Sebastián Casares: I have the complete line Inductor, fryer, mix oven, teppanyaki. The only one is good I can tell is the fryer, the rest arr really a ver bad quality. The power in the induction is awful, the oven has temperature issues and stop working and send error messages, yes they came from wolf in the warranty and change the entire internal processor, also continued with less but still sending errors. The teppan, the glas from the top, wher you control the temperature, fall out!!! I am astonished of what happened!! I thought it was a great product. Sorry but I would never buy this brand again!!

M P: Beautiful showroom— bright, spacious, lovely design. Our salesperson was great— very knowledgeable, really welcoming. We didn’t know much about the products beforehand but she made us feel at ease. It was actually a really fun visit! Great place.

CM: The stores hours state Saturdays until 3 pm then when I arrived during their business hours it was by appointment only on a sign. Then she would not accommodate me during posted hours for an appt. when I called. She lied to me and said they had 2 designers with clients. She was unaware that I was at the showroom. No one was there. They must so much business that they can rude and unaccommodating as well as full of excuses to not let customers come in.

Mike C: I bought all new appliances. A 75” Qled, a TV stand and 2 love seats here. I paid to have the appliances installed. The delivery guys for the appliances showed up and said the appliances wouldn’t fit in my kitchen and left the appliances in my living room which is why I am deleting a star. Horrible service! Those guys don’t deserve to have a job. I had to call a contractor to come and have them installed for 200$. The contractor was able to fit them into my kitchen. Not sure why the delivery guys didn’t do their job! The TV installation team were excellent. They even showed me how to work the remote. Unfortunately one of the loveseats broke immediately after using the recliner function. I took it back and the manager was super nice and understanding and exchanged it for a regular non reclining sofa which is what I asked for. She was super nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I am overall happy with the quality and service provided accept the appliance delivery guys.

Connie Picouto: Felix was a great salesguy and I wish I didn’t feel so strongly now about never giving this store my business because he deserves every sale. Unfortunately, our fridge was defective. After calling the store to see if it would be okay to return without the box I was told not only would that be okay, but also that the restocking fee would be waved since the defect seemed intermittent. Upon arrival after renting a truck to transport it, manager David was both unhelpful and provided no alternatives, despite the return (still in cling wrap) being at his discretion. He wouldn’t honor any previous conversations with the store. It seems the culture in this department is to be rude- I watched Octavia belittle another employee in front of customers. The poor kid just shrugged and I felt worse for him than myself for having to deal with her as long as I did. I was told the actual manager of the department was off today. Company policy should not be discretionary when the employees allowed to run the department for the day are this unpleasant and purposely unhelpful. No surprise they’re hiring with the way people are being treated by Octavia while she is encouraged by David. Disgusting behavior. After an hour of back and forth, turns out they didn’t even have the fridge to exchange after all!

Mike Waller: Donavan was amazing in the return department!! He was such a breathe of fresh air after getting transferred from the first person to him! He was so kind and efficient!! Even if he would have told me my return wasn’t allowed, I would still be giving 5 stars simply based on his attitude. He was all around a wonderful customer service agent. marlon perez: Was walking around the cell phones and Bluetooth area for a while and not one salesperson asked if I needed something. It was a bunch of young people who had no interest in asking me for a help until I finally found what I was looking for myself. I guess if they know they're not selling something expensive and not making any commission they're not going to waste their time. I'll take that into consideration when it's time to buy high price items. Alot of them will judge based on the way you dress and look and they'll know if you're going to buy something big or so they think. I used to visit the store all the time but I'm glad I was reminded why I haven't been to the store in years.

Alfred Martinez: Brandsmart, I would like to leave a good review for the following employees, Eddy Gutierrez, Andres and Joshua of your store located at Palmetto and 47 Avenue, 4320 NW 167th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33054 . I would also like to tell you that your customer service needs attention because there is none. I bought a complete bedroom set on April 30th, 2022 and it was not delivered until May 11, 2022. First I want to tell you step by step what happened. The delivery address of the furniture was wrong, I don't understand how it happened when I gave my license to the seller on the day of the sale so that she could see all my information without problems. When I realized that my address was wrong days later, I called the store more than 10 time and without exaggeration to correct the delivery address something very simple. After I got frustrated about being transferred to every single department on the store, they always sent me to an answering machine at the end. The truth is that I got frustrated because to sell me any item in the store all the vendors offered to help me and they were very kind. Finally, by the grace of God, Eddy Gutierrez called me to inform me that there was a problem with the bed I bought and a piece had to be changed because and the delivery would be delayed for Monday, May 9. I explained to Eddy that I understood, I let him know to correct the delivery address. On Monday, May 9, I lost a whole day of work waiting for the delivery and no one deigned to give me a courtesy call to let me know what was happening. With great sadness I called Eddy who was on his day off and he helped me again. Today I leave 5 stars but the stars are not for your store customer service because there's none. Please correct your customer service, I'm a paying customer and I have to sleep on the floor for several days due to your store lack of service. My stars go to Eddy Gutierrez and delivery drivers Andres and Joshua.

Fam Cintron: The worst experience ever, I went in looking for a case for my iPad 6 salesmen in the counter not even one blink to acknowledge there was a rack that said 29.99 and had about 7 cases left I took one went to the register it scan 39.99 I told the cashier about the rack and the price she called a front head cashier with a horrible attitude interrupting me when I was explaining again she turn around and called the store manager he then came when to the rack and said “ someone put this in the wrong spot “ ok I said well I don’t work here in the stocking department I would know, he did not want to discount the item at this time we had spend around 30 minutes in this location. This is the worst and the sad part of it management won’t do nothing cause he is the store manager.

Manuel Vargas: Sales Associates are in a rush to do nothing to help customers, I came to the store for a flash drive and an internal SSD drive for my PC. The only help I got is finger pointing where I suppose to find their product. When I got the items, the cashier was in a rush because she had to leave. I couldn't ask questions about the product . Poor customer service from everyone at the sales floor. Of course, if you are looking for big and expensive items they will be very attentive.

Jito: Horrible Customer service experience on two separate occasions weeks apart. tried to schedule a warranty repair after waiting two weeks the repair service was cancelled ... The "customer Service" Representatives can be rude and short with their responses. I have purchased a TV, and Washing Machine and Dryer from Brandsmart and have had issued with all three. When you are trying to get support with repairs it's like pulling teeth.

Nadia Ghani: I went this evening ready to purchase my new TV and entertainment system. Rodolfo Cortes an employee at brands mart approached us yelling we can not touch the TV’s . We kindly apologized and explained we wanted to purchase a TV and were looking at the screens . He went on to tell my husband and me the QLED samsung was a very fragile Screen we would have to pay if anything happens to the tv in the most aggressive manner . When I asked for the manager he said he was a manager and insinuated he would kick us out of the store . We are highly educated people and didn’t want to scope to his level. We asked for another sales rep and Jose Guzman attended us . He was very professional and though we were going to leave and not purchase anything due to the horrible service revered by Rodolfo. We actually were very pleased with Jose and purchased our LG OLED 2022 TV 77 inch . Rodolfo should not be a manager he lacks customer service and could of costed brands Mart a sale of thousands of dollars . He truly needs training in customer service.

beatriz laurel: When purchasing the appliances, they were on top of it. BUT it changed once the appliances arrived and after 6 months. i still have parts pending for the refrigerator and i have damage to my range plus have not been able to use due a verbal recall followed by the real recall. Disheartening!!

jenny Udontneed: I have had multiple appliance installations in the various homes I have lived in for the past 25 years. This was the absolute worst. The installers showed up 6 hours late, tried to drop off the appliances and not install them and then damaged the brand new hose that was part of the installation kit. They caused a leak in a brand new disposal and I’ve had to pay $350 extra to have the damage fixed. Beware if you buy appliances here….

Chris Doherty: Bouche appliances is a top place for customer service. I purchased my Viking appliances and had some issues with them that were out of the control of Bouche. Al himself handled getting items needed to fix them. He also came to make sure the repairs and install got done so we would be up and running for the holidays. Kim Christensen: Overall experience with Bouche was very good. Javier the salesperson was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and he directed us to appliances that would fit our needs, he did not let me choose just on looks alone - he educated us on the different features the products offered. Javier took the time to help us understand the financial impacts of our choices, as there were specials running with some vendors and not others. He also went out of his way to send me videos and pdfs so that I could feel comfortable with the decisions my husband and I were making. Billing experience - the online payment feature was easy to use, in addition, we needed a refund and we received it within days. Excellent service. Flexibility - Very accommodating with schedules. I had to pick up some items early and others were delivered. Returns / Exchanges - we received a damaged oven and we received the wrong dishwasher (Bouche notified us of this error). We simply took pictures of the oven and had a conversation. They exchanged our dishwasher, picked up our damaged oven and our new replacement oven was ordered. Very simple and prompt service. The only experience I had issue with was what happened after we ordered our new double oven to replace the damaged one. The new oven did not arrive the day promised. I realize this is not Bouche's fault; however, it was the way it was handled. I didn't feel there was a sense of urgency, nor interest in our problem. The oven was supposed to come right before Christmas and it was delivered a week later. I know Christmas is a busy time, but it would have been great if there was a little more concern - the "it is Christmas" i understand, but throw me something, a sorry just didn't work for me, not after all we purchased. Our purchase: Coffee machine, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, beverage center and induction cook top. Every appliance works exactly the way Javier described and I am really happy with the quality and functionality of our purchases.

Vincent Gauthier-Dore: I cannot say how how satisfied I am with my experience with Drimmers. Everything was perfect from purchasing my washer/dryer with Hindy, to scheduling the delivery with Cleopatra. The delivery/installation team could not have been more professional. This is truly a five star experience. The whole process from purchase to delivery was completed in four days! Price was also super competitive. Do yourself a favor. If you live in South Florida, forget the big box store and go local with Drimmers!

L D: I needed a new stovetop when my old one cracked and Drimmers immediately informed me of my best options. I was given the best price and the appliance was ordered, delivered and installed within a week. The installer was professional, efficient, and came back for a follow up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working great. I could not be happier with the service I received at Drimmers. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Drimmers for all your appliances needs.

David Cole: Needing a new electric range I began shopping online with the big box stores dominating the internet. I was hoping to find a local appliance dealer when I read a posting by a neighbor on Next Door saying how pleased she was with Drimmers, both in service and price. I contacted them, went into their store and bought the range from them. The selection of brands was vast, the price was great, the salesperson courteous and informative, and the delivery and installation was on time and professionally done. Overall, the experience was very positive and so much more personal than what I have experienced with the big box stores. I recommend Drimmers to anyone shopping for appliances.

Jonathan Berkun: I ordered a GE monogram microwave on August 3 and was promised delivery August 27. It never arrived and they never contacted me. Whenever I call, they insist that I speak with the salesperson who sold it to me, and that person is never there. They promise he will call and he doesn't. When I finally reach him, he tells me it will arrive early September. This pattern repeats 3 more times. It is then promised at the end of September, then early October, then the end of October. Finally, I asked for refund, which they agreed to, and I ordered it from another company (where it was also cheaper). The other company delivered it and installed it in 2 weeks. After a week, the refund from Drimmers was not applied and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. After the credit card company issued me the credit, the salesman emailed me telling me that I was in fact refunded and asked me to drop my dispute. You get the point.

Devon Hood: I was in the market to purchase a new front load washer/dryer. Like anyone else, the first place I went to was the “big box” stores. The level of service I was received there was dismal. After doing a google search for a store that just sold appliances I came upon Drimmers. After a short car ride I arrive to their showroom. I was promptly assigned a salesperson to help with my search. We went over features and options until I arrived at my selection. Here comes what I thought was going to be the scary part....pricing. With the expert individual service there is no way Drimmers will be close to the price of the big box stores. Well, I was wrong. Drimmers price was within $50 of the big box stores. Fast forward to delivery day, setup and installation was smooth and effortless. The delivery guy answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the machines. I highly recommend Drimmers, all of my future appliance purchases will be thru them.

Wonderful personal service is great alone. However, Drimmers offers something else, as well. Its staff stands behind sold products. They are there if you encounter a serious problem with an appliance, Drimmers will work to make it right for you. We know because we had such a problem. I recommend this company without reservation. We will be needing a new stove soon, and it will come from Drimmers.

Philip Sammut: I purchased a fridge and when they delivered and carted away the old fridge they damaged my floors. This took place December 27th 2019 I was told months ago it would be repaired. No one has contacted me or made any attempt to repair the damaged caused in my home. I emailed Levi Drimmer several times he told me he will fix my floors. I have been very patient but now feel he is not being honest and is stringing me along. This has been extremely stressful and Mr Drimmers complete disregard for his clients and business is appalling. STAY AWAY

Ariyeh Green: we bought a washer and dryer on Wednesday and had delivery on Friday. the delivery guys installed the machines, showed us how to use them and did a test run. not a scratch. we will be remodeling our kitchen and outdoor living, I will never shop anywhere else. your customer service was amazing and quick, I requested a part to reverse my dryer door, they called Maytag and it was shipped fed-ex in under an hour. The best customer service ever.

Lilian Mustelier: Bought my Bosch appliances here. Rosi was my sales rep. She was extremely responsive and accountable. Carlos and Vladimir were the installers. Their attention to detail was immaculate plus they went above and beyond to have my appliances up and running as everything was delayed. My subcontractors that were working on a few things while they were installing complimented their work ethic. Thank you all!

Eduardo Torres: I recently took delivery on a Dacor 27-inch oven. I need to say that the delivery and installation process went really well. On the delivery date, they called me in the morning to tell me that the delivery was on its way and the installers were going to be calling soon. Sure enough, as the oven was delivered, the installers called to say they'd be here in 20 minutes. This was all during the first hour of the promised delivery window. The installers went above and beyond what could have been expected to leave the oven in working order, even though I still have to call an electrician to move a junction box that wasn't where it was supposed to be. I also have to say that during the sales process Anthony was extremely helpful and communicated often via email or phone. I'd be happy to buy more appliances from La Cuisine when the time comes.

David Madin: Now days is hard to find a good range that’s available; so I decided to call George, he provided insight knowledge, and advised me about shipping time. Exemplary service, delivered on time, spot on and speedy. Delighted.

Barbara Bader: Marcelin Home Appliance was recommended to me. My new Bosch dishwasher was just installed. Customer service on the phone provided by Shannon, was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Price was competitive and installation was slightly lower than the big box stores. Two installers came exactly on time, worked well together and did a superb job. I would highly recommend this store without hesitation. Had it not been for the recommendation that I received, I would not have known about this local, family business.

Lydia Borgatta: The best buying experience from start to finish. Excellent consultation on the replacement appliance (refrigerator), and Marcelin went the extra mile to get me expedited scheduling for delivery and installation. My front door is almost two flights of wooden stairs and this could easily have been used to delay delivery (everyone else I called that sells refrigerators said delivery would be a problem). With calls and texting, Marcelin kept me apprised of the whole process, always available. The delivery installation crew (three people) were excellent. Completely undamaged and perfect new replacement, very careful with the stairs, showed me how to operate the replacement, took every scrap of debris with them to discard. Regarding Marcelin Appliances, I’m their customer for life.

My husband was in charge of purchasing all appliances for our condo reno project. He went with a big box retailer for some and Shannon for a panel-ready dishwasher. Not only did she help find the right brand, but she also was able to time the delivery just right to when we needed it. Today, I needed to consult the dimensions and fit of the range not even purchased with her and Shannon selflessly provided her opinion and expertise. Vicky Martinez: I had two column units a refrigerator and a freezer. With unusual measurements built in to my kitchen I knew I had to replace soon. But my refrigerator died last Friday. I did not want the same brand and the sub zero and others in that range were too pricey for me right now. I did some research and found an unknown brand to me, that had the perfect measurements. It is Leihberr. It is a German company that manufactures from refrigerators to cranes (I love German engineering) I went to their impressive showroom and I was sold. Originally I was going to order online but it took 2-3 weeks. Then I connect with Shannon from Marcelin Home Appliance in Doral. She is a Godsend! I spoke to her on Monday and on Thursday by noon my appliances were delivered and installed. I don’t know if you have tried to order appliances in the last year. But due to COVID there are major production issues and anything could be 2-3 months wait. it is amazing that Shannon was able to pull this off in less than 4 days. She was available after hours via text and made things happen. Their delivery team were very knowledgeable, punctual, professional and very nice! A+ all around.

Eva Crews: Excellent customer service. During COVID-19, our stove “died”. Specifically wanted a flat surface top and started shopping online. Best Buy had exactly what I needed but a 6-8 week wait till delivered. Brandsmart, Home Depot, Loews, and a local appliance store either didn’t have it or a very long wait. I found Marcelin online, found the same stove offered at Best Buy long story short, it was almost $100 cheaper and it was delivered and installed as promised 7-10 days. Shannon was the representative and her communication and efficiency was excellent. I will absolutely contact Marcelin whenever I need an appliance.

Craig Arnold: Monark Premium Appliance I am in middle of a 2 year battle over making my expensive appliance work properly. No help from the showroom people yet. They washing hands with me. Push me to service warranty people and anyone but them. They need resolve my situation and make me whole. then i can evaluate the company. However the other appliances are working. Their response is fake. "with someone who will be in touch". They in touch to say they are on vacation. Not one person wants to help resolve a lemon refrigerator. Its a series of pointing fingers at the distributor, the refrig maker, the warranty people, some repair people who are not qualified on these refrigerators ( the "repair person" just takes instructions over the phone). Monark has really made it impossible for us to get a solid "REAL" fix to our problem. Horrible process of delays and delays. UPDATE: its now a few months later and they do not help. They promised us a replacement. Made us wait another month. Told us not to use the insurance we bought, because they would handle it. And now the company says we can not get a new one because " we already received a replacement" and replaced the ice maker. Their reasoning is worng and no one answers the phone that can help. Alwasy have to email and then we get no response. The worst company ever..................... The are not honest and almost criminal.

Jonathan Soto: After shopping around at multiple stores ( none of which had any inventory due to covid), I decided to check out Monark since I was in the area. I was put in contact with Edward R and he walked me through the entire process and recommended certain products that would fit my families needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and truly knows the ins and outs of the products he sells. That’s something that is severely lacking at big box stores like Brandsmart and Best Buy. I felt very comfortable making a large purchase of several appliances and I definitely would not have felt that way if I had to drop the same amount of money somewhere else. Melanie K Levine: I came here months before Covid to select appliances. The sales person Marcelo was helpful and not too pushy. He promptly shared a quote and complied specs for my cabinet maker. My project took much longer than expected so I went dark for some time. When it was time to pull the trigger, COVID hit and the showroom was closed but the Manager Luis took my inbound call. He was friendly, responsive, helpful and eager to win my business (in a positive way). I also got a quote from Ferguson who I awarded my plumbing to, but I guess this was not valuable enough for them to offer any “seal the deal incentive”. Luis on the other hand made it clear he valued my business (and hard earned money being spent). Once the order was finalized they were in constant contact regarding timing and back order delays due to COVID. They were able to hold onto my order longer than initially expected due to my contractor’s delays as well. Helen in the back office was also a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were organized, responsive and professional. When install day finally came Antonio and Lew were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and TIDY!!! They arrived on time and also called when on the way :) Antonio had cleaning spray and even removed all finger prints before they left!!! The entire experience with Monark was 5-star start to finish. I've called Alexis to ask for a replacement she lied and said she will deliver and never did I called many more times and she will not pick up the telephone I am a business owner myself and I'm very disturbed by this, this is a big scam do not buy.

Camila Venero: Alexis was very accommodating and the pricing was incredibly fair. There’s an automatic 45 day warranty, and an option 6 month warranty for a fee. I bought a dryer, and he kindly tested it out in front of us to ensure that everything worked. Extremely friendly and very pleasant. Was in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Ananta Khatri: Got a fridge from them which gave us issues from the get go. They said they would fix it but did not. We have all the messages saved where we tried to use the warranty to get a refund since the fridge did not work. Owners kept dodging us. Went to the store in person but the regular employees were unable to help. Owners pretty much ignored messages and calls. At this point we will probably need to file something with small claims court to get a refund since they are ignoring us. If one could give them 0 starts I would. They do not even deserve 1 star. It's a shady business.

Jay Leon: Quick and excellent service. They sell used appliances but in pretty good shape, some refurbished but guaranteed to work like new. They offer after-sales service, too. When a broken appliance has to be left at their workshop for more than a week, they offer, at their discretion, a temporary replacement for free for a few days. Wide selection of brands and models, prices, and quality. Ask for Yuniet and Alex.

M. A. S. Hanan: Although they told me the fridge was new (and then the second call they changed it to “like new”) it arrived with dents and rust. They also went by a different Comp name with the same phone number. I refused delivery and they won’t refund my money. I offeeed them $75 for their service but they won’t refund the balance

Terry Bonelly: Still waiting for them to replace a piece from the refrigerator we bought from them. They came told us what was wrong and assured us that in 2 to 3 days they will return with a new replacement. I called, texted, left recorded messages in a period of 3 months. It's a shame because I truly believed they were honest.

Hernan Valencia: Great costumer service, I bought a washer yesterday and when I opened up it was dented. I took it the next day and they where willing to received the damaged washer and gave me a refund, which I used to get the new washer. Brandsmart have an excellent customer service, I definitely going back to buy all my appliances there!

Healthy Care: Samuel ordaz the manager was rude and he lacks professionalism to talk to customers. He does not want to work and He takes the easy route to try to get rid of you from the store. So if you have a delivery problem or any problem at all he is definitely not the manager to approach.

Dayalin Amores: In this store they do not value their customers, they sold me a Samsung washing machine on 04/23 and on 01/06 it burned, I called them and all they do is give me phone numbers and no solutions, today I come home a box with a Samsung washing machine motor so I think what they are trying to do is repair a washing machine that cost me 500 dollars and lasted me a month and days…. This store is totally unethical, I will never buy from them again.

Paul Durand: I do not usually write reviews but this is probably one of the worst customer service experiences. I was warned about this and I should have listened. Do NOT buy here. I bought multiple kitchen appliances over 4 months ago. The Frigidaire dishwasher never worked. The Brandsmart repair person was only able to be scheduled 6 weeks after I purchased the appliance. When he finally came he said there was an issue with a missing part and that it had to be ordered. After that, customer supervisors claim he went on vacation and there is nothing that can be done. I have probably spent 5-6 hours calling customer service about this issue and never getting a straight forward answer. After another 2 months, the same repair person showed up asking what the problem was. He was clueless and clearly did not have the parts. Now its been more than 4 months and the dishwasher is still not usable. Still no one is offering any solutions. Complete disregard for the customer!

Gustavo Garcia-Montes: Bought kitchen appliances. Was advised that delivery and installation was included. When the delivery person arrived they refused to install the items. Once I had the clothes washer installed, it was defective. Brandsmart makes it difficult to return the item, having to have a "service" call prior to return. Lesson learned. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Hey it’s Xot: I was a cashier at this location back in 2020 although it was a year ago I had the worse experience they had me in and out of training one of the mangers DEBRAH was very unprofessional she threw me on the cash register knowing I had no experience at all not to mention INDI the head manger is very rude and has horrible customer service she talked down on me like if I couldn’t comprehend she has a nasty attitude and I couldn’t stand working with none of those e so call mangers it’s been times customers had to wait on the mangers to approve them of something and as a cashier your supposed to turn on your light the mangers would stand together and ignore the light like if they had somewhere better to be worst job ever anytime there was new employees to come see how it’ll be working there they’ll never return that’s highly embarrassing I would t work here nor shop there Debrah was stealing time Indi has a nasty attitude Camille was always trying to see her boyfriend sade was acting like she cared how I felt on the register but was always with the people who never wanted to do their jobs DO NOT WORK HERE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

The fridge has great conditions and super clean. Customer service is great! They treat you amazing and they are all super nice. The delivery was super cheap and excellent! Delivery guy was super nice also. The fridge almost did not fit through my door and he made magic to make it fit. I am super happy with the service and the product!!

I recently purchased a fridge but unfortunately, it didn't work (used isn't always best but they do have guarantees) when their mechanic wasn't able to fix the problem, they picked it up and fully reimbursed me what i had paid for. Call back to tell them it wasn't working and the first thing they said was "NOT REFUNDABLE". We went back to the store picked a different refrigerator came back home set it up. This time we gave it a week and the freezer wouldn't even freeze a water bottle. The regular side didn't function at all. 2 refrigerator later and I still don't have a woking one. They refuse to send another replacement. They said someone will come to fix it yet its been 2 weeks and we are still waiting. NO compre nada de este lugar. Compré un frigorífico pensando que estaba en perfectas condiciones. Una vez que llegó a casa, tuve la suerte de que no funcionaría en absoluto. Eric Schroeder: We purchased a Thermador combination convection oven and speed oven. The speed oven stopped working after only 1 day. They were not helpful in trying to fix this. They claimed they had no other unit to replace it with. Thermador gave me the run around first saying it would be fixed, then saying they didn't have the parts, then saying it would be replaced, then saying the unit was backordered for months. I have requested several times to return the unit and be refunded. This has not been resolved. Do not trust them. Shop elsewhere. This has been a truly horrible experience.

Richard Rose: During a "shelter in place" advisory Our 25 year old washer broke down and was unrepairable. My repairman who gave me the sad news recommended Speed Queen and Scott's Appliances, so I called them. The folks at Scotts were extraordinarily helpful and over the phone guided me in the selection of a washer suitable for our needs. Then, they quickly contacted their delivery driver to pick up one more washer at their warehouse. Unbelievably, within 50 minutes from my original phone call, my new washer was installed and in operation. I highly recommend Scotts Appliances. This is incredible service under normal conditions, and given the present situation, this is outstanding service to the customer beyond what would ever be expected.

Chontell Lennon: My husband and I came into this store for a washer and dryer. We spent a lot money and wanted to get a TV for our daughter. The TV on display was a Roku smart TV marked at 108. We go to the register and it rings up to a different price. My husband proceeds to show the customer service cashier were the TV was and the marked price . He agreed to mark the price down to what was displayed, but the manager on duty refused. The manager actually went back to the display and acted as if the TV wasn't displayed at that price. He had a staff member remove the TVs as if they were never there, so that he couldn't honor the price. He proceeded to argue that we were wrong. As we marked put the TV there. I will never step foot into this store again. My husbands and I just bought a home and needed more for it, but I'd rather take my money elsewhere. You can take my money, but you can't admit that your staff messed up and then try to cover it up and belittle your customers.

joel bueno: Me and my wife ordered a full 4 piece kitchen appliances, we were told the fridge and stove would be installed and neither was installed, I was told since the old fridge has a water filter they can’t remove it, it would be nice if that was told at the time of purchase, plus the new fridge has the same water filter so it makes no sense. They also left the appliances in the middle of my living room and they left the brandsmart box of the fridge outside my home. Very unprofessional they did the most to get out of there as fast as possible.

Jorge Sanabria: Customer service at the Dadeland store was not helpful at all. I ask about my account and she continued to say to talk to synchrony bank .I was told no interest on a 4 year tv buy but getting interest charges on my account. I recommend not to fall in brandsmart no interest program they and synchrony bank have a way of charging you interest.

Elena Enrici Belom: My husband and I purchased a new Samsung top loaded washer on machine on the 12th March. We have had 3 technicians out; one from Brandsmart and 2 from Samsung and we are July and still no working machine. We have had to tell guests to go to the laundromat. I have offered to upgrade but I don't want the machine anymore. They misdiagnosed the problem, had to wait ages for the parts only to find out it is the motherboard, so essentially we got a machine that was born with issues. Something that electronics are experiencing listening to friends who have also bought new appliances. All I get is being ping ponged between service department and the customer service. No solution. I don't want the machine which has hardly been used and have even offered to spend more money to upgrade. Yet no one can make that decision. It is enfuriating.

PharticusMaximus: Very good prices on some of the items I was after. I ended up getting a printer for $50 lower than all other retailers I visited in person and also cheaper than the top online retailers too. They also had some baskets with $2.88 Bluetooth speakers and other nice deals. There is an open box table with nice discounts too. They had less selection on the printers than I expected, but enough quality ones that I walked away with one that I love, so can't complain too much about that. The one thing that does bother me is the employees walk up to you after you already chose an item on your own and hand you a ticket to bring to the register so that they get commission on the sale when they didn't really help you at all. Other employees can be helpful, it's just that some do that shady tactic, kind rubs me the wrong way. Overall though it's a great place to get deals on your electronics. They also have a toy section and huge kitchen section upstairs. I will shop there again soon after this successful visit.

Manny Pinares: I went to Brandsmart on US 1 and bought a refrigerator, stove and microwave from Manuel at appliances, sorry I forgot his last name. This guy put the wrong address on the delivery ticket so the appliances were not delivered, mind you that They were to be delivered to my Fort Pierce condo, needless to say I drove up there for nothing. I then called Manuel to be insulted by him and telling me that it was my fault. I asked him to reschedule and he supposedly did. One day before the expected delivery I called Brandsmart and they had no record of the reschedule. I went to store and spoke to a manager, Tim Robbins, after explaining what happened he managed to fix the problem. NEVER again will I shop at any Brandsmart USA.

Carla Velasquez-Deulofeu: Sad to say I won’t be returning - the manager (Juan) called a friend of mine letting him know that ps5 were in stock - my friend went to buy one yesterday and returned the next day with me so that I could purchase one too. He refused to sell to me because he thinks my friend is trying to buy out their stock when I’m really trying to buy myself a birthday gift. Our other friend came on their own and was told they have 3 in stock but can only sell them one per customer - but he still received his (albeit without the correct headphones for the bundle they’re offering) ! I’m livid - the manager wouldn’t even come to speak to us he just yelled NO across the department because he saw my friend and wouldn’t even hear me out! There goes my birthday. Thanks a lot

David O'Dowd: Mia Appliances has so far been a pleasure. We are working with Mislene Bonetti to create the perfect package for our kitchen remodeling. Ms. Bonetti has great product knowledge. Tried hard to understand our objectives, and helped us meet them. We could not have been more satisfied with the experience.

Matt: I would not do business with MIA appliances. I wanted a wolf range and since they are the dealer in South Florida, you are forced to work with them. I love the wolf product, but the customer service I received was horrible and I wouldn't do business with them again. I ordered a new range in January and it was delivered in April. When it was delivered, the unit was not in it's box and there were numerous scratches on sides and front of range. It was very apparent it was either a floor model or a return. I called and told them that with the premium price for a wolf range, I expected it new, in box, and no defects. After several weeks of talking to them, sending pics, and getting nowhere, I told them I wanted to return the range and get my money back. It was only at this point that they offered to fix the front of the stove and refund me back the shipping costs. I agreed to that, but never received my refund of several hundred dollars for the shipping. I have called and spoke to their manager, Junior Nascimento, who assured me it was going to be sent. It has now been several months, and I can't get him or anyone else to return my phone calls or emails. Once again, nice product, but with other top of the line companies out there, I'd look elsewhere and avoid dealing with these people.

Braden Hodges: Beautiful store, great selection, but lacking in quality. I'm a bartender on South Beach. Bought the full cocktail set and rose ice molds. Cocktail shakers become loose when shaking. Ice molds take an inordinate amount of time to get the ice out after freezing. Nearly impossible to get the ice put intact. In short, pretty design without full functionality. Get ready for small irritations while making drinks.

Ines Rosen: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM WS I Have ordered 3 different items from William Sonoma and it’s a con! They give you a delivery date that is not truthful. WS usually can take up to 6 months to deliver an item. They usually give you a delivery date that is 2 weeks within the order but you’ll be lucky if you get your order in 6 months. When I wanted to CANCEL the order they wouldn’t plain and simple! They just said they won’t cancel the order because of something I signed in small print. Please be AWARE and avoid a nightmare!!!!

Bill Mace: Horrible store manager who lacks integrity. I called the store and spoke with the manager about in Nespresso Creatista Plus. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes while she placed one aside for me. I provided her my name and phone number and drove over from Doral. 45 minutes in traffic then i paid $5 for parking only to be informed they didn't have it contridicting what she told me. I requested the district managers contact info. I was provided with an email address that was incorrect as well as providing me a non-working phone number all on the store business card. Merrick Park had one in stock though it was not showing up on the web due to low quantities. Amazing customer service and I was provided with the correct information to speak with the district manager.

Rocco Ciavarella: Awesome customer service, me and my gf have been looking for the aquatic blue towels & stuff however their website is out of stock on them and most stores are also, we stopped by the Miami Beach Williams-Sonoma location after a few hours on the beach today and the staff there was excellent... They did not have the towels either, however they found them for us in new york city and had an order placed to have them shipped to us, excellent, could not expect more...I realize the location in Miami did not get credit for the new york sale drop-shipped to us, we will definitely visit this location in the future for my purchases...

Eric Rose: I’d like to first say that Steven was outstanding! When my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted by Steven and asked if we needed any help. We were looking for a complete appliance set for our new kitchen and after Steven asked us a little about our project, he then guided us to the proper appliances for our style of cooking and entertaining. Steven kept us informed as the appliances arrived to their warehouse and delivered everything on time all in perfect condition.
