Obispo Purpura: Don't take your fine knives there ! They will butcher them...outdated sharpening system caveman style. Maybe they're good at sharpening machetes... Costumer service is mediocre at best 'cause they behave like they're frustrated or something. Mainly a young fellow behind the counter who has no manners, no patience and no will to go the extra mile.

Kathy Maybee: Extremely friendly and professional company. I love their implements and the fact that they can repair and sharpen them. They are always received in a timely manner and are extremely reasonable pricewise. I will always use this company for my manicure implements!

Mark Emdur: Mr. Garcia delivered exceptional customer service for my online purchase by providing information that I needed promptly via email. He packaged the order with care. It was shipped out within a day. I feel lucky for finding his business.

He rudely answered my question so I walked out. Rudest service I've ever seen. I'd rather pay a few extra dollars to a company that treats your with atleast basic decency.

Jeremy Fletcher: Wonderful first time experience in the make your own pasta class at Sur la Table. Full culinary kitchen and almost 1-on-1 training showed us how to make ravioli and pasta from scratch. A two-hour class was very informative and great experience. Once completed we were able to try the dishes and also take home the rest of the pasta. Will absolutely take another class.

ALM Wholesale: Paid in advance for cooking class, arrived 5 min late and was told to leave since they signed someone in last minute to take our place. We told them we were running late. Rude chef. Go somewhere else.

Jhonne Kristoffer: Good luck having your online order fulfilled. The website will say that they have the product you are buying, only to cancel your purchase 4 weeks later. Don't get me wrong the customer service is amazing, but the company itself doesn't deserve the staff. I simply gave up trying to buy my cooking supplies there.

Braden Hodges: Beautiful store, great selection, but lacking in quality. I'm a bartender on South Beach. Bought the full cocktail set and rose ice molds. Cocktail shakers become loose when shaking. Ice molds take an inordinate amount of time to get the ice out after freezing. Nearly impossible to get the ice put intact. In short, pretty design without full functionality. Get ready for small irritations while making drinks.

Ines Rosen: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM WS I Have ordered 3 different items from William Sonoma and it’s a con! They give you a delivery date that is not truthful. WS usually can take up to 6 months to deliver an item. They usually give you a delivery date that is 2 weeks within the order but you’ll be lucky if you get your order in 6 months. When I wanted to CANCEL the order they wouldn’t plain and simple! They just said they won’t cancel the order because of something I signed in small print. Please be AWARE and avoid a nightmare!!!!

Bill Mace: Horrible store manager who lacks integrity. I called the store and spoke with the manager about in Nespresso Creatista Plus. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes while she placed one aside for me. I provided her my name and phone number and drove over from Doral. 45 minutes in traffic then i paid $5 for parking only to be informed they didn't have it contridicting what she told me. I requested the district managers contact info. I was provided with an email address that was incorrect as well as providing me a non-working phone number all on the store business card. Merrick Park had one in stock though it was not showing up on the web due to low quantities. Amazing customer service and I was provided with the correct information to speak with the district manager.

Rocco Ciavarella: Awesome customer service, me and my gf have been looking for the aquatic blue towels & stuff however their website is out of stock on them and most stores are also, we stopped by the Miami Beach Williams-Sonoma location after a few hours on the beach today and the staff there was excellent... They did not have the towels either, however they found them for us in new york city and had an order placed to have them shipped to us, excellent, could not expect more...I realize the location in Miami did not get credit for the new york sale drop-shipped to us, we will definitely visit this location in the future for my purchases...

Richard Cooper: Wow! So I’m a home chef who has tried and tried to sharpen my knives on my own. Most of these knife sharpeners charge too much so I kept trying on my own. Then I saw Nivardo’s awesome instagram page and I reached out. His affordable prices let me get all my knives sharpened by them. And by sharp, I mean razor mirrored edge. I’ve never seen sharper knives. The guy is great and trustworthy. I had no problem handing him over $1000 in knives. They came back in even better shape and the edge has lasted months now. No dulling at all. I rarely write reviews bc most people are just mediocre. At MIA Bladeworks, they actually care about their craftsmanship. Whenever these knives get dull again (whenever that is!) I’ll be calling him again and again. Thanks again MIA Bladeworks!

Juan Briceno: Mia Blade Works has sharpened and maintained all my knives (hinderer, zt, spyderco, benchmade, kershaw, cutco...) to perfection over the years. He has even fixed some nicks and tips. Great service that brings life back to my knives after the usual abuse. I truly recommend NIvardo for a razor sharp blade and a mirror finish like no other.

Great communication through the whole process, with pictures of the sharpening process on my knife, and when I received the knife, I have to say with that mirror edge it cuts even better than it looks. Even the lanyard is top notch work. I won’t be touching a knife to a stone anymore, all will be sent to MIA. Couldn’t ask for a better experience or a better finished product. Joseph Socarras: My knives are tools and those who know me know that. They don’t stay in a drawer looking pretty for years on end without hard use. My ZT0550 has taken some abuse over the years, especially to the edge and tip. This blade is thick, 0.16” thick. And the CPM-S35VN makes it really hard. That combination doesn’t make it an easy task to remove edge nicks and restructure a tip while keeping the proper belly length. Not only did Nivardo do all that, but he also maintained the correct edge geometry, honing the edge perfectly straight and added a perfect mirror polish that’s no joke. Nothing drags, it cuts smooth like a brand new razor. Nivardo’s sharpening and honing skills never disappoint.

While others jack up their prices, I got my knife for a very good price. Emma was so nice, patient and professional. How unfair it is to complain about delays while the cargoes are stuck here in Long Beach and no ones are unloading them. Communication was nonstop and all questions were answered. Scam? Sandi C: Save your money and grab a burger or a slice of pizza somewhere else. Do not expect a fine culinary experience at “The Knife”. The meal and the service were both mediocre. Our visit began with a trip to the not so fresh salad bar. The sides that are offered are instant potatoes and dirty rice from a box. The meat grilling station in the back offers many selections to choose from, except they’re overcooked and dry. If you want a steak dinner, go to a decent steak house. Even my dessert was a disappointment, rice pudding that looked like rice and milk. To nobody’s surprise we all woke up hungry today because we barely ate. On the upside it does offer decent views, but so do other restaurants in the area.

Barbie C: OMG, this place was amazing. It was our first time there and didn't expect much, but as soon as we got there we received excellent service. There are many salads to choose from or you can create your own. Apart from that there was the grill where you can find any kind of meat. i was a little disappointed on the flavor since it was a little dry and needed some rub or salt but when i made a comment to the server she told me to tell the grill men and they would help me out, and they did. we paid about $85-$90 for 2 people, included the buffet, one bottle of wine or 2 cups of beer, and unlimited soda product, and 2 desserts. totally recommend this place and its beautiful view. We will be back.

bananiz: This place is absolutely fantastic i went to the other knife in the mall but felt the meat was so dry there now the knife in Bayside is a whole another deal all the meats were absolutely delicious juicy well seasoned the chef was super funny and nice they have all kinds of meat ready to cook to your liking the salad bar was delicious with many options and delicious sides the argentina empanadas were seasoned and cooked well me and my sister burnt our mouths eating them since there so good 😄 our view excelente our wine excelente the desert excelente the attention of service from our waitress excelente and the best part the price you can't beat it I definitely give this the knife in Bayside 100* and hopefully the location at the mall was just the chef having a bad but very happy I came again 🔥 🔥🔥🥂

Sheyi Sheyi: Ordered my knife and it came missing the blade entirely. The slide was broken as well and looked to have been used even when ordered directly from their website. Return denied because it was a "manufacturer defect". Right, you just forgot to install the most important thing apparently. Do not buy a knife here, massively disappointed.

Aaron's Aquaculture: Absolutely junk. The rubberized finish flakes of if you accidentally scape it with your finger nail. The poor material used for the frame are so soft that the blade track get grooved and completely failed. One of the worse knifes I've come across in 40 years of collect g knives. Scratch that, this is the worse, even over $10 truck stop knives.

Briar Goodwin: Ordered on 12-11-21 as of 2-2-22 still have not received my order. Have emailed them 6 times and called as many times. Do not order from them! Wish I would have read reviews before ordering as I am not the only one having issues.

Had a minor issue with one of my favorite knives, and sent it do the company after contacting them discussing the warranty work. Daryl “Shorty” Mohon: I purchased a knife at the National Peanut Festival in Dothan Alabama on Nov 13, 2021. I was told that I would receive an email with details and the knife would be shipped within 2 weeks. As of Dec 27 I have received neither the knife of an email with details. Based on the reviews it would seem that a class action lawsuit would be justified. I feel they should be shut down. I am contacting the Florida Attorney General in regards to their business practices. I can not stand a theif!!

Josh LaRue: I placed an order with them at a convention and was told I would receive a receipt and an order # in my email. Additionally, I was told my knife would be shipped within the week. Over a week and a half later I still hadn't received a receipt or an order # but they finally reached out to let me know there had been a delay due to covid and that they would be shipping out my knif before the end of the week. Another week has passed since that email and I've still yet to receive my receipt, order #, a tracking number, and most importantly my knife. Despite my reaching out numerous times they haven't seen fit to respond after their initial email explaining their delay and new timline for having my order shipped. The overall lack of communication combined with the experience of others leads me to believe they don't respect their customers and I can't recommend doing business with them.

This second one works as well as the one in their video. Great seller!

Sara Lindsey: If I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. My son used money he got for Christmas to buy himself a sword, and once it arrived it broke within minutes of unboxing. He hadn't even played with it yet, just set it down and and the handle snapped. We hadn't noticed a crack in the handle, but it must have been already compromised when it arrived. Whether it was damaged during shipping or they sent it that way, I don't know. But when we reached out to them to ask for a replacement, they told us since it "arrived intact" there was nothing they could do to help us. Ridiculous. So my son is out $60. We will never buy anything from Blade City again. Cheap product and no company integrity.

Luis Urrea: I never received the item and the resolution team from Blade told me to make a claim with the USPS, I did the claim and nothing happened, the USPS was just sorry, I strongly not recommend this company for online purchases, if something goes wrong, you simply will lose the money. This is a response to the owner: 04/21/22 No one in my house has the package, do you think that I am just lying?. You as a company don’t know how to manage this type of problems, let see who is going to lose more. This bad review will affect you more than my $109 and at this point I will not accept any type of arrangement from you. You are a greedy owner. The USPS has declared the package lost, bad of course you have no idea, because is easy to blame someone else and let the costumer alone and without the merchandise.

Goat Gadgets: Had a slight delay with one of the items due to a supply chain issue, reached out to customer service and they let me know it would be a few extra days which I was fine with. I received the item faster than they stated and absolutly loved it. I have recommeded all my cousins to order too.

Eric Wolfe: Horrible company to do business with, their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered a knife that was supposed to ship in 2 days, I waited over a week without it shipping. I contacted them to cancel the order and was told that they can not cancel orders after they are made. They suggested I wait for the product to arrive and then return it. After I received the knife I contacted them for information on the return process. Again it took them over a week to provide a return shipping label. After I shipped the product back I am still waiting for my refund 27 days after they received the product back. This company is a scam at worst and incompetent at best. I will NEVER but anything from Blade City again.

Sean Crouch: Horrible website and customer service. Called numerous times to check on a order and nobody ever answered the phone and couldn't leave a message bcz voicemail was always full. Emailed them and they said the order was shipped. Checked the tracking number and it said ups is still waiting for the item. 10 days later still nothing. After numerous emails finally got refunded with no explanation as to what happened. Ordered from PVK Vegas and item was shipped out the same day.

Pad Dap (DAPA): 👎🏼👎🏼This is a terrible location and store. Please go to a different store. The employees are completely apathetic and extremely rude. I witnessed two clients in front of me have terrible experiences at check out which ended in arguments complaints and people leaving angry and disatisfied. A young sales lady had the issues with the two people before me. She then got to me after 20 minutes and then she started arguing and being rude to me as well. She then literally threw 4 champagne glasses in the same bag as a large metal cake baking mold, 4 porcelain coffee mugs, three boxes of cake mix and many other fragile items. When I arrived in my car I was shocked to see that everything was thrown in one bag and things were already broken. The experience was so bad that I spoke to the manager and then I was so dissatisfied I proceeded to return everything and then I just went to bed bad and beyond and found almost all of the items at half of the price. The manager Alex Rios wasted another 15 minutes. All in I wasted over and hour and left very dissatisfied and angry for having even gone to this store. A total lack of basic respect and training. They do not care about the customers or about the store and or brand.

I'm not thr shopping around type but their prices seem really fair, and they always seem to have offers on a lot of things, the only reason I do in a way dislike this place is because it wants to take my money, you look around and you instantly start getting ideas of what you want to do next in your kitchen, in your bathroom, and in your rooms. The staff have been very helpful is helping me find specifically the items I've been looking for when I have been here alone. Would I recommend it? Yes.

Norbert German: Online prices and store prices are different. While you can price match to the online price - they don't allow to use coupons and a price match. Better buy online with coupon and pick it up from the store.

Lee Twothreethreeoneone: Pickup order sign is confusing. I did wait after a person in the front of me at the pickup sign. Separate line for purchase customers. After customer in front of me left. Cashier told me I have to stay in line with all other customers, in the mean time another 5 persons join the line. I explain to him that it doesn't make sense to gave a sign for pickup order on one side and a sign for customers on the other side, this is the first store where I have been told to stay together with the purchase customers. I could have waited curbside. His partner was kind and asked me for my last name and immediately pass me my order which was there ready to pickup. Kudos to her, a great employee. She saved the day. Probably they don't have any training not to mix pickup orders with purchasing customers.

Ernesto Gonzalez: Best place in Miami to get your knives sharpened. I took 5 knives to get sharpened and the owner was very nice, told me to come back in a hour. Called me before the hour to tell me he had finished. Price is very affordable, and the knives came back razor sharp, better than new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Emily Gresham: I’ve been suffering with the dullest knives for years. But finally bit the bullet and went to a professional. I was going to go to a place closer to my house but S L Service had such great reviews, I drove the extra 15 minutes. The owner is the nicest guy you could meet. Really honest and hard working. I had four kitchen knives, one of which had a missing tip. He fixed them in less than 20 minutes and charged me next to nothing. Definitely come here.

LFTD STX: I brought 2 folding knives here for the first time to get sharpened and to fix a blade with a broken tip. The customer service was excellent, and for the price, you can’t beat it. I was in and out within 15min.
