take your new puppy somewhere you trust and test against these two viruses as I do expect many of their puppies are infected either of parvo or Giardia or worst both like Lily was. To make things worse for us by loosing Lily, we could not even get compensated for the 500 dollars we spent on the emergency visit, that by the way the owner did take full advantage of the test results by sending it to the breeder to get his money back! Here’s a pick of Lily so everyone can see she was a living thing, because for my family she had become part of us in just 48 hrs that she spent with us, not a merchandise or a toy you just throw away, we will forever miss our Lily and please do your best to find another option than this store. Avoid the pain I put my family through please.

In our 15 years of helping families finding their next pet, we have never sold a sick puppy to any of our loyal customers. We are aware that this situations can happen and many times are out of our control; every puppy comes from a reputable breeder, they are vetted before they arrive at our store and also by our trusted vet. We continually monitor each puppy for any change in behavior or eating habits while in our care. Parvo is a highly contagious virus, puppies are born with antibodies from their mothers. As this antibodies fade they need to receive a course of parvo vaccinations. It is very important to understand for anyone that acquires a puppy that even after getting their parvo vaccinations they can still catch Parvo. Because the virus has different strains and reinvents itself. So unfortunately, dogs definitely can still catch the parvovirus. You can also look up this information on the American Kennel Club website. The reason we ask that our puppies be taken to our trusted vet is because we have an honest relationship with him and know he would never put profit before the puppies health and also to avoid that our customers incurred high cost vet visits all this during the health warranty for the puppy. We are dismayed that you stated we put down the puppy in order to avoid any expense, our vet did everything posible to save her unfortunately she did not overcome the virus; we communicated with you over the phone continually and during our conversations you never expressed this sentiment even after we offered you a new puppy you opted for a full refund which we did swiftly. The Owner and his staff have alot of patience and have the best prices around. They even give you a free vet visit with reputable vets. I will recommend this location hands down.

I got my golden doodle, Benjamin, from this store. He’s strong and now a year and five months. The only thing is I was informed he was a mini and he’s definitely not 😂. But it’s ok i prefer it! Will buy my next puppy here again

Brett Kantor: Awful experience. Please beware. Gerrado is not a reputable business owner. Purchased a mini pinscher from this place. Went to their vet who claimed dog was not sick . After returning home with the puppy he was gasping for air. We has to take him to our local vet who informed us that both of his lungs were completely filled with fluid from pneumonia. The vet said he would have to stay overnight and there was a chance he would not make it . Luckily he was able to get better over the next few days because we were smart enough to bring him to our vet . In the hospital discussing the situation with Gerrado the owner he explained that the medical bills would only be covered if i bring the dog back to his vet who misdiagnosed the dog . I told him not only did we feel uncomfortable doing that clearly because we were in this dilema because of his vet but also the dog was hooked to IV and respirator and could not be transported. He understood the severity of the situation and agreed to pay the hospital bills . The following day upon receipt of the medical bills he refused to pay . He is not honest and has a history of selling sick dogs . Unfortunately I didnt do my due diligence before choosing to go w Gorgeous Puppies. Please go to anyone else that can fill your puppy needs . Please avoid this place at all costs .

Diana Q: I got my furry love here 2 months ago from Gorgeous Puppies & Kittens and I could not be happier with my adorable Boston terrier. The staff was extremely helpful and my little puppy is perfectly happy and healthy. He has no congenital diseases or issues at all. I understand the need to adopt but if you are interested in buying, this is the best place in Miami. I looked at another Boston terrier at another store which was way too more expensive! The store was clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous, they gave me the chance to play with him before making a decision, and mention me the huge responsibility to have a dog. Palma Fuson: We could not be happier with Denimay. We received a manual with instructions for our new puppy, Buddy. May was excellent & takes such care in making sure her pups are placed in the appropriate home even requiring two reference checks. She was so helpful making sure we understood these puppies love being with their new family & wanted to know the number of hours they would be alone per day. Also, our Buddy was almost completely housebroken when we received our pup at 12 weeks. What a great experience & we still keep in touch when we have questions & she gets back with us immediately. Sarah Milans: I’m so happy with my Havanese Angles puppies! We purchased our first puppy from Havanese Angles in 2017. Instant love AND most importantly, she’s a very healthy dog (and beautiful). We decided to add another dog to the family in 2020 and, of course, I went right back to Havanese Angels. They were so helpful in sharing advise in adding a second dog and were patient with me when I went back-and-forth on what gender to get. We picked up our sweet boy in July 2021 and he too is perfect. Healthy, great personality and so lovable. The vet comments every time on how physically exceptional and happy my dogs are. My experience with Havanese Angles has been so positive! We keep in touch and I share pictures frequently. They love and care about all their dogs! I highly recommend!
Ford Family 2: Love my Havi Zion and will be going back for another soon! I’m surprised to see negative reviews. My Zion is absolutely perfect and Elisa was responsive from beginning to end. There was one time when she was delayed in her response however she was out of town with no signal. She got back to me promptly upon her return and was even very apologetic for the delay. This is a top notch breeder and I highly recommend.

Catalina Ramos: Elisa and her family are all very caring. My daughter lost her puppy 15 days after Christmas, and I was desperately looking for a new puppy for her. I came across Elisa’s page and immediately contacted her. She explained the process from deposit to taking home a puppy from the very beginning. Once the litter was born, Elisa kept me up to date with the availability for a puppy (I was the 5th deposit for a girl). Since my then 7 years old was traumatized after her puppy died, Elisa allowed me to bring her to see the new puppies. Fast forward to today, and we’ve been been blessed with Hazel for 5 years and Luna for 3. Elisa and Marisela are now very dear friends, and I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

She said there is a litter due Feb/March. 1/8/21 - contacted breeder via text for update. Response - No due date yet. 1/30/21 - texted and asked for update. Response - there is a pregnancy with approximate due date 3/14 - 3/20. 3/16/21 - contacted breeder via text to ask if puppies were born yet. Response - not yet. 4/2 - contacted via text for update. No response. 4/5 - combated via text for update. Response - not yet, end of the month. 4/8 - contacted via text for update. Response - I have you down for March/April. 4/28 - contacted via text for update. No response. 4/28 - called and left voicemail. No response. 4/30 - contacted via text and asked if she got my voicemail. Response 12 - 14 more days. I texted back and said that didn’t make sense because she said the dog was pregnant back on 1/30. Then responded saying she didn’t get pregnant as expected. Due date end of April. 5/17/21 - I requested refund. Response - they were just born 3:00am and still not finished. I still wanted a refund because the dates kept getting pushed back even after they said the dog was already pregnant on 1/30. Lots of reviews stating people lost their $200 deposit. ***If you want to lose your $200 deposit, go for it. I’m just warning you.***

They have a broad selection of breeds and the prices are much better then other puppy stores by far! Sometimes they even have sales so be on the lookout! The girls that work there were very friendly and took their time to answer my questions. I love my mini Goldendoodle!
Amy Love: So I want to start off by saying that the two girls that helped me when I purchased my puppy were extremely nice and very helpful. I love my puppy but I noticed right away that he was coughing. Took him to the vet and they told me he had a respiratory infection and had to be put on antibiotics right away. Some time after his first vet appointment I noticed he was scratching his ear more frequently and starting to whine took him to the vet again and they told me he also had a bad ear infection and was put on more medication. My puppy had to go to the vet again after his 2 vet visit due to his cough getting worse. Gucci my puppy is finally better after weeks of Vet visits and medications. My vet has put him on a immune booster supplement since he’s had such a rough start. I’m grateful for this place because I found my fur baby and I love him so much but please be aware that you might get a puppy that is sick and might require a few vet visits.

Rocio La Rosa: I knew nothing about Frenchies when I first called Janet for info. She was very nice, answered all my questions and gave me advice. At the time, she had no puppies available so I continued my search but honestly did not find what I was looking for. After a few months of searching I decided to check with Janet again and she had Two of her dogs pregnant. I did not hesitate to reserve. Every time I asked questions I felt comfortable with her Honesty and transparency. During the process and after my puppy was born, Janet would send me videos , pictures from the beginning and again many times I had the silliest questions and she would patiently answer all. Today I picked up my baby and also met Janet in person. Janet is Dedicated and passionate and it shows!! The pups are all so healthy. She treats them all as her own. Poessie Rivera: Very pleasant experience. Place is very clean and the puppies you can tell are very happy as they come very enthusiatic when they bring them to the clients. I have a beautiful puppy, super adaptable and immediately loved her new home. She even seem potty trained as i have discovered. Super smart...The staff was very professional and they really want the client to leave satisfy so they seem to know quite a lot about the puppies they carry, which for me in the end was extremely helpful.
Jonathan Andres Serna: Our family wanted to raise a puppy to adult so we went to the animal shelter first looking for a puppy and a couple of other puppy stores but this particular one we received an extremely great service by the young lady who was in the office her name is Genesis, she was very helpful and we made and informed decision with her feedback. The dog we liked although was not cheap, the place offers easy and quick financing, not great credit required, just regular standards. I definetely recommend the place.

It really baffles me that people would go to a store and pay thousands for a dog when they could go to a shelter or find reputable breeder. Shame on all of you who purchased dogs from this place. Nothing absolutely nothing about what you were doing is OK. Your just feeding the puppy mills and supporting them!
GG: Bought a dog and it came with bronchopneumonia and the ayote doesn’t want to be responsible of the cost. They sent us to a vet which made us lose at least 2 weeks of my dog improvement since they hospitalized him and did nothing to him since he came with 1 collapsed lung. We have been contacting the store for over a month now and they still don’t feel like they are responsibly for selling a sick dog.
annabella exposito: It hasn’t taken me a long time to come to terms with this, but please do yourself a favor and reconsider purchasing a puppy from this place. I got a miniature schnauzer 6 years ago and she was an amazing dog, but unfortunately she passed away when she was 4 years old.. due to genetic complications. She had pancreatitis, heart was failing and etc... pancreatitis is a common for schnauzer if they a bred poorly and well my poor penny passed away due to genetic problems. Obviously the people selling the puppies will tell you wonderful things, but once you buy the dog, THEY DO NOT CARE. More money in their pockets. If you want to get a pure breed dog buy it from a responsible breeder because it’s luck to get a healthy dog that will live 12 years from a puppy store.

Jeanette B: I was very skeptical at first buying here due to the reviews but we traveled all the way from Orlando to pick up our little angel right before the pandemic hit. The people were extremely nice and helpful and our little baby Reese was absolutely adorable. We’ve had Reese for almost two years now. We bought her when she was 8 weeks. She’s now 35 pounds, and extremely active and healthy. Throughout the time we’ve had her she’s had very minor health problems due to her simply being a bulldog. She’s extremely loving and absolutely perfect we really couldn’t have asked for a better add to our family. Thank you so much!
Stacey Leppo: I have never seen the facility but 13 yrs ago I bought a beautiful frenchie. He died in 6 months of a bad heart. Martin replaced him with a beautiful little girl. I had to do some begging but not much. She is 11 1/2 and still like a puppy.I also purchased a frenchie from a well known breeder and visited them and picked a boy frenchie out. He was sick since he was 8 months. He fought cancer his whole life. He did live to be 11 but cost me a fortune.I think you just take a risk know matter what now. I am really mourning my baby boy
Kay Fullilove: We bought a French Bulldog from Martin 4 years ago. Our dog has the best temperament and is super healthy. He probably could have been a show dog he is the perfect weight and stature. I would definitely buy another Frenchie from Martin and Beverly Hills bulldogs. I reached out a few months ago to see if those parents were still breeding but unfortunately they had been retired.

Martin was great to deal with through the entire purchase process. Zoie had to be flown from Miami to Indianapolis. Martin made sure she was prepared for a safe trip. Very impressed that Martin came back 3 weeks after our purchase to ask if we were still satisfied. I think that shows his commitment to providing great puppies to his customers.

patty monne: i adopted a female adult dog recently and the dog was not in great condition however. definitely all was easily treated this is a puppy mill and when i was there i noticed many dogs kept in small poor cages in addition my vet told me the dog had excessive c sections this place should investigated by the Humane society

Kat Ocerinjauregui: Got my mini goldendoodle here and had a good experience. Called and made an appointment and went to go see her. I hope process took about an hour and a half. She’s healthy and really well mannered. The only thing I didn’t like was the vet they partner with for the initial visit. They were super rushed and not helpful at answering any questions I had about my dog. So will be changing her vet asap.

Destini Smith: I LOVE Glamorous Puppies. I’m so happy with my little one. I was a bit nervous to shop at a pet store because of all the crazy things I have heard about them, but when I found Denise and Glamorous Puppies I was pleasantly surprised. The dogs are so well taken care of! It’s clean, there’s not a ton of dogs so it just seems more humane and like they truly care about the animals and not just making profit. I got a Cavapoo super affordable and she was already 5 months so she came with all her shots and rabies and she was potty trained! I’m so thankful for Denise and all her help. My dog had a cough and we were able to go to the vet partner from Denise and got everything taken care of. I didn’t feel like it was a scam or anything. I’ve had my baby for over a week and she’s doing fantastic! I highly recommend. Denise and her family are so wonderful and have such great customer service and took great care of me and the puppy.

Denise the owner was very responsive and no matter what time of day I texted her she always responded back. When I first got the puppy I was giving him vitamins that were making his stomach upset and I called her to explain to her what was going on and she immediately tried to come up with a solution to help me and my puppy.

Janice Shelton: We recently lost our 14 year old Boston and were ready to add a new family member. We worked with Grissel before the birth of our puppy and thought the weeks coming up to our “gotcha day.” When we picked him up, not only did he have beautiful markings and green eyes, but he was so sweet! You could tell the puppy was well cared for and most importantly loved! Grissel gave us regular video updates as he was growing, like of his first meal, and pictures along the way.
