Msdulie Msdulie: I got my baby boy this crib. Customer service was ok but i felt i was getting watched then helped. Like the day i had to pick up my baby crib this one lady refused for me and my husband to walk around the store to see more things that i wanted to buy that. She literally walked after me and my husband and told us to only stand in the front and wait till the guy from the back to bring our baby crib. I felt so sad because of the way i was treated because I'm a black Hispanic doesn't mean i would of stole something. So i took my business to somewhere .

Jennifer Eye: This baby accessory and supply company did a great job selling me a baby armoire that I had been searching for at a reasonable price. They also emailed me not long after my order to let me know when it was going to be shipped out to me. Ideal Baby & Kids shipped it with a good fright line company, too. The package arrived in pristine condition on a new delivery truck. The shipping company, Old Dominion, also called me ahead of time to set up an appointment to have my item dropped off at my house. Overall, I am very happy with his baby company!
Coach Pat: Nice store. They have some things that are hard to get (school shoes). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The gentleman working there was very patient, he brought different sizes to try out and his recommendations were spot on. Prices arw good on some things. Parking is on the rear and it's limited spaces. It is in a good corner, you can't miss it while driving.
Elbita Silva: Nice selection of products, beautiful and pleasant environment. The staff has always been great to me and my family. Plus they offer gift wrapping which is great. Parking is free and it's never packed. The prices are a little pricey.

Michelle: Terrible customer service! Buyer beware! I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an online order on 3/26. Don't use the contact us on their website, you'll never get a response. On 4/5, after several phone call attempts, I was finally able to get a hold of someone. He said that the product was discontinued from the manufacturer, so they would not be able to fulfill my order. He said he would cancel my order and refund my card. I never received an email confirmation. A week later on 4/12, after not seeing a credit on my card, I tried calling over and over. No one would answer the phone. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then this place lied to my credit card company and said I never cancelled my order. On 5/14, I tried calling again and the lady that answered was so rude! She said lady you called the store, you have to call back tomorrow at 11. I kept asking for someone to help me with my online order and she kept telling me to call back tomorrow. My husband tried calling in Spanish and got the same runaround to call back tomorrow. So we did and surprise, surprise, no answer. I even had my father-in-law drive by the store in Miami and it was closed. I'm still trying to get a refund from this place, so don't bother ordering from them. They'll take your money and run. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Lori Rankin: It’s the WORST experience ever! I ordered an item over a month ago and still no sign of it being shipped. The money came out of my account immediately. I called and they said here was a delay because of the color and the item is difficult to get in the color I ordered. Now they won’t return my emails and can’t get in touch with them by telephone. It says the number is no longer available so I made another account with another email and was able to call but the person wasn’t able to understand me because she didn’t speak English. Don’t EVER order from these people!

Sevilla: They don't have a lot of staff in the mornings, which i understand as someone who has worked retail, however, the fact that they do returns, exchanges, and store pickup in the one or two registers open makes a 5 minute purchase a 30 minute ordeal. I learned how to do a Google review and post this waiting in line. They need to have a dedicated line for just purchases.
Tremayne Mccrary: My wife and I finally fell in love with a stroller for our upcoming baby girl. Seen it on display for $674 got it down just for the manager to tell us we can’t buy it. Because it’s an display item. Even though it had a price tag on it. “The manager response was because it’s just to show us the price of the item”. If item is now discontinued and you can’t order it online. They don’t have any in the store why is it up for display?

Some of the employees were quite helpful but there was a particular guy near strollers session who pretty much didn't care about answering questions and his lack of care made us leave without buying anything that we had put on our cart.
Erika Villarreal: I have been to this store at various hours and various days (weekdays, weekends) and the line is always long and SUPER slow. I hate to see extremely pregnant women standing in line for so long. I purchased a humidifier for my daughter last week because she had a terrible cold. I got it home and when I went to set it up, I noticed that it had obviously already been returned as defective because it didn’t turn on. I wouldn’t be surprised if they put it right back on the shelf to sell it because it was still wet inside. Unfortunately it’s the only BUYBUY Baby store anywhere near here, otherwise I wouldn’t go there at all.
Patrick Camm: I am giving this store two stars because the employees are nice, but just about everything we touched was broken. How are you going to test recliners if they do not function. Good luck trying to match strollers and car seats. I recommend driving to the one in Pembroke Pines, it is a lot cleaner and the things function properly.
Nathaly Galdamez: My online order was canceled. I called customer service to help me out with the canceled product and this "customer service lady" was not able to help out in any way. The best she could do is give me a 20 dollar coupon when I originally saved 100 dollars on the baby crib I had ordered that was canceled on their part. I wasted 45 minutes on the phone with a lady that did not help me at all. This place has lost a customer. She did not want to honor another baby crib for me and did not even try to help me out. Very unhappy with their customer service.

Melissa Luces: I came here looking for something traditional to bring our son home from the hospital in once he’s born, they had what we were looking for and more. The quality of the items they carry as well as the customer service exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and we left with some beautiful items for our son who will be born later this month as well as for my 4 year old daughter. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
Carla: I went in to buy a knit set as a gift for my baby brother a few months ago . The ladies there went above and beyond trying to help me find something that matched what I was looking for. The store itself has a beautiful selection of traditional baby clothes and they're of higher quality than you'd find find mass produced in Target, Walmart, etc. Will definitely be back once my munchkins arrive!

Paul Francisco: We have been using our Toppy Toddler bibs for a week now and are very impressed. We ordered two packs of multiple colors and our son likes them. We like them so much that we have designated 2 green ones to be permanently left on our boat (matches the canvas color) and the rest are for at home/travel. Here are some of the benefits we have seen since we started using our Toppy Toddler Bibs: • The shoulder clasp is not directly behind the head which makes it easier for parents to put on and take off either from the front or from behind the child. • The shoulder clasp is not Velcro so the child cannot pull the bib off him/herself • Waterproof and easy to clean (wash and dry easily in washer/dryer) • Larger size to catch drips of food that do not land on the high-chair tray or for art projects • Bright colors which reinforce color recognition for toddlers (we ask our son to pick out which color he wants to wear, or we ask him to get the color we mention to wear) • Lightweight material and takes up extraordinarily little space for packing/travel We highly recommend these bibs to parents and schools, early childhood educational departments, and children’s art centers.
William Clements: The Toppy Toddler bibs are the best that I have used for my two boys. They are very durable and long-lasting. Even after years of use with my two sons, I was able to give one of my Toppy Toddler bibs to a friend for his young toddler. The owner is very friendly and reasonable.

raquel pena: These bibs are very usefully. You get the full coverage of your toddlers clothing and it is so simple to clean. They are thin and feel like a layer of fabric. This means my toddler is able to eat without fussing with it. Thicker plastic bibs distract her. Worth every penny!

I️ didn’t expect my money back just a simple exchange to not throw away $25 down the drain since the size is too small. I’m a loyal costumer and spend a lot of money in this store. No excuse for the terrible service and excuses they came up with. I’m very disappointed in the children’s s place for hiring such unhelpful employees.

Every time I come they never have anything at all left all you see is see empty shelves An the sizes that I am looking for are never in stock ... very disorganized and the sale rack aren’t really sales they just reduce it from the original price which isn’t really a bargain if you ask me . Many times I got home and when I check clothes that are dirty had stains in it . Overall this location needs to do better in every area an have more cashiers on busy days Better stock cause there’s never anything left everytime I come You can’t ask for anyones help there cause they speak no English and look at you with a face when you trying to explain something An they answer you in Spanish, .last time I checked this is America and they always pull the race card on me when I kindly ask them to speak English . Please do better there’s people who really spend money here like myself who spend thousands every year an can’t get decent customer service here . Will appreciate it thanks .
556 Reaper: Horrible customer service. Two cashiers, one is half awake and the other wasn’t even taking clients. This place has the most incompetent staff ever, don’t waste your time here because they’ll make sure to have you waiting forever in line.

It’s the elegance and quality of their gowns that makes YoYo Boutique unique. Their service was amazing and helped by putting on the outfits on my baby themselves. They certainly know how to treat babies and anyone who walks into their shop. My son’s baptism is coming up and I’m already envisioning his first communion. They’ve gained a client.

As soon as I got to the store, someone greeted me at the door and helped me find what I came in for. While the shoes were not in stock at the time, they took down my information for when the shoes did come in stock. They were really friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I have also purchased from the store online and the clothing came in quickly and beautifully wrapped.

Anthony Lazzaro: We love this store! We love the fact that the clothes are unique, but not at the price that often comes attached to clothes this unique or different. The quality is excellent, and unless our kids grow too fast, these will last a very long time. The staff and ownership are extremely friendly and take the time to put outfits together so you really get an excellent bang for your buck. The atmosphere is also quite beautiful and our kids love the entire process. In other words, no stress!! Can't recommend them enough. Great job! :)

Ana Banos: I ordered a monogrammed newborn set and a crib pillow. Waited for the order for 2 months and had to call repeatedly to make sure I had the order in time for my son’s birth. The owner of the store “promised” each time that I would receive it before the due date. Finally, 2 days before I went to the hospital, the order arrived (I lived out of state) but it was missing the crib pillow. I called multiple times and again the owner said “it was done and was going to be shipped out. One whole year later, I am still waiting for my crib pillow. I will never again buy from this shop and I have told all my mommy friends to stay away. Unethical business.
