Marissa Herring: I live in New Jersey and it was my mom's birthday, she lives in Miami. I called and I got so lucky, Jenny took care of me. I described my mom's personality and things she likes. Jenny made a gorgeous gourmet basket. She texted me the pictures to approve the basket. It was more than I can hope for. She delivered on time and my mother was amazed. She sent me pictues and couldn't believe how beautiful the basket was with all the items she loves. Jenny's Gourmet Gift Baskets saved the day!
Harry Lovelace: Our friends were visiting Miami to celebrate their 30th anniversary, so my wife and I wanted to surprise them with a gift basket at their hotel. It was a last minute idea, and therefore a last minute order, but no problem at all for Jenny. She was very personable and helpful when I placed the order and assured me she would handle the delivery needed within hours. She contacted the hotel to make delivery arrangements, only to find out I had given her the wrong hotel. The correct one was quite a bit further than the first one, but she said it was no problem at all to deliver. Our friends were thrilled with the quality and arrangement of the basket. For excellent service and exceptional quality, we highly recommend Jenny's Gourmet Gift Baskets!

Linda Ramunni: Jenny made a wonderful basket for me on short notice. It was a culmination of everything I had asked for; a combination of healthy fruits and snacks, cheese and crackers, but fun things for the kids too and chocolates. Everything was perfect with some unique gourmet items included too. I even had Drizly deliver a bottle of Caymus and she added it to the basket so she’s flexible and personalizes it for you. It was just beautiful and the recipient raved about it and said it was amazing. Jenny works with you and sends you pictures so you can decide what you want in the basket or not in the basket. She did this even though I requested a 24 hour turn around. I give very high marks to Jenny’s Gourmet Gift Baskets.

I wish I could give her 10 stars for what she did. I always try to support small business when I can, and recently I was celebrating a work anniversary for someone on my team. I searched and found this place where I called was greeted by her over phone and asked me to text her for some ideas she wanted to share. Needless to say after a few minutes we figured out what I needed and she took care of the wrapping and delivery as well. Best customer service and super attentive. Veronica Santos: I sent the healthy box to my sister in Miami who was sick. I am in Colombia and did not want to use the typical gift baskets that are offered on line. This was perfect!! The products are top quality, the packing was impecable and best of all the customer service was super personalized. my opinion: Things Havana, and, things Cuba, with a mix of Miami and Miami Beach. Prices are little more expensive than I would like but it is a great shop for souvenirs. I would recommend this location.

Alana Walker: Loved the Art Deco Walk. But, the best stop for sure was the Offical Art Deco Gift Shop!! Not only did it have the most incredible, unique and funky stuff that made perfect for gifts for my family, but Iris was wonderful enough to give us a private tour and helped me find perfect items for everyone. I thought I was completely out of luck with all of the same Surf Style shops on every corner, but finding this gem saved me from showing up with the same cheesy suveniours as everyone else. I now have thoughful and one of a kind gifts that will help us and our family remember this trip to Miami forever! Please never change this place! It should stay funky and fun!! A literal oasis for all things actually art deco! Thank you so much Iris, you made our trip special and made my whole day special because you took a chance on us! The young woman of the shop is adorable, super funny and gave me lots of addresses and tips for my stay, and the selection of rooms inside is ultra dense! A real museum! The prices are not given, but it's what brings back a piece of authentic Miami! (Original) Oh la la cette boutique ! Une merveille qui se tient à côté du musée Art Deco (tout aussi intéressant). La jeune femme de la boutique est adorable, super drôle et m'a donné plein d'adresses et conseils pour mon séjour, et la sélection de pièces à l'intérieur est ultra dense ! Un vrai musée ! Les prix ne sont pas donnés, mais c'est ce qui permet de ramener un morceau du Miami authentique !

Denny Ulpierre: Went to the store to get a gift wrapped, The person there said the "Gift Wrap Specialist" was not in today, What is the point of going to a gift wrapping store if the only employee there does not even know how to gift wrap? I can buy gift wrapping paper anywhere. If this is really a gift wrapping boutique then everyone there should be able to know how to wrap gifts Waste of my time.

We are very focused on providing the best customer service and if you give us a chance and contact us via phone at 305-209-0063, email or in person we will try to do our best to resolve the delay and have your present wrapped! Due to summer vacations of our employees, our Brickell location is temporary closed for gift wrapping on Fridays in July. However, we do offer complimentary pick-up and delivery of your item, so unless it is a very urgent on the spot job, we would be happy to pick your item up and deliver it next day. Both free of charge. Also our Aventura location is open daily with Aventura mall business hours, and we are offering our gift wrapping service on the spot there too.
