Hard to find items are available. A super assortment of moulding and exotic wood boards are always in stock. Drop on by Monday through Saturday and check them out. Your Helpful Wendy: It was my first time here and I was impressed with the number of different types of wood here. Overall the service here was great and the prices are high but not compare with anyone else just saying. They have a parking lot but it’s not that big so you should take that into consideration. They also have a food truck which I saved on my list because I’m definitely having one of their hot dogs soon!

nakia ordosgoitia: This review is regarding customer service and product availability at Shell Lumber. We tried to make a purchase form Shell this week and visited the store to get a quote on Tuesday. We did not complete the purchase right away because we received better pricing with Home Depot on some of the items and Shell Lumber was not able to price match. We e-mailed and called Wednesday first thing in the morning and nothing. We tried to make the purchase of the wood over the phone but couldn't get through to anyone. We tried calling again in the afternoon and still "nobody was available". Tried to also call and e-mail the person that helped us on Tuesday and gave us the quote and received no response from him. We still haven't heard from him. Ultimately, we placed the order online yesterday afternoon to get a message later in the night saying our order had been cancelled and that the product was out of stock even though when order was placed there was a stock of over 70. -__-

Janet Forte: Great place to shop for garden supplies. Ask for Ron - the garden & plant expert! Good selection of butterfly plants & milkweed. They have a nice variety of herbs, cactus, trees & vines (bougainville/passion flower/bleeding heart). Also, they carry a few rare plants like Angel's trumpet (brugmansia). Definitely worth the trip!

Stephan Lind-Orjala: Got here at 5:27PM after calling a few minutes before that I need an emergency plumbing part, I was told it would be no problem they close at 5:30PM. I got inside the store and was rudely rushed out at the entrance saying they’re closed and to come back next day. I manage several high end estates and frequent this location often for quick purchases - Will never shop there again.

James Delancy: I was looking for a set of back wheels for my foldable grocery shopping cart. They had no sets of wheels, and didn't have a stock. They got single wheels but no sets, and none in stock. While it may be a great store, but I made a wasted trip.

Adrian Gonzalez: Their prices are very high, which I am ok with but I am not ok with how difficult they make returning items are. Their 20 percent restocking fee is absolutely ridiculous. I am general contractor and this is a warning to all other contractors, DO NOT SHOP HERE. You are better off driving to Home Depot on 8th street and 32 Ave.

Bobby Jackson: Just dropped in to have some keys made. I arrived around 10 a.m. on a weekday, and the line at the main register was SUPER long. But after waiting patiently for a few minutes under the sign at Register 3, that read "KEYS," an older gentleman kindly asked how he could help me, and in 10 minutes or so, I was on my way with 5 shiny new keys in my pocket. The service was $3.50 per key, plus tax, and it was super professional and no-hassle. For example, the key-maker didn't try to pressure me into buying novelty keys and the woman working the pay register didn't try to get me to buy any needless accessories. Plus, super-bonus, the keys actually WORK! I'll definitely return to Budget/Ace to have keys made in the future, and I highly recommend it to you, too. It's super convenient, and the keys are quality.

Alex Mac: Everything here is slow and difficult. I hate when I have to come here. Only 2 staff members know what they’re doing. Otherwise if you have a question you get someone who just goes and asks the same question you could have to one of those 2 people I mentioned. English is barely an option here. To get any screws, bolts or washers you have to wait on a line and they have to go in the back to look for them. Prices are astronomical just like all Ace hardwares but at least at other stores you feel like it’s easier than going to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Thank god for the woman behind the checkout counter with kind eyes and helps how she can.

Cheryl Simpson: Love this place it has anything and everything and then some here. If you wanted you'll probably could do your Christmas shopping here when I say everything they've got everything.

Michael Angiolo: The store is been unhelpful and unapologetic on more than one occasion. First time I ever went it seemed as if they didn't want me to buy anything. Every time I asked if they sold it particular item they told me that they do not carry it and when I went to look myself they had not just the item I was looking for but multiples of it now this could be just a simple mistake but it happened four times. And another time they cost me almost a full day of work due to the fact they would not sell a can of house paint to a colleague of mine due to the fact that he was 19. They then proceeded to tell him that you had to be 21 to buy paint from them. Not only is the first and only place that has ever told me or anyone I know this but it is quite frankly a ridiculous rule that they do not state anywhere for you to know this information until you have wasted the time energy and gas to get to their location.

Patricia Torres: Terrible customer service, today the Cuban cashier girl whom I asked about a product that I had seen on the website responded very badly and with a bad face for asking if it was available, I was shocked because they didn't even have customers waiting so she had no reason to treat me badly. Joel Ashdod: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here this morning. First of all, I came in to purchase white marking paint and they were completely out of white so I picked another color. A salesman from the paint department tried to be helpful and told me that there is a 20% discount on 6 cans of paint (I purchased 8 cans). However, when I got to the register I was told that the paint had to be the same color and the store did not have 6 cans of the same color, so no discount. Then I asked for a box, not a bag and was told they don’t provide boxes. As I was using a cart, I argued and someone managed to find a box. Really guys, it would have been worth my while in time and money to have driven to Home Depot

But the music, wow old School classics that last time i was there made me cry.the music really takes you back to a different age. The whole atmosphere takes me back to way more humble times. This place trully has a family feel of hardware stores of times past. Im glad i found this gem. It comes in so handy when you need a screw or a hammer, you dont have to travel far. A spectacularly well pack store, their Motto should be “If we don’t have it, you don’t need it”. I am convinced the store merchandiser is a maximalist prepared to furnish your every need, even having eco friendly bamboo drawers for purchase at the register. Friendly staff is always on hand to assist with your questions and direct you throughout the store. Forget Amazon and head to Ace!

Just got around to returning it a little over a month and they would not return my money and the store credit had to be used within 5 to 10 days. It's unfortunate I wanted to support Ace Hardware stores but their policies are not very very flexible or working/ busy people friendly especially the one at this store on 57th Avenue and bird road. Hope the 8 dollars they wouldn't return was worth losing me or anyone I know ever coming here again.

The one who guided me while the others were having fun talking to each other, was someone who didn't work at the store and was distributing merchandise; very nice by the way, and giving me a few tips; too bad for the store that he's not an associate. It turned out they didn't have what I was looking for and of course, they never found out what that was. Needless to say I'm not coming back EVER.

MJ (Master Yefu): Breathtakingly expensive, but what can you expect with outrageous S. Miami commercial rental rates? That being said, these guys really dig in and bring value to your visit. There are never less than two people making sure you can find what you need. This is huge! They're kind, courteous, professional, and the store is always spotless.

Elliott AM: They have a surprisingly large selection (far better than any of their other locations within a reasonable distance) and a very friendly staff who are happy to help... but also won't bother you if you know what you need.

Coach Pat: Very helpful. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I needed help. Very well organized. Plenty of parking. The store is not visible from the main street, but as you go into the shopping center you see it in the back.

Peter Papagiannakis: While this may be a "star" location, it is the messiest, most unorganized, right down dangerous Home Depot I have ever been. Not only they have many items out of stock (understandable) but all items are allover the place. You need to look inside the bins as bins do not contain what they are labeled for and you need to look on all other bins if you are in a bind... I rather drive to another Home Depot or Lowes or another store, even if it's more expensive as my time is a lot more expensive after all!

Adam Borja Garcia (Adán): Just about everything you need for home improvement and maintenance, as well as gardening! This location is almost always super busy. Some employees are helpful, some just find a way to dodge anyone looking like they have questions. It's not very easy to find things like little tool details, so it may be likely you'd need a whole day in this place. Self-checkout is great!

Steven Wise: I've had a lot of experiences in world-class establishments like hotels and restaurants - and I was absolutely blown away by the top-notch service I received from Alfredo, the manager. So nice. Home Depot has added inventory in many departments ahead of the summer season. Today I found this store particularly well stocked.

OLGA GUERRA: Worst Home Depot in the area. Customer service reps are incompetent and slow. As you can see no one is at the registers and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. Two or three employees gathered discussing their day. No regards for the customers!!!

Fabio Cabrera: #1 South Florida store. Always packed, always busy. Returns Department always packed, usually moves fast. New return policy: no receipt, no refund or store credit either. Make sure if not utilizing self checkout register, that your register personnel inputs your email to save your receipts. Additionally, make sure the register personnel has change in their register and doesn't short change you, because they don't have change in the register when paying in cash. Self checkout registers are only good for credit card payments. Parking lot is big, but always at 80% full, at all hours of the day. Located along a busy street (SW 8th Street, US 441). Just like everywhere else, prices are higher, if not triple in prices when it comes to building materials. Police officers, usually 2 of them on scene throughout the day. Always self employed workers on exterior of premise looking for a quick job. Most employees on the floor are not so helpful when asking for assistance. They'll usually point you to the area of the product you're looking for or just respond by saying, "If it isn't there, then we don't have it". The store has been remodeled and sections have been located to others areas of the store. Overall, expect to be around lots of people. There's another Home Depot nearby in Coconut Grove. Less busy, but prices are higher due to the location.

Colneitha Henriques: Customer service wasn't that great today. I went to buy plywood and I took up a sheet that was $12.23 when I reach to the cashier it was $23. and some change. I explained to the cashier that wasn't the price. So I walked back to the section and a sales person was assisting me, but he wasn't no help because I asked him 4x to speak to a supervisor or a manager and he didn't called them. All he said that they placed the plywoods in the wrong spot and I said all 13 of them and he said yes. So I said why are you not calling the S or the M he said they won't do anything about it.

Fergie Gutierrez: Unfortunately the conditions of the parking lot were very bad. Trash everywhere, carts everywhere, parking cement blocks were detached from floor. This is all part of the pick up experience, extremely dirty. Felt like a flea market. I know the potential Home Depot has and this store is extremely neglected with cleanliness. I’d rather drive further for a cleaner store

Odalys Florido: On May 22 had visited two home depot before getting to this location on 8th street, looking for the Mold Killing primer, the last one I had visited said that this store showed that they had 15 cans. When I got there, they said that the information in the system was wrong, I was very upset! but I had the pleasure to be helped by Kevin Fernandez, whom not only went above and beyond checking in the entire store, he check for store that might have it, but not so much luck, but also called me the next day, as he promised, to confirm that unfortunalty they didn't have the primer and apologized for the inconvenience I had. His excellent customer service made me stop for a few minutes and write this review. Kevin you really made a difference. Thank you,

Usually great service, from knowledgeable guys/gals who have been there forever. Today I showed up 5 minutes before closing time to buy 2 screws, store was closed, kids were packing up, and one of them had the gaul to tell me: "F@#K you, go somewhere else". I guess I shall. Unfortuntate. An overpriced local store that we all catered to to keep them alive, and we are being driven away by the help.

The cashier in the back specifically should try to be a better example to the newer kids working there. The way she is rude to everyone amazes me everytime. I'm starting a new project and I'm on my way to ACE on 80th st. I hope things change. I have to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to goto Ace, while you guys are 5 minutes away from my house. Truly a pity.

In addition the rest of the staff was friendly and patient with me since I had my puppy which I can’t leave home alone yet. They even gave my puppy some water and made him feel welcome. Sam Dobrow: One of the few hardware centers that carry a full inventory of all types of plumbing fittings; unlike Home Depot where you spend hours looking for what you need to never find it in the chaos. And the customer service is very attentive.

Andres Rodriguez: So I went online and found this company has a lot of nice door handles and door hardware, and I needed one in a hurry. I was told that this specific location had more inventory and more of a selection than other ones. I called at 4:50 PM, to ask the same question and the gentleman who answered, his name was Ray, told me that that yes this location has more to offer. He also told me that that department closed at 5 PM. Online it says that the store closes at 6 PM. My navigation stated that I would get there at exactly 5 PM, But all Ray said to me was to hurry. After a few minutes, it occurred to me that I may waste a few minutes parking, so I decided to call back to ask if they could please wait for me. This location is not a short drive from where I live, and my entire family was with me. He stated again to hurry, and said they would be leaving in a few minutes. In any other situation I would’ve turned around, but I was so close I decided to try. I doubted that they would not help me if I walked in at 5 PM. I did in fact walk to the door at exactly 5 PM and spoke to the girl at the front counter. She directed me to the gentleman that worked in that department. He was sitting at his desk, and as I began speaking with him told me that they were closed. He saw me standing there with my entire family, and then before I could say anything else, he answer the phone and turned his back on me. I obviously left very upset. The most troubling aspect was really the attitude, not so much that they closed at five and I got there late. No courtesy, no apology, no willingness for me to try and come back another time, just a very dry and rude response.This location has horrible customer service.

Pierce McCully: I have been 3 times in the past week out of geographical convenience and will never go back. All three times there has been problems at the cash register. The female cashier seems to constantly have another guest half rung in while the customer is still wandering around looking for more items. Despite there being another register you are forced to wait while the other person continues their shopping. Additionally, the manager or owner wanders around with his facemask pulled down yelling. Do not go here the convenience is not worth the terrible customer service and inflated prices.

sylvia orozco: Today I went to this great ACE store to buy a tank of propane gas and once I got there I saw several pallets of gas tanks just unloaded from a truck by the rear entrance . I went inside and paid for two tanks. Got my receipt and as I went outside again I heard some men yelling "don't take four, take eight". To my surprise I was told outside that there was no propane gas available. I inquired about the tanks on the pallets and I was told: "No p r o p a n e g a s. Do you not understand?" I went back inside and asked for a store credit. Very rude. Very disappointing. Unless the real manager is on board all things can happen in that place. How sad!

Nikki Quin: Rudest cashier I have gone here several times because it is so close to my home and the cashier is always unfriendly.But today will be my last visit due to her negativity. I find it appalling that on top of her usual rude self,she expressing her political beliefs in front of customers. Liz B: Placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Received a text at 5pm that delivery was moved to Saturday. At 8:50AM on Saturday Received a text that items were delivered. Go outside and a bag with hinges and latches was dropped off, but not the 2x4 wood. I had to call FOUR Home Depots AND the 800 number to finally get a response. At 12PM I get a call from an unapologetic and rude employee telling me I "had to reorder the wood and wait for delivery, to be determined". Absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward I will pay whatever delivery fees are necessary to buy from a company that prioritizes customer service.

I asked an employee that was lingering around the lumber section to cut a shelf to size for me like I had done two days ago and he just said he couldn't do it. I requested to speak to a manager and a guy named William shows up looking upset to have been called for assistance. I told him I was buying two shelves and just needed them cut to 37.5 inches and that I had it done for me two days ago. The guy was no help, offered absolutely no solutions or possible ideas to get my mission accomplished. He was pretty much as useless as the guy lingering in the lumber section. I left the items where I stood and walked out.. The "real" management should consider some customer service training for these guys.

Anyways, that's gross and unsanitary.

Do Do: No tool rental. No lumber department. Smaller home depot than most. Parking at 5pm EZ to park. Lots of shade trees outside. More like a Big lots. Mostly tools. Does have some trim wood. Baseboards etc. Not a for builders.

Cesar Talavera: Quick stop to one of my favorite places to go. I was picking up a bathroom vanity to replace the one that had water damage in one of the rentals. I immediately found the item I wanted but it was on the second level shelf so I found an employee walking by and asked for assistance but the employee stated that he was not from that department and to look for another employee in plumbing. I did not have time so I found a ladder and took it down myself, I was off to complete my project. Employees should be empowered to help the customer. Thinking outside the box is a great opportunity to go above customer expectations.

Gabriel Agudelo: Excellent customer service!!! Went today after going to 3 different home depot and never found anyone to help me. Alex from plumbing went above and beyond helping me even with stuff outside his department. He was the help and guidance we had been needing all day. Extremely satisfied with his service.

Daniel Baptista: This comment is not for a department or a collective service received. I want to recognize an associate in your paint department that has always been helpful as she is professional. Kelly is terrific. Every time I am in need of something in the paint dept she is not only courteous, she is patient and incredibly attentive to our needs. You can ask your questions and be interrupted to an associate and get a short quick answer as they walk away or you can look for Kelly and be treated incredibly well. Thank you Kelly. You may not recall but I usually walk in with a big Goldendoodle and you are great at what you do. It’s about time the store knows this. Thank you.

Johnny Gonzalez: DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ONLINE AND PICKING UP AT THE STORE. It is nowhere near as smooth as Best Buy or even Office Depot. I purchased an item on Home Depot online to pick up at the store in order to avoid the long lines for which this particular store is notorious. When I arrived I had to wait in an even longer customer service line, only to be told that the item was not ready for pickup, even though I received an email stating that it was. Now I had to wait again for someone to "bring it up from the back." Then I had to get back in the customer service line to get my receipt. I would have been in an out in 1/3 the time had I just skipped the online purchase which is a half-baked process - at best - at Home Depot.

Laura Abreu: Cutting Center should improve their responding time. To wait about 45 minutes for someone to appear and get the job I needed done was horrendous. Thanks Antonio (Customer Svs) for helping me look for an associate who wanted to actually work. We had to call three other employees to get help, just two responded, others are been paid for nothing.

Boosted Veedub: Here we go again, this is the year of worst customer service for me. Today April 14, 2022 @ 3:47pm my parents call me to ask me to send them the info on the ceiling fans they had seen with me online. I send them to the Aisle with all the info and even the inventory on hand of the two model fans in a screenshot. They had a hard time finding it as they are senior citizens and can’t see well or use technology that well. I told them to ask for help which I assumed would be quick as the employees should know more than the customer right? Well a 5min situation became an almost 30min ordeal. The Employee working in the ceiling fans department was apparently more lost than my parents, i can hear all the back and forth between my parents and him and me telling my parents to show lost employee the screenshot. The employee said they didn’t have one of the fans which said 30+ available on hand blah blah. Then i hear my mom saying look it’s over there, and look the other is over here. Really? Having a customer find merchandise you say you don’t have is embarrassing. If you as the employee don’t know then please ask another employee or supervisor that might know. Don’t waste my time while I’m working and frustrate two poor senior citizens and me with something so freaking easy. I will not be going to this location anymore. Seems the one i always go to by mall of the Americas seems to be better. And then to say that i’m being a brat under your breath close to my mom is not only unprofessional but uncalled for, if you had a clue to know something so easy as to locate an item then all of this would be avoided. I’m not a brat you just don’t have a clue to what you are doing. Seek an alternative job, there are a lot of choices that might fit you criteria.

Mary H.: Came here just to pick up an order placed online. I would not recommend anybody do this. The line for order pick up is the same line for returns, so you can imagine the wait for something that should actually be a super fast transaction. There was only ONE lady at the register so it took me almost an hour to get my order. When asked another employee if there was a way around it, he said NO, you have to do the same line and there’s just one person and it is what it is. Yep. Well, from now on, I’m going to Lowes!

Icy S: Awful. Customer Service is a disaster. They don’t know where’s anything, they don’t help you with anything. Their wood cutting tool is broken, they don’t offer any solutions to your needs. Most of the employees talking in the middle of the halls. Stair left in the very middle of aisles. What is this?

Raul Sanchez: The register at the garden center on weekends used to be a disaster, but they're turned it around. Excellent and prompt attention. Roving garden center associates with the forklift on sunday afternoon were very helpful as well.

Mr Toca: One of my favorite parts will always be the garden section. So much variety and products that make gardening easier than you would think. Whether it’s your first time or you have a green thumb check out the gardening section.

tc zig: FANTASTIC STORE! After a horrendous experience at another big chain where in I bought a washer and was jerked around for a week on delivery, I cancelled that washer and came to this Lowe’s on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by Luis in the washing machine area. He was very helpful when I narrowed it down to two. I bought the one I wanted and was thrilled when Luis said it could be delivered the very next day (I was SO shell-shocked by my experience at that other store, I wouldn’t believe it was delivered till I saw it). I bought the hoses, haul-away and even an extended warranty. I was happy. Next day, super nice delivery guy called me and said he’d be there in 20 minutes; he was! They delivered my bright, shiny new washer, hauled the old junk away and I was happy. My shopping experience was great. I needed something else, and another very nice young man escorted me around the store till I found it. Great service!

Louis Cass: Store is usually mostly well kept and associates are usually kind of helpful/knowledgeable. I went to buy a specific item after looking on website to confirm which isle/bin the product was in. What I wanted and related items were not in that isle. The item I wanted was not even in stock once I found the right isle. I was able to purchase a similar item so the trip was not a loss. Always prefer the local Home Depot unless I am looking for a specific item they do not have in stock.

Peter Papagiannakis: I always thought that Lowes was better than Home Depot. I was wrong. While the place is clean and spacious, it does not carry the inventory that it used to. I tend to believe it is a Home Depot alternative, no better, no worse either. - I wrote this review about 2 years ago. Here is an update. I still feel the same, for most, but, this location has gotten worse. There are employees, but, not knowledgeable and it feels like they don't want to spend time with you... The aisles are crowded with stuff, items are not where they belong and the prices do not represent the items that are on the shelves. While the store appeared clean, the parking lot is not. Broken glass, nails, and other items to damage your tires are throughout... I am not sure if this falls on local management or corporate, but eventually falls on the customer... Sad!

Jeremie X. McLeod: I miss the days when people working at hardware stores were passionate about tools, diy projects, or had any kind of basic knowledge on topics related to their jobs. Help was hard to come by here. When you did find help - they didn't know where items were or if they even had them in stock. Also note that if they offer something online strong possibility it may not be offered in store. Online only.

Wayne G: I don’t normally shop this store but it was the only one with a part (backset spacer) I needed for the deadbolt. They showed 5 ea. in stock and I traveled 30 minutes to go there. When I arrived it was a real cluster-f__k for the associates trying to find it. They looked everywhere and while I appreciated their efforts, it was a wasted trip. The associate even stated he remembers seeing the box but they had no room on the shelf and could not locate it. They need to do a better job in managing their inventory and stocking the products properly on the shelf. I hate to say this but Home Depot does a better job. Maybe I can update this review on my next visit.

Hendrik Kroes: Placed an order for some transition strips that were supposed to be in stock in the warehouse and spent almost 2 grand in flooring materials. It's been over 3 weeks and we're still sitting on an unfinished project with no clue when the strips will arrive, impossible to reach department manager, store manager, poor leadership and customer service. laZaro gonzaleZ: If I could give ZERO stars I would. just had the worst customer service at the store located at 9191 SW 137 Ave in Miami, Florida by the manager named Ramiro (no last name given). I went to get a battery powered Craftsman blower that the display had the sticker price of $44 . When they rang it up it rang up for $89. I brought the display to the register to show the cashier that it was the same unit and it wasn’t my fault they had put the incorrect sticker price on it. She called the “manager”, Ramiro, who simply said that was not the correct price and he would not honor it although it was the store’s error. What he should have done is adjusted the price and then removed the sticker price THEY had put on the display item and put the correct sticker price. He should not have been rude and said that he will NOT honor the price the display had. I shop at Lowes but because of this they lost a customer. No wonder the store is always empty while Home Depot is always packed!

Melissa Bliss Turner: We went to purchase a mini fridge we saw online. We couldn't find the one we came for so we asked an associate for help. He was so nice and had not only found the fridge we wanted in the back but had us loaded and ready to go within minutes. Definitely will be back for other items.

We had a private party of our friends all collaborating and doing a variety of projects. It was a great time with friends while getting creative. I love my tic-tac-toe and sign we made. The kids immediately started playing the game!

Tirza Simmons: Nailed IT DIY studio is a wonderful place for all ages! I just held an event there for 17 kids and Kim and her team were absolutely wonderful. The project was hands on , engaging and their projects turned out amazing! Kim was super responsive and accommodating. All the parents loved the event and were wanting to come back with their families or for a couples date night. I highly recommend them and look forward to visiting again soon!!

Valerie Bowers: Was looking for something specific and they just wasn’t people around to help they were just telling people they closed soon. I think announced it every 10-15 min. I was there an hour before. I saw this table and asked for a price she had no idea, I had to guide her to say well can we look it up online or ask a manager so I know if I take it. She went to look for manager I waited 20 min she never came back. So I wasted time and they lost a sale.

Manny: Generally speaking, this is a great Home Depot. It’s organized and decently stocked. The service is also generally good. Although most employees don’t really approach you much to see if you need help. And if they happen to not know how to solve your problem , it’s a hit or miss whether they really go out of their way to find you answers or not.

Mayra Gonzalez: You've got to give credit when credit is due. I went to exchange a product because, according to the instructions, it was missing part. The first person I came in contact with was by the return/customer service area and he was cordial and professional. When I came back with the product I wanted to now take the lady who helped me took the time to go over every single part in the instructions and we discovered the manufacturer had altered the product but left the previous instructions. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with an employee that cared enough to take the time to truly solve the puzzle. Professional!

Peter Papagiannakis: This is a "good" Home Depot. However, just like all Home Depots lately, they don't have all the parts... Staff in this location are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Many times I have to go to other Home Depots to complete the orders, but so it the case with others. 4 stars are for the inadequate supplies... Update - on my last visit, 2/14/22, there was no one there to assist... I looked, asked for help, but no one there. Also the Home Depot App was misleading. It looks like they changed the locations of items and they have NOT updated the app. This happened in multiple items, hence, the need for help... Hence the degrading satisfaction. Second update; It looks a little busier than previously and they begun to be lazy... Stuff on the aisles preventing passage also the staff prevents you from accessing the items hidden behind. I actually asked for help and there was no employee available to move the items... I am so, so disappointed! I either have to come back another day or go to another Home Depot. Generally speaking, you develop a feeling of disappointment, frustration and dissatisfaction...

Leon Luis Medado: Supply chain and staffing shortages have apparently hit this Home Depot hard. Don't expect to find what you need at this branch. Be prepared to drive to multiple Home Depots across South Florida to get the materials and tools you need for a large project. Very few specialists are available for specific projects like flooring, so expect to wait either in line or on the phone. The associates that are there do their best to help at least. I've never been questioned for a return, for example.

Kyle Christopher: I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years. They are definitely a great store to have and with multiple locations. I use Home Depot for materials to use for impact windows and impact doors installation. Usually most remodeling jobs have an in expected challenge. This is where I find the value in shopping in the Home Depot you can depend on them to have the materials I. Stock on the shelf. I have always had good experiences.

Luis Flores: I tried to buy a laundry sink in this H.Depot store. West Kendall. I was not able to get this item. I made the order via Internet and the App. So, I had to wait a few days for this sink. Finally, I got this product ready to pickup from the store. The guy at Costumer Service was very nice, and He helped me all the time.

Ivon Palenzuela: I bought a grill and ordered a Delivery. They had to call me before and they never did and just canceled the Delivery. I needed for an specific day. The customer service by phone was horrible. I had to call 4 times, first they transferred to me, then they hang up, the manager was totally lost, he couldn't give me any answer. A total disaster, I had to cancel the order. Truly sad.

WENSLEY ESTEVA: Todd is a pretty "Matter of Fact" kinda guy so don't take it personally and let it rub you the wrong way, actually one of the most knowledgable people I've met in a while and takes the time to help if he's not busy. The shop has pretty much any tool you could need to DIY your car, including Lifts and air tools. The shop is kept clean and I always enjoy the experience of having done the job myself at the end of the day.

Nicholas Farthing: I’ve been going to Garage Yourself since 2013. I am positive none of my vehicles would be drivable if it wasn’t for GY, and Todd. With a lift and all the tools you would ever need, it makes a great environment for working on your vehicle. He can even order quality parts if needed. Best thing about doing the repairs yourself is knowing they’re done right!

Sil: i have been a client of home depot for years but by far this has always been my favorite location. staff is always very helpful. i have remodeled my entire house with items i have located in this location. my favorite item which i purchased here was my house porcelain tile the assistance of the employees to make sure i got everything i wanted really stood out for me. they even recommended i buy extra in the event which it was discontinued which I'm glad that i listened. very grateful.

Connie Cabrera: All I can say is that I seem to know a little bit more about tools, plumbing, flooring, and other home improvement projects than 80% of the people working there. I am quite handy and like to research and watch how-to videos before starting a project. Very few are properly trained or have a clue about what they sell.

John Logan: This Home Depot is well stocked and well maintained. It's probably the best in town! Store clerks are very kind, very knowledgeable, and they come out to help you even before you ask. I was impressed! You probably already know that they have everything you need for home repairs, appliances, paint, patio furniture, plants, and more. Plenty of parking spaces!

Helpontheway: I see some good reviews that I can't call out as fake... only because you guys aren't indicating which department you received 5 star service from.. I'll tell you this, it is probably every department EXCEPT hardware. TIP: go all the way to aisle 1 and ask the inside garden guys and gals to help you find your sheetrock screws.

Kenneth Hartley: This store needs to re-train their associates in customer service and speaking to customers. I will leave the associates name out of this review simply because I believe, in the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he’s having a bad day or other troubles. However under no circumstance should anyone speak to a customer in such a condescending manner and raise their voice. This associate in the hardware department was the rudest most aggressive person I’ve come across in all of the retail industry. Again this store should coach all their associates in customer service. If you’re having a bad day stay home. Don’t bring your troubles to your job. If you do do not take them out on a customer.

José Manuel Urdaneta: On march 5, I bought a washer-dryer combo $1,630 order WD96742882, delivered on march 14. they couldn't unhook the old one so sent a plumber on march 15 to unhook it. New appointment to install the combo set to march 29, they came and said that the new machine could not be installed due to a broken water intake. On April 5 they sent a new combo and took away the previous one, now they say that the machine does not start and we had to call Home depot again. Home Depot says that the installation team informed that the machine was working fine. They sent a General Electric technician. He checked the machine and said. first I can't check it for warranty since the machine is not installed and is not working, and second, he checked the cable and the were badly installed and the machine has a burn on the back so it most probable it got damaged due to a bad installation from the Home Depot people. Now back to dealing with the Home Depot store, all promises, they said they will call back and they never called. Every time al call they only delay. I told them is OK to fix the machine, I just need it working, they allows say they will consider all options and let me know. Today may 26 I went to Brandsmart to purchase a new washer-Dryer, I don't know what to do with the one from Home Depot, they don't want to take care of it.

casa wifi: We are a local paint company. I have never returned custom mixed paint before until today . I first started with a sample the made of color "marytime white". The next day i came to mix the full bucket. But unfortunately i did not have the paint sample with me. So i told the young lady , about the missing sample. And she then said its ok just give me the color name. So i told her ok its. "Marytime white" She then mixed the paint which turned out to be twice as dark of the original sample. So I came today to retun it , but i was denied They called the manager ELVIS who sharply told me It was my fault for not bringing the original sample in the first place. And he didnt want to listen to my side of the story. That i actually told the lady who mixed it. That i had a sample but i forgot it home and i asked if it was a problem, but she said nope just give me the color name. So i trusted her knowledge and training that they are suppossed to have to work Mixing paint. I am not suppossed to know that. i am trained to apply paint not mix colors. So bottom line. After 15-20 minutes of discussion with the manager ELVIS i decided to leave the store unhappy before the confrontation escalated to worse as the man was kind of getting upset. So dont buy here i think there is other stores With better trained personel. If that lady would have told me that without the sample the paint was going to come out darker i would have not do it.
