Jessie Jo: Customer Service seems amazing enough I guess they make you feel like your wrong when your not I brought my Microsoft Surface in to them because it wasn’t turning on. They told me they would have to take the keyboard apart to get inside and that the area around it may not stick together the same I said if that’s what needs to be done unaware that I would get it back with melted keys and for them to tell me oh well we told you… Which I was only aware of the adhesive not sticking the same not of the heat hun melting my buttons Also paid 150 to still get back a broken laptop They told me it’s just the charger it’s not the charger works fine I charged a friends laptop and it works fine I also have to keep a charger on the PC just to use it I’m lost on what’s actually gone wrong here but aye The CP is fully charged and I have to push down on one side just to get it to turn on I don’t want to return the cp for them to break anymore legs because it’s clear what was told to me wasn’t pure lies and I’m just take the lost of money and go somewhere else

I spoke to the person working with your computer, and I also checked all the notifications in the system, and there is a different picture from your comment. Our team is honest and we have to tell you the truth, and every step was communicated as well. 1) We asked permission to open the unit and let you know that the keyboard was glued in and there was a risk and you gave us permission because all your data was there. 2) After resetting all cables and testing your charger and measuring the power we determined that the charger was not sending enough power to your unit. The unit was Dead on Arrival (DOA) and we did everything possible to save your data as you mention, this is why we went far and beyond. The cost of the diagnostic, in that case, is $150.00 to do all the work to tell you that it was the charger not pulling enough power and that you need to change the power charger. I am sorry, one key ( backspace) does not look cosmetically right for you, and we are willing to replace it. The problem I see here is that we advised that this could happen, and this is why we don't see this review fair with the technician that performed the work and with our company that is always honest ( We didn't charge anything extra after all the work performed). Drone Permission: This is my third time using prime tech. My computer was slow and dirty and these guys told me exactly what I needed. They gave my custom built a tune up And replaced my WATER COOLING.Part: Water Cooling NZXT Kraken X53 --> I was able to order the part on Amazon and when I got the computer back it looked great and ran way better. They gave amazing prices and explained everything well.

Nandor was referred to me by our telecommunications vendor, and I am ecstatic that he did! I needed to update our company’s computers and software. Nandor assessed our company’s needs and recommended the appropriate computers and software. The following week he provided us with a detailed and very competitive proposal, along with an action plan. Within a week or so, he set-up the new computers, transferred data, programmed our sharing network, cleaned-up and eliminated unnecessary network components, added remote desktop connectivity, etc. Nandor’s knowledge, professionalism and dedication made the transition timely and seamlessly. Digital Rez: Johnny came to my apt in Miami Beach, assessed my 2 external HDs and was able to fix one of them pretty easily. I was able to save my data and export it to another drive as our utility tool warned the hard drive was dying. The other external hard drive was a lost cause because I opened it myself (DONT DO THAT!) but luckily I had most if not all of what I needed bc Johnny saved the drive and I also had an additional older backup. So 5 stars and it cost me just $200 where he coulda charged me way more! Cost depends on the issue with your drive of course. So 5 stars for this business for being masters of their craft, on time and very very professional !!!

Edwina Rosado: Jon was a lifesaver during an emergency situation. There was an error pop up message that wouldn’t go away and it looked as though my computer was in the verge of crashing. I needed my computer for a work event in less than 24 hours and therefore called PC Evolution. Jon assisted me by logging in remotely and fixed the issue in less than a few hours. Paula Powell: Diagnosed my computer problem for $35 and turned it around in 24 hours. Turns out my motherboard was toast, so they suggested I buy another computer rather than try and convince me to let them try and fix it. Not what I wanted to hear, but at least I know where I stand!

Greg Davis: Jon was extremely professional and was able to answer my call even on Sunday. As This was an emergency I needed it asap Jon understood and was able to book an appointment almost immediately. He explained what when wrong and was able to fix the issue in about an hour (the following morning it was seamless and super easy). The Price is what mostly everyone else charges so overall its a great service Jon provides.

I trusted this company with the labor of 2 computers. One was cosmetic damage which they fixed properly even though the part was hard to get, and the other one had its SSD changed and they performed a proper tune up. Theresa Sanders: Read about this on google, of course. Easy access and parking. These guys know their stuff. Truly knowledgeable and willing to discuss/teach. They saved my computer after it got a horrible virus (I DO use virus protection) and all of my data. The service was quick and the price was absolutely, shockingly reasonable. The next time I buy a PC, I will take it to them first and have them fine tune it to get the junk off that the companies put on them. Totally great experience.

Laura Ashleigh: I am a creative design professional and rely heavily upon my MacBook. Is it several years old now? Yes. But it’s my work-horse; dialed in and loaded with as much speed and memory as possible. I invested a lot in it. The day it became unusable (due to a video card/screen issue) I took it to a Mac store for repair. I was told that it was 1 year past what Mac would repair, and I should find a 3rd party. Ugh. They recommended (and now, so do I) Computer Repair Miami. I was so VERY grateful and pleased with not only the knowledge (especially Abraham, the owner) but the genuine care, thorough analysis and options provided for me to make the best decision to move forward. I’m happy to report I now have a 100% FULLY functional computer, and a new technical understanding of my device. Excellent repair. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Harold Bailey: Managed IT Services Miami really came through for me. I use my computer for work at a startup and every minute it is down is lost productivity. Dell, the owner arranged for me to bring it in when he opened and within a couple of hours was able replace the broken touchpad with a replacement unit I got from Dell (the computer manufacturer, not the owner). As fate would have it, the replacement unit was defective, but Dell (the owner) was able to combine parts off the old unit and the new defective unit to get a fully functional system. Even though he had to pull the computer apart a second time to address the defective part, he still got me the computer back quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be back again if I ever need computer repair.

Lawrence Bryant: Best ever! Brought in my old Mac Pro - RIP and they made my new Mac Pro an exact duplicate. I was so nervous/ being a photographer and having thousands of images I needed to preserve. Got it back the Same day as promised. Several days later they (John) hooked up my 2 new back up drives as I was not able to connect the old ones to the new Mac Pro since Thunderbolt is the new thing... Who knew... Great price for all work and John is definitely my go to person for all of my Mac needs. All good!

My laptops had issues with the charging port. 123 PC Solutions technician was so professional and he straight away pointed out that the charging ports are damaged. Ericka128: Bought my Dell Laptop back in 2015,last February it developed a RED VERTICAL LINE across the screen , i sent it to Dell to have it repaired on February 2021 , they had my Laptop for 30 days then i was told , they were going to send it back to me unrepaired because they dont have the part , i said OK fine . Then in April i got a call from Dell telling me they can repair my laptop , made a bunch of promises , so i sent my laptop yet again , SAME THING , they had my laptop for 30 days , then they said "We are sending your laptop back to you unrepaired because we dont have the part " , I WAS FURIOUS ! so i Said F..K IT ! and i looked for a repair place locally and to my luck i found 123 PC SOLUTIONS . Took my Laptop to them and in less than a week i had it in full working condition , they went ABOVE and BEYOND on making sure i was satisfied with their work and i am . I FULLY RECOMMEND 123 PC SOLUTIONS .
