Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. These guys are gangsters they take people for fools. The prices are inflated beyond reason and you get nothing. You are much better off going to Walmart, Best Buy or other department stores. These people sell barebone items for much more than you can get a complete set of items at other stores and they charge you more. Their selling techniques are course and not friendly when you tell them they are out of line. I also saw on a wall, not easily seen a sign that states that all items are final. I asked and they basically told me once item bought, I had no recourse for refund or exchange. Found that to be very convenient for them.

One of the individuals in the store was not wearing a protection mask and from the onset I felt uncomfortable. I then ask the salesperson at the counter the price for an action camera. He proceeded to push a model I did not want and tell me he would sell it at a discount. I checked on my phone and the price was inflated by over $100.00. When I confronted him, he became defensive and rude and told me he this was not an online store. I thanked him and walked out. I find people at this store rude and not truthful and gougers. I later found the same item at another store at a price equivalent to what I had on my phone. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store. To top it off all sales are final so if one has a problem with the item, good luck. What I also found later found is that you can get combo kits with all you need for way under his inflated price and on the inflated price item you get literally little for your money.

They also tried to sell a projector which they inferred would stream all TV channels from a satellite and no need for a cable subscription. Great deal etc and especially for you a good price!! Don’t fall for the spiel that they sold one earlier that day to some one from your country!!! The glass screen protector started peeling off that evening so I’m sure they replaced the actual screen with a third party screen -not completely flat- (which probably cost 10 dollars or less and they had charged me 299. If I had known the difference in cost I would have caused more of a stink later. Realising that I had prob been scammed but not realising how badly, I went back to get another screen protector at least. It was obvious that the screen replacement was at fault as they couldn’t get another protector to lie flat but when I said I knew they had replaced the screen with a third party one -they got highly defensive saying I had trust issues and then refused to speak to me. The worst was when Sharif ( or similar name) returned and started trying to get me to buy the projector again!!! We had already found out from texting a friend that he was lying through his teeth but that didn’t stop him . I got my money back but only for the screen protector and only after I advised another customer that I was not happy with their after sales service. Sorry for the long review - if you have read it to the end -great -I have been round long enough to know better but hope this might save someone else their well earned money!
