I’m very particular and Lauren took her time to help me make the best selections. She was indispensable and I never felt rushed. They use only the best products for preventive art conservation, they are very generous with their knowledge, and they put the same great care into each piece they frame, whether it’s a truly huge Lichtenstein or someone’s personal memento. They go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. Enrique is simply the best. I am happy to have met each person there. I would also like to mention that I’m not receiving anything for this review other than a good feeling for sharing a great find. I highly recommend them.

Laura Cardona: So there are many things I love about I’ve been framed aside from the quality of their frame work. I am always impressed by the quality of art that they sell. They have beautiful art to buy as well. The art at other frames stores looks like they got picked out of a garage sale but at I’ve Been Framed they have actual art from well known artists and is available for purchase. They also have an art space next door where they hold events too. I was thoroughly impressed.

Not only did they stay open after closing time for me multiple times, they also personally dropped off my canvas to my apartment building when they heard that I didn't have a car. They were really accommodating to my needs and budget - providing advice on how to frame my canvas so that it wouldn't develop mold. Gabriela Paredes-briceno: I came to frame an art work and the associates were all coughing sneezing- they were all sick. I really didn't wanted to get into a discussion by reporting them to the manager on duty, but I made this post publicly because is important to know that in times of pandemic, to keep staffing associates that are not in good health even if is a cold- IS NOT OK - plus they were not wearing the mask inside the store- they put its on when I stepped into the store- This location I'm talking about is the one in 8th street Calle Ocho. To put the cherry on top of the ice cream, the service of one of the associates was so poor she didn't wanted to help me, she was like rushing me to pick a frame, their prices are very high and I understand that's the price but I was looking for recommendation that can adjust to my budget, finally another associate end up helping me and I left my paint there just because I really liked a frame they have. Today is January 11th and I haven't heard back not even an email or a call to give an update about my art work service. What an awful service for real.

We take all necessary precautions and follow all CDC requirements in order to maintain our staff and our clients safe. We tests on a regular basis in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. As I recall you were here before the holidays to get your artwork framed. You receive a quote by the same sales person and seemed happy but decided to get other quotes. You returned January 4th and I recall the sales person took her time, and was with you for almost an hour to assist you. I am glad you were able to find a frame you really liked and within your budget. We pride ourselves in our customer service and creating long term relationships with our clients. Stay Safe!
Eric Kaufman: This is the best place to get your stuff framed in Miami. Christina, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and really helps you design your frame to be the best it can be. I have brought many valuable things here over the years from Andy Warhol prints to very rare rock n roll signed memorabilia and they have always done a tremendous job and framed my valuable pieces safely, with protection in mind. Tahira Jamil: I bought a few primed and stretched canvas at this location in Wynwood. The stretchers are very solid. I ordered interlocking. They are more expensive than the regular stretchers but I’m glad I did. The quality is incredible. They fold and collapse if I need to ship the artworks.

Gina lanzalaco: If I could give a negative star I would! This place is extremely hard to get a hold of, VERY unprofessional, rude and doesn’t care about the customers needs. The owner Javier is EXTREMELY RUDE and takes no consideration of the customers needs and very inconsiderate. I’ve been jumping through hoops with them. The information on their website is WRONG! Address is wrong, along with hours. There’s no email to contact them as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

ryan: they do a very solid job of framing things like diplomas or stretching canvas art you already own. credit where credit is due. aside from that, don't expect any amount of friendliness or accommodation from the staff. if the owner gets the vibe you can't afford his in stock art, he won't give you the time of day.

This is a custom frame shop that appears to handle mostly high-end art, so I felt a bit silly when I walked in needing a frame for a concert poster. The owner was very helpful and gave me a very good price. The framing was done while I waited and the final product was amazing! Additionally, they even fixed a do-it-yourself framing I'd done with a shadow box for free. Talk about going above and beyond!! Please consider supporting this local business especially while all the construction is going on in Brickell. They are open for business and no project is too small!

Juan Quintero: I was once brought over to Frame Art by my father-in-law who wanted to show me this place. I found art in this shop from $50 bucks all the way up to a $280k original Monet painting. I also saw a Botero painting on the wall going for $250k. I kept coming to this place to simply look at the art gallery (not to buy anything but simply to recreate my mind). There are al least 2000 paintings in this place. The owner offered me scotch a couple times and was super nice, even when busy and knowing I wasn't buying anything. I finally went back last week to frame my wedding pictures. My budget only allowed to get my wedding pictures framed in a beautiful silver frame at Super low cost. Great deal! Great job on service, location, parking and I'm so happy you did not let Brickell City Center take over your space because then we would not be able to afford the framing.

Daryl Axelrod: I have had several items framed and two large canvases restretched over the past several years. Work of Art does a great job and is very reasonably priced. They work with you to ensure that the framing/mats look great and don't try to upsell you on products. The picture I included in my review is of two original watercolor pieces done with a floating mat.

Elizabeth Franzmann: I requested a quote for restoration of a sculpture that was meant as a gift for my husband. I gave an exact deadline and was told they could do it, but needed to see the art. They instilled confidence. OI dropped the work off promptly and was told I would get a call with a quote in a day or so. A week passed without a call. After many calls on my end, I was able to get through. After several more calls, and days, and excuses, I received a quote which was well over the maximum I said I would pay. I have no real idea regarding the quality of their work because we did not get that far and their work was not on display in the “gallery”. This experience was just a big energy sap for me. I walked out with my art, both of us still broken.

I love it. I also had other pieces hung - or rehung appropriately. It makes a big difference to have pieces hanging straight centered amd at the right height. Highly recommend

Randall B: After moving,I called my frame shop and asked for help hanging about 20 pieces. They said they would call me back with an estimate later in the week. In the meantime I looked on Google and found iart. Andres said he would come the next morning to see and give estimate. I got his estimate that afternoon and found it reasonable. We agreed to do the job on Friday. The next day other frame shop called and gave estimate without seeing job; 3 times the price! for the following week. Needless to say Andres came with 2 helpers and finished the job in 6 hours. These guys care. That’s all I’m going to say. 5 stars ⭐️

Matt Haber: I’m sorry to say this store has lost my business. Last weekend, I attended an event at the store designed to promote some new paints they had in stock. While there, the instructor spilled paint on my clothes, ruining them. I asked for reimbursement or store credit to cover the cost of replacing the clothes but was refused by staff. For context, I spent $250 at this store in the last month alone. The amount I requested to be reimbursed was less than 1/5 of what I'd spent. No apology was offered and the manager would not even speak with me that day. (I stopped by in-person yesterday to try one more time, however the manager was out.) As a result, I feel like individual customers don't matter here. It's a pity. I was really excited to have an art store located so close to me. But why should I continue to support a local business that doesn't support me? Although it's further away, I'll return to the Artist & Craftsman Supply in Little Havana where I know I'm a valued customer.

They are, indisputably, the finest in this profession. Fabio, the owner, is extremely patient, professional, and emphatically diligent in his work. Customers are treated royally and, best of all, charged super economical. We would not go anywhere else!

Gerardo Cruz: Came in memorial day weekend with a painting that broke. Drove down from Georgia just for this painting. A friend of our told my wife and I about this place. He said that they would fix it. To our surprise, Fabio was more than helpful. He even offered to open his shop on his day off to help my wife and I out. Xavi Fernandez: The owner knows his business, that is true and tries to help choosing the right frame, finishes, etc. But he is a little unorganized. The frame was not ready to hang up; had to go to Michaels to buy special wire to finally put it back to the wall. The two times I visited the store I got back home smelling as if I was a cigarette smoker. Should ventilate better or put a strong air purifier. The only reason I would not go back is because of the heavy cigarette smoke odor.
