getlittlehaiti: terrible- group supper political - not what it appears to be- this is not ti help victims as they claim - they will use you and your problem and victimize you even more - stay away - they wont tell you the truth - they won't warn you that because you deal with them they will have to put all your information on google making your very private affair -most likely you where victimized by several situations - for everyone to see at a glance - yes its all public records but you won't be warned of this - they will do anything to win against the police so be careful if you are fragile and was in a bad situation because they will do anything for numbers -NOT FOR YOU _ will mislead you, will go against your wishes , won't answer emails or calls for months and will do as they please with your life !!! they claim( their attorney told me this ) that once you agree to deal with them they have every right to pursue the case against the police even tho you might ask them not to - They also won't tell you this upfront - they told me this after i found out they pursued my case WITHOUT my consent - i am very upset about this - i feel violated in every way as i just said,they might even try your case without you knowing that they did till you see it later on on gloogle ! this happened to me the do NOT care about you, the citizen , they are just abusers and will force their will upon you like it or not - i asked them to stop the process , the investigator - mrs. Albert- told me" she had put too much effort into it to stop" - and she went ahead without my consent and without telling me - before during or after !!!!! when i found out they have had every excuse , or even no explanation about their actions finally got their attorney to tell me that they could because they have every right to - apparently i lost my rights by starting this process with them -they are as powerful as the state attorney and can process with a case agains a persons will - i don't fully believe this - but he is sticking to it i guess no one said such a thing before ---- so BE warned there is no way out the chair person is super rude and unprofessional telling me she worked a lot and late nights and "didn't have time for me " took me over a month to even get anyone to answer my emails or calls - or get her name or contact info - BE careful before you use this group , think very carefully they won't be any turning back for you , and will be caught up in another obscure dark political group where you are just a number !!! i can go on and on and on but this is a good start -

D A: Mrs Austin was a great representative and a super helpful supervisor helping me to register my new electric car for HOV lane as soon as title was recorded by the State of Florida. Everything was done fast and professional for me. Parking is indeed expensive there but at least I got a great customer service by their staff. Please make sure you see their hours of operations and try to come at least 1 hour before closing just in case if they have too many people there. Thank you again for a good customer service!

Gregory Stubbs: Their hours of operations are short and aukey times. Long lines and you’re being charged every 30 minutes for parking. When you finally see one of the staff they want to point out a error that was listed on no website and tell you to come back. This has to be the den of the most slow, rude and sloppy looking county employees in the State of Florida.

pablo guzman: Be ready to wait in line for hours. It doesn't matter what time or day of the week you arrive this place is always the same. Full. Our tax dollars at work. Can't the government build more efficient offices? Even to pay you have to wait and if you pay online there's an additional fee. Is all about the money. Useless.

Keenan Moukarzel: Very clean facility, very nice and courteous staff, had no issues getting my vehicle registration transferred. 5 stars all the way! Especially compared to Virginia...

Danni Marti: Only with appointments, but almost impossible to get by phone! Keep trying....

Abel Fernandez: I went there today, March 29, 2022 with my fiancée. We had an appointment for 11:30 a.m. The security guard that calls people inside from the parking lot didn't let me in, only her. Once inside, the guard was hitting on her and asked her for her phone number. I'm sure there are more professional security companies in Miami that the Social Security Administration can hire.

Carles Rodriguez: Overall it was OK. I had an appointment at 9AM, they opened the doors by 9:15AM and kept me waiting till 9:30AM. This being said, once they called me it was pretty smooth.

Victoria L: Impossible to get through. No one answers the phone. The line is constantly busy. Most frustrating experience. Completely useless! A total waste of time.

SSS SSS: Worst service ever. They give appointment and when you arrive there, u are not in the list. Workers never follow up or call you back. Elderly people leave the office crying because nothing was resolved. I am looking forward to formally complaint about this bad costumer service.

Tianyu Ma: As an international alien which allowed to work in United States, I visited the Social Security Administration in August to apply my social security card. It was my first time so I had to go there in person. Most of the Social Security Administration has suspended their in person service during COVID-19 so I thought it could be a hard time for me to keep calling the Social Security Administration. To my surprise, I called them for two times and leave my information to the representatives who picked up my phone call. Then I received a call back from the manager the next day saying when they were okay for me to come in person. On the phone call, the manager is really professional on telling me what documents I need to bring and where I can find it. During my visit, the guard is really strict on keeping the amount of the people to stop the spread. Overall, I would like to say they did an excellent work during this pandemic period. I haven't saw any review during this period so I hope my review can help people.

Cristina Mieth: I went today with my mom for her interview, she was really nervous. Officer Avellan, O disrespected her. He told her not to show up again if she didn't know how to speak proper English because she was wasting their time. And also he said that she does not have to pay anything for that as if they were paying for her. Horrible costumer service.

DJoumbarey Moreau: The USCIS District Office is such a good place because they keep it cleaned and well maintained. Also, I love the fact that there is ample parking for everyone at the building. It helps with the flow of traffic.

catalina zapata: I went there for 2 days in a row. 1 for my citizenship interview which was great and she was extremely nice, then I had to come back to reschedule my ceremony day and I thought they were going to give me hard time but actually it worked out better for me because they schedule my ceremony 2 days after. Yes! Expect to be there 2 hours because they take care of hundreds of people everyday with different cases, specially if you go there without an appointment. But it was all worth it Great service.

Anabella Huergo: Why do the security guard think they can be rude to the ones that pay their salary. Fast service but only one gentleman was courteous efficient and treated us with respect. Supervisors teach your employees to be respectful,informative because being rude do not make them efficient.

Olga Monson: I am so grateful for a special treatment i received at the center. I am a week from giving birth, so they let me go without the line for my biometrics and the whole process took no longer than 15 minutes from start to finish. Very friendly staff!

bebeth Germain: These people are very very very rude. I've been to this office on several occasions and its always the same sorry. One of the officers asked one of the customers, what language she was speaking because the customer had an accent, mind you the customer was speaking english, which everyone could clearly understand, she just had an accent. it's Miami where people have accents. The wait time is ridiculous. over 4 hours wait for the infopass appointment just for them to render no HELP. They never know anything. This office is a joke and a waste of time. Also they have NO RESPECT for immigrants. They don't even deserve that 1 star. I don't go out of my way to write reviews but after the treatment i received and i've seen many others receive, it was only right.

Lior Friedman: With these places, all you wanna do is get in and out. This place runs a lot faster then expected from an agency. The officers are helpful and the naturalization ceremonies are fun to be a part of. I mean, if you go here it's because you have to, but this place runs smooth so it's OK

ramon salgado: Ridiculous wait time. I had an appointment at 1115. I arrived 15 minutes earlier and 4 hours later I'm still waiting. Completely unacceptable. There's absolutely no reason for this. No one even takes the time to explain or even talk to you

Joel Júlio: The application support center for biometrics opens at 8 am not 7 like the rest of the office so don't waste your time like I did coming at 7 am. Security here is a joke, checked my bag, emptied for having tweezers only to tell,me that I had to take the tweezers out of the building.

Mack Lubin (Mac): I have to say, by looking at the reviews, I was skeptical about my experience at this office. But from the moment I walked in, everyone including the security personnel was friendly. I was helped by Mrs. Roman who went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I have absolutely no complaints. Being a former employee at the bank has shown me the importance of customer service. This place has that.

Leiana Helms: Very thankful for their patience with my hearing disability. Hours say they open at 9am but people are in line by 8am. I was there a little after 8 and the line started moving at 8:40am but didn’t get into sign up til 9am then waited an hour to be seen. All done by 11am.

Heriberto Arias: Bad service You, You can stay for more than 2 or 3 hours and you can ask no one at the park, they respond with a bad attitude. It is not important if you arrived at 9 AM because you do not have appointments, they leave you until noon or master as if they are giving you a punishment so that you never come back.

John Miller: Tried calling to get an appointment for something that according to the social security website must be done in person. Phone system eventually leaves you hanging. Hanging as in no tone, no hold cue, just static. Then called the number listed on the social security.gov website for making appointments and was told by the person on the phone that I need to call the office number. If this wasn’t time sensitive it would almost be humorous

Yasmin Martínez De La Rosa: I am a wedding officiant in Miami Dade and Broward counties and I've had an amazing experience every time I've stopped by to drop off completed marriage licenses. Even on days when there's a line, the staff is attentive and caring which to me is an extremely important set of qualities to possess in this industry.

Juice Corozzo: Don't believe them!!! They told me we can have a civil ceremony there, in a small room..the clerk acknowledged it 3 times before I finally stopped her during the "I do's" and was like our family drove 1500 miles to be here, we wanted the ceremony like told we could have on the phone. NOPE, family wasted their gas/time. Very impersonal. Pay. Sign. Raise hand. Repeat. Leave. Family cant witness. No civil ceremony. No one allowed in waiting area except couples getting married. If you want to know what to expect on your special day...imagine going to the DMV to renew tags..but with security stricter than TSA (literally, I fly with my lighter/smokes, TSA has no issues...but Miami-Dade makes you throw away)

Mohamed Mneimneh: Very organized and great customer service! Me and my wife got married here and the clerk Nadia really went above and beyond making it super easy as well as going above and beyond by taking pictures for us.

Kate Mannion: Extremely easy. If you are from out of state, you do not need to get a lisence before hand. Just show up get your license and they can marry you right away.

Yamirle Lopez: Was married today!!! Really nice young man helped us excellent customer service skills!!! My only complaint was iur appt was at 11:00 we go to 19 floor room full of people waiting to be processed all wearing masks though. Then simeone says your behind me!!! 5 people ahead of us!!!! What is the point of givng appointments???? 3 people working window????*

Gaby Gorman: Amazing company! Our mother was coming home from a 2 month stay at the hospital and we were unable to be with her immediately. Sonia was wonderful in getting everything we needed including 24 hour care. The aides have made my mother so comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

SB Cirillo: Synergy Home Care is so exceptional. My Dad has Alzheimers and my Stepmom has Parkinsons with Lewy body Dementia. The two of them are living at home and are a huge challenge. Synergy has provided in home care 2 during the day and 2 at night for years. Sonia the Director knows exactly what is needed. Excellent service with making meals, bathing, watching out for no falls, etc. You name it they do it. My parents are safe and happy. My hope is to keep them at home as long as possible and enjoy the sunsets. I recommend Synergy highly.

Ariela: I was solely responsible for overseeing the poorly given service this company provided for my parents I found shady billing practices from the start after 6 weeks when I requested the Paperwork and application that were never given to them showing the excessive charges 23.50 per hour plus 47.00 on holidays never verbally told them either The caregivers never gave them weekly sign off sheets as all other home health companies provide hourly charges to verify instead use mobile electronically submitted directly to company in which they padded the billing on both ends They also did not honor the time frame requested to suit my parents needs and or have a qualified caregiver to deal with one patents dementia I would strongly advise looking elsewhere in Miami if you value the safe and honest care for your family

The four hour lecture counts as CLE, if you are a lawyer (which I'm not). And the people who spoke took a pretty tedious topic and made it interesting. The lecture space is a tad uncomfortable but they noted an upgrade on the horizon. #Miami

Christopher Racine: Premier offers a professional, friendly, and attentive staff along with two fully equipped board rooms, a clean and fully stocked break room, comfortable waiting area, clean offices with amazing views. Located in the iconic Miami Tower, just off the 95 freeway allows for easy access to and from our office. The sky lobby is a great place to relax and take in the incredible views. With a gym and two cafe's you just can't go wrong.

Jason Laurent: We are impressed with Premier Business Centers and their professional staff. We were able to move our business into 6 private offices in less than 24hrs without any hiccups. The General Manager and the administrative staff are very helpful and supportive to our business needs. The offices are clean and have amazing views. Did I mention this location is in one of the most prestigious buildings in Downtown Miami? Client Service Coordinator Natasha Gutierrez, is no different, extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. I work out of the 100 SE 2nd St., Suite #2000 location. The offices and conference rooms are beautiful, tenants are courteous, rates are reasonable and refreshments (including coffee) are provided daily. Easy access to I-95, restaurants, the building includes a gym and additional amenities. I have looked at quite a few executive shared offices spaces over the years. Premier Business Centers platform and provided services in my view are unmatched.

Julio Iraola: Never forget that you only have one opportunity to make a first impression - with investors, with customers, with PR, and with marketing. Premier Business Centers at the Miami Tower have always left a fantastic first impression on our customers and vendors who have had the opportunity to walk through their doors. T H: Warning!! Terrible company, do not rent an office here! go to Regus or any other offices around here to receive a better more reasonable terms. They charge you $200 at the end of the agreement to hold your mail hostage. plus they charge you an outrages $200 "cleaning fee" to vacuum the office. in addition, they do not allow USPS mail forwarding! so if you get in, forget about leaving, you are locked hostage. They provide you "free" rent in the first year, and the 2nd year they sticking it to you hard! not to say they "make" you pay for services, internet, phone, parking and coffee outrages prices even if you dont need it.
