David Vasquez: Very reliable and passionate people about the work they‘re doing. They don’t take no for answer and will try to guide you on every step they would take if you ask for it. It was my first time working with them as an international customer and can’t wait for more to come in near future.
Carolina Berdullas: Quality work, fast turn around, and very knowledgeable staff. They bring your vision to life. Loved working with them, will definitely recommend and come back for more. I had three different designs printed on shirts with them and embroidered hats as well. All amazing quality.
KROCAINE: I have printed two shirts with this company and must say i am extremely pleased with the results and with their attention to detail. It was only my first time making merch and they were extremely helpful and honest with how they explained the entire process to me. With my first design, they let me know that they wouldn’t be able to screenprint it but it would have to be digitally printed (DTG). Since they are a one stop shop, i was able to print with them even though it was not screenprinting. My next design was screenprinted and the results were just as amazing as the first print! I received nothing but great feedback from all my customers. I plan on printing all my future merch with them and i’m 100 percent confident they will perfectly execute my vision. Hands down the best and most professional print shop in miami.

Natalia Yepes: I decided I wanted a customized shirt for a 5K I was going to run TWO days before leaving to Hawaii (I know very short notice). I went into Stares Group at noon on a Tuesday looking to find out pricing and get a simple t-shirt. Jose went above and beyond! He designed a shirt for us that had a Miami theme, added our names to the back, and made sure they were performance material so we would be comfortable running the 5K. Best part: not only were they affordable they were finished the next day! Very professional, and we love the shirts. Thank you for everything.

Angie Gabriel: I contacted Stares Group for a last minute order of shirts on a Wednesday and they did not disappoint. We wanted some shirts for a race that would have our logo on them and not only was it all done to my specific requests but they were able to offer them in a dry-fit material AND have them ready for Friday of that week. In two days they were able to produce beautiful shirts that were comfortable and durable. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

Ernel Riveron: This place is the best custom embroidery and print shop in all of Miami! I came in last minute with a huge dilemma and Jose took care of everything! He personally designed two sweaters for me! He went through the trouble of looking for the designs, designing the fonts from scratch, making sure it worked out with the sweater design, and even offered suggestions I had never thought of. Overall great experience and will definitely be putting them to work on custom clothes for me in the near future.

First and foremost we have not received any payment from Greynold's Park Elementary or the Educator Mrs.Dorkins - secondly as per the countless emails in regards to production time- YOU where unable to provide the necessary documents and information required to complete and order in the time requested This review in fact is simply a reflection of the errors that where made on your behalf which we have no control over; We are sorry that your lack of preparation has upset your students; however we did everything in our power to render the service requested including contacting the school to no avail and we hope that creating this fake account under a false name to shed negative light on this company brings you the Happy Ending you desired

Brendan Cummins: I drove 30 minutes this morning to arrive at their 10am opening time after advertising same day printing over the phone. The shop then remained closed until 10:30, and was even forced to wait an additional hour prior to being helped. Upon waiting an additional hour, they let me know they are not actually able to do same day printing!

Couture Europe: Expensive embroidery. 90$ just to put your logo in the computer You will never will recover that money. If you ask for your , file they will ask you 300$ more. After that only one cap will be like 20$ each . It is up to you.!

Katherine Zaensi: I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. You would think that when THEY make an error they would make the customer happy and correct it. (Incomplete orders, wrong placement of logos, delayed production) The attitude of the manager is very rude. None of our businesses will continue ordering here. Edit to add—> The company is Prime claims and Aquara.
Response: we are very sorry about this situation, but we do not have in our record your name or our staff do not remember any problem with one of our customer. It is impossible wrong placement of logos because client have to approve artworks before printing, incomplete order no sense! Our Manager is out of town now so what attitude of Who? Why you do this?

I contacted literally all t-shirt printing company stores in Miami a late Thursday night and they were first to response that very next day--Friday morning. I needed over 150 shirts printed by the following Friday and they went above and beyond my expectations. I changed the order like three times and they were so patient and understanding with me. I even forgot I had to pick them up on the day they were ready so they called me to remind me and waited for me an hour after they closed so I can pick up the shirts. They delivered exactly what I wanted which I was worried about since I had never used them before. Will definitely use them again & again & again!
