Apple London: I don’t know specifically which store did my delivery, but the process was horrible. This place may be worse then USPS and that’s the worst company I ever seen . I called three times for a supervisor only got a call back once the first time, she was told to inform the driver to leave my package at the door he did not. Called back two more times for a supervisor with no response. Also got three text messages saying that the guy tried to make a delivery he did not. I was home and I have home cameras . I had to make a fuss to get my package because I think the guy was trying to steal it I’m not happy with this place.
Carl: So bad, my address was the last stop and they left right in front of me and write on their app says exception was made, tried to deliver but failed. Did u really try?? No!!!!!!! Was late for 3 days and now playing this trick to me?? Do you think I am dumb or what?

Alex Ford: paid $50 for delivery and they delivered it to the wrong house, god knows where. Even posted "proof of delivery" photo of that house and the package. DHL miami - change management, train your personal!

Whit: I ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks before my birthday and they were sent through DHL Express. On November 13th, they arrived at the DHL Miami hub and NEVER moved again! I had to find something else to wear for my birthday. These people STEAL and LOSE packages!
Kat N: Use any other company then DHL. My package has been stuck here for A MONTH. And they have zero interest in trying to help figure out why. They literally told me to just ask for a refund from the shipper. Useless.
Siân Jâi: Holding packages based off of the estimated delivery date… just because it says estimated delivery date of the 29th that does not mean you hold the package! Estimated means it can come early, who tf does that! Stupidity… and to add Customer service skills are at a very low. I was unsure of the process because it was my first time mailing items, but they went above and beyond in assisting me and explaining how everything worked. I walked out of the business knowing I could trust them with my packages and that they would deliver them to the correct location. Thank you a lot for the service and for the help!
Jumaane Francis: I Purchased a product in Miami whilst being in the Caribbean. JP from GOGOGO Shipping was the best. A real beast. He corrected and repackaged my delivery which was not done properly and prepared it for international shipping. He stayed at work late just to make sure that I was able to receive the information which we were waiting on. Communication was very easy, quick and pleasant with JP. JP and GoGoGo shipping made everything possible with the convenience of little to worry about. They are now my go to shipping company. Could not possibly ask for a better service. Very pleased and definitely will be returning as shipping was made easy. As I stated, I am outside of USA and having a representative and company that is trustworthy and dependable is the most important thing for me. Great job JP and staff. Thank you once again!!

Lovish Sharma: One of the worst stores that I have used. I went to the store and the worker gave me the prices of the shipping. I wrote down the shipping information and packed the parcel too. After that the employee told me that he is not gonna be able to help me. I asked what the problem was and he told me that he is gonna close the store and i can wait if I want but he is not gonna help me. It was 12 PM. I drove to this store during the storm as it was an urgent shipment. After this I went to fedex they gave me faster and cheaper shipping. Never going back to this store.

Devon Graham: Just sent a small critical package to Peru via DHL at this business. As noted in other reviews, Eric was super efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He created a customs invoice, had the right packaging and opened right on time (I arrived a few minutes before the hour). Very painless experience and cost less than half of what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommended, and if I need to send packages internationally in the future, this will be my first choice for service.
