Sharney Levasseur: Fabulous experience! My friends took my sister while we were in town, and it was like stepping back into the great memories of childhood! It has a restaurant, a salon, fitting room, and the best staff. The selection of dolls was outstanding, although the doll we we're shopping for didn't have it's own showcase, (which was surprising). All in all it was a fun experience!

Joe Olson: A ton of American Girl merch and dolls in a brick and mortar store instead of a catalog. Kids love seeing all the displays and eating at the cafe. Food is a bit pricey for what it is but the experience of having tea or a meal with your doll makes it worth it. Service is excellent and the staff are really great with kids. Posting up the menu in case anyone is curious

Sabris S.: Best customer service ever. My daughter received one of their dolls on dec 2018. December 2019 we went to the store, bought clothes for her doll, had lunch at their cute restaurant and walked around the mall. Suddenly my daughter showed me her fall broke the leg. She is very gentle with her toys. I went back to the store and they gave her a new doll. I was so glad I didnt have any hard time. The doll was defective and they took accountability for their defective product without hassle. I am extremely pleased with all the experience we had there. Activities inside the store, restaurant, the bathroom with the hook to hold the doll is beyond cute! Fantastic experience. Thank you American Girl!!

Chelsie G: I ordered the Rescuers Down Under loungefly from this company and when it arrived I noticed it had what looked like white paint specks all over the front of it as well as a brown mark on one of the character's face. I purchased this item as a new and not defective backpack. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue they offered me 10% off another order or $10 off the matching wallet which to me is unacceptable because those are deals that area readily available to their customers. In fact I had a 10 off coupon that came with the bag. I asked for $10 off the bag to match the price they had on the defective bag since that is what I received. The customer service agent asked for pictures, which I provided, and then I did not hear anything for DAYS. I resent the email with the pictures and still have not heard anything back for two days. This was my second purchase with this company and will be my last. TERRIBLE customer service to ignore your customers.

My Tigger book bag is very good quality, thick, and sturdy. This book bag will last me a very long time. It is worth the price. Each month, the owner Vanessa, has featured something new. She had a midnight sale that I missed by 23 minutes, when I woke up at 3:30am, so many items were sold out. I called her store the very next day and personally (on the phone of course) asked for an update on products she has sold out. She is so very nice and promised to update me. That’s the kind of store, I will always buy from. My items I bought at 4am this morning from this Boutique (after I swore I was divorcing Amazon), has a tracking number already. So next week I will stalk my tracking number and postman, for my product. Yah me!!!!

Jorge Martinez: I have been going here since as long as I can remember. Simon has done a good job keeping the grounds clean and modern, and having relevant vendors across the property. Parking is a bit difficult on busy days but valet service is available. Food court is decent for a quick meal but quality restaurants to choose from as well.

Nicole Caldwell: This mall is pretty great! It has really nice restaurants and a diverse food court. I was able to find what I was shopping for here both times I've been here. There's a Lego store, apple store, Macy's, and lots of clothing stores.

Mr Toca: Who doesn’t love a good mall even if you have heavy parking and maskless people around. In all seriousness the mall was clean , would’ve given more stars but Valet takes up practically the entire front parking of the mall which forces you to either park in the garage which is packed like a can of sardines with aggressive drivers or on the side of saks and fifth near the palmetto which is closed and requires you to walk back to the front or back side of the mall.

Pranay Gandhi: Went in for a quick fix of semi ripe mangoes with spicy toppings @ Mango Mia. Got three bowls of this delicacy. Absolutely amazing - lipsmaking good!! A must have fix for all mango lovers!!

Héctor Del Valle: Is over 100 stores here , restaurants big parking, valet service, areas to rest phone charging stations free, security guards everywhere, super clean .

Devon Newsom: I am very happy with dadeland. Its a beautiful area and the building is well taken care of. Its a really nice size and has a great variety of stores and food court items. Very nicely lit on the inside and really nice just to chill and hang out. A little expensive but it’s understandable due to the high traffic and large building. 9/10 will keep visiting.

Petit Poix: I love to go to this mall to just walk around. I'm not crazy about exercising but walking the entire length of the mall and back is good exercise in a comfortable temperature and is entertaining to people watch and window shop. It doesn't feel like exercise! I'll usually take a break at the food court for a snack at some point.

E I: Il Macchiato Coffee Food Bar employees do not honor the prices that are listed on their food menu. They charge 2X the price listed on it. This illegal practice is common in Miami Beach to steal from tourists. I am surprised this illegal activity has reached Dadeland Mall. Dadeland Mall management should close down and ban this business.

Sarah Lane: It's a very nice mall with ample parking. Here you'll find many high-end stores (Saks, Rolex, Free People to name a few). There's a Tesla showroom as well. The only issue is for people like me, not from the area, it's difficult to tell that the Macy's isn't at the end of the mall, but right in the middle. You must walk through Macy's to get to the rest of the mall. So there's a tip so you don't look like me, wandering around wondering why this is the smallest mall in country.

Peter L.: This place is awfully full of boxes everywhere, this place feels like a storage unit. I would recommend Knowhere comics, they are very organized and has opened layout for strolling around the merchandise. Went in this week and a few times before and there’s ALWAYS boxes, It diminishes the shopping experience and makes me not wanna look around. Very disorganized and there’s this huge section behind the figures that’s just boxes and before it was an opened section for $1 comics and figures but now it’s just full of boxes (picture below) I’m not sure if this is a comic book shop or a funko pop wholesaler?? This store has too much clutter. However I would like to note that the young girl at the desk was very helpful and nice in assisting me and answering any questions. Hopefully they can get The mess fixed because it truly makes the shopping experience ugly and Discouraging to return.

Justin Jordan: Love buying common pops there, but don’t recommend buying old vaulted pops. Bought a sticker switched pop. The date stop is wrong. It should be JJL 150212. Bought this the day they got the collection but haven’t bothered bring it to their attention because I caught it too late.

Yohana Pardillo (Pochi): I went in yesterday because I saw a post up on their Instagram account of new released pops, and came in specifically for the new release Gohan 106 from the Dragon Ball Z collection. He was the last remaining from the drop and I'm just glad I made it to see the last one. Big dragon ball fan! Besides that I ran into an android 18 figure that I thought was pretty cool to post. She is one of my fav. Dragon Ball Z characters after all. It's a pretty nice vibe. I definitely love stopping by Korka. Nice experience everytime.

Abel Ortiz: Great place to buy Funko pops comics and more. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable are there to help you with your needs or any questions you might have. Nice selection of pops of different characters so you will be able to find the one you're looking for. If you're in the area next to FIU don't hesitate to stop by and check them out.

Mister E.: This place looks like the back end of a warehouse. boxes everywhere, just too "out of order" and unwelcoming. I remember when they used to have this funny chubby guy behind the counter, Richard T. He was a hoot, the guy was practically an encyclopedia of comic book knowledge. This guy really knew about how to interact with customers. He had a quick wit and snarky comments which always made him fun to talk to or just watch him answer someone else's questions. He's not there anymore, that's why I don't go back to Korka Comics at FIU or at the Coral Gables location I last saw him (Richard T.) at. The place always looks like it's just two steps away from hanging a sign that reads: "Going out of Business Sale!" Don't go, there are many other comic book shops with better people inside to help you. Sad

2Fresh Print: First time here and loved it owner was friendly and very helpful. Nice clean place with so many different comics and collectibles. I give it 5 stars because it probably the best comic place I've been to in Miami.

It’s the elegance and quality of their gowns that makes YoYo Boutique unique. Their service was amazing and helped by putting on the outfits on my baby themselves. Sofía Vallecillo: Drove from Tampa to YoYo’s Children Boutique to look for Baptism shoes and a medallion. As soon as I got to the store, someone greeted me at the door and helped me find what I came in for. While the shoes were not in stock at the time, they took down my information for when the shoes did come in stock. They were really friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I have also purchased from the store online and the clothing came in quickly and beautifully wrapped.

Anthony Lazzaro: We love this store! We love the fact that the clothes are unique, but not at the price that often comes attached to clothes this unique or different. The quality is excellent, and unless our kids grow too fast, these will last a very long time. The staff and ownership are extremely friendly and take the time to put outfits together so you really get an excellent bang for your buck. The atmosphere is also quite beautiful and our kids love the entire process. In other words, no stress!! Can't recommend them enough. Great job! :)

Amanda Shaw: Certainly, that's not stopping anyone though. The Pier's always busy, and I don't suppose that will change anytime soon. But after about an hour of walking around, finally deciding upon an overpriced menu, and consequently inching our way through respective lines, we'd had enough. There were some hot spots, however: Trish's Mini Donuts, the Crab House, and Wipeout. Tourists definitely took notice. So, overall, Pier 39 harbors three stars, an A-OK. This review isn't meant to deter, by the way. If you haven't been, drop by. But for those who've strolled across the boardwalk before, maybe you'll agree: the Pier's replay value is a bit low.

ItsYahGirlYanii !: This has been the best mall that I ever visited. The mall is huge and has everything that I like . I love how the mall also provides scooters for people with disabilities. Most malls do not take things like that into consideration.

Paul Harter: The mall was pretty clean. Maintenance was diligent to keep the area spotless. The restaurants were good they made sure you had somewhere to eat. However the navigation and maps were difficult you were running in circles trying to find your location. We went and watched a movie in the cinema it was a great experience because the staff was trying to make sure you knew where to go. They have multiple stores for almost every item.

Three Brothers Clean Team: This place is huge with a large variety of stores. Convenient location right off the highway. Most stores are well kept. The food court is par for the course. Parking is ample. And there are a few sit down restaurants to choose from also.

Janice Yeager: The selection of toys curated here is exceptional. Every toy we have either purchased or received as a gift from this store have been our son’s absolute favorites. At least from the perspective of toys from birth to 18 months, we have been extremely impressed by the thoughtfulness of all things stocked -the right size for gripping, the appropriate sounds and textures to keep their interest, and just a good selection of smart and PURPOSEFUL children’s’ toys. We will continue to come back and pay the premium, knowing any item we take off the shelf will be a hit.

Simon Woods: Such a cool store. Old timey. They have every toy imaginable and know their products well. Highly recommended

Alistair Cooper: The store has double the inventory it can reasonably store. Aisles are cluttered with unstable piles of boxes. Customers having to back up and lean against shelves to allow others to pass. I bought 7 little stocking-fillers expecting the total to be around $50-60. It was $136. I’m all for capitalism and supporting independent stores but gouging customers $6 for an eraser or $6 for a tiny rubber egg that cost <10c per unit to make is just a middle finger to customers. This store is like a parody of all the reasons small retail businesses are closing. The owner will deserve Darwin’s wrath when it comes for this business.

Scott Henderson: We visited this toy store for the first time, and I have to agree it’s quite an experience. It is so jam packed that it can be difficult to see anything, but the owner is helpful. This is a great store to find a special gift, but items are seriously overpriced. I was charged more than double for the same toy asTarget’s price and twenty dollars more than Nordstrom’s price. I want to support local businesses, but wow!

Judy Sun: Interesting little, big shop. It has every costume you could possibly imagine. It is incredibly here. Not just costumes but props. It is a good place to visit. It has really cool tricks. A big counter. I bought one . It was a cigar box that made noise when touched. I really liked this place.

Vic Pinto: It’s small and the hallway is tight. At first it feels disorganized but it isn’t. There’s lots computers along the counter with their inventory. Find what you’re looking for and write down the item number. A worker will come to you and go get it for you. The staff is very nice and helpful. Best costume store in Miami!

Marlen Gonzalez: I’ve always had a good impression of the store and the variety of costumes you sell. However, our experience was not pleasant this year. My daughter bough a $40+ pair of blue boots for her Halloween costume and they got destroyed on the first use! At the moment she put them on, they started to crack from the middle line. She put some crazy glue thinking that would solve the problem since it was a small crack, and went out to her party. When she came back the boots were all broken. It is not acceptable that you buy a pair of shoes for just one use and throw them to the garbage. If you know that they are so bad quality, at least charge a few bucks instead of almost $50. Please consider evaluating this issue to avoid future customers’ disappointment. I am attaching a couple of pictures of the boots here.

Kat Barrow: Wonderful little shop! We go there with our son to get costumes which he loves. The experience is always great there and prices are similar to those you would find online. It's so fun for kids to be able to go there and the people who work there are always so nice and accommodating. They also have a huge variety of costumes there that may not be on display but they keep in the back. For example, my son wanted a Thor costume and there were many he could choose from. Photo is a spiderman costume we recently got for him there.

Ruben Paz: They have a lot of great stuff . But I called ahead to make sure they had a product and was told they did. I made an hour drive just to be told they didn’t have it in the end.

By way of your profile picture, our employees recognized you and indicated that you said you were waiting for your wife who would get to the store after 6pm (after we closed). None of the employees recall you specifically asking for a costume. I would like to know which costume you asked for over the phone because if someone specifically asks for one, we check inventory-especially lately since we are well stocked. We do not tell people we have something we do not-we do not want to waste your time or ours.

Zaida: This place has a lot of selections for costumes and the great thing about it is that it's open year round.

Erik: Very busy. Staff not as knowledgeable as on previous visits. It's almost insulting to buy $400 I'm Legos and they make a big deal of giving a free gift that shows up on the receipt as $5.99. Seems like with Lego the online experience is better. Just have to wait a few days for shipping - which is at times difficult for kids! :)

Ask the staff about the designs and the movies behind the crafted scene. They have lots of nerdy knowledge. Those who lack the nerdy knowledge were really creative people. I was happy to visit this store and walked out satisfied and with a great smile. Update. I purchased a Christmas gift for a few kids in my family. The Spiderman vs Venom set is really cool. Was fun watching the kids build it. Legos is timeless.

Jesse Stortini: I went to the lego store yesterday to inquire about getting an R2-D2 limited edition Lego set. They were out, sadly, so instead, I purchased a Viper Probe Droid instead. At checkout, the employee said that they would be getting another shipment today, and to call throughout the day to see if it becomes available. I called today, and they had one R2-D2 left. I purchased over the phone, and picked it up, secure that I would receive my purchase. I picked it up later, and the employees (all dressed as some form of Star Wars characters) grabbed my bag from the back, and I was out of there in 3 minutes. Best service ever, and people who truly want their customers to enjoy their purchases. I know where to buy my Legos from now on.

We just changed our review back to 5 stars, because certain price check scanners and the telephone for customer assistance are Now Functioning. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of the demographics. This is such a clean store, fast checkout, probably one of the most organized Targets I've been to, and it definitely seems to be managed very well. I noticed there were associates in almost every department restocking and cleaning. The self checkout experience is quite smooth, with an associate always willing to help, there are also many open cash registers with convenience items if your prefer. The Pizza Hut and Starbucks are very clean and they actually have warm food ready - most times we've entered. We will definitely visit more frequently to update this review soon, definitely up to Corporate standard. We do appreciate Target price matching with Amazon and Walmart, thank you. If we can improve anything here, I would recommend more signage/sale call-outs, especially for the racetrack and End Caps. Special thank you to Andrea (sales leader) and Aislyn (customer service) for helping us today on Wednesday, June Twentynine.

Black shirts at entrance don't even greet. Time for an employee training.

Jennifer Eye: This baby accessory and supply company did a great job selling me a baby armoire that I had been searching for at a reasonable price. They also emailed me not long after my order to let me know when it was going to be shipped out to me. Ideal Baby & Kids shipped it with a good fright line company, too. The package arrived in pristine condition on a new delivery truck. The shipping company, Old Dominion, also called me ahead of time to set up an appointment to have my item dropped off at my house. Overall, I am very happy with his baby company!

Coach Pat: Nice store. They have some things that are hard to get (school shoes). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The gentleman working there was very patient, he brought different sizes to try out and his recommendations were spot on. Prices arw good on some things. Parking is on the rear and it's limited spaces. It is in a good corner, you can't miss it while driving.

They don't even allow pick up if you purchase thru the website. You should mention the changes on your social media.

Malgozata: great courteous, quick service, great location, great product. I needed to find a cape robe for my daughter for school presentation and I found Wonder Costumes, Mario was very courteous on the phone and, thanks to their close location, within 30 minutes my daughter had just the right cape to complete her outfit. The needed cape was in Halloween style and this is in May so it would have been very hard to find it otherwise. Thank you Wonder City for making it easy and perfect!

Yunior Hernández Andrade: Great selection and variety of costumes for all ages. Downside is they have no front facing store per se. Browsing online through their collection and then bringing over the number of the customes you want to buy is highly recommended.

Tiffany McCarty: HORRIBLE! I ordered a Lion Accessory kit (tail,nose, headband with mane) from Wonder Costumes thru Amazon. Paid the expedited shipping 2 days was supposed to arrive on Wednesday October 29th did not receive till Friday October 31 after my daughter was at her halloween party. USPS is not 2 day delivery service it should of gone out UPS. When I opened the package the nose was broke the little sound thing was unglued and just loose in the package. I will never order from this company again!!! I will get a refund!!

Many companies, including Amazon itself, do use USPS for 2-day shipping when possible. But whether through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, there are always rare cases where something goes wrong. We completely understand your frustration and are very sorry for the stress and inconvenience you were caused when trying to give your daughter the best Halloween possible. Shakira W.: I had my daughters birthday party here today. We had a great time from the games to the naming of the bear to stuffing the bear. The staff there were super nice and friendly especially Elizabeth our party host and the manager who made sure everything ran smoothly. The girls enjoyed their run way show with the bears and of course dressing their bears. The staff made sure her and her friends were treated extra special and enjoyed their time there. It's a most do. Thank you Build a Bear staff @ the falls.

Fernando Olivera: Gone twice with two small ones and same experience. Staff are young and not helpful to families / young children. I would suggest any other build a bear location except this one if you're going with small children and hope for a great experience for them. On a second trip, staff was providing preferential treatment to similar aged / teenager customers by skipping the line in front of children / families, providing free gifts, etc. Frankly disgusting for build a bear brand to allow. I feel sorry for the store manager of this location for the amount of loss prevention used for non-families / children at this location. Will no go again after second bad experience at this location and will urge families not to do the same.

Malo: Bought my first B•A•B plushie ever, filled it and walked out they presumed I stole my new Frog friend. I understand it's their job to check, so I don't fault them. But you could've checked before you filled my friend. Being asked, "Are you sure?" To whether I purchased this plush was incredibly disheartening. Like, a day-ruined type deal. So whoever said that to me, thank you for filling my frog friend.

Hal Jordan: I was there today around 1p.m.ish and some old white lady was very rude. Bad service and my child and I overheard her gossiping and talking bad about other customers that were in the store shopping. Shame on you old white lady. You should know better, with all those white hairs on your head. I was disgusted and couldn't bring myself to buy anything at that store. First and last.

Emili Bosio: It was our first time and the experience was more than excellent. Jenni and Melissa were so kind and endearing. My 6 yr daughter loved them. It by far exceeded all our expectations and I highly recommend.

Mario Montilla: I just went over there with my girlfriend to get her a little stuffed animal as a gift for our anniversary. The place is very well maintained, well organized, and the staff are extremely helpful. As attentive and engaged with adults as they are with children. Easily, five stars.

Nicole S.: The outside was clean of debris, inside was clean and organized. Absolute best experience making a build a bear. They do a wonderful job social distancing customers. We had an associate walk us through the whole process and my daughter was in awe. The associates was interacting with my daughter on every step making it feel like magic, she chose Chase from Paw Patrol, we got the Chase voice and his phrase, a heartbeat, dress (my daughter wasn't feeling his usual uniform lol), a bowl of food/water, and his birth certificate. The prices aren't awful especially when you take into account the experience, we also got a simple bunny for my youngest daughter.

Usually it's a very pleasant experience but on this occasion we had ordered the bear/dinos online unstuffed and just had to go stuff them. We had already ordered outfits and everything for the toys but the kids wanted some accessories and so we got them, our biggest issue is that the store was full, line was huge and there was only one Register open. 😱😱😱 They were taking forever for the checkout process. They were very rude about it when we asked if the other register was open. Also they had everyone breathing down one another's necks. Super unprofessional and inefficient.

Shannon L: We love Build A Bear and this location is no exception! I brought my daughters here twice for different birthdays and they were thrilled with their bears. Word of warning, if you're looking for something specific I would call ahead to make sure they have it in stock. One of my kids wanted the Captain Marvel bear, which they did have, but they were out of the matching Captain Marvel outfit so she had to choose something else for her bear to wear. For my other daughter's birthday she specifically wanted a mermaid outfit so I ordered it online beforehand- Good thing because they didn't have the outfit in stock when we went in person. They were also out of the "Pay Your Age" Birthday Treat Bear we were planning to get so I had to get her a full priced bear instead. The staff who helped us were all super friendly and apologetic about not having the specific items we wanted, but honestly they have so many cute items that my girls were perfectly happy to pick something else. Plan to spend extra on the fun accessories because they are hard to resist!!

Marivi Crystal: I am very unhappy with the way my daughter and I were treated as customers. I wanted an exclusive item that was one per customer. I wanted 2 sizes, a big one for me and a smaller for my daughter as we collect mommy and me items. They did not allow it, apparently she is not a customer? This is a toy store, children are in fact their customers or they wouldn’t even be in business. Everything I buy there is for her. The one time I wanted something for myself as well they said no. They lost 2 customers now and I won’t recommend their store to anyone. I wanted to add that my daughter lit up when I handed her the item but the owner who I was talking to didn’t even bat and eye. It was heartbreaking that she isn’t considered a customer in their eyes. My daughter is not an infant. She is 3 years old and she loves Squishmallows and has a collection of her own, plus grandma gave her $20 for her birthday. Also I asked the person I was talking to if she was the owner (or maybe I said manager) and she said yes, I even acknowledged a conversation I had over the phone about tonies with the owner and she didn’t clarify.
Response: We understand that you were disappointed but your review disappointed us as well. You did not interact with the owner, by the way, as I am the owner responding to your review. Rare Squishmallows are hard to get and we, as a small neighborhood toy store, don't get nearly the amount that we would like to keep all of our customers happy. We have to try to be fair and equitable when we do get them, which is why we only allow one per customer per day, so that we can make other children happy as well, while supplies last. Your infant daughter is not a paying customer. We understand that you wanted one of the stuffed animals too, but we have to instruct our hard working staff to adhere to our policies to avoid people taking advantage. Again, we understand your disappointment, but we are disappointed that you found our attempt to be fair and equitable deserving of a one star review.

Robertson Adams: Learning Express is a priceless trove of gifts for anyone who is into exploring the world and learning through doing. Anything from a Science fair project to a party plan could begin in this shop. Nice staff. Somewhat severe return policies though.

Ms. Smith: Perfectly located on U.S 1 in Dadeland. There were quite a few people in there shopping around d the time iw as in there. The space is limited because they have a huge variety of toys for keys but educational and recreational. They have stuff ranging from 1 month olds up to high-school. I found a large variety of stuff for my 4 months old. The prices aren't to steep but neither are they cheap.

Marisol G: Two squeeze toys damaged within a week. The first one broke the same day but we were already home and the 2nd one right after we left the store with it. The smoosh mega ball which is supposed to be a stretchy slime with a surprise is a sandy mess with a squeeze toy that was already torn. The clerk exchanged one of the toys but she said she could only take one toy back and was not responsible for any other damaged toys. Then who is? This store is expensive, I am very disappointed

maisie wong: Wonderful place to shop for any kid. The best part is that they wrap the gift for you free of charge!! Social distancing practice as only 5 customers are allowed in at any given time. Only drawback is the prices are a bit higher than what one can get on Amazon.

PJ Rodriguez: This store is a gem in the neighborhood. My 4 year old loves it and we go every week. The manager, Jessica, is outstanding and so helpful. Always a warm smile and willing to demonstrate the toys. She has great tips for age appropriate gift ideas as well.

Mylene E. Batista: Pros: American Signature's store in Miami is OK. Selection is not abundant but you find pretty things. Delivery was relatively fast for times of Covid (about 3 weeks). Cons: Warranty service is one big scam. They charged me $409.99 for 5 years. 6 months into this time (cause some things are really bad quality) I submit a warranty claim for the damage in photos attached. Warranty does not cover it even though they said they covered ‘everything’. They tell me to call the store. I do so. The store sends a tech only to determine the store would not cover damage either. The store refers me back to the warranty company. For a month is all back and forth and one referring me to the other. The store lies to me saying they will reopen claim and assess damages once more, this never happens. No one covers damages and I spent over $400 on nothing. I will never buy from them again.

Valerie Rodriguez: I visited AS recently because I was looking to purchase a 2 sectional sofa with a chaise. I was greeted by a store associate named Susie Mullins, who was very kind and patient with me during my visit. I had visited other furniture stores before coming to this store. I honestly appreciated the way she helped me when I needed to ask her a question, but how she also gave me space to look around the store without any pressure. When I finally found my sofa, she kindly took measurements for me and gave me quote of the pieces I loved. I stopped by the store a few days later to make the purchase. Thank you for your service and dedication! I will definitely be back in the future! :)

Max Lopez: My wife and I purchased the "plush" sectional package (included 4 pieces and an ottoman) and I can say with complete certainty that this is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. So comfortable, in fact, that we ordered another piece to make the couch bigger. Our sales associate, Susie Mullins, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Susie was patient and went through all the options with us and made ordering very easy. She is quick to respond and knew exactly what we needed to order when we bought the additional piece. She was able to pull up the order, create a new order for the additional piece and I paid without having to go into the store. Overall, wonderful shopping experience at reasonable prices!

Jan Broussard: I ordered three packs of balloons from this store. When the order came in there was only one pack of balloons in the envelope. I emailed the company and received a reply within the hour that all three of the packs were shipped in the same envelope. They asked me to check to see if the package looked like it had been previously opened. In looking at the envelope, the side of it had been torn open and taped back together. As requested by Jenly Wholesale, I took pictures of the product I received and the envelope and emailed it to them. Once again, within the hour I had an apology that I had not received my product, but they reassured me that they do not reseal packages and that the envelope must have been tampered with. I let them know that I needed the balloons for the upcoming weekend and there was not enough time for me to receive another shipment from them. Without hesitation, they offered to refund me for the balloons that I had not received. The customer service that I received is above and beyond anything that I could have asked for. They were timely in their responses. They asked appropriate questions of me and tasks that could easily be completed to settle the issue. The next time that I need items that Jenly Wholesale offers, I will without hesitation purchase from them again.
