Miami Beach Parking Garage: what do users think?

Max: Easy to understand, access and navigate, if you know what you're doing. Take it slow and right down all the necessary information that you need to find your parking spot location (so you don't forget)

Blaz Intihar: absolutely lived this parking garage. the location is just close to everything in SoBe. Prices are low compared to nearby parkings and you always find a spot to park. I hope it stays like this in future.

Clayton Kimball: More expensive than it used to be. Convenient for the mall but not really for the beach.

Kristine Padgett: I like this location, there is usually no trouble finding a spot to park. Price max is $20 a day. Next to several shops and Lincoln eatery. Short walk to outdoor mall and convention center. If you walk directly to the beach from this garage you will pass the Delano and other beach club hotels. The beach access here is pretty and much more quiet than the south beach garage.

Olga Rice: Cheapest parking lot in South Beach!!! $1 per hour.. Meters on the street are $3 per hour. Closest to Lincoln Road Mall - 2 minute walk. Just remember which entrance you came into. There are 2 lots connected together with same Colors for each level. Can get you confused if you returned thru different entrance..

CHLO GOT FLO (ChloGotFlo): $1/hour. I love the garages in Miami for this rate. @ChloGotFlo

Andy Valencia: Best indoor parking garage in SoBe, especially if you are going to Lincoln Road. Super affordable, spacious, secure and close proximity to everything.

Deenan: I love this garage ! It’s literally so convenient to everything, INCLUDING the beach ! Sure, it gets busy and sometimes it’s annoying when you’re leaving that you have to wait but come on, it’s Miami Beach, the name speaks for itself. It’s super cheap too. It’s my favorite garage!

S Washington: Great parking garage in a great location $20 a day. Be advised you only have 10 minutes to exit the parking garage after you pay or you will be charged another $2 after the 10 minutes. Don't Fiddle Faddle with your car, groceries and kids. Pay and get out or get to car and get close to the exit and then pay at one of the unattended pay kiosks.

Javier Victor Mariano Bruno (Derp): Great and cheap place to park. So why 2 stars? Well this is the shortened list: - Elevator are continually under repair. One day even all were at the same time. - Payment machines: there is on payment machine that doen't work 5 days a week, the one on Pennsylvania av and Lincoln. - Most people doesn't pay at the machines so they pay at the exit, but there is a express line for people that already took the job to pay on the machines. There is always a car that get inside that line without paid ticket. People working there take like 10 minutes to show up to try to move the car to the lanes that can pay. Still great place to park. But the owners should invest a little more in workers and in maintenance

Fifth & Alton Miami Beach Public Parking: what do users think?

Thierry Read: I love to park there just because the first 2 hours are free, so I never pay nothing ! It's convenient and free since I never stay more than 2 hours.... Between the Discount Department Stores, Ross and TJMaxx , Publix Supermarket and Total Wines, there is a lot you can do in a timely manner. They have elevators too, it's great, I love it !

Kennard Poole: Great parking experience. It was cheap, multi level, and was right next to Publix, Total Wine, Best Buy and more. We shopped at all 3 before we left. Can't beat that convenience after a long day on South Beach

Sim Groove: A bit confusing finding your way around to all the stores but it's clean and well maintained. Great convenient location with several public transit stops. Great stores that are also all well maintained with great staff, especially in Publix and Total Wine.

Damián “cheff food” Cordoneda: Horrible experience rude attendant My wife aproached this gentleman that was the attendant at this public parking lot because we have lost the ticket my wife grid to get his attention several times but he seem to be more interested in his phone and after several attempts he finally looked over with a really angry face and said what !!! My wife said in sorry but we misplaced our ticket and can’t get out ! He then say that not my problem go. Back and find it if not you have to pay $50 cash no C/C accepted yelling when I get out of the vehicle to see what was the yelling about he looks and me a screams WHATS UP N WORD we was totally shocked !!!! I couldn’t understand what was going on when the looked around to find a number to call but we couldn’t find it so went back to the vehicle and luckily found the ticket We always shop here and never has this problem before so this was so upsetting and embarrassing

C J: Large parking garage with plenty of space. Good pricing for the location (under 1 hour is free). There are ticket pay stations on each floor. Be prepared to wait to exit the parking garage though. Traffic in the surrounding area is usually atrocious

OyOy Antoine: Okay it is called 5th and Alton but the parking entrance is actually on Lenox Avenue, between 5th and 6th Street. At this moment the first two hours of parking are free. Doesn't matter if you shop any of the shops or stores in the building, or if you go shop in nearby stores, or if you visit someone in the neighborhood. First two hours are free. If you are within the free 2 hour period, just drive out and your check in ticket will raise the exit gate with no charge.

David Shuman: Always open spaces and kept very clean. Free parking while you are shopping

Johnson Jackson: Could you please add electric vehicle chargers (ideally level 2) to this garage? It would be much appreciated for the lots of EV drivers that come shop here! Thank you :)

Tim G: First 2 hours are free. It's only a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Jamil Marin (TheMeta04): This place has many convenient shops. But there are times that the elevators do not work and it'll be days til they get fixed.

South Beach Parking: what do users think?

sachin garg: The space is located right at the beach next to south pointe park. There is a lot of rush during the peak hours. We reached the lot around 3 pm on a weekend and couldn't find any vacant space in here. They have a lot of slots reserved for valet and that doesn't help the cause either. I would say that the number of slots are not enough to cater to the demand. Not just this parking lot, it's almost impossible to find any place on the roadside in and around the beach area. I finally got to park around 1 mile far on the roadside and had to walk all the way upto the beach.

JonHatesStarWars: If you can find a parking spot the fare here is actually quite reasonable. At around $2 an hour for beach front parking it's hard to to wrong. You're located across the street from numerous restaurants. Not a bad place to park for a few hours and kill some time.

Sri Veluchamy: Visited the beach morning around 10 AM on a busy thanksgiving weekend. I was still able to find ample parking lots. You need to park, key in your license plate number in the parking meter and pay. It charged 6 dollars for 2 hours. Very close to the beach and if you have to extend the time, you could do that in the meter as well. Very convenient.

DAN SHUDA: It was a good time for all,Purple flag was forJelly 🐠🐠🐟🐟🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟🐟

Anne Thundercloud: Perfect location for access to all South Beach offers. Easy and quick access to freeway.

Rafat Husain: Hard to find a parking spot but mobile parking is easy, allows you to extend time through mobile.

Renee Smith: Extremely tight parking, especially if your vehicle is on the larger side, SUV, suburban, etc. Cost was average for beach parking but no reduced cost for handicapped individuals with placards. Odd considering most state laws include free handicapped parking.

Sy Sandhu: It was cheap and easy. A lot of people were circling but there were empty spots so idk what that was about it but I expected parking to be $20 for a few hours and it was less than 10 so I’ll def come back. Beach is also less crowded and objectively nicer on this side compared to 1st street area.

Jammie Pace Jones: Cheap parking for a whole day on the beach

Jamilah Dacosta: The Bad: $10 for 4 hours. The Good: Convenient location across the street. The Bad: Tiny parking lot if you don't know how to drive. The Good: Sometimes you have to work with what you are given. The Bad: Confused staff. Pretty on the outside and empty vessel on the inside. The Good: That's where the cookie crumbles.

Bayfront Parking: what do users think?

Isaac Lenox: Car almost broken into 3 times. We didn’t check the dash cam until the second night. They stole our tire air caps. We parked right next to a garage camera too. We had one more day on our reservation, but they would not even refund that unused day (we moved to a different garage), let alone the entire three digit reservation cost. We spoke to four different staff members, including the manager at the office the next day. The elevators were slow, buggy, and often wouldn’t go anywhere even after mashing the button. Far nicer garages for less $$ and better security and customer service.

Donovan Brady: Price not as advertised. Their system prepaid system doesn’t work either.

M J: Total rip-off. Way too expensive, you can park cheaper and better anywhere else. Not recommended.

Katrin S.: Not recommended. It is so expensive. Rip-off. You can park cheaper on other places nearby.

Hector Mesa: The sign at the entrance says it costs $6.50 for one hour, but you get charged $8.00 for less than an hour. False advertising!!! Why not just post the exact amount you will end up paying?? Crooks.
Response: As it is indicated on the sign at the entrance of the parking garage rates posted are subject to FL sales tax and City of Miami Surcharge. $8.00 is the price with taxes included.

melanie: Perfectly located, Clean and amazing customer service.

fredy o: (Translated by Google) Very expensive these scammers charged me $28 us for 1 hour. At the entrance they have a sign for 6.50 x hours and it was not true, apart from their automated payment system it does not allow you to talk to someone ... even though it says push for help they never answered some 28 thieves for 1 hour avoid this place (Original) Carisimo me cobraron estos estafadores $28 us por 1 hora .en la entrada tieben un letrero de 6.50 x hours y no fue verdad ,,aparte su sistema de cobro automatisado no te permite hablar con alguien ...pese q dice push for help nunca contestaronson unos rateros 28 por 1 hora eviten este lugar

Courthouse Garage: what do users think?

Brooke Leddy: I spoke to Daniel today while having an issue with moving my car from a parking garage. He was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever spoken with on the phone. He saved my car from getting towed and was extremely understanding and kind. He most definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

Raul Massipe: Had jury duty…. Paid $10 for the parking. Stayed a bit to rest in my car. When I got to the machine at the bottom to get out it asked for another 10 bucks an employee said because you stayed more then 15 minutes and I told him no where that I saw said that if you stay more then 15 minutes you forfeit your $10 that you ALREADY paid and have to pay again…..

D Roque: It’s unbelievable what this company is doing. I just witness your employee call Roadway towing to move the car about a foot forward in front of a cross walk line . Then they drop the car, take pictures of it now being illegally parked after they moved it to than tow it. That’s some shady business. Taking one’s hard working money just to make some money in your pocket, both companies should be ashamed.

Angela Collins: Parking is easy and you get in and get out at a great time and I love parking there

Jules: I had a terrible experience with this garage yesterday. I went inside thinking it would be $10 and then I was charged $22 for 2 and a half hours of parking, a ridiculous price. The sign at the front was very deceiving. Also the rates sign of how much to pay per hour was very confusing. I did the math and doesn't make sense why I would be charged so much. Bunch of scam artists taking advantage of people. After I paid the very very overly priced parking I walked to my car and then at the front gate they wanted to charge me another $6 on top of the $22 I paid for the time it took me to walk to my car. Avoid this garage at all costs. I'm still very upset. Your hourly rate signs and front gate sign are so confusing and deceiving, but I'm sure it was purposely made that way to scam people out of money. I wish I could give this garage zero stars. Shame on you. Your sign said early bird special and I went inside before 9 am. Fix your signs. You are taking advantage of people. I want someone to get back to me and explain in detail why I was charged so much. According to your hourly rate sign, I shouldn't have been charged $22. I spoke with someone at customer service today who confirmed with me that I was overcharged. He told me I should have paid about $14, not $22.
Response: Thank you for reaching out. Please contact George at gmclean@miamiparking.com so we can further assist you.

Michael Rubin: Worst parking experience ive ever had. No warning that they close at 10pm on Saturday night. Oh it gets better, they close on Sunday. My car is locked up a full day and 2 nights and i have work tomorrow. I now need to book a hotel in Miami on Sunday night so i can get up and get my car Monday morning and get to work in boca. Oh and the customer service line did literally nothing to help

shira souffront: They make you select an amount of time you are staying, in a "Flat Rate" parking. You pit the amount, and if you need more, they will cjarge you again. I got two charge of $28.. one for 5 hours and then again whe extended my tome one more hour. On a flat rate space, you should not need to put the amount of time. They are the best at stealing your money!!
Response: Contact us directly, and we are happy to look into this for you.

Nicole Turnquest: If I could give them zero stars I would. What type of parking garage closes on a Saturday and is closed on Sunday? I was stuck in the garage at this location until Monday morning. I called Saturday night when I walked there and realized they were closed as was greeted with unpleasant customer service. I was also told that they had a 72hour rowing policy and if I wasn't there early enough on Monday I would be towed. I called again Sunday morning hoping to get more information and I was greeted with even worse customer service. I was told that even though they had a site manager that it was Sunday and they would not let anyone in or out of the garage. This was all relayed to me in the worst manner ever and was proceeded with a hang up when I asked for the girls name. My advice park on the street or uber down don't park in this garage.

Lluviet Rodriguez Sanchez: If i can rate this place -0 starts I totally would!!!! So i went to pay at one of the machines they have and it was not working so I called the # on the machine for customer service. 1. The representative was extremely rude, I explained to him that online said $35 per hour and that the machine said $7 for 2 hours that I wanted to use the machine but it was giving me trouble so he said to me that if I did not liked the price I could go and find parking somewhere else , then I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hanged up on me !! I was this close to miss a bout tour I had plan, I had to run in order to not missed it! Never using this “parking service “ anymore in my entire life!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!!
Response: Please advise name of parking service and location where this occurred.

Cherie Grace: The security lady was rude and so disrespectful. I don't know much about miami and I was a bit loss clearly instead of understanding she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. On top of all that the garage was expensive. I paid $22 just to park for a couple of hours
Response: We are sorry you were not happy with your experience. You can email us at customerservice@miamiparking.com

Lot 59: what do users think?

Merwyn De Sa: Our first cruise out of Miami on Norwegian in Sept was a great experience and Premier Parking USA made it even more memorable. Everything about this company was hassle free. I called them and booked the slot and paid a very reasonable fee to park our car at the port for 3-days. Directions were great and there was no wait time before we were in the shuttle and off to the port. The return was the same. Upon arrival, I called them and they were there in less than the half hour they said they would be and dropped us back to the parking lot and off we drove went. We were so happy with the experience that I am telling everyone about them. Don't trouble people to drop and pick you up when you go on a cruise when we have this very reliable and efficient company that makes it all so easy and hassle free and at a great price!

Ian B. Leonard: All staff members were very unhelpful, unproductive, failed to communicate with other staff members about current status of shuttles or parking arrangements. I cannot respect any staff member who simply sits in their car and portrays the role of attendant from their driver seat. Our arrival date was Monday, April 1. We arrived at 12:25pm. During peak time, there were only two shuttle vans operating between the lot and the Port of Miami. Trip times varied between 30-40 minutes. My group opted to seek a taxi from the lot to the port, so as to not be late arriving to our terminal for embarkation. This decision was made and a taxi was secured at 1:51pm. This is an additional cost to me that should not have become necessary to ensure timely arrival. I feel that waiting for a shuttle to become available for 90 minutes is deplorable and avoidable. Our ship returned on Saturday, April 6. We cleared customs and queued at the terminal pickup area at 7:55am. The shuttle van was never sighted prior to arriving at our terminal. The shuttle van arrived at 9:05am, filled any remaining seats and transported us to the lot. We were notified that the delay was due to only one shuttle van operating for the morning. It is worth noting that our driver was very helpful and courteous. There is room for much improvement at this location. I will never utilize nor recommend Premier Parking Ventures for anyone in the future. My only hope is that this location either be overhauled entirely or disbanded.

Apple Bean: We have used these guys 3 times. Once in Port Canaveral and twice in Miami. The first time In Port Canaveral was great, no waiting time at all. We stepped off the ship and got right on the shuttle. The second time was in Miami. Getting to the ship was fast and efficient but getting back was a nightmare. Several people gave up and took taxis to the lot. We continued to wait and waited for over an hour. We called and got a voicemail. Shame on me for giving them another chance. We used them again last October and once again getting to the ship was fast but when we got off we had a two and a half hour wait. We saw them dropping off people but they never picked us up. The rest of the people waiting just took taxis to the lot but we called and waited, called and waited. Never any answer, just a voice mail. We finally paid a guy from another parking service to drop us off in front of the lot. NEVER use these guys in Miami!!!

lillian diaz: I will say I was not happy with the service... they seemed very overwhelmed. First I get lost since they have not updated the maps on google...which is my fault also for just not putting the address vs company name. My reservation is for 12:30pm and when I get there I am told to wait by the side of the road in my car in the never ending line. Still in line and 2 hours have passed YES 2 hours!!! Now its 2:30pm when finally I am told to drive my car into a lot and wait for further instructions. "okay" 20 plus minutes have gone by and my family is anxious as the ship is schedule to port out at 4pm. and we need to check in at the cruise terminal. FINALLY we are able to get out the car and heads up .. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR KEYS... they only have 2 shuttles transporting to cruise terminals from - carnival, majesty, Norwegian and more.. SO YES I AM PISSED.. We get to the terminal at 3:40pm and lucky to been able to get on the cruise ship. THE RETURN.... I called them to let them know we are ready to be picked up and her response was I will call them to pick you up...OKAY and 45 minutes of waiting in the HOT sun we are approached by a shuttle already full to pick us up BUT they can only fit 2 people. REALLY we are a family of 3. So I called again and explained to her that there were at least 30 people waiting to be picked up by them and to send an empty shuttle not one that can pick up 2 people at a time.. Guess what?? The B!^@$ HUNG UP ON ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! THEY ADVERTISE PRETTY ONLINE..CLOSE TO PORT AND SO ON .. NOT TRUE.. SO BEWARE VACATIONERS. I WILL PARK BY CAR DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PORT EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE.

Cheri Yasgur: My daughter and I purchased a Groupon for parking at Premier. Included in the deal was parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. We parked, caught the shuttle to the Miami airport and was given a sticker and told to call the number on the sticker when we returned and a shuttle would come to pick us up. We returned to the Miami airport at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night. We immediately called the number we were given. No one answered -- the phone went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. We tried calling for 2 hours - same situation. Finally, we had to take a $25 taxi ride to the parking lot and when we got there, the gates were locked! An employee happened to be cruising around the parking lot, came to the gate, and asked what we wanted. We told him that we had tried calling the number we were given for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and no one answered. He told us he had his cell phone on him all night and no one had called. We showed him the phone number on the sticker and he said it wasn't his cell number! He asked who had given us the number. We told him Premier Parking. Finally, after 2 plus hours, and a $25 taxi ride and a lot of aggravation, we were able to retrieve our car. Everyone was rude. There was no one to help us -- not even the corporate offices. Today my daughter called the corporate offices to get a refund. We aren't sure if we will get a refund or not. No one ever apologized to us for our inconvenience. DO NOT USE PREMIER PARKING! This was a nightmare.

H A Patil: This is a fraud company without onsite office & any corporate establishment. They picked us up 70 minutes after we arrived at the pick-up point at the port. The driver forgot to get to our terminal; we had to chase another one who was dropping off other passengers. They lost my keys which took another 90 minutes to get my car! The situation was chaotic & stressful, not worth to save few bucks. No apologies for whatsoever. Ask them following before you decide to park there: 1. Where do they keep your keys? (answer: in a trailer in that parking lot!) 2. Who is the manager? (answer: no one is responsible there) 3. Where is their corporate office (answer: they claim to be from Tampa; but doesn't matter when their service sucks. They appear to be phony) Stay away, not worth to risk your vehicle for few bucks, go straight to the port parking.

Yolanda Graham: They have the absolute worse customer service on planet earth. I made reservations to park by phone in January for a cruise in March. Upon arrival, I learned they had moved locations. No email update nor phone call had been afforded me. After driving an additional 13 min AWAY from the pier to reach the new location, I am turned away because they are full. No refund, no compassion not 1 suggestion as to what I should now do even though I prepaid for my parking with them. I found alternative parking and had to pay them as well. I called premier and they simply said 'oh that happens' we will issue you a refund. I asked for an email confirming the conversation, and was told that wasn't possible. I was told the accounting department would be out sick until Wednesday. It is now Sunday so i ask if the entire accounting office already knew it would be sick for another 3 days. No response given. Since that time, I have called 6 times and been told they would process my refund and send me an email confirmation. I have yet to receive either. I have NEVER encountered such poor customer service on any level in any Country. I suggest you RUN and totally AVOID utilizing their services

Maddie Stevens: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The wait to be dropped off at the port wasn't terrible, but once we arrived home we had to wait for almost TWO HOURS to be picked up by one of their vans. We weren't sure where to stand to be picked up, so we called the company and they told us to stand in the wrong spot. Once van even pulled up next to us, and the driver ignored us and drove off. Once we stood in the correct place it still took over a half hour to be picked up. Seriously, park at the port if you can. Its worth the extra money.Their business is unorganized, and their staff doesn't even give you the correct information. Not to mention when we first came off the boat their phone number didn't even work. Just awful. Don't do it.

Jackie Boyce: Poor, they only run 2 vans, so plan on waiting in the hot sun at the port to get back to your car. People were taking cabs at 5.00 a person just to get to their car instead of waiting. The vans only hold 8 people and the cram you in on top of each other. The call center doesn't open the phone lines until 9:00 am, little use if you are trying to get off the boat early. The only ran two vans, while servicing at least two cruise ships. DONT USE THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Nicole Fronzak: i would give 0 stars if that were an option. i NEVER leave reviews on places, but this experience was so bad i had to. DO NOT park your car here...it took almost 2 hours from the time we got to the parking garage until we were in a shuttle going to the port. We ended up getting an uber from the port back to the garage because we watched the van pass us at the port and they only come every 30 minutes. They completely oversell spots compared to how many they actually have; cars were parked horizontally behind parked cars and this almost caused us to be blocked in to where we couldn't leave until the owner of the car parked behind us arrived. This was an overall very bad experience, NEVER parking here again.

801 Brickell Ave Garage: what do users think?

Carrie Green: Tried the $5 late bird special - enter after 4pm, exit before midnight (maybe 11:54 or 11:56). The restaurant I dined at was extremely late in seating me (45-60 min wait was 90 min). The security guard at the building did not answer the bell/buzzer. $5 was actually $30. My advice would be to allow plenty of time to retrieve your vehicle, as even accessing the garage through the building will take a little time. There are no attendants available. The garage did seem safe to me, late night access is just difficult when you go to retrieve.

Moe Pena: Was walking by and noticed valet guy rummaging through glove and other compartments. He saw me notice and turned pale. Stay woke.

Panders: Be careful when parking here. got my Motorcycle stolen within minutes of parking there.

Alberto Valenzuela: Lot of parking space. Could improve better signal

juan alcobas: They broke into my car and smashed several other car's windows. Stole my property. Did not even get a refund for parking there. Employees on site seemed not to care that anyone's property got stolen. Owner was rude as hell when I asked for a refund.

David Chavarria: Parked here for a miami heat game, multiple cars including mine were broken into and lots of valuables were lost, don’t recommend as they were only two exits and nobody was guarding or calling the police whenever it happened

Muhammed Khan: Guy standing at the entrance wanting money to park. Says the machine is broken but it working just fine....Caution!!!!

Emmanuel Smith (E. I. Smith): Radical.

Abischai Joseph: Great parking place.

Popeye El Marino: (Translated by Google) Well secure and enough space for your needs to secure the vehicle in a safe place. (Original) Bien seguro y suficiente espacio para las necesidades de asegurar el vehículo en un lugar seguro.

Barbara Xiong: Scam!!!!!!!!! Sunday overnight runs regular rates starting 12AM. So $15 overnight turned into $57.Open lot nearby is $30 overnight.

Kimberly Irwin: Absolutely worst parking garage experience. Rude manager. I called 4 times and every time each spokesperson were horribly uncooperative. Finally got the manager on the 4th attempt. His broken machine ate my money and he refused to pay me my $8 he still owes me because "no one was there" manning the garage. I told him to come himself but he refused to come for hours. Horrible business practice. Literally stealing from his clients and never bothers to fix his awful broken machine. DO NOT PARK THERE. It's downtown--park literally anywhere else.

Eduardo L Murillo: Rude manager. Will never park there again. I paid $30 dollars for parking and when I got back I was about to leave when I noticed they put a lock on my car, they had signs in some parking spots for reserved parking. But not where I parked my car. I talked to the manager and he was Extremely rude. He pointed at the signs and I showed him that where I parked my car there where no signs. He yelled at me telling me that this is America, and that in America I have to read all the signs. Terrible and racist way to treat a customer that is paying for parking with money that goes to his pay check. I had to pay $75 for them to unlock the lock, and I had to wait one hour for them to unlock my car which resulted in me missing my next meeting. This is a rip-off.

Kim: Scam! I read one post is saying machine doesn’t work! Only accept cash. But that is back to 2 years ago. Now it is still not working, cash only and require your credit card payment when you are trying to out~

Gaby Alvarez: Great location and flat rate price for the weekend

Cristina Martinez: Beware! They will lock you vehicle! And you’ll pay $49.99 to unlock plus $24 for 2 hours! They are not clear about where to park!

Julia Quipildor: Kind of a scam. They only accept cash. You pay cash, and then when u want to exit it doesn't read the paid receipt and asks for a new payment.

Tulio Lanis: Stolen my money 2 hours $24,00

Julio Rodríguez: A little expensive but it's in a very good position in downtown

Erik Fernandez Alvarez: Not coming again

Silvia Gama: Absolutely garbage, Left our car for a Cruise and on the way back it was covered in bird poop, out on the street and my husband had his sunglasses stolen, an over $500 loss, their phone number does not work it is just an answering system. we paid for a covered parking spot. We were obligated to leave our car's key due to no spot when we got to the parking lot, only way, otherwise we had missed our cruise trip. Believe me, run away from these monsters

Celso Guimaraes: This was the worst experience i have ever had in a parking lot. I and my family were set for a Norwegian Cruise. We got to this parking lot early otherwise we would have missed our Cruise...They are very rude people and they sell more spots than they can accomodate. Bottom line is that we had to park our car and were asked to leave the car's keys, so in order to not miss out our cruise we did it, on the way back the car was with literally no gas, they had to use a gas can so the car would have some, it was left out on the street and very dirty, looked like someone was using the car as a house, all coins and stuff left in the car disappeared.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Carter Hopkins: I have nothing against this garage personally, but the phone number they have as their contact is actually my phone number. So yeah. Better to go there personally or check Miami fades government to find out information, because I can’t help you...

Edmund Callahan: They feed the Homeless on the weekends at the parking lot 33

Márcia Rodrigues: We had one of the worst experiences in Miami by being robbed in our hotel room, which was included the park ticket. When we reached the garage we explained our situation to them and I just couldn’t believe how understanding and nice they were with us. After most of people in from Miami hospitality not really care about our situation, they were just the best and the ones that still make me believe that we still have good people in the world! You guys deserve much more than 5 starts! Thank you so much!

Griffin 1k98: Great Location For The Parking Reasonable Rates Staff At The Gate Are Nice Can Be

Abigail Marie: If you have been directed here for covid testing, it is not this building, but it is the building just east of Pennsylvania Ave on the North parking entrance.

Amparo Morais: $2 per hour parking AND $15 flat rate if there is an event. GREAT location on Lincoln road and very affordable and I believe the cheapest option available

giorgia amirante: We parked here to run a service in the nearby for only 40 minutes and we were charged $15! This’s a scam and the customer service was extremely rude and with a bad attitude. According to the price chart reported to the board at the entrance we should have paid only $2! I suggest to avoid to park there because this garage is a trap !!!!!!!! BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

J Farley: 1$per hour is way better than 8$ for 2hours on Madeira.

Mary Bobb: Was good when going to work on SOBE. Since the city raised the prices, only good if visiting SOBE for a short amount of time.

Ryan Harris: Good place to park when visiting the near by shopping area.

Allissa Landgraff: Best garage in the area with the best price

Daris Dejesus: Best place to park with the best prices.

Andres F. Rodríguez C.: Awesome moments!!! Great game. Nabil Crismatt did an excellent match for Los Padres. The stadium is amazing, with a wonderful downtown view. Everything is clean and with hand sanitizer everywhere. Customer service is great, always with a smile. Planning to return this weekend for NY Yankees vs Marlins.

Barry Trost: Essy parking. Ground floor high ceiling for large vans

ftb: Steps from the stadium. Excellent.

Jay Prz: Sits so-so but the pricing isn't as up to par

Sparky Astwo: Quick and convenient parking. Be sure to use the parking garage’s and not a third-party app, you’ll save money and thank me for it.

Pete Velez: This stadium is incredible.

Michael Landen: Yankees v miami Rizzo's first game as a yankee and first home run

Dennis Hacker: Terrible just need to make left turn and would have been on the interstate but cop make us go right took 1 hour and 45 min to go around 8 block which put us in rush hour traffic took over 9 hours to go 250 miles. Never again

Eddie Zeigler: I am an ADA person and keep getting warned by City of Miami parking for parking in the handicapped spaces.

Jessica Inirio: Best garage to park in when going to a Marlins game.

S. Lyons: We really had no problems. Our pick up came within a half hour of standing at the pick up area and me and my 10 guests with luggage got in and out without any concerns. I loved the main guy there, he was sweet and funny

Cale Stultz: Great parking. Some confusion about which Lane to get into when paying.

Miami Beach Municipal Parking Garage: what do users think?

elham easy: South beach is overrated. It has lots of seaweed and plenty of jellyfish in the water. Super crowded as well. If you want to have a beach day, go to north beach part and you will have more fun. Nevertheless, this is the beach and nice.

Ankit Gupta: Good public parking spot. So many available parking even on weekends. It was $2 per hour. You have to pay before you leave. Nice and convenient. Near to beach.

Laurent B: It's a bit tight quarters in the parkade but definitely a prime location. A block from Ocean Drive and the beach. What more do ya want from a parking garage.

Douglas Highsmith: Stairwell didn't smell of urine and there was a guy out front to make sure folks didn't drive in when it got full. Came just before 5pm and actually got a spot. Reasonably priced.

Ananya Dey: Not so good.. they have a flat rate $20 .. even if you park for 1 hr you have to pay $20

Randy M: Was a little nervous but there were plenty of fancy cars parked and no problems at all. Little pricey but worth it

Neel Ojha: $15 flat rate on weekends. On site security and parking attendants. Best place to park if you are visiting South Beach.

MonaLisa Leung Beckford: This is probably the best parking spot if you are coming to Lummus Park and Beach. It's very hard to find street parking, and street parking is more expensive than parking at the garage. I would park here since it's conveniently located across from Lummus Park and the bathroom facilities, and you would probably save money on parking compared to street parking. There's a lot of parking spots in this parking garage!

EdiMac: Best parking in Miami Beach. The rates are $2 per hour so its not bad at all. Weekends get there early because the parking does get full. We went on a Tuesday around 12:30 - 1pm and we had no problem finding parking in the 2nd level.

Dustin: I would really rather rate individual aspects of this garage, because I feel like 3 stars is too low, but 4 may be too high. Let's call it 3½ 🌟 Easy, affordable parking in a really convenient spot. I really have a hard time giving it more than 3 stars on here due to the care taken of the garage. It was absolutely filthy, I dreaded walking back to my car because of the overwhelming smell of human excrement that assaulted the senses when you got near. Maybe I chose a particularly bad corner, but man I feel like they really could do a little more to take care of that place. With that being said, I would probably come back with that in mind and maybe park in what looked to be a cleaner part of the lot. Protip: get there before noon if you can, when it fills up you will be sad.
